Kenya’s oppressive fascist regime kidnapped and tortured comrade Booker Omole. They detained him in violation of all legal norms.
As Turkish revolutionaries, we are familiar with these practices of fascist regimes. In our country, hundreds of revolutionaries were kidnapped, killed, and disappeared throughout the 1990s. Now we are witnessing similar practices being openly implemented in Kenya.
Fascist state terror is trying to imprison our Kenyan comrades. There is no doubt that their real aim is to instill fear in Kenyan workers and laborers, to intimidate them. To leave the revolution leaderless, to prevent revolutionary vanguards from uniting with the people. But no repression, no state terror can stop the revolutionary development! There is no prison yet built to imprison the will of the people! You can arrest revolutionaries, even kill them, but you can never stop revolutions!
The passionate and angry statement of our comrades in Kenya is a brilliant expression of the fact that fascist oppression is doomed to defeat. The honorable struggle of the Kenyan workers will surely triumph, and the fascist regime of oppression will be overthrown.
Comrade Omole must be released immediately, and those who carried out this repression, those who gave the orders, and those who carried out the orders must be brought to justice.
