Appeal of the Council of Left Patriotic Forces of Russia
Alarming symptoms of world instability are mounting. The year began with the US invasion of Venezuela, the kidnaping of President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Sylvia Flores. This perfidious act of international brigandage has met with worldwide condemnation, with even Washington’s allies in Europe failing to support it.
The US “justice” is trying to frame accusations against the President of Venezuela. Obviously, there are no grounds for it. Indeed, President Maduro has immunity from prosecution according to all the norms of international law.
Inspired by the success of the piratic foray into Venezuela, Trump stepped up pressure on Cuba.The energy blockade is tightened. Pressure is growing in all directions. But the Isle of Freedom has more than once proved its capacity to resolutely resist armed aggression. Being aware of this, Trump puts the stake on strangling Cuba economically.
Washington’s criminal actions in Latin America amount to a second edition of the Monroe Doctrine. Its implementation by the Presidentof the US envisages total control over the Western Hemisphere. It seeks to debar the states of Europe and Asia from pursuing any political and economic activities there.
The hopes of some politicians that the US authorities would concentrate their foreign policy activities on Latin America, Greenland and Canada have proved to be an illusion. American imperialism has set its sights on total domination of all the other regions of the planet. The world was shocked by the US and Israel’s aggression against Iran. New war crimes are being committed. The blood of civilians is being shed.
Within two months the US President has destroyed the leadership of two sovereign countries.In both cases outright lies have been used to justify aggression. The pretext for the attack on Venezuela was groundless accusations of the president having links with the drugs trade. In the case of Iran equally false accusations of developing the nuclear weapon were used. All this cannot but bring to mind the US aggression against Iraq and Powell holding up a vial with white powder.
Donald Trump did not even bother to seek Congress permission to declare war on Iran. International law has been trampled underfoot, just like national law. Unbridled lawlessness is being imposed in their place.
The increasingly cynical behavior of the White House incumbent stems from a sense of total impunity. The predator has smelled blood. This was how Napoleon feltwhen he was conquering country after country.This was how Hitler behaved making “European democracies” fall under his pressure. And the tactics of appeasing the aggressor never worked.
Fires in Teheran illuminated the true goal of the current Washington administration. It consists in an unrestrained quest of unconditional world dominance. The methods of achieving it are political cheating, economic blackmail, military aggression, and liquidation of the leaders of disobedient countries.
For the broad public international solidarity in the struggle against imperialist adventures is becoming more and more important.
In the framework of the public Committee for the Liberation of the President of Venezuela Nicolas Madura and his wife Sylia Flores created by the CPRF we are determined to launch a consistent struggle for the lifting of the blockade of the heroic Cuba and for the liberation of The Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Sylia Flores.
We will continue to establish links with the “Bring Them Back” committees in other countries. We will contribute to greater cohesion of their work. We are convinced that only the strengthening of the solidarity of progressive forces will safeguard our planet against individual conflicts developing into a big world war.
Our Committee is open to the broadest cooperation with the representatives of the public, scientists and politicians, lawyers and cultural figures. We see rights activism as a key part of our work.
We consider it necessary to form an expert group and work out a precise legal assessment of the kidnaping of Nicolas Maduro and his wife. We will work to establish links with their lawyers. We consider kidnaping and hostage-taking to be grave crimes under international and national laws.
We consider it necessary to demand international inspection of the conditions under which N.Maduro and S.Flores are kept in prison. It is important that the International Committee of the Red Cross should be involved in this work.
We will oppose any facts of lawlessness in the modern world and seek to unite those who think like us against the triumph of the “law of the jungle.” We voice our firm solidarity with the peoples of Cuba, Iran, Venezuela and other countries in their struggle for national sovereignty. We will strongly uphold the right to independent development of Russia, China, the DPRK and all countries of the world.
We are determined to persistently expose the crimes of imperialism, pool our efforts with those of like-thinking people and keep the public informed about our actions.
Let us stand together againstaggression and war!

Тревожные симптомы мировой нестабильности нарастают. Год начался вторжением США в Венесуэлу, похищения президента Николаса Мадуро и его жены Силии Флорес. Вероломный акт международного бандитизма вызвал осуждение во всём мире и не поддержан даже союзниками Вашингтона в Европе.
«Правосудие» США пытается сформулировать обвинения против президента Венесуэлы. Вполне очевидно, что оснований для этого нет. Более того, по всем нормам международного права президент Мадуро обладает иммунитетом от преследования.
Воодушевленный успехом своего пиратского набега на Венесуэлу, Трамп усилил давление на Кубу. Ужесточается её энергетическая блокада. Растёт давление по всем направлениям. Но Остров свободы не раз доказывал способность давать решительный отпор вооруженной агрессии. Понимая это, Трамп делает ставку на экономическое удушение Кубы.
Преступные акции Вашингтона в Латинской Америке в полной мере ложатся в русло переиздания доктрины Монро. Её реализация президентом США предусматривает полный контроль над Западным полушарием. Государствам Европы и Азии пытаются запретить здесь политическую и экономическую активность.
Надежды отдельных политиков на то, что власти США сосредоточат свою внешнеполитическую активность на Латинской Америке, Гренландии и Канаде оказались иллюзиями. Американский империализм рвётся безраздельно хозяйничать и в других регионах планеты. Мир потрясла агрессия США и Израиля против Ирана. Совершаются новые военные преступления. Льётся кровь мирного населения.
За два месяца президент США уничтожил руководство двух суверенных стран. В обоих случаях обоснованием агрессии стала прямая ложь. Предлогом для атаки на Венесуэлу явились безосновательные обвинения в причастности президента страны к наркоторговле. В случае с Ираном звучали не менее лживые обвинения в разработке ядерного оружия. Всё это прямо напомнило об агрессии США против Ирака и пробирку Пауэлла с белым порошком.
Дональд Трамп даже не стал запрашивать согласия Конгресса США на объявление войны Ирану. Растоптано как международное, так и национальное право. Навязывается другое право – творить полный беспредел.
Всё более циничное поведение хозяина вашингтонского Белого дома вызвано чувством полной безнаказанности. Хищник почувствовал запах крови. Так вёл себя Наполеон, захватывая одну страну за другой. Так же вел себя Гитлер, перед напором которого падали «европейские демократии». При этом тактика умиротворения агрессора никогда не доводила до добра.
Пожары в Тегеране осветили истинную цель нынешней вашингтонской администрации. Она состоит в безудержном стремлении к безоговорочному мировому господству. Способы его достижения: политический обман, экономический шантаж, военная агрессия, уничтожение лидеров непокорных стран.
Для широкой общественности всё важнее становится международная солидарность в борьбе с авантюрами империалистов.
В рамках созданного КПРФобщественного Комитета за освобождение президента Венесуэлы Николаса Мадуро и его супруги мы намерены развернуть настойчивую борьбу за снятие блокады с героической Кубы и освобождение президента Венесуэлы Николаса Мадуро и его супруги Силии Флорес.
Мы продолжим устанавливать связи с комитетами “Верните их!” в других государствах мира. Будем способствовать их всё более сплочённой работе. Убеждены, что только укрепление солидарности прогрессивных сил убережёт нашу планету от перерастания отдельных конфликтов в большую мировую войну.
Наш Комитет открыт для самого широкого сотрудничества с представителями общественности – учёными и политиками, юристами и деятелями культуры. Важнейшим направлением своей работы видим правозащитную деятельность.
Считаем необходимым создать экспертную группу и выработать точную юридическую оценку похищения Николаса Мадуро и его супруги. Намерены провести работу по установлению связи с их адвокатами. Исходим из того, что похищение людей и взятие заложников являются тягчайшими преступлениями по международным и национальным законам.
Считаем необходимым потребовать международной инспекции условий содержания Н. Мадуро и С. Флорес в тюрьме. Считаем важным подключить к этой работе Международный комитет Красного Креста.
Мы будем противодействовать любым фактам беззакония в современном мире и сплачивать наших единомышленников против торжества «закона джунглей». Выражаем твёрдую солидарность с народами Кубы, Ирана, Венесуэлы и других стран в их борьбе за национальный суверенитет. Будем решительно бороться за право на самостоятельное развитие России, Китая, КНДР и всех стран мира.
Мы намерены настойчиво изобличать преступления империализма, объединять усилия с единомышленниками, информировать общественность о своих действиях.

Los síntomas alarmantes de la inestabilidad mundial están aumentando. El año comenzó con la invasión estadounidense de Venezuela, el secuestro del presidente Nicolás Maduro y su esposa Celia Flores. El acto traicionero de bandidaje internacional ha sido condenado en todo el mundo y ni siquiera es apoyado por los aliados de Washington en Europa.
La “justicia” de Estados Unidos está tratando de formular acusaciones contra el presidente venezolano. Es evidente que no hay razón para ello. Además, en virtud de todas las normas del derecho internacional, el presidente Maduro es inmune a la persecución.
Alentado por el éxito de su incursión pirata en Venezuela, Trump aumentó la presión sobre Cuba. Se intensifica el bloqueo energético. Aumenta la presión en todos los ámbitos. Pero la isla de la libertad ha demostrado repetidamente la capacidad de rechazar decididamente la agresión armada. Al darse cuenta de esto, Trump apuesta por el estrangulamiento económico de Cuba.
Las acciones criminales de Washington en América Latina caen completamente en el cauce de la reedición de la doctrina Monroe. Su implementación por parte del presidente de los Estados Unidos prevé el control total del hemisferio occidental. Los Estados de Europa y Asia están tratando de prohibir aquí la actividad política y económica.
Las esperanzas de algunos políticos de que las autoridades estadounidenses centraran su actividad en la política exterior en América Latina, Groenlandia y Canadá resultaron ser ilusiones. El imperialismo estadounidense se esfuerza por dominar indivisible en otras regiones del planeta. El mundo fue sacudido por la agresión de Estados Unidos e Israel contra Irán. Se están cometiendo nuevos crímenes de guerra. Sangre de civiles.
En dos meses, el presidente de los Estados Unidos destruyó el liderazgo de dos países soberanos. En ambos casos, la justificación de la agresión fue una mentira directa. El pretexto para atacar a Venezuela fueron las acusaciones infundadas de la participación del presidente del país en el narcotráfico. En el caso de Irán, hubo acusaciones igualmente falsas sobre el desarrollo de armas nucleares. Todo esto recordó directamente la agresión de los Estados Unidos contra Irak y el tubo de Powell con polvo blanco.
Donald Trump ni siquiera solicitó el consentimiento del Congreso de los Estados Unidos para declarar la guerra a Irán. Tanto el derecho internacional como el nacional han sido pisoteados. Se impone otro derecho – crear un caos total.
El comportamiento cada vez más cínico del dueño de la casa Blanca de Washington se debe a una sensación de impunidad total. El depredador olía a sangre. Así se comportó Napoleón, capturando un país tras otro. Hitler también se comportó, ante cuya presión cayeron las “democracias europeas”. Al mismo tiempo, la táctica de apaciguar al agresor nunca fue buena.
Los incendios en Teherán iluminaron el verdadero propósito de la actual administración de Washington. Consiste en la búsqueda desenfrenada de la dominación mundial incondicional. Métodos para lograrlo: engaño político, chantaje económico, agresión militar, destrucción de líderes de países recalcitrantes.
Para el público en general, la solidaridad internacional en la lucha contra las aventuras de los imperialistas es cada vez más importante.
En el Marco del Comité público para la liberación del presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás maduro y su esposa, creado por el PCFR, tenemos la intención de iniciar una lucha persistente por el levantamiento del bloqueo a la heroica Cuba y la liberación del presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro y su esposa, Celia Flores.
Continuaremos estableciendo vínculos con los comités “¡Los queremos de vuelta!”en otros países del mundo. Promoveremos su trabajo cada vez más unido. Estamos convencidos de que solo el fortalecimiento de la solidaridad de las fuerzas progresistas salvará a nuestro planeta de la escalada de conflictos individuales en una gran guerra mundial.
Nuestro Comité está abierto a la cooperación más amplia posible con miembros del público: académicos y políticos, abogados y personalidades culturales. Vemos la actividad de derechos humanos como el eje más importante de su trabajo.
Consideramos necesario crear un grupo de expertos y elaborar una evaluación jurídica precisa del secuestro de Nicolás Maduro y su esposa. Tenemos la intención de trabajar para establecer contacto con sus abogados. Consideramos que el secuestro y la toma de rehenes son delitos graves en virtud de las leyes internacionales y nacionales.
Consideramos necesario exigir una inspección internacional de las condiciones de detención de N. Maduro y C. Flores en prisión. Consideramos importante que el Comité internacional de la Cruz roja participe en esta labor.
Nos oponemos a cualquier hecho de ilegalidad en el mundo moderno y uniremos a nuestros partidarios contra el triunfo de la “ley de la jungla”. Expresamos nuestra firme solidaridad con los pueblos de Cuba, Irán, Venezuela y otros países en su lucha por la soberanía nacional. Lucharemos decididamente por el derecho al desarrollo independiente de Rusia, China, la RPDC y todos los países del mundo.
Tenemos la intención de denunciar persistentemente los crímenes del imperialismo, unir esfuerzos con personas de ideas afines, informar al público sobre sus acciones.
