Enough Repression Against the World Anti-Imperialist Platform!
Freedom for Those Detained by the Fascist and Pro-Imperialist Government of Kenya!
Following the success of the Nairobi International Conference, organized by the World Anti-Imperialist Platform and the Communist Party of Kenya – Marxist, a demonstration against the Africa-France Summit marched through the streets of the Kenyan capital on May 12. Military and police forces violently dissolved the march and continue to hold 13 participants under arrest: Lee Sang-hoon and Song Dan-bi of the People’s Democratic Party of South Korea; Joti Brar of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist); Dimitrios Patelis of the Revolutionary Theory Group of Greece; Gacheke Gachihi; Guy Bremond; Sayialel Mankuyio; Juliaus Kamau; John Kamau; Brian Mwanzi; Derivk Opiyo; Fredrik Yara; and Colins Otieno.
Through the International Monetary Fund and with the complicity of the government of President William Ruto, the imperialists promote neoliberal economic measures in Kenya that worsen the living conditions of the working and peasant population. Popular protests have been savagely repressed, with more than 130 people murdered or disappeared, and the detention and torture of progressive forces—particularly against the militants of the CPK-M, including its General Secretary Booker Omole, who was shot at his home and later arrested without charges.
After the Sahel countries liberated themselves from the neocolonial tutelage of France, NATO designated Kenya as a non-member ally in 2024 to turn this country into a base from which US, British, and French imperialists can continue to attack and exploit the entire African continent.
The development of the economic contradictions of world capitalism pushes the imperialists toward increasing violence against workers and against the nations that resist them. They target all true democrats with their violence, and particularly the World Anti-Imperialist Platform. These oppressors of humanity have learned from history that we can defeat them when we follow the path pointed out by the Platform: uniting all possible forces in actions against imperialism; combating the revisionism, opportunism, and sectarianism that divide them; and promoting the communist movement toward the eradication of the causes of imperialism and fascism.
For this reason, despite the peaceful and legal nature of the Platform’s activities, they prevented its leaders from entering the USA to protest against the NATO Summit, harassed them in Paris, and now hold them under arrest in Nairobi.
However, they will not be able to stop the growing resistance of the popular masses and their revolutionary leaders to their desperate attempt to plunge the planet into World War 3.
Down with imperialism and fascism!

¡Basta de represión contra la Plataforma Mundial Anti-imperialista!
¡Libertad para los detenidos por el gobierno fascista y proimperialista de Kenia!
Tras el éxito de la Conferencia Internacional de Nairobi, organizada por la Plataforma Mundial Anti-imperialista y el Partido Comunista de Kenia – Marxista, marchó el 12 de mayo por las calles de la capital keniata una manifestación contra la Cumbre África-Francia. Las fuerzas militares y policiales la disolvieron violentamente y mantienen bajo arresto a 13 participantes: Lee Sanghun y Song Danbee, del Partido de la Democracia Popular de Corea del Sur; Joti Brar, del Partido Comunista de Gran Bretaña (marxista-leninista); Dimitrios Patelis, del Grupo de Teoría Revolucionaria de Grecia; Gacheke Gachihi; Guy Bremond; Sayialel Mankuyio; Juliaus y John Kamau; Brian Mwanzi; Derivk Opiyo; Fredrik Yara y Colins Otieno.
A través del Fondo Monetario Internacional y con la complicidad del gobierno del presidente Ruto, los imperialistas promueven en Kenia medidas económicas neoliberales que agravan las condiciones de vida de la población obrera y campesina. Las protestas populares han sido salvajemente reprimidas con más de 130 personas asesinadas o desaparecidas, detenciones y torturas contra fuerzas progresistas, particularmente contra los militantes del PCK-M, incluido su Secretario General Booker Omole que fue tiroteado en su domicilio y luego arrestado sin cargos.
Después de que los países del Sahel se liberaran de la tutela neocolonial de Francia, la OTAN designó en 2024 a Kenia como aliado no miembro, para convertir a este país en una base desde la que los imperialistas estadounidenses, británicos y franceses puedan seguir agrediendo y explotando a contra todo el continente africano.
El desarrollo de las contradicciones económicas del capitalismo mundial empuja a los imperialistas a una creciente violencia contra los trabajadores y contra las naciones que les oponen resistencia. Convierten en objetivo de su violencia a todos los verdaderos demócratas, y particularmente a la Plataforma Mundial Anti-imperialista. Estos opresores de la humanidad han aprendido de la historia que los podemos vencer cuando seguimos el camino que señala la Plataforma: unir a todas las fuerzas posibles en acciones contra el imperialismo; combatir el revisionismo, el oportunismo y el sectarismo que las divide; promover el movimiento comunista hacia la erradicación de las causas del imperialismo y del fascismo.
Por eso, a pesar del carácter pacífico y legal de las actividades de la Plataforma, impidieron que sus dirigentes entrasen en Estados Unidos para protestar contra la Cumbre de la OTAN, los acosaron en París y, ahora, los mantienen bajo arresto en Nairobi.
Sin embargo, no podrán detener la creciente resistencia de las masas populares y de sus dirigentes revolucionarios a su desesperado intento de sumir al planeta en una tercera guerra mundial.
