STATEMENT FROM THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE PEOPLES OF SPAAIN (PCPE) IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE WORLD ANTI-IMPERIALIST PLATFORM AND THE COMMUNIST PARTY MARXIST KENYA
The repressive systematization of the various governments of Capital is not limited to certain countries where mobilizations in defense of the rights of workers and other popular classes, or in solidarity with other peoples attacked by imperialism, meet the practiced response of the “forces of order” of the bourgeois state.
The calling of a protest against the “Africa-France Summit” held in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, has required the violent intervention of the Kenyan police and army, who “work” for the interests of imperialist forces—which is, in short, the order of the colonialism occupying these lands.
Without any form of provocation, the demonstration of this counter-Summit has been attacked by the hordes of repression, detaining several comrades. Among them are Comrade Lee Sang-hun, representative of the People’s Democratic Party of South Korea; Joti Brar of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist); Dimitris Patelis of the Revolutionary Theory Group of Greece; and Song Dan-bee of the International Department of the PDP of South Korea, all members of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform.
The PCPE denounces the repression of the regime of William Ruto, who holds the positions of Head of State, Head of Government, and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. This regime attacks the minimum rights of assembly and respect for protesters, seeking in this case to secure “freedom for exploitation” like any other capitalist government.
Similarly, the PCPE denounces the persecution against the Communist Party of Kenya, and further, the kidnapping accompanied by ill-treatment of its General Secretary, which took place recently.
For this reason, the PCPE demands the immediate release of the detainees, the cessation of the persecution against Kenyan communists, and the opening of an investigation into the individuals who carried out the ill-treatment and torture, to apply the “protocols” of the Kenyan penal code with full rigor.

COMUNICADO DEL PARTIDO COMUNISTA DE LOS PUEBLOS DE ESPAÑA (PCPE) EN
SOLIDARIDAD CON LA PLATAFORMA ANTIIMPERIALISTA MUNDIAL Y EL PARTIDO
COMUNISTA DE KENIA.
La sistematización represiva de los diferentes gobiernos del Capital, no se limita a
determinados países donde las movilizaciones en defensa de los derechos de los
trabajadores y resto de capas populares o por la solidaridad con otros pueblos
agredidos por el imperialismo, tienen la entrenada respuesta de “las fuerzas del
orden” del estado burgués.
La convocatoria de de una protesta contra la “Cumbre África-Francia” que se ha
celebrado en Nairobi, capital de Kenia, ha requerido la intervención violenta de la
policía y ejército keniata, que “trabajan” para los intereses de las fuerzas imperialistas,
que es, en resumidas cuentas, el orden del colonialismo ocupante de estas tierras.
Sin mediar ningún tipo de provocación, la manifestación de esta contra-Cumbre ha
sido atacada por las hordas de la represión deteniendo a varios compañeros entre los
que se encuentran el camarada Lee Sang-hun, representante del Partido
Democrático del Pueblo de Corea del Sur, Joti Brar del PC. de Gran Bretaña (m-l),
Dimitris Patelis del Grupo de Teoría Revolucionaria de Grecia y Song-Dan-bee del Dpto.
Internacional del PDP de Corea del Sur, todos miembros de la Plataforma
Antiimperialista Mundial.
El PCPE denuncia la represión del régimen de William Ruto, que ostenta los cargos
de Jefe del Estado, jefe de Gobierno y comandante en jefe de las fuerzas armadas,
que atenta contra los mínimos derechos de reunión y de respeto a los manifestantes,
en este caso, buscando disponer de la “libertad para la explotación” como cualquier
otro gobierno del capitalismo.
De igual manera, el PCPE denuncia la persecución contra el Partido Comunista de
Kenia y más, en el secuestro acompañado de malos tratos de su Secretario General,
que ha tenido lugar en fechas recientes.
Por tal motivo, el PCPE exige la liberación inmediata de los detenidos, el cese de la
persecución contra los comunistas keniatas, y la apertura de una investigación sobre
los sujetos que realizaron los malos tratos y las torturas, para aplicarles con todo rigor
los “protocolos” del código penal keniata.
