Today, activists from the League of Communist Youth of Yugoslavia (SKOJ) unfurled a banner reading “NAZI ZELENSKY NEVER WELCOME!” to express their opposition to Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to Serbia, which is planned for today and tomorrow. SKOJ symbolically unfurled the banner at the Liberators of Belgrade memorial park, a site where hundreds of fighters of the National Liberation Struggle and the Red Army, who gave their lives fighting Nazi and Banderist criminals whom the clique gathered around Zelensky glorifies today, are buried.
Zelensky’s arrival in Serbia represents a great disgrace for the entire Serbian people. The people of Serbia, who have a strong tradition of fighting against Nazism, fascism, and imperialism, must not accept any form of cooperation with a person such as Zelensky, who not only respects the legacy and deeds of the Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera, but is also, for the sake of the interests of his masters in the EU and NATO, ready to sacrifice the last Ukrainian in the war against the brotherly Russian people.
Zelensky’s visit to Serbia, as well as Aleksandar Vučić’s recent trip to Kiev, clearly shows that the SNS regime is increasingly moving closer to its masters in Brussels and Washington, while simultaneously distancing itself from traditional allies of Serbia such as China and Russia. Cooperation with Ukraine, whether it involves the sale of weapons, the potential imposing the sanctions against Russia, or condemnation of the Special Military Operation, can only harm the Serbian people. Supporting Ukraine means supporting the West, which has been destroying our country’s economy for decades, keeping our legal and political system in a state of complete dependence, and which is responsible both for the breakup of Yugoslavia and for the occupation of Kosovo and Metohija. Serbia cannot achieve progress through subjugation to the European Union, the United States, and NATO (the real masters of Ukraine), but only through cooperation with socialist countries and countries fighting imperialism, in the first line Russia, China, Iran, and the DPR Korea.
SKOJ also expresses solidarity with numerous political prisoners, as well as the victims of the Kiev regime, whose only “crime” is opposing neo-Nazi plans to wage a fratricidal war against Russia in the interests of the West! SKOJ particularly emphasizes its solidarity with the Kononovich brothers, Ukrainian communists who have endured persecution by the Kiev regime for years and who have become a symbol of resistance to fascism and imperialism!
