Genuine Spring Is Coming to Arab World: International Affairs Analyst of DPRK
Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) — Jong Yong Rim, an international affairs analyst of the DPRK, released the following article titled “Genuine spring is coming to Arab world” on May 26:
The 32nd Summit of the Arab League was recently held in Saudi Arabia.
The meeting, attended by all its 22 member states including Syria after over 10 years, specially stressed the need to take concerted action so as to reject foreign interference in the region and ensure the stability and security of Arab and defend its interests. To this end, it took positive and relevant steps to resolve the regional issues, including the Syrian crisis, the Palestinian cause and the Sudan dispute, by its own efforts.
The meeting reflecting the regional countries’ aspiration and enthusiasm for independence shows that the catastrophic consequences of the “Arab spring” brought by the U.S. and the West over ten years ago have finally begun to fade.
In December 2010, a demonstration of citizens was staged in a local city of Tunisia to demand the improvement of living conditions, which developed into violence urging the resignation of the president at the instigation of the U.S. and the West. With this case as a starting point, the “Arab spring” immediately spilled over into several countries like a malignant tumor.
Since the beginning of 2011, the “Arab spring” had swept Egypt, Libya and Yemen, resulting in the overthrow of legitimate governments in those countries. In March 2011, even Syria was plunged into great chaos and a long-term crisis began.
The Arab region, where the people had enjoyed peaceful and normal life, quickly turned into a theatre of confusion, disorder, conflict, confrontation and slaughter as a result of the revolution which is not a revolution, and the “Arab spring” which is not a spring, which was caused by the persistent behind-the-scenes control by the U.S. and the West to forcibly implant the “American outlook on value and democracy”.
While resorting to such stereotyped method as “divide and rule”, the U.S. sought to play down the Palestinian issue, the core of the Arab cause, by splitting Arab countries.
It has also been busy selling weapons to Arab countries in the Middle East under the spurious signboard of “security guarantee”, while hyping up “threat” from Iran. As a result, the monopolistic profits of the U.S. have snowballed, but the division, friction, social instability and tension among the regional countries have festered to the maximum.
However, the U.S. unjust attempt to prioritize its interests and use the regional countries as a tool and shock brigade for carrying out its strategy for hegemony has faced stronger opposition from the regional countries as the days go by.
The recent meeting rejected foreign forces’ interference in the regional issues including the Syrian crisis, the Palestinian cause and the Sudan dispute and decided to settle them by its own efforts in the light of its own interests. This eloquently proves that the “Arab spring” brought by the U.S. Middle East policy is falling into irreversible bankruptcy.
It can be said that the 32nd Summit of the Arab League was a significant occasion for informing the world of the fact that the “Arab spring”, which actually served as a long winter inflicting only misfortune and pain, has finally ended thanks to the positive efforts of the regional countries, the driving force of the region, and that the spring of genuine peace and prosperity has just arrived.
No matter how desperately the U.S. may work to hold hegemony in the Arab region, it can never check the vigorous advance of the regional countries which have started their joint efforts for reconciliation and unity.

Llega primavera verdadera al mundo árabe
Pyongyang, 26 de mayo (ACNC) — El comentarista de asuntos internacionales Jong Yong Rim publicó el día 26 un artículo titulado “Llega la primavera verdadera al mundo árabe”.

Hace poco, tuvo lugar en Arabia Saudita la 32ª Cumbre de la Liga de los Estados Árabes.
En la reunión, que se abrió con la participación de todos 22 países miembros a más de 10 años, inclusive a Siria, se dio énfasis en tomar la acción conjunta para rechazar la intervención de las fuerzas extranjeras en la región, garantizar la estabilidad y seguridad del mundo árabe y defender sus intereses.
Para ese fin, se tomaron las medidas efectivas y disposiciones correspondientes con vistas a resolver por cuenta propia los problemas regionales, incluyendo la crisis de Siria, la causa de Palestina y el conflicto de Sudán.
El encuentro, que refleja patentemente la aspiración independiente y entusiasmo de los países regionales, demuestra que comenzó a disiparse las consecuencias catastróficas de la “primavera árabe”, causada por EE.UU. y el Occidente hace más de 10 años.
En diciembre de 2010, se efectuó en una ciudad local de Túnez una manifestación de los habitantes en demanda de la mejoría de las condiciones de vida. Pero, ella se extendió, bajo la instigación de EE.UU. y el Occidente, a las acciones violentas que exigieron la dimisión del presidente.
A partir de ese suceso, la “primavera árabe” se expandió en breve a varios países como el tumor maligno.
Como consecuencia de ella que azotó Egipto, Libia y Yemen desde principios de 2011, se derrumbaron los gobiernos legítimos de esos países y en marzo de 2011, cayó hasta Siria en la conflagración que dio inicio a la crisis prolongada.
Debido a la “primavera árabe” que no es una revolución ni primavera, causada por el obstinado control trasero de EE.UU. y el Occidente que intentan infundir por la fuerza la “concepción del valor y la democracia al estilo norteamericano”, la región árabe, donde la vida seguía normal y tranquila, se convirtió en el escenario de danza macabra de disturbios, desorden, choques, enfrentamientos y asesinatos.
Recurriendo a su método rutinario de “dominar dividiendo”, EE.UU. intentó separar a los países árabes para que el problema de Palestina, clave de la causa de Arabia, se quedara a la zaga.
Divulgando ampliamente el “rumor de amenaza” de Irán, vendió muchas armas a los países árabes del Medio Oriente bajo el vistoso cartel de “garantía de seguridad” y como resultado, sus ganancias monopolistas crecieron cada vez más y, por el contrario, llegó al máximo el nivel de división, discordia, inestabilidad social y tensión entre los países regionales.
Pero, afrontará el rechazo cada día más fuerte de los países regionales la intención injusta de EE.UU. de usarlos como instrumentos y brigadas de choque para la realización de su estrategia hegemónica dando prioridad sólo a los intereses propios.
La cumbre mencionada decidió resolver por cuenta propia los susodichos problemas regionales rechazando la intervención de las fuerzas ajenas y partiendo de los intereses regionales, lo cual confirma que se lleva al fracaso irreversible la “primavera árabe” producida por la política de EE.UU. sobre el Medio Oriente.
Se puede decir que la 32ª Cumbre de la Liga de los Estados Árabes devino una oportunidad significativa que anuncia la llegada de la primavera de paz y prosperidad auténticas, al cabo de la “primavera árabe” que era realmente un invierno largo que impuso sólo desgracias y sufrimientos, a cambio de los esfuerzos protagónicos de los países regionales, dueños de la región.
Aunque EE.UU. maniobre muy desesperadamente para tomar la posición hegemónica en la región árabe, no podrá frenar jamás la marcha vigorosa de los países regionales que han emprendido la obra común que es la reconciliación y unidad.

На днях прошел 32-й саммит Лиги арабских государств (ЛАГ) в Саудовской Аравии.
На саммите, в котором впервые за 10 с лишним лет приняли участие все 22 члена-государства, включая Сирию, особо подчеркнут вопрос о необходимости совместных действий для отказа от вмешательства внешних сил в дела региона, для обеспечения стабильности и безопасности в арабском регионе и отстаивания его интересов. И для этого приняты активные меры и соответствующие шаги по решению собственными силами региональных проблем, включая сирийский кризис, палестинское дело и конфликт в Судане.
Данный саммит, в котором отражены стремление и страсть к самостоятельности стран региона, показывает, что наконец началась ликвидация катастрофических последствий «арабской весны», принесенной США и Западом около 10 лет тому назад.
В декабре 2010 года в местном городе Туниса жители провели демонстрацию, требующую улучшение условий жизни. При подстрекательстве США и Запада демонстрация переросла в требующее отставку президента насилие, которая стала исходной точкой «арабской весны», моментально распространившейся по разным странам, как злокачественная опухоль.
С начала 2011 года «арабская весна» охватила Египет, Ливию и Йемен, в результате чего в тех странах произошла аномальная ситуация – свержение легитимных правительств. А в марте 2011 года даже Сирия вовлеклась в крупную смуту, с этого момента начался долговременный кризис.
По настойчивой закулисной указке США и Запада, которые пытаются насильно пересадить «американские ценности и демократию», произошла не настоящая революция, наступала не подлинная «арабская весна». В результате чего арабский регион, где текла мирная и нормальная жизнь, в одно мгновение превратился в землю хаоса и беспорядков, столкновения и конфронтации, убийства.
США, прибегая к такому излюбленному приему, как «Раскалывай и господствуй», попытались расколоть арабские страны, чтобы они оставили в сторону палестинское дело – ядро арабского дела.
Также они, масштабно твердя об «угрозе» Ирана, хлопотали о продаже оружия странам Среднего Востока и арабским странам под благовидной вывеской «гарантии безопасности», в результате чего монополистическая прибыль США приумножилась, как снежный ком, а уровень раскола и раздора, общественной нестабильности и напряженности, наоборот, максимально повысился.
Однако несправедливая затея США использовать государства в регионе как простой инструмент, ударный отряд для реализации своей гегемонистской стратегии с последовательной отдачей приоритета только интересам своей страны с течением времени столкнулась с сильным протестом стран региона.
На саммите договорились собственными силами решать региональные проблемы, включая сирийский кризис, дело Палестины и конфликт в Судане, в своих интересах без вмешательства внешних сил. Это красноречиво подтверждает, что «арабская весна», вызванная политикой США в отношении Среднего Востока, безнадежно умирает.
Можно сказать, что 32-й саммит Лиги арабских государств послужил значимым моментом. Потому что он дал знать, что благодаря инициативным усилиям субъектов этого региона – стран региона, наконец, прошла «арабская весна», которая была действительно долговременной зимой, принудившей только к несчастью и страданию, а наступает настоящая весна мира и процветания.
Как бы США ни пытались сохранить гегемонию в арабском регионе, ни в коем случае не смогут препятствовать бурному продвижению вперед стран региона, совместно поднявших с якоря, имя которому – примирение и сплоченность.

第３２届阿拉伯国家联盟首脑理事会会议（阿盟峰会）近期在沙特阿拉伯举行。
本届会议时隔１０多年召开，包括叙利亚在内的２２个成员国参会，重点涉及了以联合行动反对外部势力对地区的干涉，保障阿拉伯稳定与安全，维护利益的问题，并为自力解决包括叙利亚危机、巴勒斯坦事业、苏丹冲突在内的地区事务，相继采取了积极的对策方案和相应措施。
本届会议如实反映地区国家的自主志向和心愿，表明１０多年前美西方制造的“阿拉伯之春”导致的破坏性后果终于开始消散。
２０１０年１２月，突尼斯某地方城市居民示威要求改善生活条件，后来这一示威斗争在美西方的挑动下发展到要求总统下台的暴力行动，“阿拉伯之春”以此为起点像恶性肿瘤一样一下子感染了多个国家。
２０１１年初期起，因为席卷埃及、利比亚、也门的“阿拉伯之春”的后果，这些国家发生合法政府下台的不正常事态，２０１１年３月，连叙利亚也被卷入大动乱，就这样长期性危机由此而开始了。
由于美西方执意强迫他国接受“美国式价值观和民主主义”的幕后主使所致的不是革命的革命、不是春天的春天——“阿拉伯之春”的后果，曾安宁正常的阿拉伯地区乱成一团，混乱、失序、冲突、对抗、杀戮比比皆是。
美国策划依靠“分而治之”的惯用手法，挑拨离间阿拉伯国家，致使阿拉伯事业之核——巴勒斯坦问题被搁置。
与此同时，极力炒作伊朗的“威胁论”，打出“安全保障”的华丽招牌，只顾向中东阿拉伯国家出售武器，结果美国垄断利润好像雪球一样越滚越大，与此相反，地区国家之间的分裂和矛盾加深，社会不稳定和紧张局势愈演愈烈。
可是，美国彻头彻尾优先重视本国利益，试图把地区内国家充当为实现其霸权战略的工具、急先锋，这种不纯企图面临了地区国家越发强烈的反抗。
本届会议决定排除外部势力干涉，坚持自身利益，自力解决包括叙利亚危机、巴勒斯坦事业、苏丹冲突在内的地区问题，雄辩地证明美国对中东政策导致的“阿拉伯之春”正在不可逆转地彻底失败。
第３２届阿拉伯国家联盟首脑理事会会议可以说是一个有意义的契机，它宣告在该地区的主体——地区国家的主动努力下，强加于不幸和痛苦的事实上的漫长冬天的“阿拉伯之春”终于一去不复返，真正和平繁荣的春天缓缓而来。
无论美国怎样拼命企图占据对阿拉伯地区的霸权地位，都不能阻挡地区国家共同扬起和谐团结之帆，劈波斩浪奋力前行。
