Russian troops will participate in China’s “Northern Joint-2023” exercise
According to the annual cooperation plan between the Chinese and Russian militaries, the Russian military will soon send naval and air forces to participate in the “Northern United-2023” exercise organized by the Northern Theater of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in the middle of the Sea of Japan.
