7th Enlarged Meeting of 8th Central Military Commission of WPK Held
The Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) convened an enlarged meeting to discuss an important issue of making the army more thoroughly gird for a war given the grave political and military situation prevailing in the Korean peninsula.
The 7th Enlarged Meeting of the 8th Central Military Commission of the WPK took place at the office building of the Central Committee of the WPK on August 9.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the WPK, chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), guided the enlarged meeting.
Attending it were members of the Central Military Commission of the WPK. And present there as observers were commanders of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) services, commanding officers of the frontline corps and units in charge of important duties, and cadres of the relevant departments of the WPK Central Committee.
The enlarged meeting analyzed the military moves of the chief culprits of deteriorated situation that disturb peace and stability in the Korean peninsula and its vicinity, and decided on the plans for offensive military countermeasures to thoroughly deter them. It also discussed as its major agenda item the issues of making full war preparations to neutralize at a blow the enemy attack with overwhelming strategic deterrence and launch simultaneous offensive military actions in contingency.
The present situation, in which the hostile forces are getting ever more undisguised in their reckless military confrontation with the DPRK, requires the latter’s army to have more positive, proactive and overwhelming will and thoroughgoing and perfect military readiness for a war.
The meeting examined a plan of forming frontline operation groups reinforced to overwhelmingly contain and destroy the enemy with absolutely superior military strategy, tactics and muscle in contingency, and the operational tasks to be fulfilled in carrying it out. It also deeply studied and discussed the military measures for diversifying the operational executive capabilities of frontline units and mapping out more detailed operational plans.
On the basis of the results of the discussion, the Central Military Commission of the WPK issued important military action guidelines applicable to the enlarged and changed operational sphere and plans of the frontline units of the KPA. It also unanimously decided on the military and practical issues arising in proactively conducting actual war drills for fulfilling the new strategic mission and making full preparations for carrying out the operation plans any time.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un signed the written order on the important military measures discussed and decided by the Central Military Commission of the WPK.
He deeply summarized and analyzed the present situation of the Korean peninsula and its vicinity and made an important conclusion on further stepping up the war preparations of the KPA in an offensive way.
Saying that to prepare a strong army is the key to implementing the military strategic plan of the Party Central Committee for containing the enemy’s use of military muscle in advance and neutralize all forms of its attack at once in case of the outbreak of a war, he called for securing more powerful strike means for carrying out the mission of war deterrence and continuously intensifying the work for deploying them in the units for action in a mobile way.
He also called for actively conducting actual war drills to efficiently operate newly deployed latest weapons and equipment to ensure that they would display the maximum effect in combat, and radically increasing the KPA’s capabilities for fighting a war by making it keep its mobilized posture for combat all the time.
Saying that the munitions factories have a very important duty to strengthen the KPA in terms of military technology, he underlined the need for all the munitions industrial establishments to push ahead with the mass-production of various weapons and equipment in real earnest to satisfy the operational demand of the KPA undergoing modernization, and set forth the goal for the expansion of the weaponry production capacity and the weaponry production plan.
The enlarged meeting dealt with the organizational matter of dismissing General Pak Su Il from the post of the chief of the General Staff and appointing Vice Marshal Ri Yong Gil as new chief of the General Staff, and of dismissing, transferring to other posts or newly appointing some leading commanding officers.
It also discussed a series of important tasks facing the armed forces of the DPRK, including the issue of making preparations for the successful militia parade marking the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
The 7th Enlarged Meeting of the 8th Central Military Commission of the WPK serves as a significant occasion in providing a firm military guarantee for victory in war by setting forth the substantive programs for the KPA to overpower the enemy by taking firm strategic and tactical initiative in modern warfare.

Sesionada la 7ª reunión ampliada del VIII Período de la CMC del PTC
La Comisión Militar Central del Partido del Trabajo de Corea convocó una reunión ampliada para discutir un asunto importante para hacer más perfectos los preparativos de guerra del ejército frente a la grave situación política y militar, creada en la región de la Península Coreana.
Tuvo lugar el día 9 en la sede del Comité Central del Partido la 7ª reunión ampliada del VIII Período de la Comisión Militar Central del PTC.
Dirigió esta cita el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del PTC y Presidente de la CMC del PTC y de Asuntos Estatales de la República Popular Democrática de Corea.
Estuvieron presentes en la ocasión los miembros de la CMC del PTC y, en calidad de observador, los comandantes de las fuerzas armadas de diferentes tipos del Ejército Popular de Corea, los otros de los cuerpos de ejército en el frente y unidades encargadas de misiones importantes y los cuadros de los departamentos correspondientes del CC del PTC.
Tras analizar las acciones militares de los culpables principales de la agravación de tensión que destruyen la paz y estabilidad de la región de la Península Coreana, la reunión determinó los proyectos de respuesta militar de carácter ofensivo para refrenarlas.
Además, debatió como agenda principal los problemas para mantener la perfecta disposición para la guerra con el fin de neutralizar de una vez con el predominante disuasivo estratégico el ataque enemigo en el tiempo de emergencia y emprender la ofensiva militar de carácter simultáneo y múltiple.
La situación actual en que se hace más abierta la imprudente campaña de enfrentamiento militar de las fuerzas hostiles contra la RPDC plantea la necesidad de que el EPC tenga la voluntad de enfrentarse a la guerra de manera más protagónica, activa y aplastante y se mantenga en la perfecta disposición militar.
La cita deliberó el proyecto de formación de los reforzados grupos operacionales en el frente para refrenar y aniquilar de manera aplastante a los enemigos con la superioridad total de las estrategias y tácticas militares y las fuerzas armadas en el tiempo de emergencia y sus misiones operacionales.
Igualmente, estudió y debatió seriamente las medidas militares para diversificar la capacidad ejecutiva de guerra de las unidades del frente y establecer el plan operacional más detallado.
A base del resultado de debate, la CMC del PTC distribuyó la directiva de importante acción militar según el ampliado y cambiado teatro y plan de la operación de las unidades del frente del EPC y aprobó por unanimidad los problemas de trabajo militar para realizar activamente los ejercicios de combate real de acuerdo con la nueva misión estratégica y perfeccionar el estado de preparación permanente para la operación, y la resolución correspondiente.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un firmó la orden escrita sobre las importantes medidas militares, discutidas y decididas en la CMC.
Luego de resumir y analizar profundamente la actual situación regional de la Península Coreana, él pronunció en la reunión un programático discurso de conclusión sobre el tema de acelerar de manera ofensiva los preparativos de guerra del ejército.
Preparar un ejército poderoso es lo fundamental en materializar el intento estratégico militar del CC del PTC para impedir de antemano el uso de fuerzas militares de los enemigos y destruir a la vez sus acciones de ataque de diferentes tipos, dijo y resaltó la necesidad de ampliar y poseer muchos medios poderosos de ataque, que cumplen la misión de disuadir la guerra, y seguir profundizando el proyecto de desplegarlos rápido en las unidades.
Al mismo tiempo, hace falta realizar con empeño los ejercicios de combate real para operar con eficacia los desplegados armamentos de nuevo tipo a fin de dar al máximo sus efectos combativos y mantener siempre la disposición de combate y estado movilizado, de modo que crezca notablemente la capacidad ejecutiva de guerra del ejército, instruyó.
Diciendo que es muy importante la misión de las fábricas de materiales bélicos para consolidar en lo técnico y militar el EPC, apuntó que todas las fábricas y empresas de esta rama deben impulsar en gran medida la campaña de producción masiva de diferentes armamentos conforme a las demandas operacionales del ejército en el curso de modernización. Y presentó las metas de formación de capacidad productiva de armamentos y del plan de su producción.
La cita removió al general de ejército Pak Su Il del cargo de jefe del Estado Mayor General y nombró en su puesto al vicemariscal Ri Yong Gil.
También abordó el problema de organización sobre la destitución, traslado y nombramiento de los comandantes en cargos principales.
Además, discutió una serie de tareas importantes que incumben a las fuerzas armadas de la RPDC como el problema de preparar bien el desfile de las fuerzas armadas civiles en saludo al 75º aniversario de la fundación de la RPDC.
La 7ª reunión ampliada del VIII Período de la CMC del PTC constituye un hito significativo que preparó la firme garantía militar de victoria en la guerra al presentar los programas prácticos que permiten al EPC doblegar de manera aplastante a los enemigos en la guerra moderna tomando el firme control estratégico y táctico.

Прошло VII расширенное заседание ЦВК ТПК восьмого созыва
Центральный Военный Комитет (ЦВК) ТПК созвал расширенное заседание, чтобы обсудить важнейшие вопросы по дальнейшей последовательной подготовке армии к войне в ответ на сложившуюся на Корейском полуострове серьезную военно-политическую ситуацию.
9 августа в штаб-квартире ЦК партии прошло VII расширенное заседание ЦВК ТПК восьмого созыва.
Генеральный секретарь ТПК, Председатель ЦВК ТПК, Председатель государственных дел КНДР уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын председательствовал на VII расширенном заседании ЦВК ТПК восьмого созыва.
На заседании приняли участие члены ЦВК ТПК, а также командующие видами войск КНА, командиры фронтовых корпусов и частей, отвечающих за важные задания, кадры соответствующих отделов ЦК партии – в качестве наблюдателя.
На VII расширенном заседании ЦВК ТПК анализирована военная махинация зачинщиков обострения ситуации, нарушающих мир и стабильность на Корейском полуострове, и приняты наступательные военные контрмеры по последовательному сдерживанию их махинации. Также важной темой обсуждения стали вопросы по последовательной готовности к войне, позволяющей с подавляющими стратегическими силами сдерживания нейтрализовать атаку врагов одним ударом в случае возникновения чрезвычайной ситуации и принять одновременные и серийные военные наступательные меры.
Нынешняя ситуация, когда безрассудная военная конфронтация враждебных сил против Республики становится более откровенной, требует у нашей армии воли к более инициативному, активному и подавляющему реагированию на войну, последовательной и совершенной военной боеготовности.
На заседании рассмотрены проект сформирования укрепленных фронтовых оперативных групп, способных подавляюще управляться и уничтожать врагов уверенным военно-стратегическим и тактическим превосходством, превосходством в вооруженных силах в случае возникновения чрезвычайной ситуации, и их оперативные задания. Также серьезно проработаны и обсуждены военные меры по осуществлению многостороннего улучшения способности фронтовых частей к ведению операции, по составлению более конкретного оперативного плана.

Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын собственноручно подписал приказ о важнейших военных мерах, обсужденных и решенных в ЦВК ТПК.
На заседании уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын обобщил и глубоко проанализировал нынешнюю ситуацию на Корейском полуострове, выступил с программной заключительной речью о дальнейшем наступательном ускорении подготовки армии к войне.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын сказал, что для осуществления военно-стратегического намерения ЦК партии о предварительном сдерживании использования вооруженных сил со стороны врагов и нейтрализации наступательных действий различных форм врагов в случае войны самым важным делом является подготовка сильной армии. Он подчеркнул необходимость увеличения мощных ударных средств, предназначенных для сдерживания войны, и приложения дальнейших усилий к работе по оперативному размещению таких средств в боевом порядке во всех частях.
Отметил, что следует активно вести подготовку в обстановке, приближенной к боевой, для эффективной эксплуатации размещенных новейших вооружений в направлении максимального проявления их боевой эффективности и постоянно сохранять напряженную боеготовность с тем, чтобы стремительно повысить способность армии к ведению войны.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын, делая акцент на важнейшей задаче военных заводов в военно-техническом укреплении Народной Армии, подчеркнул, что все заводы и фабрики в области военной промышленности должны динамично продвигать работу по массовому производству всех видов вооружений с учетом оперативного спроса модернизирующейся армии. И поставил цель создания мощи производства вооружений и план производства.
На заседании генерал армии Пак Су Ир освобожден от должности начальника Генштаба и вице-маршал Ли Ён Гир назначен начальником Генштаба. А также обсужден организационный вопрос по освобождению и переведению на другие должности, новому назначению командиров главных инстанций.
И обсуждены некоторые задачи перед вооруженными силами Республики, в том числе вопрос по успешной подготовке к военному параду гражданских военных сил по случаю 75-летия основания Республики.
VII расширенное заседание ЦВК ТПК восьмого созыва, на котором выдвинуты практические программы, позволяющие КНА с уверенной тактико-стратегической инициативой одержать подавляющую победу над врагами в современной войне, служит знаменательным моментом в создании прочной военной гарантии победы в войне.
