Against NATO joining war, Russia can use nuclear weapon

NATO is preparing its largest live joint command exercise since the cold war on next February, with Germany, Poland and Baltic countries including 31 member countries.

The exercise is the attempt to repel Russian aggression against one of its members.

On the exercise, Steadfast Defender 24, will involve up to 41,000 troops, 50 warships and between 500 and 700 aircraft, according to sources familiar with the exercise, and will be the first since 2021.

NATO has previously avoided exercises in areas where it has a direct border with Russia. Russia has repeatedly warned that “some NATO countries are preparing to turn the proxy war in Ukraine into a direct war against Russia”.

One of the Russian Defense Ministry analyst interviewed that “It is intended to improve wartime coordination, and NATO is using the experience gained from observing the fighting in Ukraine to simultaneously integrate and coordinate air, sea, and land, as well as space and cyber combat capabilities”.

However, he analyzed that even though the U.S. had enough weapon producing capacity, it would have to go through supply routes across the Atlantic, so if NATO were to take threatening actions, it would not be ready for a real war, a real all-out war.

Especially, when Russia is directly attacked by NATO and West, in response, Russia can move up the use of nuclear weapons earlier.
