[Statement of the Pole of Communist Revival in France]

We reject the unilateral dissolution of the Initiative of the Communist and Workers’ Parties. Call for reconstruction
Today, November 9, 2023, after a plenary meeting of all the members of the Initiative of the Communist and Workers’ Parties (founded in 2013 and of which the PRCF is one of the founding members) and after about two hours of debate where, yet, no majority was emerging to go in this direction, a closing speech by Comrade Giorgos Marinos unilaterally decreed the dissolution of the Initiative. It was added that it would now be prohibited to use the call or the logo of the Initiative. The decision was not put to a vote.
Since the meeting took place on «zoom», it was technically impossible for many parties wishing to protest against this overt anti-democratic act to protest. Our comrade Boris Differ even asked in writing on the thread «Why would there not be a vote on this?». The only response was that there would be no second round. Then the written thread was disabled.
Whatever the possible divergences at the international level, and in particular the appreciation of the NATO-Russia conflict in Ukraine, we consider it unjustifiable to dissolve the international tools of struggle forged in the struggle and the trust gained over the years.
We suggest to the parties members of the Initiative who are surprised by this brutal dissolution to contact us to reflect together on the best way to continue the international fight consubstantial to the communist activity on the basis of the maxism-Leninism and proletarian internationalism, and without opposing communist internationalism and the broad development of the anti-imperialist Front.

Nous refusons la dissolution unilatérale de l’Initiative des partis communistes et ouvriers. Appel à la reconstruction
Aujourd’hui 9 septembre 2023, après une réunion plénière regroupant l’ensemble des membres de l’Initiative des partis communistes et ouvriers (fondée en 2013 et dont le PRCF est un des membres fondateurs) et après environ deux heures de débat où, pourtant, aucune majorité ne se dessinait pour aller en ce sens, un discours de clôture du camarade Giorgos Marinos a décrété de manière unilatérale la dissolution de l’Initiative. Il a été ajouté qu’il serait désormais interdit d’utiliser l’appelation ou encore le logo de l’Initiative. La décision n’a pas été soumise au vote.
La réunion se déroulant sur « zoom », il était techniquement impossible, pour de nombreux partis souhaitant protester contre cet acte antidémocratique manifeste, de protester. Notre camarade Boris Differ a même demandé par écrit sur le fil de discussion « Pourquoi n’y aurait-il pas un vote à ce sujet ? ». La seule réponse qui lui fut opposée fut qu’il n’y aurait pas de deuxième tour de parole. Puis le fil de discussion par écrit a été désactivé.
Quelles que soient les divergences possibles au plan international, et notamment l’appréciation du conflit OTAN-Russie en Ukraine, nous jugeons qu’il est injustifiable de dissoudre des outils de lutte internationaux forgés dans la lutte et la confiance gagnée avec les années.
Nous suggérons aux partis membres de l’Initiative qui s’étonnent de cette dissolution brutale de prendre contact avec nous pour réfléchir ensemble à la meilleure manière de continuer le combat international consubstantiel à l’activité communiste sur la base du maxisme-léninisme et de l’internationalisme prolétarien et sans opposer le moins du monde l’internationalisme communiste et le développement large du Front anti-impérialiste.

Hoy, 9 de noviembre de 2023, después de una reunión plenaria con todos los miembros de la Iniciativa de los Partidos Comunistas y Obreros (fundada en 2013 y uno de cuyos miembros fundadores es el PRCF) y después de aproximadamente dos horas de debate, Sin embargo, ninguna mayoría se proponía ir en este sentido, un discurso de clausura del camarada Giorgos Marinos decretó unilateralmente la disolución de la Iniciativa. Sugerimos a los partidos miembros de la Iniciativa que se sorprenden de esta disolución brutal que se pongan en contacto con nosotros para reflexionar juntos sobre la mejor manera de continuar el combate internacional consustancial a la actividad comunista sobre la base del maxismo-leninismo y el internacionalismo proletario y sin oponer en lo más mínimo el internacionalismo comunista y el desarrollo amplio del Frente antiimperialista.

Мы отвергаем односторонний роспуск Инициативы коммунистических и рабочих партий. Призываем к восстановлению.
Сегодня, 9 ноября 2023 года, после пленарного заседания всех членов Инициативы Коммунистических и Рабочих Партий (основанной в 2013 году, одним из членов-основателей которой является ПКВФ -PRCF-) и после около двух часов дебатов где,тем не менее, никакого большинства, которое пошло бы по этомунаправлению, не появилось, заключительная речь товарища Гиоргоса Мариноса в односторонном порядке постановила распустить Инициативу. Было добавлено, что теперь будет запрещено использовать позывные или эмблему Инициативы. Решение не было поставлено на голосование.
Поскольку встреча проходила по платформе «зум», протестовать против этого явного антидемократического акта было технически невозможно. Наш товарищ, Борис Диффер даже письменно спросил во время обсуждения «Почему бы не провести голосование по этому вопросу?». Единственным ответом было то, что второго раунда не будет. Затем ход письменной дискуссии был свернут.
Какими бы ни были возможные разногласия на международном уровне, в частности, признание важности конфликта между НАТО и Россией на Украине, мы считаем неоправданным уничтожение международных инструментов борьбы, созданных в борьбе и завоеванных за прошедшие годы доверий.
Мы предлагаем сторонам Инициативы, которые удивлены этим жестоким роспуском, связаться с нами, чтобы вместе подумать о том, как лучше продолжить международную борьбу, связанную с коммунистической деятельностью, на основе максимизма-Ленинизма и пролетарского интернационализма, без противодействия коммунистическому интернационализму, также широкому развитию антиимпериалистического фронта.
