DPRK NATA’s Report on Successful Launch of Reconnaissance Satellite
The National Aerospace Technology Administration (NATA) of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea successfully launched the new-type carrier rocket “Chollima-1” loaded with the reconnaissance satellite “Malligyong-1” at the Sohae Satellite Launching Ground in Cholsan County, North Phyongan Province, at 22:42:28 on November 21, Juche 112 (2023).
The carrier rocket “Chollima-1” flew normally along the preset flight track and accurately put the reconnaissance satellite “Malligyong-1” on its orbit at 22:54:13, 705s after the launch.
The launch of reconnaissance satellite is a legitimate right of the DPRK for strengthening its self-defensive capabilities and it will make a significant contribution to definitely ramping up the war preparedness of the armed forces of the Republic in conformity with the security environment created in and around the country owing to the enemies’ dangerous military moves.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, oversaw the launch on the spot.
He was accompanied by Kim Jong Sik, vice department director of the WPK Central Committee, and Jang Chang Ha, general director of the DPRK General Missile Bureau.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un oversaw the launch and warmly congratulated all the cadres, scientists and technicians of the NATA and relevant institutions on having made a great contribution to enhancing the Republic’s war deterrent and most correctly and excellently implementing the resolution of the Eighth Congress of the WPK.
The NATA is to present to the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th WPK Central Committee a plan for continuing to secure the capability to reconnoiter the south Korean region and the region of operational interest of the DPRK armed forces by additionally launching several reconnaissance satellites in a short span of time.

DNTA de la RPDC informa el exitoso lanzamiento del satélite de reconocimiento
La Dirección Nacional de Tecnología Aeroespacial (DNTA) de la República Popular Democrática de Corea realizó exitosamente a las 22h 42m 28s del día 21 de noviembre del 112 de la era Juche (2023) en el Campo de Lanzamiento de Satélites Sohae del distrito de Cholsan de la provincia de Phyong-an del Norte el lanzamiento del satélite de reconocimiento Malligyong-1 a bordo del cohete transportador de satélite de nuevo tipo Chollima-1.
El cohete navegó normalmente por la órbita prevista de vuelo y puso exactamente el satélite en su órbita a los 705 segundos de lanzamiento, o sea, a las 22h 54m 13s.
El disparo de este tipo es el derecho legítimo de la RPDC para el fortalecimiento del potencial de autodefensa y hará gran aporte a mejorar seguramente la disposición de guerra de las fuerzas armadas de la RPDC en lo equivalente al ambiente de seguridad dado en el país y su contorno debido al peligroso movimiento militar de los enemigos.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la RPDC, presenció en el terreno el lanzamiento del satélite de exploración.
Le acompañaron el subjefe de departamento del Comité Central del PTC, Kim Jong Sik, y el titular de la Dirección General de Misil, Jang Chang Ha.
Tras presenciar el lanzamiento, el Secretario General del PTC felicitó cordialmente a todos los cuadros, científicos y técnicos de la DNTA y los órganos vinculados que contribuyeron en gran medida al aumento del disuasivo de guerra de la RPDC e implementaron de manera más correcta y magnífica la resolución del VIII Congreso del PTC.
La DNTA presentará al 9º Pleno del VIII Período del Comité Central del PTC el plan de seguir adquiriendo la capacidad de reconocimiento sobre la región surcoreana y las zonas de interés operacional de las fuerzas armadas de la RPDC al lanzar adicionalmente en breve varios satélites de exploración.

Успешно произведен запуск спутника-разведчика
Государственное главное управление КНДР по аэрокосмической технике в 22 часа 42 минуты и 28 секунд 21 ноября 112 года чучхе (2023) успешно произвело запуск спутника-разведчика «Манригён-1» с помощью ракеты-носителя нового типа «Чхоллима-1» на Сохэском космодроме в уезде Чхольсан провинции Северный Пхёнъан.
Ракета-носитель нового типа «Чхоллима-1» нормально пролетела по намеченной траектории полета, а через 705 секунд после запуска, в 22 часа 54 минуты 13 секунд точно вывела спутник-разведчик «Манригён-1» на орбиту.
Запуск спутника-разведчика, который является закономерным пользованием правом КНДР на укрепление права на самооборону, внесет весомый вклад в заметное повышение готовности вооруженных сил Республики к войне в соответствии с обстановкой безопасности, сложившейся перед страной и вокруг нее из-за весьма опасных военных акций врагов.
Генеральный секретарь ТПК, Председатель государственных дел КНДР уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын на месте наблюдал за запуском спутника-разведчика.
Его сопровождали заместитель заведующего отделом ЦК ТПК Ким Чон Сик, начальник Главного ракетного управления КНДР Чан Чхан Ха.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын наблюдал за запуском спутника-разведчика и горячо поздравил всех кадров, ученых и техников Государственного главного управления по аэрокосмической технике и смежного ведомства, которые внесли большой вклад в наращивание силы сдерживания войны нашей Республики и выполнили решение VIII съезда ТПК самым точным образом и на отлично.
Государственное главное управление по аэрокосмической технике будет представлять IX Пленуму ЦК ТПК восьмого созыва план, по которому в ближайшее время будет дополнительно запускать несколько спутников-разведчиков в целях дальнейшего обладания способностью к разведке южнокорейской территории и районов оперативного внимания для вооруженных сил Республики.

我国成功发射侦察卫星
朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国家航空航天技术总局于主体１１２（２０２３）年１１月２１日２２时４２分２８秒，在平安北道铁山郡西海卫星发射场使用“千里马－１”型新型卫星运载火箭，成功将侦察卫星“万里镜－１”号发射升空。
“千里马－１”型新型卫星运载火箭沿着预定飞行轨道正常飞行，在发射后过７０５秒，即２２时５４分１３秒，顺利将侦察卫星“万里镜－１”号进入轨道。
侦察卫星发射是朝鲜民主主义人民共和国关于自卫权强化的合法权利，将为符合敌人极其危险的军事妄动导致的我国和周边地区的当前安全环境，切实提高共和国武装力量备战态势做出巨大贡献。
朝鲜劳动党总书记、朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国务委员长金正恩同志在现场观摩了侦察卫星发射流程。
