Important Weapon Test and Firing Drill Conducted in DPRK
Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) — The intentional, persistent and provocative war drills and confrontational stance of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime of traitors have driven the military and political situation of the Korean peninsula to an irreversibly dangerous point.
The reckless and dangerous nature of the confrontational hysteria recently betrayed by the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime of traitors is unprecedented in history.
The U.S. imperialists and their stooges kicked off a large-scale dangerous drill, an actual drill for “occupying” the DPRK in the light of its form and contents, in defiance of the repeated stern warnings by the DPRK government, army and people. It is expected that the U.S. imperialists and their stooges will get more frantic in their persistent military provocations to aggravate the situation as ever with a more aggressive stand of confrontation.
This grave challenging situation against the state security of the DPRK requires it to have stronger war deterrents for firmly supporting the peaceful socialist state building activities – the more developed, multi-faceted and offensive nuclear attack capability – and increase its capability in every way in order to deter war and firmly preserve peace and prosperity with its tremendous might.
The hostile forces’ anti-DPRK war scenario based on the deployment of huge nuclear strategic assets, the amount of forces involved in carrying it out and the ensuing peculiar mode of war urgently require the DPRK to make its entire armed forces gird themselves for an all-out war and bolster up its nuclear force both in quality and quantity on a priority basis.
The Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) is energetically guiding the continuous military activities to bolster up its nuclear war deterrence for self-defence in order to strengthen the country’s defence posture in every way and promptly counter and thoroughly control and manage any nuclear war threats and challenges by the enemy.
After organizing and guiding a combined tactical drill simulating a nuclear counterattack, the WPK Central Military Commission commanded drills from March 21 to 23, which served as a demonstration of another military attack capability, in order to alert the enemy to an actual nuclear crisis and verify the reliability of the nuclear force for self-defence.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un guided the important military activities.
A new underwater attack weapon system test was conducted from March 21 to 23.
Since 2012, the DPRK’s defence scientific research institute has conducted the development of the underwater nuclear strategic attack weapon system based on a new operational concept, studying warfare in the new era and defining the orientation of the development of the self-defence capabilities to outpace the military and technical superiority of the imperialist aggressor forces.
The Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee was informally reported about the underwater strategic nuclear weapon system at the Defence Development Exhibition Self-Defence-2021 held in October 2021.
This secret weapon was named “Unmanned Underwater Nuclear Attack Craft ‘Haeil'” at the 8th Congress of the WPK.
It has undergone more than 50 shakedowns for the past two years since the Congress.
Kim Jong Un personally guided 29 weapon tests and its operational deployment was decided at the 6th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK.
The mission of the underwater nuclear strategic weapon is to stealthily infiltrate into operational waters and make a super-scale radioactive tsunami through underwater explosion to destroy naval striker groups and major operational ports of the enemy.
This nuclear underwater attack drone can be deployed at any coast and port or towed by a surface ship for operation.
The underwater nuclear attack drone, which was deployed for a drill off the coast of Riwon County of South Hamgyong Province on Tuesday, reached the target point in the waters off Hongwon Bay set as a mock enemy port with its test warhead detonating underwater on Thursday afternoon after cruising along an oval and pattern-8 course at an underwater depth of 80 to 150 meters in the East Sea of Korea for 59 hours and 12 minutes.
The test correctly estimated all the tactical and technical specifications and navigational and technical indices of the underwater nuclear attack drone, verified its reliability and safety and fully confirmed its lethal strike capability.
On March 22 there took place a launching drill to let strategic cruise missile units get familiar with the procedures and processes for carrying out the tactical nuclear attack missions.
Prior to the drill, there was training to reexamine the operational normality and the systematic safety of technical and mechanical devices, including the procedures for authenticating the nuclear attack order and the launch approval system, and to let the strategic cruise missile sub-units get familiar with action methods and handling of equipment through repeated practice.
The strategic cruise missile was tipped with a test warhead simulating a nuclear warhead.
Two “Hwasal-1”-type strategic cruise missiles and two “Hwasal-2”-type strategic cruise missiles, launched in Jakdo-dong, Hungnam District, Hamhung City, South Hamgyong Province, accurately hit the target set in the East Sea of Korea after flying on their programmed 1 500km- and 1 800km-long oval and pattern-8 orbits for 7 557 to 7 567 seconds and 9 118 to 9 129 seconds respectively.
The drill also involved the cruise missiles’ minimum-altitude flight test and the test for estimating their capability for ever-changing-altitude control and evasion flight.
The drill also verified once again the operational reliability of nuclear explosion control devices and detonators by applying the mid-air-explosion (600 meters above the target) strike mode to two different missiles.
The major weapon test and launching drills had no negative impact on the security of the neighboring countries.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was greatly satisfied with the results of the major weapon test and the launching drill for a strategic purpose.
Underlining the need to neutralize every attempt of the enemy to invade the DPRK and creditably defend our people’s peaceful life and future and the cause of socialist construction by more overwhelmingly and offensively countering to the end the reckless military provocations being escalated by the U.S. and the south Korean authorities in disregard of our patience and warning, he set forth the immediate militant tasks and permanent policies for doing so.
Bitterly criticizing the U.S. imperialists for desperately resorting to military moves imperiling the regional situation under the pretence of fulfilling their commitment to defending allies and under various pretexts of tightening alliance, encouraging the misguided imprudence and “bravery” of the south Korean puppet regime of traitors and inciting them to impudent actions, he referred to the need to take offensive actions to make the enemy inviting the danger with thoughtless and reckless acts realize the DPRK’s unlimited nuclear war deterrence capability being bolstered up at a greater speed.
He expressed his will to make the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime plunge into despair for their choice through the high-profile demonstration of the powerful war deterrence and make them understand by themselves that they are bound to lose more than they get and face a greater threat due to the strengthening of the military alliance and the expansion of war drills in the region.
He, on behalf of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the DPRK government, seriously warned once again the enemies that they should stop the reckless anti-DPRK war drills.

Tienen lugar la prueba de arma importante y ejercicios de lanzamiento con fin estratégico
Pyongyang, 24 de marzo (ACNC) — Los ejercicios de guerra anti-RPDC y la postura conflictiva de EE.UU. y los traidores títeres surcoreanos, de carácter intencional, persistente y provocativo, llevaron al borde irrecuperable la situación militar y política de la Península Coreana.
No tienen precedentes en la historia la imprudencia y la peligrosidad de la reciente oleada conflictiva de los enemigos.
A pesar de la reiterada advertencia severa del gobierno, el ejército y el pueblo de la RPDC, EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea desarrollaron abiertamente en gran dimensión los ejercicios para “conquistar” a la RPDC, al ver su forma y contenido, y se prevé que empeorarán más la situación al continuar las provocaciones militares manteniendo la postura conflictiva.
Tal situación severa y desafiante a la seguridad estatal nos exige a disponer y centuplicar por todos los medios la capacidad de disuasivo de guerra más poderosa, o sea, la de ataque nuclear multilateral y ofensivo más progresado, que puede apoyar con firmeza la construcción pacífica del Estado socialista, y con su poderío tan espantoso prevenir la guerra y garantizar la paz y la prosperidad.
El intento de guerra anti-RPDC de las fuerzas hostiles, que toma como premisas la movilización de enormes medios estratégicos nucleares, las fuerzas de su cumplimiento y la especialidad del carácter de guerra, nos presentan indispensablemente la preparación de todo el ejército para la guerra total y el primordial fortalecimiento cuantitativo y cualitativo de las fuerzas armadas nucleares.
La Comisión Militar Central del Partido del Trabajo de Corea dirige enérgicamente las sucesivas actividades militares por mejorar el disuasivo autodefensivo de guerra nuclear a fin de fortalecer de todas maneras la disposición de defensa nacional y hacer frente rápido a cualesquier amenazas de guerra nuclear y los desafíos de los enemigos y controlarlos.
Organizó y guió los ejercicios combinados tácticos de contraataque nuclear virtual y dirigió durante 3 días desde el día 21 otros entrenamientos, otra muestra de la capacidad de ataque militar, cuyos objetivos son enviar la advertencia a los enemigos la crisis nuclear real y confirmar la confidencia de las fuerzas nucleares autodefensivas.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un encabezó las importantes actividades militares.
Tuvo lugar del día 21 al 23 una prueba de nuevo sistema de armamento de ataque submarino.
Desde el año 2012, el instituto de investigación de ciencias de defensa nacional de la RPDC vino desarrollando este armamento partiendo de nueva concepción operacional, al cabo de estudiar el carácter de guerra de nueva época y determinar el rumbo de desarrollo de las fuerzas autodefensivas para mantener a raya la supremacía técnico-militar de las tropas agresoras imperialistas.
En la Exhibición del Desarrollo de la Defensa Nacional “Autodefensa-2021”, abierta en octubre de 2021, se dio al Buró Político del CC del PTC el parte no oficial sobre este armamento.
El armamento secreto fue bautizado en el VIII Congreso del PTC como “drone submarino nuclear ‘Haeil'” y se realizaron diferentes pruebas en más de 50 ocasiones durante 2 años después de esta cita partidista.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un dirigió personalmente los 29 ensayos de armamento y se decidió la ubicación operacional en el VI Pleno del VIII Período del CC del PTC.
La misión de este armamento es llegar sigilosamente mediante la navegación submarina a las aguas de operación, hacer explosión submarina y levantar una marejada radiactiva superpoderosa, con la cual destruye y extermina los grupos de buques y el puerto operacional principal de los enemigos.
Se puede lanzar este armamento en cualquier costa o puerto o navío.
Un armamento, disparado el día 21 en la costa del distrito de Riwon de la provincia de Hamgyong del Sur, llegó al blanco tomado en la bahía Hongwon simulando como puerto enemigo, al navegar a 80-150 metros de profundidad durante 59 horas 12 minutos por la órbita elíptica y en forma del número 8 establecida en el Mar Este de Corea, y estalló la ojiva de ensayo en la profundidad del mar.
A través del ensayo se han evaluados exactamente todas las especificaciones técnicas y los índices técnicos de navegación del armamento, se han verificado su credibilidad y seguridad y se ha comprobado su capacidad de golpe fatal.
El día 22, tuvieron lugar los ejercicios de disparo a fin de adiestrar a las unidades de misil crucero estratégico en el trámite y proceso del cumplimiento de la misión de ataque nuclear táctico.
Con anterioridad, hubo la revisión de la normalidad de la operación y la seguridad del sistema de los aparatos técnicos e institucionales como el trámite de certificación de la orden de ataque nuclear, el sistema de aprobación de disparo, etc., y los entrenamientos reiterados para practicar los métodos de acción y los movimientos de manejo de cañones de las subunidades de misil crucero estratégico.
Se instaló en el misil la ojiva de ensayo que simula la nuclear.
Los 2 misiles cruceros estratégicos de tipo “Hwasal-1” y los 2 otros de tipo “Hwasal-2”, lanzados en el barrio Jakdo del municipio de Hungnam de la ciudad de Hamhung de la provincia de Hamgyong del Sur, navegaron durante 7 mil 557-7 mil 567 segundos y 9 mil 118-9 mil 129 segundos, respectivamente, por la órbita elíptica y en forma del número 8, y acertaron los blancos a las distancias de mil 500km y mil 800km en el Mar Este de Corea.
Se realizaron en la ocasión una prueba de navegación de bajísima altura de misil y la otra para determinar sus capacidades de control de altura irregular y de vuelo evasivo.
Comprobó más de una vez la credibilidad de los aparatos de control de explosión nuclear y detonador, aplicando en un misil de cada tipo el modo de golpe mediante la explosión a una altura de 600 metros sobre el blanco.
La prueba de arma importante y los ejercicios no dieron ninguna influencia negativa a la seguridad de los Estados vecinos.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un expresó gran satisfacción por los resultados de la prueba y los ejercicios de lanzamiento con el fin estratégico.
Haremos categórico enfrentamiento, hasta el fin, de manera más aplastante y más ofensiva, a las imprudentes y recrudescentes maniobras militares de EE.UU. y las autoridades del Sur de Corea, que habían menospreciado nuestra paciencia y advertencia, señaló y presentó las inminentes tareas combativas y las orientaciones perpetuas para frustrar todas las intenciones de agredir a la RPDC y defender fidedignamente la vida pacífica y el futuro de nuestro pueblo y la causa de la construcción socialista.
Reprochó a EE.UU. que fomenta la inmoderación y bravura de los traidores títeres, hablando de la promesa de defensa a su aliado y recurriendo con frenesí a las maniobras militares, que calientan más la situación regional bajo los pretextos variados del fortalecimiento de la alianza, y les incita a las acciones atrevidas. Y destacó la necesidad de las acciones ofensivas para dar a los enemigos, que agrandan la peligrosidad con sus locuras torpes, una comprensión de nuestra ilimitada capacidad de disuasivo de guerra nuclear que se centuplica más aceleradamente.
Precisó que con la demostración terminante y prevaleciente del disuasivo de guerra dará la desesperación a la opción del imperialismo norteamericano y los títeres surcoreanos y les hará entender por sí mismos que más perderán que ganar mediante el fortalecimiento de la alianza militar y la ampliación de los ejercicios de guerra y se acercarán a la amenaza más grande.
En representación del PTC y el gobierno de la RPDC, advirtió una vez más a los enemigos el cese de los imprudentes alborotos militares anti-RPDC.

Прошли испытание значимого оружия и учения по запуску стратегического назначения
Пхеньян, 24 марта. /ЦТАК/– Намеренные, назойливые и провокационные антиреспубликанские военные учения и конфронтационная позиция США и марионеточных предателей Южной Кореи привели военно-политическую ситуацию на Корейском полуострове к необратимому опасному уровню.
Что касается безрассудности и опасности недавнего конфронтационного безумия США и марионеточных предателей, в истории не были таких.
США и их сателлиты, игнорировав строгие предупреждения наших правительства, армии и народа, откровенно провели крупномасштабные и весьма опасные антиреспубликанские военные учения, форма и содержание которых в действительности заключаются в «захвате». Также они и впредь планируют бешено прибегать к продолжительным военным провокациям более твердой конфронтационной позицией и ухудшать ситуацию.
Вот такая серьезная провокационная ситуация с безопасностью государства требует от нас обладать более мощными силами сдерживания войны, позволяющими надежно обеспечить мирное строительство социалистического государства, то есть более развитой многосторонней наступательной способностью к ядерному удару, всестороннее укреплять ту способность, такой несокрушимой мощью сдерживать войну и надежно гарантировать мир и процветание.
Попытки враждебных сил к войне против Республики, предполагающей введение масштабных ядерных стратегических средств, силы для ее ведения и особенность данной войны необходимо требуют от нас подготовки всей армии к тотальной войне и приоритетного укрепления ядерных сил в качественном и количественном отношении.
ЦВК ТПК энергично руководит одной за другой военными деятельностями для всестороннего укрепления оборонной готовности страны и повышения самооборонных сил сдерживания ядерной войны в целях немедленного реагирования и последовательного контроля над всякими угрозами и вызовами ядерной войны.
ЦВК ТПК после организации и руководства комплексными тактическими учениями по отработке условной ядерной контратаки в течение 3 дней, с 21 по 23 марта в знак демонстрации способности к очередной военной атаке руководил военными учениями, нацеленными на предупреждение врагов о практическом ядерном кризисе и проверку надежности самооборонных ядерных сил.

С 21 по 23 марта проведено испытание новой системы подводного наступательного оружия.
Наше оборонное научно-исследовательское учреждение 11 лет тому назад, с 2012 года исследовало формы войны в новую эпоху и проводило разработку системы подводных ядерных стратегических наступательных вооружений на основе понятии новой операции, определяя направления развития для укрепления самозащитных сил в целях сдерживания военно-технического превосходства агрессивной армии империалистов.
В октябре 2021 года на Выставке достижений в развитии дела обороны государства «Самооборона – 2021» отдали рапорт Политбюро ЦК партии об этой системе подводного ядерного стратегического наступательного оружия в закрытом режиме.
Данное тайное оружие наименовано на VIII партсъезде «ядерным беспилотным подводным наступательным аппаратом〈Хэил〉». Также в течение двух лет после партсъезда это оружие более 50 раз прошло разные испытания конечного этапа.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын 29 раз лично руководил испытаниями этого оружия, а на VI Пленуме ЦК партии восьмого созыва определено его размещение.
Миссия подводного ядерного стратегического оружия заключается в том, чтобы незаметно поплавать под водой на оперативную акваторию, подводным взрывом вызвать сверхмощные радиоактивные волны и уничтожить группы кораблей и главный оперативный порт.
Этот ядерный беспилотный подводный наступательный аппарат можно размещать на любом побережье, или в порту, или надводном корабле, и ввести в операцию.
Ядерный беспилотный подводный наступательный аппарат, задействованный в учениях 21 марта на побережье уезда Ливон провинции Южный Хамгён, на глубине 80-150 метров за 59 часов и 12 минут поплавал под водой по определенной овальной и 8-образной траектории над Корейским Восточным морем. Затем во второй половине 23 марта достиг до цели в акватории залива Хонвон, имитировавшей порт противника, и его испытательная боеголовка взорвалась под водой.
В результате испытания были точно оценены все тактико-технические характеристики и рейсовые технические показатели ядерного беспилотного подводного наступательного аппарата, подтверждены его надежность и безопасность, а также доказана безупречная способность к нанесению смертельного удара.
22 марта проведены учения по запуску подразделений стратегических крылатых ракет в целях отработки порядка и процесса выполнения тактических ядерных наступательных заданий.
Перед учениями по запуску были учения для того, чтобы повторно проверять нормальность работы и безопасность системы технического и системного механизма, включая порядок удостоверения приказа о ядерной атаке и систему одобрения запуска, и повторно отрабатывать способы ведения боевых действий подразделений стратегических крылатых ракет и их подготовку к огневой службе.
В стратегических крылатых ракетах оснащены испытательные боеголовки, имитировавшие ядерную боеголовку.
Две стратегические крылатые ракеты типа «Хвасар-1» и две стратегические крылатые ракеты типа «Хвасар-2», запущенные из села Чакдо Хыннамского района г. Хамхын провинции Южный Хамгён, пролетели 7557-7567 секунд и 9118-9129 секунд в отдельности по овальной и 8-образной траектории, имитирующей расстояние 1500 км и 1800 км над Корейским Восточным морем, попали в намеченную мишень.
На учениях по запуску были испытание бреющего полета крылатых ракет и испытание для оценки способности к регулированию изменчивой высоты и полету уклонения.
Также еще раз подтвердили надежность работы устройств управления ядерным взрывом и взрывателей каждой ракеты разных родов, применив способ удара воздушного взрывания на определенной высоте 600 метров.
Испытание значимого оружия и учения по запуску не оказали никакого негативного влияния на безопасность окружающих стран.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын выразил большое удовлетворение результатом испытания значимого оружия и учений по запуску стратегического назначения.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын сказал, что, чем более усиливаются безрассудные военно-провокационные происки США и властей Южной Кореи, игнорировавшие наши терпения и предупреждения, тем дальше мы будем подавляюще, наступательно и мощно реагировать до конца, чтобы нейтрализовать все попытки к агрессии врагов против Республики и надежно защитить мирную жизнь и будущее нашего народа, дело строительства социализма. И обозначил очередные боевые задачи и постоянные курсы для выполнения вышеуказанных задач.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын строго критиковал, что США, болтая об обещании обеспечения обороны союза, под всякой вывеской укрепления союза отчаянно прибегают к военным махинациям, обостряющим ситуацию в регионе, наращивают безрасчетную безрассудность и «смелость» марионеточных предателей и подстрекают их к развязным действиям. И подчеркнул необходимость наступательных действий в целях доведения противников, которые неосторожным бесчинством сами по себе вызывают опасность, до сознания все еще стремительно укрепляющейся нашей безмерной способности к сдерживанию ядерной войны.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын сказал, что подавляющей демонстрацией последовательных сил сдерживания войны будет ввергать выбор США и марионеток в отчаяние и делать так, чтобы сами они уяснили себе, что через укрепление военного союза и расширение военных учений в регионе им достанется больше потерей, чем выгоды, а также они столкнутся с большой угрозой.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын от имени нашей партии и правительства Республики еще раз серьезно предупредил врагов, чтобы они прекратили безрассудные антиреспубликанские военные учения.
Ядерные вооруженные силы Республики по желаниям и намерениям нашей партии, правительства и народа, настроенных сдерживать войну, защитить мир и стабильность, более разрушительной мощью будут повышать свои ответственные боевые функции и миссию для последовательного срывания грезы фанатиков войны о противоборстве, также будут всесторонне и необычайно укреплять подавляющую ядерную ответную готовность.
