President of Russian Federation Arrives in Pyongyang to Pay State Visit to DPRK
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Warmly Receives President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin
At a crucial time when the friendly relations between the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation have emerged as a strong strategic fortress and an engine for defending international justice, peace and security and accelerating the building of a new multi-polar world, another meeting of the top leaders of the two countries took place in Pyongyang, clearly demonstrating once again the invincibility and durability of the DPRK-Russia friendship and unity.
Pyongyang International Airport was decked in a festive attire to warmly greet as the highest honored guest of the state President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Russian Federation who would pay a state visit to the DPRK at the invitation of Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK.
The national flags of the DPRK and the Russian Federation were fluttering at the flagstaffs.
Seen at the airport were Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy staff members.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un came to the airport to greet Comrade Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
The presidential plane of the Russian Federation landed on Pyongyang International Airport.
There was an emotional meeting between Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
Kim Jong Un shook hands with Putin and embraced him warmly, expressing his joy and gladness of meeting him again in Pyongyang over 270 days after the meeting at the Vostochny Spaceport in September 2023.
Being pleased that his Pyongyang visit was realized, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin expressed deep thanks to Kim Jong Un for coming to the airport to greet him warmly.
Putin was presented with a bouquet by a woman worker.
Among his entourage were Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Mantrov, Deputy Prime Minister Alexandr Nobak, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and President’s Press Secretary Dmitri Peskov, Aide to the President of Russia for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov, Minister of Defense Andrei Beloussov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology and Chairman of the Russian Side of the Russia-DPRK Inter-Governmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Health Mikhail Murashuko and Minister of Transport Roman Starovoyt.
Kim Jong Un took Putin’s private car to guide him to his lodging quarters.
Passing through the streets of Pyongyang at night, decorated with bright illuminations, the top leaders exchanged the inmost thoughts that had so far been confined to them and their will to more surely develop the DPRK-Russia relations in conformity with the common desire and intentions of the peoples of the two countries with their meeting as a momentum.
They arrived at the Kumsusan State Guesthouse.

Putin’s visit to the DPRK at a remarkable time, when the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Russia have surely entered the course of new comprehensive development, is of great importance in reliably promoting the strategic and future-oriented development of the bilateral relations consolidated in the trials of history generation after generation and from one century to the next and powerfully propelling the cause of building powerful countries, a desire common to the peoples of the two countries.

Пхеньянский международный аэропорт, куда прибудет Президент РФ товарищ Владимир Владимирович Путин как наивысший государственный гость с государственным визитом в нашу страну по приглашению Генерального секретаря ТПК, Председателя государственных дел КНДР уважаемого товарища Ким Чен Ына, был охвачен атмосферой горячего приветствия.
На флагштоках развевались государственные флаги КНДР и РФ.
В аэропорт выехали чрезвычайный и полномочный посол РФ в нашей стране Александр Мацегора и сотрудники посольства.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын прибыл в аэропорт, чтобы встретить товарища Владимира Владимировича Путина.
Спецсамолет президента РФ приземлился в Пхеньянском международном аэропорту.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын имел трогательную встречу с товарищем Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын, не сдерживая радости от того, что снова встретился с товарищем Путиным в Пхеньяне через 270 с лишним дней после встречи с ним на космодроме Восточный в сентябре 2023 года, крепко пожал ему руку и тепло обнял его.
Товарищ Владимир Владимирович Путин выразил радость от визита в Пхеньян и глубокую благодарность за то, что товарищ Ким Чен Ын лично выехал в аэропорт, чтобы тепло встретить его.
Товарищу Путину подарила букет цветов женщина.
Его сопровождали глава МИД РФ Сергей Лавров, первый вице-премьер Денис Мантуров, вице-премьер Александр Новак, заместитель руководителя администрации президента, пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков, помощник президента РФ по международным делам Юрий Ушаков, министр обороны Андрей Белоусов, министр природных ресурсов и экологии, председатель российской стороны межправительственной комиссии по торгово-экономическому и научно-техническому сотрудничеству КНДР и РФ Александр Козлов, министр здравоохранения Михаил Мурашко, глава Министерства транспорта Роман Старовойт и свита.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын сел в спецмашину президента, чтобы лично сопровождать товарища Путина в место ночлега.
Высшие лидеры, проезжая по прекрасным улицам Пхеньяна, где открылся замечательный ночной пейзаж, делились сокровенными думами и обменялись мнениями для более надежного развития отношений между КНДР и РФ в соответствии с общими стремлениями и волей народов двух стран в ходе нынешней встречи.
Высшие лидеры КНДР и РФ прибыли в место ночлега – Резиденцию для почетных гостей «Кымсусан».
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын, сопровождая товарища Путина, продолжал задушевный разговор с ним.
Визит товарища Владимира Владимировича Путина в нашу страну, совершаемый в особое время, когда традиционные отношения дружбы и сотрудничества между двумя странами – КНДР и РФ вступили в путь нового всестороннего развития, служит важным шагом, который надежно стимулирует стратегическое и устремленное в будущее развитие корейско-российских отношений, укрепленных в ходе проверки истории из поколения в поколение, из века в век, и энергично подтягивает дело строительства могучего государства, чего желают народы двух стран.

En este período importante en que a través de sus relaciones de amistad, la República Popular Democrática de Corea y la Federación Rusa emergen como inexpugnable baluarte estratégico que defiende la justicia, paz y seguridad mundiales y como locomotora que impulsa la construcción de un nuevo mundo multipolar, tuvo lugar en Pyongyang otro encuentro histórico de sus dos mandatarios comprobando una vez más el carácter inquebrantable y sólido de la amistad y unidad de ambos países.
El Aeropuerto Internacional de Pyongyang estuvo decorado para recibir cordialmente como huésped del Estado más distinguido al Presidente de la FR, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, quien visitaba a la RPDC cumplimentando una invitación del estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la RPDC.
Flameaban en las astas las banderas de ambos países.
Acudieron al aeropuerto el titular Alexandr Matsegora y otros miembros de la embajada rusa acreditados en Corea.
Kim Jong Un fue al aeródromo para recibir a Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
Cuando el avión del Presidente ruso arribó al aeropuerto, Kim Jong Un sostuvo con él un encuentro emocionante.
Intercambió saludos con Putin con un apretón de manos y abrazo fuerte expresando su gran alegría de reunirse de nuevo con él en Pyongyang a más de 270 días del encuentro en el Cosmódromo Vostochny en septiembre de 2023.
El visitante ruso expresó gran alegría por su visita a Pyongyang y agradeció sinceramente a su homólogo coreano por haberle acogido cordialmente en el aeropuerto.

La visita a la RPDC que el dignatario ruso efectúa en un tiempo en que la amistad y cooperación de ambos países alcanzan su plena madurez acaparando la atención del mundo, reviste una gran importancia por impulsar fidedignamente el desarrollo estratégico y orientado al futuro de los vínculos Corea-Rusia, comprobados por la historia a través de las generaciones y los siglos, así como propulsar enérgicamente la causa de la construcción de la potencia, que anhelan los dos pueblos.
