At 11:22 a.m. on the 4th (South Korean Time), the Constitutional Court upheld the National Assembly’s impeachment of Yoon Suk-yeol with the unanimous opinion of all judges. The decision takes effect immediately.
It’s been 123 days since the declaration of martial law on December 3 and 112 days since the impeachment motion was submitted on December 14, 2024.
