Another Mighty Entity Showing Continuous Development of Strategic Force Unveiled in DPRK
Comrade Kim Jong Un Guides First Test-Fire of New-Type ICBM Hwasongpho-18 on Spot
The DPRK’s nuclear war deterrent for self-defence is rapidly developing at increasing speed in keeping with the immutable strategic line and policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the government of the DPRK to ceaselessly develop the might of the strategic force of the DPRK to turn it into an entity of super power and absolute strength, a powerful force capable of preventing the nuclear holocaust and deterring all sorts of possible dangerous enemy invasions, and a treasured sword for defending justice and peace.
On April 13, 2023, a powerful entity symbolic of the ceaseless development of the strategic force of the DPRK notified the world of its emergence.
A new-type ICBM, Hwasongpho-18, which will fulfill its mission of an important war deterrent as the future core pivotal means of the strategic force of the DPRK, was test-fired.
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, guided the first test-fire of the new-type ICBM on the spot.
The aim of the test-fire was to confirm the performance of the high-thrust solid-fuel engines for multi-stage missiles and the reliability of the stage-jettisoning technology and various functional control systems and to estimate the military feasibility of the new strategic weapon system.
In consideration of the security of the neighboring countries and the safety of the multi-stage-separation of the missile during its flight in the territorial air, the test fire was conducted in the way of applying the standard trajectory flying mode to its first stage and the vertical mode to the second and third stages, and of confirming the technological features of all the components of the weapon system by restricting the maximum speed of the missile through delayed stage separation and motor reactivation.
Kim Jong Un learned about the new weapon system on the spot while watching the pre-launch operation.
The launching site, which was to witness once again an important event of great significance in the history of the development of the strategic force of the DPRK under the direct guidance of Kim Jong Un, was seething with the burning will of all the defence scientists and workers in the field of munitions industry to inform the whole world of the emergence of another powerful nuclear attack means of the DPRK and demonstrate the reliable nuclear war deterrence of the state.
Ready for test-fire!
When Kim Jong Un approved the test-fire of the new-type strategic weapon, General Jang Chang Ha ordered the second red flag company under the General Missile Bureau to launch the missile.
The moment, a great entity fully representing the irresistible might of the DPRK began to soar into the sky with fierce flames at its tail, making a thunderous roar.
The test-fire had no adverse effect on the security of the neighboring countries. Its first stage safely landed in the waters 10 km off the Hodo Peninsula in Kumya County, South Hamgyong Province and the second stage in the waters 335 km east of Orang County, North Hamgyong Province.
The test-fire confirmed that all the parameters of the new strategic weapon system fully met the requirements of the design in terms of accuracy, providing guarantee and creditability that the new-type ICBM would serve as a powerful strategic attack means of greater military efficiency.
The Hwasongpho-18 weapon system, to be equipped with and operated by the strategic force of the DPRK under the long-term plan for building the state nuclear force, will perform its important mission and duty as the most powerful, pivotal and principal means in defending the DPRK, deterring aggression and defending the security of the state.
Kim Jong Un expressed great satisfaction at the eye-opening successes while guiding the test-fire. He was pleased with the fact that the DPRK has clearly proved once again the tremendous potentiality and reality of its defence technology further developing as the days go by and powerfully demonstrated its unshakable determination and practical ability to attain the goal for bolstering up the armed forces.
He noted that it is the consistent stand of the Workers’ Party of Korea and the DPRK government to steadily and rapidly accelerate the development of more developed and advanced powerful weapon system to cope with the ever-worsening security environment of the Korean peninsula and long-term military threats. He mentioned with pride the significance of the test-fire, saying that the development of the new-type ICBM Hwasongpho-18 will extensively reform the strategic deterrence components of the DPRK, radically promote the effectiveness of its nuclear counterattack posture and bring about a change in the practicality of its offensive military strategy.
Noting that it is an absolute mission and duty to be fulfilled by the DPRK’s defence scientists to uphold the WPK and the DPRK government’s policy of countering the enemy’s nukes and policy of frontal confrontation in kind with practical successes in the development of self-defence capabilities, he set forth the important strategic tasks for further accelerating the bolstering of the nuclear strategic force of the DPRK.
He affirmed that the WPK and the DPRK government would make the enemy, who are imperiling the environment on the Korean peninsula and harassing the Korean people’s peaceful life and struggle for socialist construction with their inveterate policy of aggression and threatening military moves, experience a clearer security crisis, and constantly strike extreme uneasiness and horror into them by taking fatal and offensive counter-actions until they abandon their senseless thinking and reckless acts, thus making them feel regret and despair for their wrong choice by surely exposing them to an irresistible threat.
The successful test of the new strategic weapon system serves as an occasion for proving that the nuclear strategic force and the missile scientists and technicians of the DPRK directly responsible for its development always thoroughly and perfectly implement the strategic intention of the WPK, getting fully prepared to carry out their important mission at any time.

Se desarrolla a un ritmo acelerado el disuasivo de guerra nuclear de carácter autodefensivo, según la invariable línea y orientación estratégicas del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y el gobierno de la RPDC que quieren desarrollar sin parar las fuerzas estratégicas del país como ente material del poder supergrande y absoluto y medio formidable que defiende la justicia y paz previniendo el flagelo de guerra nuclear e impidiendo las peligrosas posibilidades de agresión enemiga de distintas formas.
El día 13, estrenó el ente material poderoso que demuestra el desarrollo continuo de las fuerzas estratégicas de la RPDC.
Tuvo lugar el lanzamiento de prueba del ICBM de nuevo tipo Hwasongpho-18 que cumplirá la misión de perspectivo medio principal de las fuerzas estratégicas de la RPDC e importante disuasivo de guerra.
Dirigió personalmente en el terreno el primer ensayo del nuevo ICBM el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del PTC y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la RPDC.
La prueba tuvo por su objetivo confirmar las propiedades de los motores polifásicos de combustible sólido de gran potencia, la tecnología de separación de cuerpos y la confiabilidad de distintos sistemas de control funcional y evaluar el uso militar del nuevo sistema de arma estratégica.
Tomando en consideración la seguridad de los Estados vecinos y la de separación de cuerpos en el curso de navegación dentro de la zona jurisdiccional del país, la prueba se llevó a cabo a manera de comprobar las especificaciones técnicas de cada sistema del armamento estableciendo para la primera etapa el modo de vuelo balístico estándar y para las segunda y tercera, el de ángulo alto, y limitando la máxima velocidad del misil con el arranque separado por la dilación del tiempo.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un se cercioró de las propiedades del nuevo armamento observando el proceso preparatorio previo al lanzamiento.
El campo de disparo a punto de realizar bajo la guía personal del Secretario General la importante prueba de arma estratégica, que se registrará como otro evento de capital importancia en la historia de desarrollo de las fuerzas estratégicas de la RPDC, estuvo caldeado por el entusiasmo de todos los científicos de defensa nacional y obreros de industria armamentista por anunciar a todo el mundo el nacimiento de otro medio potente de ataque nuclear de la RPDC y hacer alarde del fidedigno disuasivo de guerra nuclear de nuestro Estado.

Cuando el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un aprobó el lanzamiento de ensayo del armamento estratégico de nuevo tipo, el general de ejército Jang Chang Ha dio la orden correspondiente a la Compañía Bandera Roja No.2 de la Dirección General de Misil que ha asumido esta misión.
Al instante, subió al cielo un cuerpo gigantesco, cargado del poder irresistible de la RPDC, dejando una detonación estruendosa y columna de llama.
El lanzamiento no dio ningún impacto negativo a la seguridad de los países vecinos.
La primera etapa separada cayó con seguridad en las aguas marítimas a 10 km frente a la península de Hodo del distrito de Kumya de la provincia de Hamgyong del Sur y la segunda, en la zona marítima a 335 km al este del distrito de Orang de la provincia de Hamgyong del Norte.
A través del ensayo, todos los valores del sistema de nuevo armamento estratégico concordaron exactamente con los que exigía el diseño y se hizo posible tener la garantía y seguridad de que el nuevo ICBM es el medio de ataque estratégico de gran poder y mayor uso militar.
El “Hwasongpho-18”, que será equipado y operado por las fuerzas estratégicas de la RPDC según el plan perspectivo estatal de construcción de las fuerzas armadas nucleares, cumplirá su misión y deber importantes como medio principal más potente para defender la RPDC, detener la agresión y preservar la seguridad del Estado.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un se puso muy contento por el éxito asombroso de la prueba.
Expresó la satisfacción de que hayan sido comprobados una vez más las tremendas potencialidades y el carácter real de la capacidad técnica de defensa nacional, que alcanza el nivel cada día más alto, y manifestadas la firme decisión y capacidad ejecutiva para cumplir las metas de incremento de las fuerzas armadas.
El PTC y el gobierno de la RPDC mantienen la posición invariable de acelerar sostenible y rápidamente el desarrollo del sistema de armamento más progresivo, avanzado y poderoso frente a la cada vez más agravante situación de seguridad de la Península Coreana y las futuras amenazas militares, dijo el Secretario General.
Resaltó en tono orgulloso el significado del desarrollo de “Hwasongpho-18” precisando que esto reformará en gran medida el componente del disuasivo estratégico del país, elevará bruscamente la efectividad de la disposición de contraataque nuclear y mejorará el uso práctico de la estrategia militar de carácter ofensivo.
Nuestro personal científico de defensa nacional debe mantener su absoluta misión y deber de apoyar con éxitos reales para el desarrollo de la capacidad de autodefensa la orientación del PTC y el gobierno de la RPDC sobre la lucha contra los enemigos, o sea, responder de la misma manera al arma nuclear y al enfrentamiento frontal, apuntó y presentó las importantes tareas estratégicas que se presentan en impulsar más dinámicamente el aumento de las fuerzas estratégicas nucleares de la RPDC.
El PTC y el gobierno de la RPDC harán sentir la crisis de seguridad más evidente a los enemigos que mediante su crónica política agresiva y acciones militares amenazantes, ponen en peligro el ambiente de la Península Coreana y obstaculizan la vida pacífica y la construcción socialista de nuestro pueblo, señaló. Y afirmó que les harán sufrir la extremada inquietud y temor con la reacción siempre fatal y ofensiva y encararse sin falta con la amenaza irreparable, de modo que se arrepientan con desesperación de su opción errónea.
La exitosa prueba comprobó que el colectivo de científicos y técnicos de la rama de misil, responsable de las fuerzas estratégicas nucleares de la RPDC y de su desarrollo, está siempre listo y perfecto para materializar la intención estratégica del PTC y se va preparando para cumplir en cualquier momento su misión importantísima.

Наша партия и правительство Республики намереваются непрерывно, непрестанно и продолжительно развивать стратегические вооруженные силы КНДР в субстанцию сверхмощной и абсолютной силы, в мощные силы, способные на предотвращение катастрофы ядерной войны и сдерживание всяких весьма опасных агрессивных возможностей врагов, и в меч-кладенец справедливости и защиты мира. Благодаря такой неизменной стратегической линии и курсу нашей партии и правительства Республики, самооборонные силы сдерживания ядерной войны страны стремительно развиваются.
13 апреля 2023 года мощная субстанция, показывающая облик непрерывного развития стратегических вооруженных сил КНДР, объявила на весь мир о своем рождении.
Проведен испытательный запуск МБР нового типа «Хвасонпхо-18», которая будет выполнять важную миссию сдерживания войны в качестве перспективного ведущего основного средства стратегических вооруженных сил Республики.
Генеральный секретарь ТПК, Председатель государственных дел КНДР уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын лично руководил на месте первым испытательным запуском МБР нового типа.
Испытательный запуск нацелен на подтверждение мощности сверхмощного твердотопливного многоступенчатого реактивного двигателя, технологии отделения ступеней, надежности разных функциональных систем управления, на оценку военной эффективности новой системы стратегического вооружения.
Нынешний испытательный запуск проведен таким образом: учитывая безопасность окружающих стран и безопасность многоступенчатого отделения в ходе полета над территорией, провели первую ступень методом стандартного баллистического полета, а вторую и третью ступени – методом под большим углом и подтвердили технические характеристики всех систем МБР, ограничивая максимальную скорость ракеты методом включения отделения замедления времени.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын на месте испытательного запуска, лично наблюдая подготовительные процессы запуска, ознакомился с новой системой вооружения.
Место запуска в преддверии испытательного запуска значимого стратегического вооружения, имеющего очередное важнейшее значение в истории развития стратегических вооруженных сил Республики благодаря личному руководству уважаемого товарища Ким Чен Ына, кипело пламенной волей всех ученых в отрасли обороны и рабочих ВПК, которые будут объявлять всему миру о рождении очередного мощного ядерного ударного средства КНДР и демонстрировать надежные силы сдерживания ядерной войны нашего государства.

Как только уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын разрешил испытательный запуск стратегического вооружения нового типа, генерал армии Чан Чхан Ха отдал приказ о запуске второй краснознаменной роте Главного ракетного управления, отвечающей за испытательный запуск.
В тот момент вместе с громким грохотом, бурными струями огня поднялась на бесконечное небо огромная субстанция, полностью заряженная непреодолимой силой КНДР.
Испытательный запуск МБР нового типа не оказал никакого негативного влияния на безопасность окружающих стран. Отделенная первая ступень безопасно упала на море в 10 километров от Ходоского полуострова уезда Кымя провинции Южный Хамгён, а вторая ступень – на море в 335 километров к востоку от уезда Оран провинции Северный Хамгён.
Испытательный запуск создал гарантию и доверие, что все параметры системы стратегического вооружения нового типа точно соответствуют проективным требованиям и МБР нового типа является мощным стратегическим наступательным средством с еще большой военной эффективностью.
Система вооружения МБР нового типа «Хвасонпхо-18», которой будут оснащать стратегические вооруженные силы Республики по перспективному плану строительства ядерных вооруженных сил государства, будет выполнять свою важнейшую миссию и задачу как самого мощного ведущего основного средства для обороны КНДР, сдерживания агрессии и защиты безопасности государства.
Руководя испытательным запуском, уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын выразил большое удовлетворение поразительному успеху и с радостью сказал, что еще раз явно подтверждены мощный потенциал и действительность с каждым днем более наращивающихся технических сил в области обороны и мощно продемонстрированы неколебимая решимость и практическая способность для достижения цели укрепления вооруженных сил.

我国进行了将作为共和国战略武装力量将来的核心主力手段履行完成重大战争遏制力使命的“火星炮－１８”型新型洲际弹道导弹试射。
朝鲜劳动党总书记、朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国务委员长金正恩同志现场指导了新型洲际弹道导弹首次试射。
试射的目的在于确认大功率固体多级发动机的性能、级分离技术、各种功能性控制系统的可靠性且评定新的战略武器系统的军事效用性。
考虑到周边国家的安全和境内飞行中多级分离的安全性，此次试射采用了第一级设定为标准弹道飞行方式，第二、第三级为高角方式，并以延时分离启动方式限制导弹的最大速度，验证武器系统的各体系技术特点的方法。

新型洲际弹道导弹试射没有对周边国家安全产生任何负面影响，而且分离的第一级和第二级安全落到咸镜南道金野郡虎岛半岛前１０公里处海上和咸镜北道渔郎郡以东３３５公里处海上。
通过试射，新型战略武器系统所有参数都正确达到设计要求，而且新型洲际弹道导弹可以当成军事效用性更大而威力强大的战略攻击手段这一点有了保证和信赖。
按照国家核武力建设远景计划共和国战略武装力量将装备和运用“火星炮－１８”型新型洲际弹道导弹武器系统，它作为防卫朝鲜民主主义人民共和国、遏制侵略、维护国家安全的最强核心主力手段将担负起自己的重大使命和任务。
