Alternative Rouge et Tricolore, renouveau syndical de classe et reconstruction du VRAI Parti communiste !
La validation de la contre-« réforme » des retraites par le Conseil constitutionnel…
Ce vendredi 14 avril 2023, le Conseil constitutionnel a rendu son « verdict » pseudo-« juridique » – en réalité, de classe, quant à la validation de la contre-« réforme » des retraites. Cette dernière est donc entérinée dans ses grandes largeurs (âge légal de départ repoussé à 64 ans, 43 annuités et fin des régimes spéciaux présentés mensongèrement comme des « privilèges »). Et la demande de référendum d’initiative partagée (RIP) est rejetée. Rien de surprenant quand on sait que neuf des membres du Conseil constitutionnel (les soi-disant « les Sages ») ont, d’une part, été nommés par d’anciens Tartuffes de la République, tous maastrichtiens, ou même par l’actuel apprenti-dictateur de l’Elysée (à l’image de Jacqueline Gourault, ancienne ministre sous le gouvernement Philippe…) ; d’autre part, que ces neuf prétendus « Sages » se prononcent, disent-ils, non pas d’un point de vue politique mais « juridique » sur le texte. Raison de plus pour ne pas être surpris par le verdict, l’exercice du droit donnant toujours lieu aux interprétations et aux triturations les plus à même de satisfaire les oligarques au pouvoir – et encore plus en régime capitaliste.
Cette décision qui, selon la Macronie, marque « la fin de la voie parlementaire démocratique », consacre les étroites limites d’une stratégie : celle des états-majors de l’Intersyndicale ayant calibré son agenda de manifestations sur le calendrier parlementaire. Comme si la prétendue « Assemblée nationale », que le dispositif du « quinquennat » a transformé en chambre d’enregistrement totalement verrouillée et dont la légitimité est toujours plus faible (après tout, 55% des Français se sont abstenus au second tour des législatives en juin 2022), constituait la référence à partir de laquelle mener le combat contre la Macronie qui applique les desiderata fixés de longue date par le MEDEF, l’Union européenne (l’accord de Barcelone de 2002, signé par Chirac ET la « gauche plurielle », prévoit d’allonger l’âge de départ à la retraite à 65 ans…) et les institutions de la mondialisation capitaliste. Cette même « Assemblée nationale » qui a adopté le traité de Lisbonne en février 2008, après que 55% des Français aient rejeté par référendum le « Traité établissant une Constitution pour l’Europe » le 29 mai 2005.

Et pourtant, l’Intersyndicale a opté pour la stratégie légaliste, et non celle du combat de classe nécessitant un appel à la grève générale comme le préconisaient les bases les plus combatives de la CGT (électriciens-gaziers, cheminots, verriers, dockers, raffineurs, etc.). Rien de plus surprenant quand on sait que l’Intersyndicale est dominée de fait par Laurent Berger, le secrétaire général de la CFDT ET de la Confédération européenne des syndicats (CES), véritable courroie de transmission des euro-« recommandations » et autres euro-« directives » adoptées par l’illégitime « Parlement européen ». Une CFDT sur laquelle s’est aligné Philippe Martinez au nom de la priorité accordée au mensonger « dialogue social », comme le stipule le texte commun signé avec la CFDT et… le MEDEF en mars 2020. Ainsi sont sanctionnés le « syndicalisme d’accompagnement », le « dialogue social » et d’autres fadaises du même genre qui n’ont JAMAIS existé dans l’histoire : toutes les conquêtes sociales et démocratiques ont toujours été arrachées par les travailleurs dans le combat de classe !
Ce combat nécessite cependant de marcher sur ses deux jambes, politique et syndicale. Et là encore, force est de constater que la stratégie légaliste de la NUPES a échoué, l’état-major de la France insoumise ayant misé toute sa stratégie sur le seul combat parlementaire et même sincèrement cru que le Conseil constitutionnel retoquerait la contre-« réforme » des retraites. Cela n’enlève rien au travail d’opposition souvent courageux des députés FI, pourtant critiqués de droite par leurs prétendus « alliés » de la NUPES – PS, EELV et P« C »F-PGE – et par Philippe Martinez. Mais encore aurait-il fallu que la NUPES propose, pour accompagner ce puissant mouvement de mobilisation sociale qui se poursuivra d’une manière ou d’une autre, une véritable alternative politique radicale et cohérente en complément du combat des travailleurs et des syndicats. Comme cela fut le cas en 1936 avec le Front populaire, en 1945 à la Libération ou en 1968 lorsque la CGT de Georges Séguy et le PCF de Jacques Duclos marchaient avec un même projet, celui d’en finir avec la Ve « République » monarchiste et de rompre avec le capitalisme, et ce alors que le pays était à l’arrêt grâce à la GREVE GENERALE et que les usines étaient massivement occupées.

Au lieu de cela, Marine Le Pen pavoise. Jouant sur l’anti-macronisme ô combien justifié et désormais massivement répandu dans le pays (et pour cause !), la patronne du mensonger « Rassemblement national » prépare déjà sa candidature pour 2027 avec pour seul mot d’ordre : « Notre dernier espoir : Le Pen présidente ». Il est vrai que le RN profite pleinement de l’air euro-fascisant nauséabond que la Macronie développe en promouvant un pseudo « barrage républicain » contre la « France insoumise ». Un air nauséabond que la fausse « gauche » cautionne en approuvant la résolution pour la livraison d’armes au régime pronazi de Kiev, l’extension de l’OTAN à la Finlande et la Suède et la possible adhésion de l’Ukraine à l’UE (30 novembre 2022) et celle affirmant que la famine ayant touché (pas uniquement) l’Ukraine en 1933 serait un « génocide » (28 mars 2023). Une euro-fascisation galopante au sujet de laquelle alerte, depuis des années, le Pôle de Renaissance communiste en France et à laquelle contribue le dit « communiste » Fabien Roussel qui reprend de plus en plus le langage de l’extrême droite en parlant des « frontières passoires » (et ce, tout en refusant de sortir de l’UE du Capital qui prône la « totale liberté de circulation » !). Il est vrai que Fabien Roussel, adepte du déni et du dénigrement du passé communiste, s’est lui aussi rangé au légalisme total aux dépens de la lutte des classes (mais sait-il au moins ce qu’est la lutte des classes ?), voyant dans la police avant tout « des Français qui tapent sur d’autres Français » – la structure policière ne serait donc pas le bras armé de la bourgeoisie dans l’ordre capitaliste ! Quoi d’étonnant pour un allié potentiel de Bernard Cazeneuve – l’ancien exécuteur des basses œuvres du gouvernement Valls-Macron – pour former sa « gauche » anti-mélenchoniste primaire.
Et alors que ce conflit autour des retraites valide les thèses du PRCF qui affirme, depuis plus de deux ans, que le pays est ingouvernable et qu’une « grande explication » va advenir entre le peuple de France et l’oligarchie euro-atlantique à la tête du pays, la « gauche » établie » a opté pour une stratégie légaliste condamnée à l’échec face au fanatisme des tenants de l’ordre capitaliste euro-atlantique. Ces derniers, zélés et déterminés, ont en effet pour mission de TOUT DETRUIRE, conformément aux desiderata du MEDEF, de Bruxelles, de Francfort, de Berlin et de Washington, des services publics à la République une et indivisible, des conquêtes sociales à la souveraineté populaire, des libertés démocratiques à l’indépendance nationale, du produire en France à la langue française dissoute par le « tout-anglais ».
LA seule solution : un VRAI Parti communiste, allié au syndicalisme de classe et portant l’Alternative Rouge et Tricolore !
L’heure n’est pas (si tant est qu’elle l’ait déjà été) au « dialogue social », à « l’Europe sociale », au « débat pacifié ponctué par un référendum » comme le proclame l’imposture Roussel. Autant de fadaises et de MENSONGES qui ont désarmé depuis trop longtemps les travailleurs. L’heure est au combat de classe pour porter la seule alternative politique possible pour le pays après plus de quatre décennies de politiques euro-destructrices menés par les gouvernements de droite et de la fausse « gauche » Mitterrand-Jospin-Hollande. C’est l’Alternative Rouge et Tricolore, qui associe le drapeau tricolore de la Révolution française ET le drapeau rouge de l’Internationale prolétarienne, 1789-1793 et 1917, Robespierre et Lénine. Elle propose le Frexit progressiste, c’est-à-dire la sortie de l’euro, ce dispositif austéritaire continental, de l’UE, cette prison des peuples pilotée par Berlin et Washington, de l’OTAN, cette organisation dangereuse pour la paix mondiale qui pousse à la « guerre de haute intensité » nucléaire contre la Russie et la Chine, et du capitalisme exterministe qui détruit les deux sources de richesse que sont la Terre et les travailleurs et qui, comme l’affirmait Jaurès « porte la guerre comme la nuée porte l’orage ». Elle poursuivra l’œuvre de la Révolution française, qui n’est pas finie comme l’affirme nombre d’historiens et qui ne s’achèvera que par une nouvelle Révolution française, la révolution socialiste. L’alternative révolutionnaire que nous proposons, et qui sera centrée sur la classe ouvrière, fer de lance de tout le mouvement populaire, achèvera le chemin ouvert en 1789 et prolongé par les Jacobins et les Sans-culottes en 1793 pour aller vers la seule voie possible pour l’avenir des travailleurs en France et, plus généralement, de toute trace d’être vivant sur Terre : le communisme.
C’est pourquoi le PRCF appelle, plus que jamais, à reconstruire un VRAI parti communiste, fidèle aux enseignements de Marx, Engels et Lénine et qui constituera l’outil politique indispensable aux travailleurs qui luttent au quotidien, parallèlement à un syndicalisme de masse et de combat de classe que les bases les plus combatives de la CGT ont porté lors du congrès de Clermont. Cette perspective, le PRCF la porte et continuera de la développer en tendant la main aux forces franchement communistes et insoumises – auxquelles nous proposons de mettre en place une Convergence d’Action Communiste –, aux syndicalistes de combat, aux Gilets jaunes, aux patriotes et républicains antifascistes, aux forces éprises de paix, aux forces refusant l’obscurantisme fascisant et identitariste. En somme, une perspective ayant pour ambition de reconquérir la souveraineté populaire et l’indépendance nationale afin d’en finir avec l’ordre capitaliste-impérialiste sous la domination de l’Axe UE-OTAN et d’empêcher l’arrivée au pouvoir de la fascisante, xénophobe, antipopulaire et pseudo-patriote Le Pen. C’est SEULEMENT à ce prix qu’il sera possible de construire les « nouveaux Jours heureux » (nom du programme du PRCF depuis 2004 !) dont les travailleurs de France ont urgemment besoin !

However, this struggle requires walking on both legs, political and trade union. And here again, we have to admit that the legalist strategy of the NUPES has failed, the staff of the France insoumise having staked all its strategy on the only parliamentary fight and even sincerely believed that the Constitutional Council would retract the counter “reform” of pensions. This does not detract from the often courageous opposition work of the FI deputies, who are nevertheless criticized from the right by their so-called “allies” of the NUPES – PS, EELV and P “C “F-PGE – and by Philippe Martinez. But it would still have been necessary for the NUPES to propose, in order to accompany this powerful movement of social mobilization which will continue in one way or another, a real radical and coherent political alternative in addition to the fight of the workers and the unions. As it was the case in 1936 with the Popular Front, in 1945 at the Liberation or in 1968 when the CGT of Georges Séguy and the PCF of Jacques Duclos marched with the same project, that of putting an end to the monarchist Vth “Republic” and breaking with capitalism, and this while the country was at a standstill thanks to the GENERAL STRIKE and the factories were massively occupied.

Instead, Marine Le Pen is strutting. Playing on the anti-macronism so justified and now massively spread in the country (and for good reason!), the boss of the deceitful “National Rally” is already preparing her candidacy for 2027 with the only slogan: “Our last hope: Le Pen president”. It is true that the RN is taking full advantage of the nauseating euro-fascist air that the Macronie is developing by promoting a pseudo “republican barrage” against “France insoumise”. A nauseating air that the false “left” endorses by approving the resolution for the delivery of arms to the pro-Nazi regime in Kiev, the extension of NATO to Finland and Sweden and the possible accession of Ukraine to the EU (November 30, 2022) and the one stating that the famine that affected (not only) Ukraine in 1933 would be a “genocide” (March 28, 2023). A galloping Euro-fascization about which the Pôle de Renaissance communiste en France has been warning for years and to which the so-called “communist” Fabien Roussel contributes, who increasingly uses the language of the extreme right by speaking of “sieve borders” (and this, while refusing to leave the EU of Capital which advocates “total freedom of movement”!) It is true that Fabien Roussel, adept at denying and denigrating the communist past, has also sided with total legalism at the expense of the class struggle (but does he even know what the class struggle is?), seeing the police above all as “Frenchmen who beat up other Frenchmen” – the police structure would therefore not be the armed arm of the bourgeoisie in the capitalist order! What wonder for a potential ally of Bernard Cazeneuve – the former executor of the dirty work of the Valls-Macron government – to form his primary anti-Melenchonist “left”.
And while this conflict over pensions validates the theses of the PRCF, which has been asserting for more than two years that the country is ungovernable and that a “great explanation” will come between the people of France and the Euro-Atlantic oligarchy at the head of the country, the “established” “left” has opted for a legalist strategy doomed to failure in the face of the fanaticism of the supporters of the Euro-Atlantic capitalist order. The latter, zealous and determined, have the mission of DESTROYING EVERYTHING, in accordance with the wishes of the MEDEF, Brussels, Frankfurt, Berlin and Washington, from public services to the one and indivisible Republic, from social conquests to popular sovereignty, from democratic freedoms to national independence, from production in France to the French language dissolved by the “all-English”.
THE only solution: a REAL Communist Party, allied to class trade unionism and carrying the Red and Tricolor Alternative!
This is not the time (if it ever was) for “social dialogue”, for “social Europe”, for “a peaceful debate punctuated by a referendum” as proclaimed by the impostor Roussel. So much nonsense and LIES that have disarmed the workers for too long. The time has come for a class struggle to bring the only possible political alternative for the country after more than four decades of euro-destructive policies led by the governments of the right and the false “left” Mitterrand-Jospin-Hollande. It is the Red and Tricolor Alternative, which combines the tricolor flag of the French Revolution AND the red flag of the Proletarian International, 1789-1793 and 1917, Robespierre and Lenin. It proposes the progressive Frexit, that is to say the exit from the Euro, this continental austerity device, from the EU, this prison of the peoples piloted by Berlin and Washington, from NATO, this organization dangerous for the world peace which pushes to the nuclear “war of high intensity” against Russia and China, and from the exterminist capitalism which destroys the two sources of wealth that are the Earth and the workers and which, as Jaurès affirmed “carries the war as the cloud carries the storm”. It will continue the work of the French Revolution, which is not finished, as many historians affirm, and which will only be completed by a new French Revolution, the socialist revolution. The revolutionary alternative that we propose, and which will be centered on the working class, spearhead of the whole popular movement, will complete the path opened in 1789 and extended by the Jacobins and the Sans-culottes in 1793 to go towards the only possible way for the future of the workers in France and, more generally, of every trace of living being on Earth: communism.
This is why the PRCF calls, more than ever, for the rebuilding of a REAL communist party, faithful to the teachings of Marx, Engels and Lenin and which will constitute the indispensable political tool for the workers who struggle on a daily basis, in parallel with a mass trade unionism and class struggle that the most combative bases of the CGT carried during the congress of Clermont. This perspective, the PRCF carries it and will continue to develop it by reaching out to the frankly communist and rebellious forces – to which we propose to set up a Convergence of Communist Action -, to the fighting trade unionists, to the Yellow Vests, to the patriots and anti-fascist republicans, to the forces enamored of peace, to the forces refusing the fascist and identitarian obscurantism In short, a perspective whose ambition is to reconquer popular sovereignty and national independence in order to put an end to the capitalist-imperialist order under the domination of the EU-NATO Axis and to prevent the fascist, xenophobic, anti-people and pseudo-patriot Le Pen from coming to power. It is ONLY at this price that it will be possible to build the “new Happy Days” (the name of the PRCF program since 2004!) that the workers of France urgently need!
