We, the organizations, unions, peasants, women, youth, and war veterans who are part of the social-popular movement in El Salvador, express our unwavering support for the people and government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the face of the new escalation of provocations and military threats promoted by the United States and its subordinate governments in the Caribbean.
We strongly condemn the so-called “military exercises” promoted by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago under the coordination and financing of the United States Southern Command and the CIA. These operations, disguised as “the fight against drug trafficking,” are in reality a new excuse for US imperialism to advance its strategy of encirclement and aggression against Venezuela, seeking to intimidate its people, the Bolivarian Revolution, break its sovereignty, and justify intervention under the pretext of security, violating the CELAC Proclamation (2014) that enshrines Latin America and the Caribbean as a Zone of Peace. The organized peoples of Our America know how to identify the true enemy of humanity: US imperialism and its military-industrial complex, responsible for wars, blockades, and sanctions that seek to destroy the processes of emancipation of free peoples.
We reiterate our full support for the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the heroic Venezuelan people, who with Bolivarian dignity have known how to resist and defend peace throughout Latin America. The Bolivarian Revolution today represents a bastion of sovereignty, independence, and social justice, and its defense is also the defense of all the peoples of the South.
From El Salvador, we raise our voice in solidarity, anti-fascism, and anti-imperialism, in defense of Venezuelan sovereignty and for the preservation of Latin America and the Caribbean as a Zone of Peace.

Las organizaciones, sindicales, campesinos, de mujeres, jóvenes y veteranos de guerra parte del movimiento social-popular de El Salvador, expresamos nuestro respaldo inquebrantable al pueblo y Gobierno de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, ante la nueva escalada de provocaciones y amenazas militares impulsadas por los Estados Unidos y sus gobiernos subordinados en el Caribe.
Condenamos de manera enérgica los llamados “ejercicios militares” promovidos por el Gobierno de Trinidad y Tobago bajo coordinación y financiamiento del Comando Sur de los Estados Unidos y la CIA. Estas operaciones, disfrazadas de “lucha contra el narcotráfico”, son en realidad una nueva excusa del imperialismo estadounidense para avanzar en su estrategia de cerco y agresión contra Venezuela, buscando intimidar a su pueblo, a la Revolución Bolivariana, quebrar su soberanía y justificar una intervención bajo pretextos de seguridad, violando la Proclama de la CELAC (2014) que consagra a América Latina y el Caribe como Zona de Paz. Los pueblos organizados de Nuestra América sabemos identificar al verdadero enemigo de la humanidad: el imperialismo estadounidense y su complejo militar-industrial, responsable de guerras, bloqueos y sanciones que buscan destruir los procesos de emancipación de los pueblos libres.
Reiteramos nuestro apoyo pleno al liderazgo del presidente Nicolás Maduro Moros y al heroico pueblo venezolano, que con dignidad bolivariana ha sabido resistir y defender la paz en toda América Latina. La Revolución Bolivariana representa hoy un baluarte de soberanía, independencia y justicia social, y su defensa es también la defensa de todos los pueblos del Sur.
Desde El Salvador levantamos nuestra voz solidaria, antifascista y antiimperialista, en defensa de la soberanía venezolana y por la preservación de América Latina y el Caribe como Zona de Paz.
