THE LIBERATION PARTY STANDS WITH BOLIVARIAN VENEZUELA
In the early hours of January 3, combat helicopters of Yankee imperialism launched missile attacks against facilities in Venezuela, in its capital Caracas and in the states of Aragua, Miranda, and La Guaira, causing the death of civilians and leaving many injured. Furthermore, according to subsequent posts by the criminal Donald Trump, those assault troops kidnapped and took away the constitutional president Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, whose whereabouts remain unknown. For this reason, Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez demanded that Trump provide proof of life of Maduro and his wife, which, to this day, has not occurred.
This brutal military and political attack against Venezuela is a worsened continuation of the assaults that the United States has been carrying out against the Bolivarian country since the large number of sanctions imposed by Barack Obama in 2015 and continued thereafter under subsequent administrations, both Democratic and Republican. Especially during Trump’s second term in the White House, these attacks reached a new level, with military operations in the Caribbean involving aircraft carriers, warships, and 4,000 troops, attacking fishing boats and murdering fishermen under the false charge of being “narco-terrorists.”
The United States applied that same label to the legitimate government of Maduro, seeking to justify its aggressions and now the possible kidnapping and disappearance. As is well known, the real motive behind these imperial campaigns is to seize Venezuelan oil, as Venezuela possesses the largest proven oil reserves in the entire world. This is the Yankee objective, disguised as a fight against “narco-terrorism.”
The Yankee action of January 3 constitutes an enormous violation of internationally recognized rights and laws, including the United Nations Charter and other norms of international law.
For this reason, numerous governments have condemned this attack, including Cuba, Colombia, Mexico, Iran, Russia, and many others, as well as popular, democratic, and anti-imperialist organizations throughout the world.
The Liberation Party (PL) joins this Latin American and global spectrum. It mobilizes together with the rest of the anti-imperialist forces in solidarity with Venezuela and its Bolivarian government; demands the appearance alive and the freedom of Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores; calls for trial and punishment of Trump and all others responsible for the deaths and damage inflicted upon Venezuela on January 3 and in previous actions; and condemns the fascist Javier Milei, who gave his support to such crimes.
The people of Bolívar and Chávez, the people of Maduro, will not be defeated. We stand in solidarity with Venezuela and aspire to build a World Anti-Fascist and Anti-Imperialist Front in defense of world peace.

EL PARTIDO DE LA LIBERACIÓN ESTÁ CON VENEZUELA BOLIVARIANA
En la madrugada del 3 de enero helicópteros de combate del imperialismo yanqui atacaron con misiles a instalaciones de Venezuela en su capital, Caracas, y los estados de Aragua, Miranda y La Guaira, causando la muerte de civiles y muchos heridos. Además, según posteos posteriores del criminal Donald Trump, esas tropas de asalto secuestraron y se llevaron al presidente constitucional Nicolás Maduro y su esposa, Cilia Flores, cuyo paradero se desconoce. Por eso la vicepresidente venezolana, Delcy Rodríguez, le reclamó a Trump que ofrezca prueba de vida de Maduro y su mujer, cosa que hasta ahora no ha sucedido.
Este brutal ataque militar y político contra Venezuela es la continuidad, agravada, de los ataques que Estados Unidos viene haciendo contra el país bolivariano desde la gran cantidad de sanciones resueltas por Barack Obama en 2015 y de allí en adelante con las siguientes administraciones, sean demócratas como republicanas. En especial con el segundo turno de Trump en la Casa Blanca, esos ataques llegaron a nueva altura, con operaciones militares en el Caribe, con portaaviones, barcos de guerra y 4.000 militares, atacando a lanchas de pescadores y asesinando a los mismos bajo el falso cargo de “narcoterroristas”.
Ese mismo calificativo aplicó EEUU al gobierno legítimo de Maduro, queriendo justificar sus agresiones y ahora el posible secuestro y desaparición. Como se sabe, el verdadero motivo de esas campañas imperiales es apoderarse el petróleo venezolano, un país que tiene las mayores reservas comprobadas de petróleo de todo el mundo. Ese es el objetivo yanqui, disfrazado de lucha contra el “narcoterrorismo”.
La acción yanqui del 3 de enero supone una enorme violación de los derechos y leyes internacionales consagrados a nivel mundial, la Carta de la ONU y demás normativas del derecho internacional.
Por eso numerosos gobiernos han repudiado ese ataque, como Cuba, Colombia, México, Irán, Rusia y muchos más, así como organizaciones populares, democráticas y antiimperialistas de todo el mundo.
El PL se suma a ese espectro latinoamericano y mundial. Se moviliza junto al resto de las fuerzas antiimperialistas en solidaridad con Venezuela y con su gobierno bolivariano, reclama la aparición con vida y la libertad de Nicolás Maduro y Cilia Flores, exige juicio y castigo a Trump y demás responsables de las muertes y daños provocados a Venezuela el 3 de enero y en acciones anteriores, y repudia al fascista Javier Milei que dio su apoyo a semejantes crímenes.
El pueblo de Bolívar y Chávez, el pueblo de Maduro, no será vencido. Somos solidarios con Venezuela y aspiramos a conformar un Frente Mundial Antifascista y Antiimperialista y en defensa de la paz Mundial.
