On the occasion of the 23rd Party Congress, the People’s Democracy Party (South Korea) sent the solidarity address to the Russian Communist Workers’ Party.
On the contribution, PDP stated “After the fall of the Soviet Union, the Russian Communist Workers’ Party is moving forward with revolutionary principles and the communist revolutionary spirit of hard struggle not to yield under any difficulties. For the communist forces struggling for the revolutionary goal of the working class, the ups and downs are temporary, but the final victory is definite.
Ideological warfare against revisionism and opportunism, which permeated the labor movement and communist movement, always has a significant meaning.”

We sincerely congratulate the 23rd Party Congress of the Russian Communist Workers’ Party. People’s Democracy Party sends a militant greeting to the Russian Communist Workers’ Party, which is overcoming all kinds of trials and advancing to uphold the principles of communism and revolution and the banner of anti-imperialism and anti-fascism.
After the fall of the Soviet Union, the Russian Communist Workers’ Party is moving forward with revolutionary principles and the communist revolutionary spirit of hard struggle not to yield under any difficulties. For the communist forces struggling for the revolutionary goal of the working class, the ups and downs are temporary, but the final victory is definite.
Ideological warfare against revisionism and opportunism, which permeated the labor movement and communist movement, always has a significant meaning. The war in Ukraine in 2022 serves as a decisive momentum to explicitly debunk revisionism and opportunism in contemporary times. Today, the revisionist and opportunist forces, who deny the revolutionary essence of Leninism and divide the international communist movement, are becoming isolated as their essence is revealed.
Practice is the criterion of truth and error. The historical experience of the revolution that the working class experienced and the struggle against imperialism and fascism clearly assures us what the truth of our age is.
While in 2022, the war broke out in Ukraine in eastern Europe, in 2023, the risk of war is so high in South Korea and Taiwan in East Asia. The wars in Eastern Europe and East Asia are closely dialectically interrelated, as are those in South Korea and Taiwan. The decision and intention of socialist North Korea and China that the war provocation maneuvers of imperialists innumerably repeated in the past are no more impermissible is firm.
It is clear that imperialist allied forces, including US imperialist, are the primary thrust target for all anti-imperialist and anti-fascist forces, including communists against imperialism and fascism. The great victory of the international anti-fascist camp in World War 2 implies the shortcut to the revolution’s victory today. The socialist camp, including North Korea and China, and the non-socialist camp, including Russia, are struggling together under the banner of anti-imperialism and anti-fascism.
The South Korean working people, including the working class, are waging a fierce struggle against the Yoon Seok-yeol fascist government that took office in South Korea last year. It is no longer a secret that U.S. imperialism is trying to provoke another war in Northeast Asia by using fascist Yoon Seok-yeol as a puppet, just like fascists Porsenko and Zelensky in Ukraine. It is an undoubtedly objective fact that the so-called “U.S.-Japan-South Korea triangular military alliance” system has been established for this purpose, and nuclear war drills are conducted daily.
However, the South Korean people and the Korean nation will make a decisive counterattack and a national uprising against imperialism and its puppet fascists, turning the war crisis into a transitional momentum for revolution.
We are convinced of the following two propositions: “Proletarians of all countries, unite” and “People united will never be defeated.” The South Korean people and the Korean nation will unite with the working class and working people of the world to achieve the final victory assuredly.
We are confident that the Russian Communist Workers’ Party will continue to struggle and move forward for the victory of the Russian communist movement, for the victory in the struggle against wrong ideas and lines within the international communist movement, for a decisive blow to imperialism and capitalism, and for the construction of a society in which the working class and the working people are the owners of the regime and the means of production.

Мы искренне поздравляем 23-й партийный съезд Российской коммунистической рабочей партии. Партия народной демократии шлет воинственный привет Российской коммунистической рабочей партии, которая преодолевает всевозможные испытания и продвигается вперед, отстаивая принципы коммунизма и революции и знамя антиимпериализма и антифашизма.
После распада Советского Союза Российская коммунистическая рабочая партия идет вперед с революционными принципами и коммунистическим революционным духом упорной борьбы, не сдаваясь ни перед какими трудностями. Для коммунистических сил, борющихся за революционную цель рабочего класса, взлеты и падения временны, но окончательная победа несомненна.
Идеологическая война против ревизионизма и оппортунизма, пронизывающая рабочее и коммунистическое движение, всегда имеет важное значение. Война в Украине в 2022 году служит решающим импульсом для явного развенчания ревизионизма и оппортунизма в современное время. Сегодня ревизионистские и оппортунистические силы, отрицающие революционную суть ленинизма и раскалывающие международное коммунистическое движение, оказываются в изоляции по мере раскрытия их сущности.
Практика является критерием истины и ошибки. Исторический опыт революции, которую пережил рабочий класс, и борьбы с империализмом и фашизмом ясно показывает нам, в чем заключается истина нашей эпохи.
Если в 2022 году война разразилась на Украине в Восточной Европе, то в 2023 году риск войны так высок в Южной Корее и на Тайване в Восточной Азии. Войны в Восточной Европе и Восточной Азии тесно диалектически взаимосвязаны, как и войны в Южной Корее и на Тайване. Решение и намерение социалистической Северной Кореи и Китая о том, что провокационные маневры империалистов, бесчисленное количество раз повторявшиеся в прошлом, больше не являются недопустимыми, твердо.
Ясно, что союзные силы империалистов, включая империалистов США, являются главной ударной целью всех антиимпериалистических и антифашистских сил, включая коммунистов, выступающих против империализма и фашизма. Великая победа международного антифашистского лагеря во Второй мировой войне подразумевает короткий путь к победе революции сегодня. Социалистический лагерь, включая Северную Корею и Китай, и несоциалистический лагерь, включая Россию, борются вместе под знаменем антиимпериализма и антифашизма.
Трудовой народ Южной Кореи, включая рабочий класс, ведет ожесточенную борьбу против фашистского правительства Юн Сок Ёля, пришедшего к власти в Южной Корее в прошлом году. Мы убеждены в следующих двух положениях: “Пролетарии всех стран, объединяйтесь” и “Объединенный народ никогда не будет побежден”. Южнокорейский народ и корейская нация объединятся с рабочим классом и трудовым народом всего мира для уверенного достижения окончательной победы.
Мы уверены, что Российская коммунистическая рабочая партия продолжит борьбу и движение вперед за победу российского коммунистического движения, за победу в борьбе против ошибочных идей и линий в международном коммунистическом движении, за решительный удар по империализму и капитализму, за построение общества, в котором рабочий класс и трудовой народ являются собственниками строя и средств производства.
