The puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol has come under worldwide condemnation and ridicule for his visit to the U.S. that has exposed peace and security in the Korean Peninsula, the region and the rest of the world to grave danger, highlighting his disgusting colors as a sycophant.

The spokesperson noted that the United States and its allies in the Asia-Pacific region provocatively revealed their intention to duplicate the so-called plan for “extended nuclear deterrence”, the plan for destroying the structure for international security, in relative regions.

Such practices will lead to a further escalation of tensions, spur security crises, and provoke an arms race.
Some U.S. media have described the declaration as “a fig leaf” (used for concealing embarrassment) for the U.S. to dissuade south Korea from going nuclear, adding:
But its negative impact on south Korea is obviously more than that and it is full of irony to call it a “diplomatic achievement” or “the victory of Yoon’s government.” Rather than saying that it has received an unprecedented commitment to nuclear protection, it’s clear it has lost its autonomy unprecedentedly.

Tokyo Shimbun said the U.S.-south Korea agreement provides “no guarantee for blocking north Korea’s moves” but provokes concern about “its strengthened resistance posture”, adding if nuclear arms race is accelerated, the danger of accidental conflict will also increase to have great impact on the regional security balance, and there should be no excessive dependence on armed forces.
The public opinions of the world loudly censure the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol humiliating sycophancy toward the U.S.
Xinhua news said that Yoon’s approval rate continues to fall according to recent opinion polls in south Korea, recalling a former professor of Hanyang University of south Korea said that Yoon Suk Yeol’s blind pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese diplomatic policy is facing the public opposition and his humiliating attitude in dealing with the issue of Japan’s forcible labor conscription of Koreans and the issue of wiretapping by the U.S. in particular provoked the public resentment.

The daily said : “Yoon’s blind siding with Washington on the Ukraine crisis will not only harm the international efforts to promote peace talks but also directly make the regional situation more complicated in Northeast Asia, and he continues to lift the lid on Pandora’s box oblivious to what he is releasing.”
The Huan Qui Shibao of China said in its editorial that Yoon Suk Yeol wants to bring back a “nuclear umbrella” from the U.S., however, this “nuclear umbrella” appears to be unrealistic and will only bring new risks to the south Korea, adding:
Some have said that of all the “governments” in south Korea’s history, the Yoon administration may be the least independent-minded toward the U.S., and this visit to the U.S. undoubtedly confirms this evaluation.

The international community is more bitterly condemning the U.S. and south Korean puppet group, peace breakers, for driving the situation in the Korean Peninsula to the verge of an outbreak of a nuclear war and posing a threat to the peace and security of the region and the rest of the world.
An expert on Korean Peninsula issue at the Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences of China said that “if the US really deploys nuclear weapons or a nuclear-armed submarine in the peninsula, it’s very likely to trigger another nuclear crisis,” adding that “Washington and Seoul should be held accountable for their provocation.”
The expert said that, based on the DPRK’s principle of “might for might, frontal match,” it could take some unprecedented action in response to the US act.
Putting in question the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s provocative comments on the Taiwan question, the expert said that it will be absolutely impossible for Seoul to expect China to tolerate or forgive their wrongdoings.
A research fellow of East Asian studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing said that the US and south Korea have already realized the joint drills and the regular visits of US assets, and if the US goes one step further to deploy nuclear weapons, including nuclear-armed submarines, this will definitely result in serious consequences that will not only force the DPRK to enhance its development of nuclear weapons, but will also worsen China-US tensions, adding that “the deployment of US nuclear-armed submarines in the region so close to China’s territory is unacceptable.”
A professor at the China University of Political Science and Law said that in addition to the “Washington Declaration,” the “joint statement” by Biden and Yoon contains some elements that are provocative to China, adding: “The Yoon ‘administration’ has arrogantly miscalculated China.”
An expert at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences referred to the fact that Biden made reckless remarks on “the end of whatever regime” during a press conference, and said that although some U.S. presidents ceaselessly threatened the DPRK and waged military drills, all this proved ineffective.
The expert said that the U.S. is afraid of the development of the DPRK, and the DPRK is strengthening its military elements by making preparations to launch a satellite and by developing more powerful and active missiles.
The expert added that for the U.S. and south Korea, this is a bad dream.
The Chinese Huan Qui Shibao in a commentary expressed concern over the sending of Ohio-class nuclear submarines to the Korean Peninsula on a regular basis. The commentary said that for Northeast Asia, it is like inviting a wolf into the house.
Noting that the Korean Peninsula issue has not been resolved for a long time owing to the U.S., the commentary said that the deployment of U.S. nuclear forces in the Korean Peninsula will surely get on the nerves of the DPRK, and will deteriorate the insecurity of the Korean Peninsula. It added that south Korea took a wrong way.
The Chinese newspaper Global Times carried an article titled “US-s. Korea agreements add new danger; ‘extended deterrence’ could trigger ‘another nuclear crisis’ in peninsula”.
The paper quoted the experts as saying that sooner or later the south Korean people will find Yoon’s unwise diplomatic strategy to be “unsustainable and self-destructive” and Yoon’s low approval rating will result in a more chaotic internal political situation in south Korea.
Russian magazine the International Affairs said that the situation on the Korean peninsula is deteriorating, adding that the U.S. and its followers are resorting to sanctions against the DPRK while continuously staging military drills under the pretext of “nuclear threat from the north” but their moves proved fruitless.
Foreign media and experts are also ridiculing Yoon who trumpeted about the great “success” during his junket to the U.S. as an “empty-handed trip” and “empty shell diplomacy”.
The Chinese Huan Qiu network carried an article of a commentator on international affairs titled “An empty paper called ‘Security Declaration’ which is entirely free from the ‘sense of security'”, which said that Yoon Suk Yeol’s unsightly visit to the U.S. served as an occasion to make the world people clearly see the root cause of a real threat to peace and security in East Asia.
It noted that Yoon Suk Yeol claimed that he had obtained an “unprecedented security commitment”, describing the “Washington Declaration” as the greatest success he had made in his recent visit to the United States, but in fact what he had brought from Washington was an empty sheet of paper called the “security declaration”, which is far from the “sense of security”.
It stated that the “Washington Declaration” referred to the issue for the U.S. and south Korea to establish the “Nuclear Consultative Group” and conduct frequent military drills and the issue for the U.S. to dispatch nuclear submarines to south Korea on a regular basis, which south Korea regards as a “nuclear umbrella”.
It continued that but what south Korea has gained instead is an empty talk “with only voice and no right to decide and only nuclear commitment without sharing of nuclear weapons”. So what is the unprecedented security commitment and where is it? If there is any, it could be in the daydream of Yoon, like a new, splendid emperor clothes.
It said that for the Biden’s government, the “Washington Declaration” is just a check that costs little and is not worth a whoop. This will ultimately result in the political and military situation in East Asia going into a more uncertain “vicious cycle”, and how can it bring stability on the Korean peninsula and security of south Korea? It is certain that the declaration goes against the stability and security.
It noted that south Korea, with extreme psychological instability and geopolitical impatience, gradually turned to grabbing the U.S. master’s thigh from maintaining the strategic balance among China, the U.S., Russia and Japan. South Korea believes that if it is tied with the U.S., it will have “Jinzhongzhao”(one of China’s martial arts), “talisman” and “protection umbrella” and that “the eldest brother will protect his little brother”.
It pointed out that but the world rule that “the eldest brother will protect his little brother” is, perhaps, only a hallucination today, In the present international relations and gambling among big powers, the U.S., which has lost its ability to cope with obtaining situations in the world strategic structure, has been forced to draw its allies desperately from all parts of the world and, under the pretext of “democratic value”, it has been engaged in collective politics while organizing “gang fight” by using small brothers like south Korea. But the eldest brother’s protection ability has long ago been covered with thick fig leaf.
Meanwhile, the “America first” and the “interests first” are the first and foremost principle and consideration of the U.S. diplomacy. And what position south Korea holds in this priority rank. South Korea will not even become a distant relative compared with the Anglo-Saxon relatives of the U.S.
South Korea had better think about its position in the eyes of its brother.
The New York Times reported that after “warmth” from Biden, Yoon Suk Yeol will face a different tune in south Korea.
Saying that there are not a few criticisms in south Korea about the “Washington Declaration”, which Yoon Suk Yeol regards as “a big win” in his visit to the U.S., but viewpoints of seeing it as an “extended crisis” rather than an “extended deterrence”, the paper said that it’s because the deployment of the U.S. strategic nuclear submarines on the Korean Peninsula further increases tension in Northeast Asia.
It said that the younger generations who are struggling with dwindling job opportunities in south Korea cannot but accept the result of the “Washington Declaration” as trifle. And although there were blaring concern in recent months that “Inflation Reduction and Chips and Science Acts” would hurt south Korea’s industries, the “joint statement” only agreed to “continue close consultations”, the paper said, quoting a university professor as saying that younger south Koreans don’t know the lyrics to “American Pie”, but they know about the Inflation Reduction Act.
The Chinese Huan Qui Shibao said that the U.S. comments at a press conference held by Biden and Yoon Suk Yeol after their “meeting” were mostly about how the “successes” of the “Washington Declaration” would promote the interests of the U.S. and the journalists’ concern were mainly about internal affairs of the U.S., noting that the internet users described the interests of south Korea as nearly nothing, thus embarrassing Yoon Suk Yeol, who insisted on “global alliance”.
The Xinhua news said that Yoon Suk Yeol visited the U.S. accompanied by a large scale economic delegation to increase export to the U.S. and draw investment through “sales diplomacy”, but the U.S. took measures to exclude all the major exports of south Korea from the list of subsidies.
A senior fellow of the Cato Institute said in the Foreign Policy that this “meeting” is a “hollow victory for Washington” and that the U.S. and south Korea’s policy toward the DPRK has failed and Washington needs to change its policy towards the DPRK.

The traitorous and sycophantic reckless acts and base humiliating behavior of the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol during his visit to the U.S. are provoking great anger, condemnation and ridicule in south Korea.
Puppet media of south Korea have condemned Yoon’s visit as a humiliating one for igniting a war, during which he sold out all the national interests and brought to the Korean Peninsula and the region a new source of tensions escalation.
The south Korean paper Hangyore said that Yoon laid stress only on the strengthening of the alliance with the U.S. and the “extended deterrence”, which triggered instability of the Korean Peninsula and the region and sparked off strong reaction and serious challenges from neighboring countries.
The paper noted that there is question as to whether Yoon, who accepted the confrontational international relations logic of the U.S., properly understands the present international political situation, and his acts will escalate the regional tensions.
It said that the most fatal of the results of the recent talks is that the Yoon’s “government” acceded to the three-way cooperation between the U.S., south Korea and Japan or a quasi-alliance.
It described Yoon as “president of a different kind” deliberately worsening the unstable situation of the Korean Peninsula.
It said that not content with the hard-line “policy towards the north”, Yoon is getting on the nerves of China and Russia and creating insecurity through his so-called “value-based diplomacy” alleged to keep pace with the U.S.
It noted that his behavior is too proactive and reckless to be seen owing to the U.S. pressure only and he looks even like a “new Cold War soldier” driving the world to the bloc confrontation dating back to the era of Cold War.
It went on:
We cannot but ask him whether he agonized over the danger, a result of his acts, which will face the south Korean people.
His true colors were betrayed during his visit to the U.S. Without hesitation, Yoon crossed the red line the preceding “governments” did not.
The “joint statement” fully reflects what the U.S. desires but no phrase consider the special conditions of south Korea created by the geopolitical nature of the Korean Peninsula.
The more the volume of chorus on the theme of “value-based alliance” grows, the more tensions on the Korean peninsula will escalate in proportion to it. The U.S. will come up with the need of the alliance-level U.S.-south Korea-Japan military and political cooperation under the pretext of that “value.” What will south Korea get from it? Is it overwhelming military edge over the north? Yoon Suk Yeol’s “government” argues that it is possible but this is only political rhetoric. No matter what strong “extended deterrence” is obtained, it is impossible to subdue the north in the light of its nature and international dynamics. On the contrary, it seems that south Korea would be explicitly exposed to security and economic losses. Peace on the Korean Peninsula will be faced with a bigger challenge and its aftershock will further imperil security to batter the south Korean economy.
It is clearly visible that Yoon gave something to the U.S. during his visit to it but what he got from it is invisible.
As a result, Yoon’s visit ended in futile. His motorcade was long but neither interests nor future could be noticed. Wrinkles of our business would as ever get deeper and tensions escalate on the Korean Peninsula due to the restriction imposed by the U.S.
Noting that Yoon stressed the “value-based diplomacy” in his talks with Biden during his trip to the U.S. and his address to the U.S. Congress and on other high-profile occasions, siding with the U.S. while touching on the issue of relations with the U.S. and on such sensitive international affairs as the Taiwanese and Ukrainian issues, Yonhap News blamed him for creating an environment for inviting severer precautions from the countries opposed to the U.S. It also recalled that China urged him to be “careful about his words and deeds “, warning him not to “step far and far a wrong and risky way,” adding his anxiety over how to manage the relations with China and Russia is growing.
An editorial board member was quoted by the news as saying:
Yoon has gone so foolish as to subordinate the south Korean economy to security haunted by the idea of strong “alliance” with the U.S. He is only working with bloodshot eyes to maintain his power by depending on the U.S.
The U.S. is a country apt to forsake its ally anytime to fulfill its own interests. But Yoon, already hit hard by his humiliating diplomacy with Japan, kept mum about the U.S. eavesdropping but supported the U.S., thus seriously impairing the self-esteem of the nation.
The public will be angered by his behavior of hiding himself behind the Yankees’ hips in pursuit of his consolidated “power.”
It was universally accepted that “summit talks” lead to skyrocketing approval rating of the ruling party but Yoon’s foreign trip always backfires to cut it down.
Yoon had embarrassed the public with his frequent use of English in south Korea. Perhaps he thought that his English speech in the U.S. would earn him higher reputation but this is just a revelation of his sycophancy.
There is a saying that much noise and no substance. This exactly fits the south Korea-U.S. talks.

Kyunghyang Daily News in an editorial titled “Talks for expanding nuclear umbrella and sowing seed of ‘one-way diplomacy'” noted:
Worrisome is the tendency to entrusting everything to the U.S. South Korea is getting more and more bound by the relations that it can not easily turn down any demand of the U.S.

There is something that we cannot gloss over. The U.S. “welcome” is not something free. Yoon should pay heed to the widespread public concern that “warm reception” would be followed by a call for “payment”, and see through the intention sought by the U.S. in the strengthened “economic security alliance” with south Korea.
Dong-A Ilbo carried an article recalling that the south Korean puppet presidential office came under fire for self-willed perception of the U.S.-suggested strengthening of the “extended deterrence”, which magnified and exaggerated the meaning of the “Washington Declaration.”

The puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to the U.S., which sold the national security, self-esteem and interests totally to outsiders, has provoked great wrath, protest and condemnation from not only media but also political, academic, religious and other social circles in puppet south Korea, and from overseas Koreans.
The internet newspaper Jaju Sibo carried an article titled “‘Washington Declaration’ is botch to be cast off”, contributed by the director of the reunification institute in the U.S.
Detailing the background to the adoption of the declaration and its dangerousness, it noted:
In the declaration, the American empire promised to deploy its strategic nuclear forces in south Korea more often than before, which needs enormous expenses. Given it, it is crystal clear that the U.S. imperialists are going to shift the burden of increased expenses for north-targeted war exercises onto their stooges. The declaration is the worst botch, a document of artifice for making south Korea bear the enormous cost for deployment of the strategic nuclear strike means of the American empire.
Anyone knows that the role and duty of the recently established “nuclear consultative group” are the same as those of the “Extended Deterrence Strategy and Consultation Group”. The American empire formed another organization whose name is bearing the word “nuclear” in order to put at rest the mind of the Yoon Suk Yeol’s “government” trembling with the fear of the DPRK’s nuclear threat to the south. But it will get on the nerves of the DPRK extremely and aggravate the already tense situation. So the establishment of the U.S.-south Korea “nuclear consultative group” is a bad trick.
If the American empire perpetrates a nuclear provocation against the north, the latter will blow up the crucial part of the empire’s mainland through a tit-for-tat retaliatory nuclear attack. The imperialists are not so foolish as to commit such provocation so as to protect their stooges at the risk of sustaining such enormous damage.
As a result, Biden’s speech that the American empire will respond to the DPRK’s nuclear attack on south Korea immediately, overwhelmingly and decisively is nothing but “consolation remarks” and honeyed promise to calm down the Yoon’s “government” in uneasiness.
If the American empire deploys its strategic nuclear submarine in the South Sea of Korea, it will provoke not only the DPRK but also China and Russia. Then the DPRK, China and Russia will launch military operations in response to it. The American empire’s projected deployment of a strategic nuclear submarine for the Yoon’s “government” is self-destructive as it will aggravate tensions.
As seen above, the “Washington Declaration” is just a good-for-nothing reject. To soothe Yoon’s “government” with such a reject will provoke derision of the world only. The White House had better throw that reject into dustbin to save the image of the American empire.
“Citizens Action” composed of civic and public organizations of various circles in puppet south Korea strongly denounced the “talks” between traitor Yoon and Biden and the “Washington Declaration” fabricated and released by them.
Recalling that growing stronger is the resentment of the public protesting against the “talks” and the “Washington Declaration”, the root cause of escalating military tensions on the Korean Peninsula and its vicinity, the organization noted in a statement:

The “Washington Declaration” is an open “declaration” to ratchet up nuclear pressure and military threats to the north, which detailed the U.S. commitment to defending south Korea as practical nuclear pressure and military threat to the north, not merely as the declamatory one.
The outcome of the “talks” had been foreseen before Yoon’s visit to the U.S.
He made Russia and China enemy with his remarks about the Ukrainian and Taiwanese issues. He stunned the people by saying “it is unacceptable to urge Japan to kneel down unconditionally for the things that happened 100 years ago”, and terming the outrageous wiretapping by the U.S. an “inevitable one.”
The foreign policy pursued by Yoon keen on his blind sycophantic, sell-out and submissive diplomacy oriented to “alliance” was also vividly manifested in his address to the U.S. Congress.
Yoon, keep your ear to the ground.
“Extended deterrence” can not avert a war. To antagonize a neighboring country for the sake of the U.S. will only escalate the danger on the Korean Peninsula by throwing south Korea into the mire of an international dispute.
Repeated diplomatic disasters have already brought the deterioration of external relations. The ensuing worsened economy and escalated danger of war also affect the public livelihood.

110 odd professors of Sookmyong Women’s University of puppet south Korea released a declaration on the current situation in protest against Yoon’s humiliating diplomacy.
Accusing Yoon of such evil deeds as give-and-take-nothing “summit talks”, low-keyed response to the U.S. eavesdropping, provocative diplomacy disturbing peace and aggravating the danger of war based on a divisive stand of viewing anyone as enemy if he is not friendly, and incurring huge social expenses and economic losses by destabilizing the situation of the Korean Peninsula, the professors in the declaration noted that whenever Yoon glosses over his serious diplomatic gaffe with denial of facts and lame excuses, instead of making responsible explanation and apology, the “national prestige” and “national interests” oft-repeated by him are seriously damaged with the collapse of public confidence and international trust. Stunning is his brazen-faced attitude and complete ignorance of history, they added, strongly urging him to immediately stop his ruinous diplomacy and unilateral administration.
The south Korean puppet “Council of Christian Churches” released a commentary in opposition to the “Washington Declaration” bringing the danger of a nuclear war to the Korean Peninsula.
Recalling that the “declaration” specifies the strengthening of the “extended deterrence” and the establishment of a new “nuclear consultative group”, the commentary expressed deep concern over the deployment of a U.S. strategic nuclear submarine and the U.S. policy of strengthening the “extended deterrence” which will give rise to a greater possibility of war.
Saying that military threat, arms race and war exercises are not a way of achieving peace on the divided Korean Peninsula, the commentary noted that it is impossible to get rid of the danger of a nuclear war, the danger of war if military threats and war rehearsal become the first option.
The secretary general of the Seoul Headquarters of the south Korean puppet Confederation of Trade Unions, addressing a candlelight rally in Seoul protesting the Yoon’s country-selling visit to the U.S., said Yoon pays lip-service to the “alliance” with the U.S. and Japan day and night but such “alliance” is just the “U.S.-Japan alliance” in which south Korea plays best man and the U.S. and Japan share their interests, and went on:
What will south Korea actually get from the “alliance”? We are only drained at home and abroad. We can no longer bear it. It’s time to break and change.
Even puppet south Korean political figures are strongly criticizing Yoon Suk Yeol, utterly disillusioned by his unprecedented submission during the trip.
The leader of the Minju (democratic) Party blamed Yoon Suk Yeol for his humiliating behavior, saying Yoon neither protected the industry and business of south Korea and nor demanded apology from the U.S. for the suspicious wire-tapping of his “presidential office” but remitted the crime, took the attitude of indifference to continued wire-tapping and only “received the bills” on the issue of Ukraine and Taiwan during his visit.
The chairman of the Policy Committee of the Minju Party, raising doubt about the “success” allegedly achieved by the puppet Yoon regime during the visit, said that Yoon had better focus on how to restore the weakened economy and business in the future, rather than talking big about the “great success”.
The chief spokesperson for the party in a commentary termed Yoon’s visit “diplomacy on empty cart with loud noise”, “hollow rice cake” and “real flop”, saying people were so disappointed to see Yoon returning with an empty suitcase. He urged the Yoon’s “government” to face up to the cold reception by the public.
A lawmaker from the Jongui (justice) Party expressed concern over the “Washington Declaration”, saying it might bring about an adverse effect of bringing the permanent danger of war to Northeast Asia. He added that he would like to give a school warning (given by school to a student for too low academic results or attendance rate) if he was a marker of Yoon’s visit to the U.S.

Amid such a string of accusation, a lawmaker from the Minju Party, recalling Yoon had even belted out an American song in English before Biden, said “Yoon had sung a song which costs ‘150 trillion won’ at the most expensive karaoke bar called the White House.”
Even overseas Koreans are becoming increasingly vocal protesting and deriding the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol who is engrossed in committing the acts of treachery and destroying peace by kowtowing to the U.S.
Overseas Koreans in 56 cities of 13 countries issued protest statements when traitor Yoon visited the U.S.

Chinese and south Korean media continue to expose and denounce the dangerousness of the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to the U.S. and serious consequences to be entailed by it.
China News Service carried an article titled “Storm rages after Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to U.S.”, which reveals the criminal nature of the “Washington Declaration”.
The keynote of the “Washington Declaration” is to expand the U.S.-south Korea consultation about the nuclear crisis, stage more military exercises and simulation training, set up the Nuclear Consultative Group (NCG), and dispatch the U.S. strategic assets to the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula more frequently, the article said, and continued:
The NCG means enabling the U.S. and south Korea to conduct strategic cooperation, including the sharing in the nuclear-related field, under the pretext of coping with the DPRK’s “nuclear threat”. Such contents were not included in the concept of the past “extended deterrence”.
The “Washington Declaration” is not favorable to the stability of the regional situation.
The executive director of the school for international relations studies of Nanjing University commented that the “Washington Declaration” offered “legitimacy” to the likely deployment of intermediate-range nuclear missiles in south Korea by the U.S. and made it possible to conduct policy coordination and communication for it.
A professor at Jilin University said that the U.S.-Japan-south Korean cooperation is a component of the U.S. strategy for building another NATO in the Indo-Pacific region, adding:
The U.S. is going to expand joint military exercises with south Korea, strengthen the “defence cooperation” with Japan and south Korea and form the “southern triangle” over the future Korean Peninsula issue.
The strengthening of the three-way cooperation will have great influence on the regional security situation and prompt strong responses from neighboring countries.
If a new Cold War structure is gradually formed and steadily maintained in Northeast Asia, blocs will be embroiled in dangerous confrontation.
The Chinese Huan Qiu network, in an article titled “Looking up to Washington’s mercy is to have no freedom for south Korea”, noted that Yoon Suk Yeol’s constant gratitude, flattery and subservience to the U.S. are actually based on a mistaken perception of Washington.
The fundamental purpose of the U.S. so-called support, aid and protection of south Korea is not really for the benefit of south Korea but rather to maintain and pursue U.S. national interests. South Korea is just a tool for the U.S. to maintain and realize its own interests, but Yoon mistakenly sees it as U.S. support and assistance for south Korea.
Although Yoon Suk Yeol led a high-profile business delegation to the U.S., he did not reach any substantive agreement with the Biden administration on the “Inflation Reduction Act”, the “CHIPS and Science Act” and other core issues such as south Korean business investment, product sales, and technological upgrading. But the U.S. encouraged Yoon to continue to serve the interests of the U.S.
It is unknown whether Yoon, who has been deceived by the U.S., will calm down after returning home, think and distinguish about the so-called promises and support given by the U.S., and deeply reflect on his mistaken perceptions.
Pointing out that Yoon weakened south Korea’s status and role as he placed all its security and development rights on the U.S. and the south Korea-U.S. alliance, the article further said:
Adopting a policy of siding with the U.S. not only diminishes the position of south Korea, but also deprives it of flexible space.
Yoon’s thinking and approach actually exposes his lack of confidence and independent consciousness. The so-called extended deterrence guarantee from the U.S.–Yoon’s touted achievement of his visit to it– exposes once again the U.S. mockery and strict control over south Korea, the article said, and went on:
The establishment of the Nuclear Consultation Group (NCG) between south Korea and the U.S. mentioned in the Washington Declaration is fundamentally different from the position and function of the Nuclear Planning Group in NATO, making it impossible to compare the two. And moreover, this “consultative” system is similar to “Extended Deterrence Strategy and Consultation Group” previously established between the U.S. and south Korea in functions and contents, so it is hard to find any essential differences between them. Accordingly, there are many doubts and questions within south Korea regarding the establishment of the NCG.
However, Yoon treasures this empty gesture like a precious gem, highly excited, believing that the Washington Declaration is the most important achievement of his visit, and that the guarantee given by the U.S. can provide south Korea with sufficient security and protection. Americans are deceiving Yoon by offering lip service, making him misunderstand that the U.S. is protecting and supporting south Korea with its unprecedented military muscle.
Yoon is utterly unaware that the U.S. is using this consultation mechanism to control and influence his “administration”, preventing south Korea from acting recklessly on the nuclear issue and making it strictly obey the U.S. control and instructions.
Yoon’s misguided words and deeds to please the U.S. and cater to the U.S. have created risks and challenge for south Korea while further deepening the impression that south Korea is a vassal of the U.S.
The puppet south Korean local media also disclosed and denounced the true colors of Yoon Suk Yeol as a traitor and pro-U.S. sycophant.
Kimchon Ilbo of North Kyongsang Province in an article titled “American belligerence and president Yoon Suk Yeol’s submission” said:
Amid the growing concern about the escalating danger of war and worsening economy, a poet satirized south Korea as “a sweet potato field infested by wild boars”, provoking bursts of laughter.
The “foreign policy” of Yoon is at great peril. This reminds us of a poet’s humorous derision at Yoon’s visit to the U.S., which likened Yoon to a lackey of the U.S. who jumps into the flames of war at the end of his sycophancy of leaving sovereignty to the tender mercy of the U.S. after getting robbed, backstabbed and mocked by the U.S. in return for his devotion to it.
The U.S., which is styling itself a “liberal democratic state”, has killed innumerable innocent people by igniting many wars. 250 years have lapsed since 1775. For more than 225 years of that long period, the U.S. have been restless to fight wars for building a country, expanding its territory, becoming a “superpower” and maintaining world supremacy.
The U.S. is the most bellicose and outrageous imperialism in the world.
Korea was liberated and divided after the Second World War. However, we regard the U.S. as benefactor of liberation only, not as the chief culprit of division.
That is why we doggedly called the U.S. troops that occupied Korea the “liberation army”, though they were styling themselves the occupation forces at that time. And far from criticizing the U.S. war of aggression in Vietnam denounced by the entire world and its invasion of Iraq opposed by the UN, we sent volunteer troops, describing the wars as the ones for “freedom” and “democracy”.
To make matters worse, Yoon is siding with the U.S. malicious policy to deter China, including the “Indo-Pacific strategy”, which makes China enemy and even causes economic losses as well as security crisis.
The biggest and most important “success” of Yoon’s visit to the U.S. is allegedly the “Washington Declaration” that specifies the provision of the “nuclear umbrella” by the U.S., in which the U.S. takes retaliatory action when a nuclear attack on south Korea is carried out, and frequent deployment of nuclear-capable bombers and submarines near south Korea.
This just escalates the danger of war far from promoting security, doesn’t it?
Will the north step back with its spirit dampened or develop more powerful nukes and missiles in the face of frequent deployment of U.S. nuclear assets in south Korea? In order to prevent the north from using nukes and missiles, war should be put to an end and peace treaty should be concluded. Then is it reasonable to intensify the U.S.-south Korea joint exercises?
They are making far-fetched assertions that the war cannot be terminated because the north is armed with nukes. But why didn’t they accept the north’s proposals for terminating the war and concluding a peace treaty in the past century when it had no nukes?
As long as south Korea resorts to the U.S.-south Korea alliance, the north and China will remain as the enemy due to the U.S. policy of hegemony and the possibility for reunification and peace on the Korean peninsula will as ever diminish and trade deficit and economic losses will increase.
This is the present situation of the U.S.-south Korea alliance. As Yoon is blindly following the U.S., devoting everything to it, the U.S. ignores and despises Yoon inwardly while treating him as a “state guest” and offering him a luxurious dinner outwardly.
This is the background to the widespread saying that “south Korea is the 51st state of the U.S.”, and “the north is the enemy respected by the U.S. when south Korea is an ally despised by it.”

There is increasing concern about the serious impact on peace and security of the Korean Peninsula, region and the world by puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s extreme sycophancy to the U.S.
Chinese Global Times quoted analysts as saying “Yoon’s overwhelming pro-U.S. policy could become nightmare for south Korea, with losses to outweigh gains”.
The paper said “south Korea’s new nuclear deterrence agreement with the U.S. that could allow Washington to dispatch a nuclear ballistic missile submarine to south Korea has drawn strong criticism from its neighboring countries”.
It continued:
Experts said deploying U.S. nuclear weapons on the Korean peninsula is an extremely dangerous and provocative act toward China, Russia and north Korea. And that Washington and Seoul will face strategic level retaliation which could spark another nuclear crisis in the region.
A military expert said that the U.S. “extended deterrence” strategy is not for defending its ally south Korea but an approach to use north Korea’s military development as a pretext to deploy U.S. strategic assets, including nuclear weapons, to impose more strategic pressures to China, Russia and north Korea.
This will do nothing good for the denuclearization of the peninsula but make the situation worse and also seriously threaten the security of China, Russia and north Korea. Like the one in Europe, the U.S. is likely to use the Korean peninsula nuclear issue to provoke another crisis in Asia, but China and Russia will not allow the U.S. to do so.
If Seoul ignores such warnings and completely executes U.S. order for “extended deterrence” in the region, south Korea will likely face retaliation, said experts. This could become a “nightmare” for Yoon and his country, and the protection and investment provided by the U.S. are not worth the loss that south Korea will suffer in terms of both economy and security, they noted.
They said that Yoon’s latest remarks completely confuse right and wrong and his increasingly extreme pro-U.S. foreign policy could destabilize the Korean Peninsula and that the so-called “extended deterrence” would only provoke Pyongyang to implement its principle of “might for might, frontal match”.
It is the U.S.-south Korea military exercises that escalate regional tensions, the Chinese newspaper said, quoting a foreign analyst on Korean affairs as saying in a news commentary on China Global TV Network “public opposition to Yoon’s diplomatic strategy is rampant. And south Korea will get nothing for its unbalanced diplomatic approach entirely dependent on the U.S.”
The Russian magazine the International Affairs carried the following article titled “U.S.-south Korea: Nuclear deterrence against the DPRK instead of talks” by a senior researcher of the China and Modern Asia Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences:
Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to the U.S. had been carefully prepared for a long time.
However, the results of the visit were disappointing.
The main topic of the “talks” was the “deterrence” against the DPRK, which would not improve the security situation in Northeast Asia at all.
The U.S. and south Korea are planning to form a bilateral “Nuclear Consultative Group” at an early date, start discussions on nuclear and strategic plans in this way, conduct frequent military drills in the field of nuclear deterrence on the Korean peninsula and, at the same time, make U.S. strategic nuclear submarines equipped with nuclear ballistic missiles regularly call at south Korean ports.

China Daily in an article titled “Washington ensnares Yoon into geopolitical trap” said Yoon Suk Yeol ‘s visit to the United States could have far-reaching impacts on the future of the peninsula and that of the region, and perhaps, in some ways, of the world at large.
It commented that the “Washington Declaration” and the “joint statement” which Yoon claims as a “bountiful harvest” appear to be potentially lethal, and there has been complaint that Yoon may have just submitted semiconductors, among other things, to U.S. control.
Unless the new agreement is completely withdrawn, it will deal a massive blow to the south Korean economy, apart from poisoning its overall relations with China, the paper said, adding he has allowed south Korea to be sucked further into the U.S.’ “Indo-Pacific” strategy.
South Korean puppet media and experts are also becoming increasingly vocal denouncing puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to the U.S. as a traitor’s war-oriented visit to turn the Korean peninsula into the theater of a nuclear war.
The south Korean newspaper Hangyore noted that the regular exhibition of U.S. strategic means entering the Korean peninsula will not serve as “expanded deterrence” but as “extended crisis”.
Recalling that deployment of a U.S. strategic nuclear submarine was confirmed by the high-profile “Washington Declaration”, the newspaper quoted the U.S. Pacific air force commander as saying at an interview with Japanese media that U.S. strategic bombers will regularly conduct operations in and around the peninsula and land in south Korea.
It is abnormal for a strategic nuclear submarine operating underwater to surface and enter a south Korean port, and for a strategic nuclear bomber operating in the air to land on the soil of south Korea, it said, voicing concern that such military action of the U.S. and south Korea will spark sensitive reaction from the neighboring countries and deepen tensions and crisis.
An executive member of the Solidarity for Culture of puppet south Korea said that Yoon seems to struggle hard for the sole purpose of making south Korea “a country needed by the U.S.”, irrespective of the security of people, geo-political stability, peace on the peninsula and retaliation by neighboring countries and many other factors, quoting the public as saying that the “diplomatic disaster” of Yoon’s regime continues and it is “self-ruining diplomacy.” The member noted that foreign media and experts on diplomacy and security and even pro-U.S. conservatives in south Korea were stunned by Yoon’s behavior.
South Korean websites are deluged with articles deriding Yoon’s visit to the U.S. as a war-inviting visit to complete the U.S.-Japan-south Korea triangular military alliance. They called for bringing down pro-U.S. warmonger Yoon who is inviting a nuclear war, commenting that Yoon earned an ill fame for his “top-notch” evil rule such as pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese flunkeyism, treachery, corruption, incompetence, anti-worker and anti-people policy, fascism and warmongering.
Others censure his visit, branding him as “an idiot taking the lead with a rifle in executing the U.S. war strategy”, saying “if Yoon is left intact, a war will break out and south Korea will be exposed to a shower of attacks”, “it is as fool as a wart standing against a cart to level a gun at the nuclear and missile power,” “one can not but wonder about Yoon’s behavior of trusting even a thief”, and “the recent U.S. visit would lead Yoon to a grave”.
The internet media Voice of Seoul derided the wretched plight of puppet traitor Yoon having a hard time for his wild act, saying:

La obediencia ciega de Yoon a EE.UU. en el trato de la crisis de Ucrania afectará los esfuerzos de la sociedad internacional por promover las negociaciones de paz y complicará la situación del Nordeste Asiático, criticó y agregó que Yoon abre la Caja de Pandora sin saber lo que saldrá de ella.
El periódico chino Huan Qiu Shibao comentó que Yoon pretende traer el “paraguas nuclear” de EE.UU. que no es digno de confianza a la vista y causará una nueva preocupación al Sur de Corea.
Ironizó que la reciente visita de Yoon a EE.UU. testimonió la evaluación de algunos comentaristas de que en el trato a EE.UU., este traidor tiene la inferior conciencia de independencia nacional a sus “gobiernos” anteriores.

La sociedad internacional sigue condenando a EE.UU. y la banda títere surcoreana que amenazan y vulneran la paz y seguridad de la región y el mundo llevando la situación de la Península Coreana al borde de guerra nuclear.
El especialista en asuntos de la Península Coreana, perteneciente a la Academia de Ciencias Sociales de la provincia de Liaoning de China, opinó así: “En el caso de desplegar realmente EE.UU. su arma nuclear o submarino de propulsión nuclear en la Península Coreana, es muy probable la llegada de otra crisis nuclear. La responsabilidad de ello recae sobre Washington y Seúl”.
Prosiguió que en apego a su principio de “responder de la misma manera al arma nuclear y al enfrentamiento frontal”, la RPDC puede tomar la contramedida sin precedentes a tal proceder de EE.UU.
Al cuestionar las palabras provocativas dichas por el traidor títere surcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol en lo tocante al tema de Taiwán durante su reciente visita a EE.UU., el experto advirtió que Seúl no debe abrigar ninguna esperanza de que China tolere o perdone ese error.
El investigador de asuntos de Asia Oriental de la Academia de Ciencias Sociales de China enfatizó que “no puede tolerar que EE.UU. ubique su submarino nuclear en las cercanías del territorio chino”, precisando que EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea regularizaron ya los ejercicios militares conjuntos y la visita de las propiedades estratégicas norteamericanas y que si el primero da un paso más adelante hacia la ubicación de armas nucleares, inclusive el submarino, esto traerá el desarrollo e incremento de los mismos artefactos de la RPDC y el empeoramiento adicional de los vínculos China-EE.UU.
Diciendo que tanto la “Declaración de Washington” como la “Declaración Conjunta” publicada por Biden y Yoon Suk Yeol contienen los párrafos que irritan a China, un profesor de la Universidad de Ciencia Política y Derecho de China advirtió que el ´gobierno de Yoon Suk Yeol´ tiene atrevidamente un juicio equivocado de China”.
En referencia al disparate de “fin del régimen” pronunciado por Biden en una rueda de prensa, un especialista del Instituto de Estudios del Oriente de la Academia de Ciencias de Rusia expresó así:
Aunque varios presidentes norteamericanos amenazaron continuamente a la RPDC y desplegaron los ejercicios militares, no tuvieron ningún resultado. EE.UU. está “inquietado” ante el crecimiento de la RPDC que fortalece sus factores militares como la preparación de lanzamiento de satélite artificial y el desarrollo de misiles más potentes y dinámicos. Este hecho es una pesadilla para EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea.
En su comentario, el periódico chino Huan Qiu Shibao expresó la preocupación especificando que la llegada periódica del submarino nuclear de clase Ohio a la Península Coreana da lo mismo para la región del Nordeste Asiático que introducir un lobo en casa.
El problema de la Península Coreana no se resuelve largo tiempo por culpa de EE.UU., sostuvo el comentario y prosiguió que si este país introduce sus fuerzas armadas nucleares en la Península Coreana, esto ofenderá sin falta a la RPDC y llevará de mal en peor la ya vulnerable seguridad de la Península Coreana y que el Sur de Corea escogió realmente la mala opción.
El rotativo chino Global Times publicó un artículo intitulado “Acuerdos EE.UU.-Sur de Corea generan el nuevo peligro: ´Disuasivo ampliado´ puede causar ´otra crisis nuclear´ en la Península Coreana.
Citó los criterios de los especialistas de que pronto los surcoreanos se darán cuenta de lo “imperdonable y autodestructivo” de la insensata estrategia diplomática de Yoon y el bajo porcentaje de apoyo a éste llevará al disturbio más grande la situación política surcoreana.
La revista rusa de asuntos internacionales aclaró que se va empeorando la situación de la Península Coreana y agregó que EE.UU. y sus seguidores no obtienen ningún resultado si bien realizan continuamente los ejercicios militares y sancionan a la RPDC pretextando la “amenaza nuclear del Norte (de Corea)”.
Además, los medios de prensa y especialistas de distintos países del mundo ridiculizan la visita de Yoon a EE.UU. como la “de mano vacía” y “diplomacia superficial”, aunque él la describe como un gran “éxito”.
En el artículo de un comentarista de asuntos internacionales “Papel mojado llamado ´declaración de seguridad´ que no inspira ningún ´sentimiento seguro´”, Huan Qiu network de China opinó como sigue:
Se puede decir que es ridícula la visita de Yoon Suk Yeol a EE.UU. que hizo conocer bien al mundo la causa que amenaza realmente la paz y seguridad del Nordeste Asiático.
Aunque Yoon insiste en que consiguió la “promesa de seguridad sin precedentes” describiendo la “Declaración de Washington” como el éxito más grande de su visita a EE.UU., lo que trajo él de Washington fue un papel mojado llamado “declaración de seguridad” que no inspira “ningún sentimiento seguro”.
La “Declaración de Washington” aborda la fundación del “grupo consultivo nuclear” y el despliegue frecuente de los ejercicios militares entre EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea, el envío periódico del submarino nuclear norteamericano al segundo y otros temas, lo cual es considerado para éste como “paraguas nuclear”. A cambio, él obtuvo el párrafo vacío de “Hay el derecho a la palabra, pero no el decisorio. Hay la promesa nuclear, pero no el compartimiento nuclear”. Entonces, ¿dónde está la promesa de seguridad sin precedentes de que habla Yoon?
Para la administración Biden, ese documento no pasa de ser un talón que no cuesta casi nada. Esto causará finalmente el “círculo vicioso” más incierto en la situación política y militar de Asia Oriental. ¿Cómo es posible que eso traiga la estabilidad de la Península Coreana y la seguridad del Sur de Corea?
Debido a su extremada inseguridad psíquica e impaciencia geopolítica, el Sur de Corea pasó a aferrarse por completo a su “amo” llamado EE.UU., si bien antes intentaba de mantener el equilibrio estratégico entre China, EE.UU., Rusia y Japón. El Sur de Corea cree que si está unido con EE.UU., va a tener el “amuleto” y el “paraguas” y “este hermano primogénito protegerá sin falta al menor”.
Esta regla del mundo será en la actualidad una alucinación y nada más. Puesto que EE.UU. sufrió el deterioro de su capacidad de enfrentamiento en la estructura estratégica mundial debido a la caída de su propia competencia en las actuales relaciones internacionales y el juego de azar, se vio obligado a atraer con desesperación a sus aliados y armar la “pelea entre pandillas” usando al Sur de Corea y otros hermanos menores tras componer una banda bajo el rótulo del “valor de democracia”. Pero, la capacidad protectora del hermano primogénito es opacada ya hace mucho tiempo.
Además, la doctrina “América es la primera” y la “primacía de los intereses” son el primer principio de la diplomacia norteamericana. Pues ¿qué lugar ocuparía el Sur de Corea en el orden de los países de tal consideración? El Sur de Corea no podrá ser pariente lejano siquiera, si se lo compara con el allegado anglosajón de EE.UU. El Sur de Corea debería pensar bien en su posición reflejada en la visión de su hermano primogénito.
Por otra parte, The New York Times informó que Yoon Suk Yeol tuvo “acogida hospitalaria” en EE.UU., pero vivirá otro ambiente en el Sur de Corea.
Indicó que no pocos surcoreanos critican la “Declaración de Washington” considerada por Yoon como “mayor éxito” de su visita a EE.UU. y hay también la visión de tomarla no como “disuasivo ampliado” sino como “ampliación de crisis” porque el despliegue del submarino nuclear estratégico de EE.UU. en el Sur de Corea puede agravar la tensión del Nordeste de Asia.
Prosiguió que ese “éxito” será aceptado como lo insignificante para las generaciones jóvenes surcoreanas que sufren mucho por la reducción de empleos.
Si bien se ha expresado la preocupación de que en los últimos meses, las empresas surcoreanas sufrirán enormes pérdidas debido a la “ley de reducción de inflación monetaria” y la “de semiconductor y ciencias”, la “Declaración Conjunta” estipuló sólo la palabra huera de “seguir cooperando estrechamente”, escribió. Trascendió que un profesor universitario ridiculizó así ese documento: “Los jóvenes surcoreanos no saben las letras de la canción pronorteamericana entonada por Yoon Suk Yeol, pero sí la ley de reducción de inflación monetaria.”
Huan Qiu Shibao señaló que casi todo lo mencionado por la parte estadounidense en la entrevista de prensa, sostenida por Biden y Yoon después del diálogo, era cómo orientar el “éxito” de la “Declaración de Washington” al fomento de los intereses de EE.UU. y los periodistas también estuvieron interesados principalmente en los problemas internos de EE.UU.
Continuó que los internautas describieron que los intereses del Sur de Corea en esa entrevista eran casi iguales al aire y por eso, Yoon, quien ha reclamado la “alianza global”, se puso en la situación más incómoda.
Xinhua reportó que Yoon trató de aumentar las exportaciones a EE.UU. y las inversiones a través de la “diplomacia de ventas”, al llevar a su visita a EE.UU. a una nutrida delegación económica. Pero, EE.UU. tomó la medida de excluir de la lista de subsidios las principales mercancías de exportación del Sur de Corea, ironizó.
Un investigador superior del Instituto Cato opinó en su artículo publicado en la revista Foreign Policy que el resultado de la “conversación” es “victoria vacía para EE.UU.” y éste debe cambiar su fracasada política sobre la RPDC que ha practicado con el Sur de Corea.

Producen fuerte indignación, condena y burla en el Sur de Corea la locura antinacional, vendepatria y servil a grandes potencias y la conducta humillante, mostradas por el traidor títere Yoon Suk Yeol en su gira por EE.UU.
Los medios de prensa condenaron esa visita como la agraviosa y bélica que vendió en bandeja los intereses de la nación y buscó en la Península Coreana y la región otra causa de agravación de la tensión.
El periódico Hangyore escribió como sigue:
Yoon Suk Yeol causó la inestabilidad de la Península Coreana y la región y produjo sólo el fuerte rechazo y gran desafío de los países vecinos al dar importancia a fortalecer la alianza con EE.UU. y el “disuasivo ampliado”. Si se toma en cuenta que él aceptó íntegramente la conflictiva lógica de relaciones internacionales demandada por EE.UU., es dudoso que él tenga una comprensión correcta de la realidad actual de la política internacional. Como resultado, se elevará la tensión en la región y lo peor de los resultados de las conversaciones es que el “gobierno” de Yoon fue incorporado a la “cooperación tripartita” entre EE.UU., el Sur de Corea y Japón o la sub-alianza.
Yoon es el “presidente raro” que amplía la inestabilidad de la situación de la Península Coreana.
Insatisfecho de su “política sobre el Norte (de Corea)” caracterizada por la intransigencia unilateral, Yoon crea la inestabilidad irritando a China y Rusia con su llamada “diplomacia de valor” consistente en asegurar la coordinación con EE.UU. Es muy activo y fluido para ver tal proceder como mero producto de la presión de EE.UU. Parece que él es el “soldado de nueva guerra fría” que lleva otra vez el mundo a la confrontación entre diferentes campos en la época de Guerra Fría. Cabe la duda que si él ha pensado seriamente alguna vez en el peligro que correrá después la población debido a su conducta.
Eso se conoció claramente también en su reciente visita a EE.UU.
Yoon pasó sin vacilación alguna la línea que no habían cruzado los “gobiernos” anteriores. La “Declaración Conjunta” contiene íntegramente el lenguaje de EE.UU. y no lleva ninguna frase que haya tomado en cuenta la situación especial del Sur de Corea que se da por las características geopolíticas de la Península Coreana.
Cada vez que suene más alto el coro de la “alianza de valor”, se elevará al mismo tiempo la tensión de la Península Coreana. Bajo el pretexto del “valor”, EE.UU. presentará la justificación de que es necesaria la cooperación militar y política entre EE.UU., el Sur de Corea y Japón del nivel de alianza. ¿Qué obtendrá el Sur de Corea en este proceso? ¿Será la posibilidad de control militar predominante sobre el Norte? Aunque el “gobierno” de Yoon dice que esto es posible, no es más que una retórica política. Aunque prepare el poderoso “disuasivo ampliado” conforme a las características del Norte y la dinámica internacional, es imposible camibar la actitud del Norte. Al contrario, son evidentes las pérdidas que sufrirá el Sur de Corea en los dominios de seguridad y economía. La paz de la Península Coreana afrontará gran desafío y la economía surcoreana será golpeada duro debido al agrandamiento del peligro de seguridad.
Está claro que Yoon hizo concesiones a EE.UU. en su visita, pero no se ve bien lo que él ha ganado.
A sacar la conclusión, la visita de Yoon a EE.UU. terminó sin resultados sustanciales. No se vieron ningún interés ni futuro, si bien fue vistosa la delegación que le ha acompañado. En lo adelante, continuará la angustia de las empresas surcoreanas y se elevará la tensión de la Península Coreana debido a los artículos de regulación impuestos por EE.UU.
Por su parte, Yonhap News reportó que durante su visita a EE.UU., Yoon Suk Yeol se mostró partidario de EE.UU. no sólo en las relaciones con éste sino también en los delicados asuntos internacionales como los de Taiwán y Ucrania dando énfasis en la “diplomacia basada en el valor” en las oportunidades importantes como el diálogo con Biden y el discurso en el Congreso estadounidense. Como resultado, trajo la circunstancia en que puede agrandar sólo la precaución de los países opositores a EE.UU.
Prosiguió que China advirtió ya que tenga prudencia en el habla y no se vaya más lejos por el camino peligroso y mal escogido. Agregó que se agranda más la preocupación de cómo manejar las relaciones con China y Rusia.
La agencia noticiera publicó también el artículo de un miembro de la junta editorial, según el cual es necia la conducta de Yoon quien creyendo a ciegas en la alianza con EE.UU., intenta subordinar a la seguridad la economía surcoreana.
Él anda desesperado para mantener el poder apoyándose en EE.UU., criticó el artículo y prosiguió:
EE.UU. es el país capaz de abandonar la alianza en cualquier momento para sus intereses.
Pese a que había sido condenado por su diplomacia sumisa a Japón, Yoon defendió a EE.UU. en vez de objetar las escuchas ilegales cometidas por éste, hecho que ofendió mucho la dignidad de la nación.
Montará en cólera a los habitantes la actitud de mantener el “poder” al amparo de EE.UU.
Normalmente, si se efectúa alguna “cumbre”, se eleva el apoyo al partido gobernante. Sin embargo, cuando Yoon visita al extranjero, baja el porcentaje de apoyo debido a la creación de varios peligros.
Yoon habló en inglés en EE.UU. pese al antecedente de que había sido polemizado el uso frecuente de ese idioma en el suelo surcoreano. Es una idea servil a grandes potencias pensar que se eleva el nivel si habla en inglés en EE.UU.
En cuanto a las conversaciones, viene al caso este refrán: Mucho ruido y pocas nueces.
En su editorial intitulado “Conversaciones que extendieron el paraguas nuclear y dieron el origen de la ‘diplomacia unilateral’, el periódico Kyunghyang Daily escribió que es preocupante que la situación tome el rumbo de depender de EE.UU. en lo todo y que el Sur de Corea cae cada vez más en el estado en que no puede rechazar ninguna exigencia de EE.UU.
Hankuk Ilbo informó que no se debe menospreciar el hecho de que la “acogida hospitalaria” de EE.UU. no es gratis.
Continuó que Yoon debe escuchar en serio la opinión de que ya es preocupante la cuenta que debe pagar el Sur de Corea después de la “recepción opípara”.
Insistió en calar el intento de EE.UU. que hay detrás del fortalecimiento de la “alianza de seguridad económica” entre EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea.
Dong-A Ilbo insertó un artículo transmitiendo que había sido rechazada la oficina presidencial cuando interpretaba a su capricho el mejoramiento de la capacidad ejecutiva del “disuasivo ampliado” de EE.UU. exagerando el significado de la “Declaración de Washington”.
Este hecho hace recordar ese momento a principios de este año cuando Yoon fue denegado en el acto por Biden al sacar el tema de discutir los “ejercicios nucleares conjuntos” con EE.UU, comentó y agregó que ese caso se limitó a ser una tragicomedia producto de la confusión de palabras, pero el presente reveló la diferencia de entendimientos.
De otro lado, los periódicos online surcoreanos publican en avalancha los artículos que reflejan la indignación de la población, tales como “Yoon Suk Yeol pasa la pena en la arena internacional por su hábito de mentir”, “Desaparecidos los intereses y la paz y se quedan sólo la crisis de guerra y depauperación de la vida poblacional”, “No hace falta el presidente que piensa primero en Japón, antes de la seguridad del pueblo”. “´Gobierno´ de Yoon Suk Yeol tiene la culpa de las nubes de guerra que se ciernen sobre la Península Coreana”, etc.

La visita a EE.UU. del traidor títere surcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol, que vendió en bandeja a las fuerzas extranjeras la seguridad, dignidad e intereses de la nación, producen fuerte indignación, protesta y condena de los medios de prensa, diferentes círculos sociales del Sur de Corea, tales como el político, el académico y el religioso, y los compatriotas residentes en ultramar.
Con el tema de “La ‘Declaración de Washington’ es una basura a botar”, el periódico online surcoreano Jaju Sibo insertó el artículo del director del instituto de reunificación en EE.UU.
Él reveló párrafo por párrafo el motivo de aprobación de la “Declaración de Washington” y su peligrosidad, etc. y escribió como sigue:
EE.UU. prometió en la “Declaración de Washington” que ubicaría en el Sur de Corea con mayor frecuencia que antes las fuerzas nucleares estratégicas, lo cual requiere de gastos fabulosos. Si se lo toma en cuenta, está claro que los imperialistas norteamericanos intentan echar a su lacayo los gastos de incremento de los ejercicios de guerra contra el Norte de Corea. Esta declaración es la peor basura que estipuló en documento la artimaña de imponer al Sur de Corea fabulosos gastos de movilización de los medios de golpe nuclear estratégico del imperio norteamericano.
Todos pueden conocer que el papel y el deber del “grupo consultivo nuclear”, fundado esta vez, coinciden con los del “órgano de consulta estratégica del disuasivo ampliado” ya organizado. El imperio norteamericano organizó otro aparto nuclear para tranquilizar al “poder” de Yoon asustado ante la amenaza nuclear de la RPDC al Sur de Corea. Sin embargo, eso agravará aun más la ya tensa situación al irritar al máximo a la RPDC. En tal sentido, es una mala jugada la fundación del “grupo consultivo nuclear” EE.UU.-Sur de Corea.
Si el imperio norteamericano comete la agresión nuclear al Norte de Corea, éste destruirá partes importantes del territorio principal de EE.UU. con el ataque nuclear de represalia. Los imperialistas no son tan tontos como para proteger a sus lacayos exponiéndose al riesgo de tales pérdidas.
Entonces, la promesa de Biden de responder de manera inmediata, aplastante y decisiva al ataque nuclear de la RPDC contra el Sur de Corea no es más que un consuelo para calmar al “poder” de Yoon.
Si aparece en el Mar Sur el submarino nuclear estratégico del imperio, China y Rusia también se sentirán irritadas al igual que la RPDC. Pues, estos países desplegarán a la vez la operación militar equivalente. Ampliará y agravará la ya tensa situación la movilización del submarino nuclear estratégico del imperio norteamericano para el “poder” de Yoon.
Por eso, la “Declaración de Washington” es una basura que la Casa Blanca debe echar al basurero si quiere conservar el prestigio del imperio.
A su vez, la “Acción de Ciudadanos”, que incluye las entidades civiles y sociales de diferentes círculos del Sur de Corea, condenó categóricamente la “cumbre” Yoon Suk Yeol-Biden y la publicación de la “Declaración de Washington”.
Llega al cielo la indignación de los habitantes que protestan ese diálogo y documento que son la causa de aumento de la tensión militar en la Península Coreana y su contorno, condenó la nota y prosiguió:
La “cumbre” fue la leonina que dio a EE.UU. todo lo que quiere en función del principio de dar primacía a sí mismo e instigó el enfrentamiento entre el campo integrado por EE.UU., Japón y el Sur de Corea y el otro compuesto por el Norte de Corea, China y Rusia expresando abiertamente la hostilidad al Norte de Corea bajo el rótulo de fortalecimiento del “disuasivo ampliado”.
¿De cuál parte es el “presidente” Yoon Suk Yeol?
La “Declaración de Washington” expone públicamente la voluntad de recrudecer la presión nuclear y amenaza militar sobre el Norte de Corea y concreta la promesa de defensa de EE.UU. en tal sentido.
Se preveía el resultado de la “cumbre” ya antes de la visita de Yoon a EE.UU.
Yoon convirtió a Rusia y China en enemigas con sus discursos sobre el problema de Ucrania y Taiwán y disparateó que no puede aceptar la demanda de que Japón se ponga de rodillas incondicionalmente por lo ocurrido hace 100 años.
Dejó consternado a todo el pueblo su otro chisme de que “no le queda remedio” ante la interceptación telefónica cometida por EE.UU.
La política exterior de Yoon, que se concentra en la diplomacia vendepatria y servil a grandes potencias con rumbo a la “alianza”, se conoció claramente en su discurso pronunciado en el Congreso de EE.UU.
Yoon, escúchalo bien.
No se puede impedir la guerra con el “disuasivo ampliado”.
Hostilizar a los países vecinos por EE.UU. agravará la crisis de la Península Coreana mediante la intromisión directa en el litigio internacional.
Ya se va haciendo realidad el empeoramiento de las relaciones exteriores causado por el repetido desastre diplomático. Las pérdidas por la quiebra de economía y el auge de crisis de guerra recaen enteramente sobre los habitantes.
No se puede tolerar más la calamidad y desastre diplomáticos de Yoon.
Nos vemos obligados a llamar vendepatria al tipejo que abusa del poder sólo por el bien de EE.UU., mantiene su poder apoyándose en éste y quiere dejar en el olvido la historia de más de 100 años.
Vamos a sentenciar al “régimen” de Yoon que se buscó la crisis de guerra.
Mientras tanto, más de 110 profesores de la Universidad de la Mujer Sookmyong publicaron una declaración sobre la situación para condenar la diplomacia sumisa de Yoon.
La nota criticó la “cumbre de Yoon a modo de entrega desmesurada” y su actitud baja asumida en el caso de la interceptación telefónica cometida por EE.UU.
Prosiguió que su postura unilateral vulnera la paz de la Península Coreana y agrava la crisis de guerra y la consiguiente desestabilización de la situación de este procurrente causa enormes gastos sociales y pérdidas económicas, etc.
Cada vez que se comete un serio error diplomático, Yoon quiso pasarlo por alto con negativas y pretextos sin aclararlo con responsabilidad ni pedir disculpas, escribió y prosiguió que son cosas de consternación la lógica de bandido de él y su entendimiento brutal sobre la historia.
Al final, urgió fuertemente poner fin a la conducta diplomática vendepatria y al unilateral modo de operación del “gobierno” de Yoon.
El “Consejo Nacional de las Iglesias Cristianas del Sur de Corea” publicó un comentario en contra de la “Declaración de Washington” que lleva la Península Coreana a la crisis de guerra nuclear.
Señalando que este documento estipula el fortalecimiento del “disuasivo ampliado” y el establecimiento de nuevo “grupo consultivo nuclear”, el comentario subrayó que es muy preocupante que eso aumente la posibilidad de guerra, además del submarino nuclear estratégico que quiere despachar EE.UU.
El remedio de la paz para la dividida Península Coreana no está en la amenaza militar, carrera armamentista y ejercicios de guerra, sostuvo y agregó que no se puede salir nunca de la crisis de guerra nuclear si fuera la primera opción la amenaza militar y la otra con ejercicios militares.
El secretario general de la dirección de Seúl de la Confederación de Sindicatos Surcoreanos intervino en el mitin con velas efectuado en Seúl para condenar el viaje de Yoon a EE.UU.
Si bien Yoon habla de día y noche de la “alianza” con EE.UU. y Japón, esta unión es para estos últimos a decir la verdad porque ellos dividen entre dos los intereses dejando al Sur de Corea como convidado de piedra, reveló el secretario general cuestionando lo que se ganará realmente el Sur de Corea con esa “alianza”.
Las figuras del círculo político títere del Sur de Corea también condenan fuertemente la inaudita conducta sumisa de Yoon durante su visita a EE.UU.
El representante del Partido Minju dijo que durante la estancia en EE.UU., Yoon no ha defendido en nada las industrias y empresas surcoreanas y, en cuanto a la sospecha de interceptación telefónica de la “oficina presidencial” por parte de EE.UU., liberó a éste de tal cargo lejos de pedir disculpas y asumió la actitud de no hacer caso en lo adelante también a las escuchas ilegales.
Prosiguió que en lo tocante a los problemas de Ucrania y Taiwán, él “se buscó sólo las cuentas a pagar”.
El presidente del comité de política de la misma agrupación se mostró dudoso del supuesto “éxito” en esa visita, anunciado por la banda títere de Yoon, refutando que en vez de usar la palabrota de gran éxito, sería bueno que se concentre en cómo revitalizar después la economía y empresas deterioradas.
A través de un comentario, el portavoz en jefe del partido calificó la visita de Yoon de la superficial y vacía y exigió al “gobierno” de éste fijarse en la evaluación imparcial de la población.
Un parlamentario por el Partido Jongui expresó la preocupación de que la “Declaración de Washington” produzca el efecto adverso de traer la permanente crisis de guerra al Nordeste de Asia.
Por otra parte, se escuchan por doquier las críticas tales como “situación en que la Península Coreana se convierte en un campo de guerra”, “No importa que vuelvas con mano vacía, pero no traigas la bomba grande”, “El pueblo está preocupado por otro error que puede cometer él en esta visita”, “La delegación económica de mayor dimensión en la historia volvió con la mano vacía”, etc.
Un asambleísta por el Partido Minju ironizó a Yoon quien cantó en inglés una canción norteamericana ante Biden, diciendo que él volvió después de cantar una canción valorada en 150 billones en el cabaret más caro de la historia que es la Casa Blanca.
Por su parte, se sumaron a la protesta también los coreanos residentes en ultramar que publicaron declaraciones de condena en 56 ciudades de 13 países coincidiendo con la visita del traidor Yoon a EE.UU.
Las notas exigieron fuertemente la retirada del “poder” de Yoon, que llevó al colapso el Sur de Corea a un año de mandato de este “presidente” arbitrario quien desprecia al pueblo, a partir de su ignorancia, incapacidad e irresponsabilidad.
Los compatriotas residentes en EE.UU. expresaron así la indignación: “No se sabe lo que va a hacer hoy aquí Yoon Suk Yeol, pero parece que él va a dar todo lo que tiene, irá con la mano vacía” y “Hay que expulsar del poder a Yoon Suk Yeol porque él no renunciará voluntariamente su cargo presidencial”.

Los medios de prensa siguen revelando y condenando el peligro que entraña la reciente visita a EE.UU. del traidor títere surcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol y las graves consecuencias que emanen de ella.
En su artículo “Se produce una tormenta después de la visita a EE.UU. de Yoon Suk Yeol”, el Servicio de Noticias de China desenmascaró así el carácter criminal de la “Declaración de Washington”:
El punto clave de este documento reside en ampliar las negociaciones sobre la crisis nuclear entre EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea, hacer más frecuentes los ejercicios militares y simulacros, fundar el “Grupo Consultivo Nuclear” e incrementar el número de movilización de las propiedades estratégicas de EE.UU. en los alrededores de la Península Coreana.
Ese “grupo”, que no se incluye en la anterior concepción del “disuasivo ampliado”, significa que EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea pueden realizar el compartimiento nuclear y otras formas de cooperación estratégica bajo el pretexto de hacer frente a la “amenaza nuclear” de la RPDC.
La “Declaración de Washington” no conviene a la estabilidad de la situación regional.
El director ejecutivo de la escuela de estudio de relaciones internacionales de la Universidad de Nanjing analizó que dicha declaración concedió “legitimidad” al posible despliegue de misil nuclear de mediano alcance de EE.UU. en el Sur de Corea permitiendo la coordinación política y el intercambio de opiniones para este fin. Y un profesor de la Universidad de Jilin insistió en que la cooperación EE.UU.-Japón-Sur de Corea es un componente de la estrategia norteamericana de convertir la región Indo-Pacífico por el estilo de la OTAN.
EE.UU. intenta ampliar los ejercicios militares conjuntos con el Sur de Corea, estrechar la cooperación con éste y Japón y formar en el futuro el “triángulo del Sur” en el tema de la Península Coreana.
El estrechamiento de la cooperación trilateral dará gran impacto en la situación de seguridad regional y buscará la reacción fuerte de los Estados vecinos.
Se formará gradualmente la estructura de nueva guerra fría en el Nordeste Asiático y, de mantenerse eso, se creará el peligro de enfrentamiento entre los grupos.
Huan Qiu network de China publicó un artículo titulado “¿Cómo será posible discutir la libertad dejándose llevar por otros?”.
La adulación y sumisión ciegas de Yoon Suk Yeol a EE.UU. parte prácticamente de su mala concepción sobre este país, adelantó el articulista y prosiguió:
El “apoyo”, la “ayuda” y la “protección” de EE.UU. al Sur de Corea no son sinceros, sino persiguen el objetivo de defender y ganar los intereses propios del primero. El Sur de Corea no es más que un instrumento y ficha de ajedrez para conservar y satisfacer los intereses de EE.UU. Sin embargo, Yoon lo toma como apoyo y ayuda de EE.UU. al Sur de Corea.
Aunque él viajó esta vez a EE.UU. con los jefes principales del círculo empresarial y el financiero del Sur de Corea, no pudo lograr acuerdos sustanciales con el gobierno de Biden en los asuntos vinculados con los intereses medulares como la “ley de reducción de inflación monetaria” y la “de semiconductor y ciencias”, la inversión y venta de mercancías y la renovación técnica de las empresas surcoreanas, etc.
A pesar de eso, EE.UU. estimuló a Yoon a seguir sirviendo para los intereses de EE.UU. siendo una ficha de ajedrez.
¿Será posible que Yoon, quien no se da cuenta de que fue engañado por EE.UU., recupere la serenidad y reflexione de su mala concepción analizando a fondo la “promesa” y “apoyo” que brinda EE.UU.?
Según el artículo, al subordinar totalmente a la “alianza” con EE.UU. la seguridad y el derecho al desarrollo del Sur de Corea, Yoon debilitó la posición y papel del Sur de Corea.
Al practicar la política de favorecer únicamente a EE.UU., el Sur de Corea se hizo más dependiente de EE.UU. La opinión y pensamientos de Yoon demuestran su estado psíquico caracterizado por la falta de confianza en sí mismo y conciencia independiente y el hábito de congraciarse con otros y repetir lo que dicen éstos.
A juicio de EE.UU., no es importante el desarrollo o no del Sur de Corea.
Lo que le importa es que el Sur de Corea sea una ficha de ajedrez y aparato que sirva para los intereses estatales de EE.UU.
Para atraer con tal intención al Sur de Corea, EE.UU. le concede algún “dulce” y pequeño favor para que los surcoreanos incurran en el error de considerar a ese país como aliado y partidario “firme”.
Yoon no puede saber ni pensar en ese punto.
Volvió a hacer conocer la burlería y control riguroso de EE.UU. la garantía de éste de ofrecer el “disuasivo ampliado”, de la cual Yoon se ufana tanto describiéndola como mayor “éxito” de su visita a EE.UU.
El párrafo de la “declaración” sobre la creación del “Grupo Consultivo Nuclear” EE.UU.-Sur de Corea es incomparable con el “Grupo de Planificación Nuclear” de la OTAN porque hay muchas diferencias en la posición y el papel. Además, ese mecanismo consultivo tiene la función similar al “órgano de consulta estratégica del disuasivo ampliado” instalado anteriormente por EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea y son los mismos en lo esencial los contenidos de negociaciones. Por esta razón, surgen muchas interrogantes también en el suelo surcoreano sobre la fundación de ese grupo.
A pesar de ello, como si hubiera encontrado un tesoro, Yoon cree que la “Declaración de Washington” es el éxito más importante de su visita y la garantía de EE.UU. puede traer suficiente seguridad y protección al Sur de Corea.
Los estadounidenses le engañan con un método vistoso, pero insustancial, haciéndole equivocar que EE.UU. protege y apoya al Sur de Corea con las fuerzas armadas sin precedentes.
Yoon no se ha dado cuenta de que en realidad, EE.UU. intenta controlar y ejercer influencias sobre el “gobierno” surcoreano mediante ese régimen consultivo para que el Sur de Corea no actúe frívolamente en el problema nuclear y obedezca totalmente al mando y órdenes de EE.UU.
Los disparates de Yoon y su mala conducta para lisonjear a EE.UU. buscaron al Sur de Corea el peligro y desafío dando la razón a la impresión de que éste es colonia y pieza de ajedrez de aquél.
Los medios locales de prensa surcoreana también revelaron y condenaron la naturaleza vendepatria y proyanqui del traidor títere Yoon Suk Yeol.
Mueve a carcajada si se piensa en la sátira de un poeta que comparó con la parcela de boniato pisoteada por un jabalí la situación del país donde se agranda la preocupación por la exacerbación de la crisis de guerra y la depauperación de la economía.
Así señaló el periódico Kimchon-Ilbo de la provincia de Kyongsang del Norte en su artículo “El carácter belicoso de EE.UU. y la sumisión del presidente Yoon Suk Yeol” y prosiguió:
La “política exterior” de Yoon corre el riesgo muy serio, porque parece que, como ha ironizado el poeta, él entregó en bandeja la soberanía nacional, profundizó la sumisión y subyugación a EE.UU. y va a meterse en las llamas de guerra siendo lacayo de éste.
EE.UU., autodenominado Estado “liberal y democrático”, mataron a incontables personas inocentes soliendo desatar la guerra. Durante más de 225 años entre 250 desde 1775 hasta la fecha, realizaron las guerras para fundar el país, ampliar el territorio nacional, convertirse en “superpotencia” y mantener la hegemonía mundial.
EE.UU. es el imperialismo más belicoso y atroz.
Después de la segunda guerra mundial, Corea fue liberada y dividida también, pero consideramos a EE.UU. no como culpable de la división sino como “libertador”.
Aunque las mismas tropas de EE.UU. de aquel entonces se creían ocupantes, nos obstinábamos en llamarlas “libertadoras”. En vez de criticar, aunque un poquito, la guerra de agresión a Vietnam de EE.UU., que había sido condenada por todo el mundo, o la otra contra Iraq, que fue rechazada por la ONU, hemos enviado hasta los efectivos de refuerzo tergiversándolas como guerras por la “libertad” y la “democracia”.
Además, Yoon se busca hasta la crisis de seguridad y las pérdidas económicas convirtiendo a China en una enemiga al mostrarse partidario incondicional de la brutal política de EE.UU. de mantener a raya a China que incluye la estrategia de Indo-Pacífico.
Se dice que el “logro” más importante de la visita de Yoon a EE.UU. es la “Declaración de Washington” que estipula el “paraguas nuclear” de EE.UU. para la represalia en el caso de que el Sur de Corea reciba el ataque nuclear y contiene el párrafo sobre el despliegue frecuente de los bombarderos y submarinos nucleares en suelo surcoreano.
¿Será esto para afianzar la seguridad? No, es para buscar la crisis de guerra.
¿Cederá alicaído el Norte (de Corea) al ver el acceso frecuente del arma nuclear norteamericano al Sur de Corea o desarrollará el artefacto nuclear y misil más potentes?
Para disuadir al Norte que no use el arma nuclear y misiles, no hace falta incrementar los ejercicios militares combinados EE.UU.-Sur de Corea, sino poner fin a la guerra y concertar un acuerdo de paz.
Insisten en que no se debe terminar la guerra ya que el Norte tiene el arma nuclear. Entonces, ¿por qué no aceptaron la propuesta del fin de guerra y acuerdo de paz en el siglo pasado cuando el Norte no tenía ningún arma nuclear?
Mientras el Sur de Corea se apele a la alianza con EE.UU., la política hegemónica de éste convertirá al primero en el enemigo del Norte (de Corea) y China, serán más lejanas la reunificación y la paz de la Península Coreana y se agrandarán el déficit comercial y las pérdidas económicas.
Esto es la dirección actual de la deformada alianza EE.UU.-Sur de Corea. Parece que la sumisión ciega a EE.UU. hace a éste despreciar por el fuero interno al Sur de Corea si bien trató como “huésped del Estado” y ofreció un banquete opíparo.
Esto es la circunstancia que hace circular estas palabras: “El Sur de Corea es el 51º estado de EE.UU.” y “El Norte (de Corea) es el enemigo respetado de EE.UU., pero el Sur de Corea es aliado despreciado”.

Se torna cada día más profunda la preocupación de la sociedad internacional por las graves consecuencias que causará para la paz y seguridad de la Península Coreana, la región y el resto del mundo la conducta extremadamente servil a EE.UU. del traidor títere surcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol.
El rotativo chino Global Times citó la opinión de los especialistas de que la extremada política pronorteamericana de Yoon Suk Yeol dará una pesadilla al Sur de Corea y más pérdidas que ganancias.
Seúl y Washington fabricaron nuevo acuerdo del disuasivo nuclear que permitirá el despliegue en el Sur de Corea del submarino nuclear estratégico de EE.UU., lo que provoca la fuerte censura de los países vecinos, señaló el periódico y continuó:
Opinando que la ubicación de armas nucleares norteamericanas en la Península Coreana deviene un acto muy peligroso y provocativo contra China, Rusia y la RPDC, los expertos advirtieron que EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea se enfrentarán con la represalia de nivel estratégico que podría buscar en la región otra crisis nuclear.
Un especialista de asuntos militares reveló que la “estrategia del disuasivo ampliado” de EE.UU. no es para defender al Sur de Corea sino una artimaña para intensificar la presión estratégica a China, Rusia y la RPDC al desplegar en la región sus propiedades estratégicas so pretexto del desarrollo militar de la RPDC.
Esto no ejercerá ninguna influencia positiva sobre el problema de la Península Coreana y, al contrario, agravará más la situación y amenazará gravemente la seguridad de China, Rusia y la RPDC, subrayó él.
Prosiguió que EE.UU. pretende generar otra crisis en Asia aprovechando el problema de la Península Coreana como en Europa mientras China y Rusia no le permitirán nunca que lo haga.
El Sur de Corea se encarará con toda probabilidad con la represalia si Yoon Suk Yeol cumple fielmente las órdenes de EE.UU. por el “disuasivo ampliado” en la región desoyendo tales advertencias. Esto será una pesadilla para Yoon y el Sur de Corea y la protección e inversión, que ofrecerá EE.UU., no serán comparables con las pérdidas que sufrirá el Sur de Corea en los dominios de economía y seguridad.
Según el rotativo, si se fija en los recientes discursos de Yoon, se puede conocer que él no puede distinguir lo justo de lo injusto y su extremada política proyanqui puede hacer inestable la Península Coreana. E insistió en que el llamado “disuasivo ampliado” estimulará a la RPDC a poner en práctica el principio de responder a la fuerza con la misma y decidir la victoria con el enfrentamiento frontal.
Lo que agrava la tensión de la región es los ejercicios militares conjuntos de EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea, recalcó el periódico y citó las palabras de un especialista extranjero en el problema coreano, pronunciadas en el programa de Global TV Network de China para el comentario de noticias.
Él dijo que es predominante la opinión pública en contra de la estrategia diplomática de Yoon y no puede obtener nada el Sur de Corea con el desequilibrado método de acercamiento diplomático que depende totalmente de EE.UU.
Con el título “EE.UU.-Sur de Corea: disuasivo nuclear sobre la República Popular Democrática de Corea en vez del diálogo”, la revista rusa Los Asuntos Internacionales insertó el artículo del investigador superior del Instituto de China y Asia Contemporánea de la Academia de Ciencias de Rusia que sigue:
La visita de Yoon Suk Yeol a EE.UU. fue preparada en detalles durante largo tiempo. Pero su resultado produjo sólo la decepción.
El tema principal de las “conversaciones” fue “disuadir” a la RPDC y esto no podrá mejorar la situación de seguridad en la región del Nordeste de Asia.
EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea intentan organizar pronto el bilateral “Grupo Consultivo Nuclear”, comenzar el debate sobre el programa nuclear y el estratégico en este marco y dinamizar en la Península Coreana los ejercicios militares en el campo de disuasivo nuclear y, por otra parte, enviar normalmente a los puertos del Sur de Corea los submarinos nucleares estratégicos de EE.UU. cargados de misiles balísticos nucleares.
Tal situación se creó por primera vez en los últimos 40 años.
En relación con el resultado de “conversaciones”, Biden dijo la palabra extraña de que EE.UU. trata de abrir la brecha diplomática en las relaciones con la RPDC. Aunque se abra esa brecha, no dará ninguna influencia al compromiso nuclear de EE.UU. asumido ante el Sur de Corea. Además, él amenazó abiertamente a la RPDC.
La administración Biden actúa con el rumbo opuesto a aspiración a las conversaciones sobre las medidas de confianza militar. En fin de cuentas, la visita de Yoon a EE.UU. demostró que este país y sus seguidores retrocedieron mucho en el problema de seguridad de la Península Coreana y la región del Nordeste de Asia.
En su artículo “Washington lleva a Yoon Suk Yeol a la trampa geopolítica”, China Daily expresó la preocupación de que la visita a EE.UU. del traidor títere Yoon puede causar impactos amplios al futuro de la Península Coreana, la región y el mundo.
Reveló que la “Declaración de Washington” y la “Declaración Conjunta”, descritas por Yoon como “rica cosecha”, implican la posibilidad fatal de poner en serio peligro el futuro de la economía surcoreana y añadió que en el interior del Sur de Corea, se produce el descontento por el hecho de que Yoon haya colocado las empresas de semiconductor bajo el control de EE.UU.
Continuó que si no se cancela totalmente el acuerdo firmado recientemente entre EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea, se empeorarán las relaciones generales con China y la economía surcoreana afrontará un gran golpe.
Criticó que Yoon hizo al Sur de Corea involucrarse más en la brutal estrategia de Indo-Pacífico de EE.UU.
También los medios de prensa y especialistas títeres surcoreanos condenan cada vez más fuerte la visita del traidor Yoon a EE.UU. como la bélica y vendepatria, destinada a convertir la Península Coreana en un campo de guerra nuclear.
Hangyore sostuvo que la publicación regular de los medios estratégicos norteamericanos que arriben a la Península Coreana no servirá de “disuasivo ampliado”, sino será la “crisis aumentada”.
Poco después de que a través de la “Declaración de Washington”, fuera anunciado el despliegue del submarino nuclear estratégico en la Península Coreana, el comandante de las fuerzas aéreas norteamericanas del Pacífico dijo en una entrevista con la prensa japonesa que el bombardero estratégico de su país actuará regularmente en la Península Coreana y su contorno y aterrizará en el Sur de Corea.
Apuntó que la entrada del submarino estratégico en el puerto surcoreano y el aterrizaje del bombardero estratégico en el suelo surcoreano constituyen una situación anormal y expuso la preocupación de que tales acciones militares de EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea causen una reacción aguda de los países circunvecinos agravando la tensión y crisis.
El miembro ejecutivo de la Solidaridad por la Cultura aseveró que proseguirá el “desastre diplomático” del “gobierno de Yoon Suk Yeol” y nació hasta la palabra “diplomacia autodestructiva”. Criticó que su conducta dejó boquiabiertos a los especialistas de seguridad y diplomacia y los medios de prensa de los países extranjeros y hasta a los conservadores proyanquis surcoreanos. Parece que Yoon está desesperado únicamente para convertir el Sur de Corea en un “país necesitado por EE.UU.” menospreciando muchos factores como la seguridad de la población, la estabilidad geopolítica, la paz de la Península Coreana, la economía surcoreana, la venganza de los países circunvecinos, etc., aseveró.
En los sitios web surcoreanos se publican en avalancha las críticas al traidor, tales como “la visita de Yoon a EE.UU. es la bélica encaminada a completar la alianza militar tripartita EE.UU.-Japón-Sur de Corea” y “¡Abajo Yoon Suk Yeol, belicista proyanqui que busca la guerra nuclear!”.
También se leen estos escritos: “Yoon Suk Yeol es el imbécil que toma la delantera con fúsil en la implementación de la estratagema de guerra de EE.UU., “Si se deja intacto a Yoon, estallará la guerra cuya catástrofe recaerá totalmente sobre el Sur de Corea”, “Es una tontería apuntar el fúsil contra las potencias nucleares y de misil”, “Esta visita de Yoon a EE.UU. podría llevarlo a la tumba”, etc.
El medio online “Voz de Seúl” se burló de la situación miserable de la banda de títeres conservadores que paga muy caro las acciones estúpidas de Yoon.
Ante la diplomacia sumisa a Japón de Yoon y su disparate de “confianza absoluta” en el caso de interceptación telefónica de EE.UU., el partido en el poder finge estar indiferente, pero en realidad está muy angustiado, expresó la fuente y continuó:
Yoon Suk Yeol echa a perder casi lo todo a menos de un año de mandato. La economía se dio ya a la quiebra y crecieron de manera exorbitante sólo las deudas.
Aunque él engaña la opinión pública como si hubiera logrado tremendo éxito en su visita a EE.UU., pero no es oro todo lo que reluce.
Parece que él ha pensado mal que todo le irá bien si estrecha la mano con Kishida y Biden. Pero, mueve a bostezo si se piensa en cómo podrán ganar Yoon Suk Yeol y el partido en el poder las “elecciones generales” del año próximo.
La votación no la hace Kishida ni Biden, sino los habitantes de esta tierra.
Es demasiado Yoon Suk Yeol que va acabando con la economía, la diplomacia y hasta la seguridad, hecho que produce gran revuelo en el interior del partido gobernante.

Визит марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра в США, создавший серьезную опасность для мира и безопасности на Корейском полуострове, в регионе и мире, во всей наготе показавший пакостное настоящее лицо пропитанного низкопоклонством и подчинением предателя, вызывает осуждения и насмешки в мировом масштабе.
Международное сообщество выражает серьезную озабоченность отрицательными последствиями «Вашингтонской декларации» и «совместного заявления», сфабрикованными и опубликованными в ходе визита предателя.
Представитель МИД КНР отметила, что «Вашингтонская декларация» и «совместное заявление» доводят ситуацию на Корейском полуострове, с каждым мгновением подступающую к уровню опасности, до более неконтролируемого состояния.
Она разоблачила, что ради реализации собственных геополитических интересов США игнорируют вопросы региональной безопасности и используют проблемы Корейского полуострова для нагнетания напряженности.
Она подчеркнула, что действия США разрушают мир и безопасность региона, подстрекая к конфронтации между лагерями, нанося ущерб стратегическим интересам других стран, обостряя напряженность на Корейском полуострове, поэтому Китай выступает решительно против этого.

Договоренность США и Южной Кореи о совместном ядерном планировании носит дестабилизирующий характер и будет иметь серьезные последствия для региональной безопасности и глобальной стабильности.
США и их союзники в АТР демонстративно обозначили движение в сторону дублирования в данном регионе тех деструктивных для международной безопасности схем так называемого «расширенного ядерного сдерживания».
Убеждены, что дальнейшее распространение коллективным Западом подобной практики не принесет ничего, кроме нагнетания напряженности, подстегивания кризисных проявлений в области безопасности и провоцирования гонки вооружений.

На интернет-страницах Южной Кореи одна за другой размещаются статьи, осуждающие марионеточного предателя: «Визит Юн Сок Ёра в США – военный визит для усовершенствования трехстороннего военного альянса США, Японии и Южной Кореи», «Долой проамериканского воинственного маньяка Юн Сок Ёра, вызывающего ядерную войну!», «Юн Сок Ёр отъявлен 〈небывало в истории〉 дурной политикой, в том числе проамериканской, прояпонской, изменнической, предательской, разложенной, неспособной, антирабочей, антинародной, фашистской и воинственной.»
Также обрушаются такие осуждения: «Глупый Юн Сок Ёр, с оружием стоящий в авангарде реализации военных махинаций США», «Если оставим Юн Сок Ёра, то разразится война, все ущербы от которой потерпит Южная Корея», «Целиться в ядерные, ракетные державы – это дурачество, напоминающее богомола, пытающегося остановить колесо», «Непонятна мысль Юн Сок Ёра, который верит вору, обворовавшему чужой дом», «Может быть, недавний визит в США будет могилой Юн Сок Ёра».
Интернет- СМИ «Голос Сеула» надсмеялся над бедным положением марионеточной консервативной своры, которая дорого платит за совершенное бесчинство марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра.
Хотя правящая партия делает вид, что с равнодушием относится к низкопоклоннической дипломатии Юн Сок Ёра в отношении Японии и его вздорным словам об «абсолютном доверии» к инциденту с подслушиванием США, но на самом деле она сильно тревожится и тяжело вздыхает.
Прошел неполный год после прихода к власти Юн Сок Ёра, но уже он сводит на нет почти все. Уже экономика развалилась, а увеличилась задолженность.
Хотя Юн Сок Ёр вводит в заблуждение общественное мнение, как будто во время недавнего визита в США достиг большого успеха, но на самом деле это всего лишь показуха.

“如果美国真的在朝鲜半岛部署核武器或核潜艇，十之八九将会引发又一次核危机。其责任应完全由华盛顿和首尔承担。”中国辽宁省社会科学院所属朝鲜半岛问题专家主张，朝鲜民主主义人民共和国将会本着自己提出的“以核制核，以正面对抗回答正面对抗！”原则，对美国的行为采取史无前例的应对措施。
这位专家对尹锡悦傀儡逆贼在此次窜访期间就台湾问题发出挑衅性言论表示严重关切，并警告说，首尔绝不要指望中国会默许或原谅自己的过错。

《华盛顿宣言》中提到，美国和南朝鲜成立“核磋商小组”、频繁进行军事训练、美国定期派遣核潜艇访南朝鲜等。南朝鲜将其视为自身的“核保护伞”，换来的是一张“只有发言权、没有决策权，只有核承诺、没有核共享”空头支票而已，哪里会带来前所未有的安全承诺呢？安全承诺在哪里？如果有，恐怕只能在尹锡悦的白日梦里，是一件华丽丽的皇帝新装。对于拜登政府而言，《华盛顿宣言》只是一纸几乎没有花费任何成本、没有太大实际用处的空头支票。最终结果只会导致，东亚政治军事形势迫不得已陷入更加不确定的“恶性循环”。哪里会带来南朝鲜所期待的朝鲜半岛稳定和自身安全呢？简直是背道而驰。
南朝鲜内心过于强烈的不安全感与地缘焦虑，逐渐从中美俄日“四强”之间搞战略平衡，转向到抱紧美国“主子”大腿。自以为与美国绑到一起，就有了“金钟罩（中国少林武术之一）、护身符、保护伞”，让自己相信“老大一定罩着小弟”。
然而，“老大一定罩着小弟”的江湖规矩，今天恐怕只是个幻觉。在当前的国际关系和大国博弈中，美国由于自身实力下降，在全球战略布局早已捉襟见肘，所以不得不拼命到处拉拢盟友，借用“民主价值观”搞“小圈子”和集团政治，利用南朝鲜等小兄弟打“群架”、搞“群殴”，老大的保护力早已蒙上了一层厚厚的遮羞布；同时，“美国优先”、“利益至上”是美国外交的第一原则、第一考量，在这个优先序列里，南朝鲜能排到第几？与美国的盎格鲁撒克逊亲戚相比，南朝鲜恐怕连个远房亲戚都算不上。在老大眼里的地位，南朝鲜也应该好好掂量掂量。
美国《纽约时报》刊发文章，称“尹锡悦虽在美国受到‘欢迎’，但在南朝鲜会面临与之截然不同的遭遇。”
报纸说，南朝鲜内部对尹锡悦自以为此次访美的“最大成果”——《华盛顿宣言》的批评声此起彼伏，还有些人看这份《宣言》是“延伸危机”而非“延伸威慑”，因为美国战略核潜艇在朝鲜半岛部署，会引起进一步加剧东北亚局势紧张的忧虑。

新华社报道嘲讽道，尹锡悦此次访美时带领大规模经济团，本来想通过“销售外交”，增加对美出口，引进投资。但是美国却采取措施在补助金名单上全部排除了南朝鲜的主要出口商品。

傀儡媒体纷纷谴责尹锡悦逆贼的此次访美是出卖整个民族利益的耻辱之行、制造朝鲜半岛和地区新的紧张局势祸根的战争之行。
《韩民族日报》称，尹锡悦只顾同美国的结盟和加强“延伸威慑”，导致朝鲜半岛和地区不稳定，引发了周边国家的强有力反弹和巨大挑战，尹锡悦原封不动地接受美国所要的对抗性国际关系逻辑，真怀疑他到底懂不懂当前国际政治现实，为此事地区内肯定又掀起新一轮紧张浪潮，尹锡悦“政府”编进美国南朝鲜日本三方合作或准同盟，是此次会谈最致命的结果。

尹锡悦毫不犹豫地跨过了历届“政权”都不敢逾越的红线。《联合声明》如实反映了美国想要的美国的语言。相反，没有任何一个词句考虑南朝鲜因朝鲜半岛的地缘政治特点受苦受累的特殊情况。
“价值同盟”之声越是响亮，朝鲜半岛紧张越会成正比，美国会拿着“价值”为借口，主张要达成同盟级美国南朝鲜日本军事政治合作。那么南朝鲜会从中收获什么呢？是对北（朝鲜）的压倒性军事打压？尹锡悦“政府”说它是可以做到的，但这只不过是政治修辞而异。从北（朝鲜）的特点和国际力学来看，即使拥有再强大的“延伸威慑”，改变北（朝鲜）的态度是不可能的。相反，南朝鲜的安保和经济损失是显而易见的。朝鲜半岛和平面临严重挑战，这将影响到南朝鲜经济，加上安保危险，它会受到沉重打击。
尹锡悦访美时让给美国的看得清楚，但所得来的是什么，看得模糊。
总的来说，尹锡悦的访美无果而终。用庞大行列大张旗鼓地访问，但什么利益或未来都看不见。将来，美国赋予的制约条款会导致我们企业萎靡不振，朝鲜半岛紧张会进一步升温。
“联合新闻社”报道称，尹锡悦访美期间凭借与拜登的会谈、美国国会演讲等主要契机强调“价值基础上的外交”，不仅在同美国的关系，而且在台湾问题、乌克兰问题等敏感的国际事务中完全支持美国，反而遭一些和美国作对的国家白眼，造成了可能引发警惕的恶劣情况，中国警告称，“要谨言慎行”“不要在错误的危险之路上越走越远”，应该如何处理与中俄的关系，这种苦闷越来越大。
该通讯社还发表一评论委员的文章，指责尹锡悦盲目追求同美国“结盟”，愿意把南朝鲜经济隶属安保的态度，简直愚蠢至极，尹锡悦为依赖美国维持权力，不择手段地拼命。

《韩国日报》主张，有一点我们不可忽视，因为美国的“款待”不是白来的，早有为“高档宴请”后飞抵南朝鲜的清单而担心的声音，尹锡悦有必要倾听它，而且必须看清美国在美国南朝鲜“经济安保同盟”强化背后的意图。
《东亚日报》刊文介绍，傀儡总统办公室不断放大《华盛顿宣言》的意义，任意解读美国加强“延伸威慑”执行力，最终碰了一鼻子灰。这令人联想起，今年初尹锡悦泄露与美国的“核联合演习”磋商消息后立即遭到拜登否认的情景。当时只是用词不当而招致的悲喜剧，可这次显露出彼此认识之差，最终结果只能是偷鸡不成蚀把米。

尹锡悦傀儡逆贼借此次美国之行，向外部势力统统出卖民族的安全、自尊和利益，正在激起傀儡地区的媒体乃至政界、学界、宗教界等社会各界，以及海外同胞的强烈愤怒和抗议浪潮。
网络媒体《自主时报》刊登在美国的统一学研究所所长写的题为“‘华盛顿宣言’是该丢弃的废品”的文章，逐条揭露了《华盛顿宣言》出台背景和危险性等。
文章说，美帝国在《华盛顿宣言》中承诺，将在南朝鲜部署战略核武力，部署频率将明显多于往年。那样的话，需要开支巨额经费。从这一角度看来很明显，美帝国主义者要把增加的侵朝战争演习费用推给手下，要让南朝鲜承担美帝国出动战略核打击手段所需的巨额费用。《华盛顿宣言》就是将这一阴谋诡计文件化的最坏的废品。
谁都能看得出，这次成立的“核磋商小组”的作用和任务与已有的“延伸遏制战略协议体”的作用和任务完全重叠。美帝国再造出一个含有“核”字之名称的多余的核机构，为的是安慰在朝鲜的对南核威胁面前战战兢兢的尹锡悦“政权”。但它将严重刺激朝鲜，会进一步恶化本来就紧张的局势。从这方面来看，美国南朝鲜 “核磋商小组”的成立是一个坏招儿。
如果美帝国发起侵朝核挑衅，朝鲜将以相应的报复核攻击夷平帝国本土的重要部分。帝国主义者没有那么愚蠢，冒着帝国领土重要部分被消失的重大牺牲，进行侵朝核挑衅来保护手下。归根结底，拜登关于美帝国将立即、压倒性和决定性地应对朝鲜的对南核打击的言论，不过是安慰惶惶不可终日的尹锡悦“政权”的“安慰话”和糖衣承诺。

吸收傀儡地区各界市民社会团体参加的“民众行动”对尹锡悦逆贼和拜登举行“会谈”炮制出台《华盛顿宣言》予以强烈谴责。

尹锡悦到底是哪国的总统？《华盛顿宣言》是公开表示升级对朝核打压和军事威胁的“宣言”，把美国的防卫承诺细化为不是宣言性的而是实质性的对朝核打压、军事威胁强化。
此次“会谈”的结果，在尹锡悦访美之前早有准备的。在乌克兰问题和涉台问题上发表错误言论，把俄罗斯和中国变成敌国，甚至妄言“拿１００年前的事要求日本屈膝认罪是不能接受的”，就美国非法窃听行为妄称“在所难免”，令全体国民不胜惊愕。
尹锡悦一味追求“同盟”热衷于事大卖国屈从外交，他的这一盲目的对外政策在美国国会发表的讲话中也暴露无疑。
尹锡悦，你要听清楚：“延伸威慑”不能防止战争。为了美国敌视周边国家，只会跳进国际争端中心加剧朝鲜半岛危机；由于接二连三的外交惨剧，对外关系恶化已逐渐变成现实，由此产生的经济崩溃和战争危机升级导致的灾害也全部轮到民众；再不能忍受尹锡悦的外交灾难、外交惨剧；尹锡悦只为美国挥舞权力，要依赖美国维持政权，并为此放弃１００多年历史，我们只能称他为卖国贼；让我们审判自己造成战争危机的尹锡悦“政权”。
傀儡地区淑明女子大学校的１１０多名教授发表时局宣言，强烈谴责尹锡悦的屈从外交。
他们在《时局宣言》中表示，尹锡悦以“慷慨解囊式首脑会谈”、对美国窃听事实的低姿态回应、不是我军就是敌人的二分法态度，大搞危害朝鲜半岛和平、加剧战争危机的挑衅外交，而且造成朝鲜半岛局势不稳定招致巨大的社会费用和经济上的损失等。尤其是，每当发生严重的外交失误时，他们不做任何解释和道歉，一贯否定和辩解，导致国民和国际信任急剧下滑、自己天天挂在嘴边的“国格”和“国益”不攻自破。尹锡悦贼喊捉贼的态度、对历史的无知，令人震惊。强烈敦促逆贼立即终止亡国的外交行为和单方面的“政府”运营方式。
傀儡团体“基督教教会协议会”发表评论，反对把朝鲜半岛推向核战争边缘的《华盛顿宣言》。
评论说，《宣言》写入加强“延伸威慑”、成立新的“核磋商小组”的内容，并强调，美国的“延伸威慑”强化政策同战略核潜艇一道只会增加战争爆发可能性，这点让人很忧虑。
评论指出，在分裂的朝鲜半岛带来和平的方法不是军事威胁、军备竞赛和战争演习，并主张，如果来自军事威慑和战争演习的威胁成了第一个选项，就绝不能摆脱核战争危机、战争危机。
日前在首尔举行了烛火集会谴责尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的亡国的美国之行，民主工会总联盟首尔总部事务局长在集会上发言时指责，尹锡悦整天谈论同美国和日本的“结盟”。但正确说来，就是南朝鲜当伴郎，美国和日本各自分利的“美日同盟”。南朝鲜通过“结盟”所得到的实际利益到底是什么？在家漏的瓢到野外也漏——本性难改，再也受不了了，现在正是打碎它，换新瓢的时候。

共同民主党代表指责逆贼的屈从行为，他说，尹锡悦在访美期间守不住南朝鲜的产业和企业，这不用说，连对美国的“总统办公室”窃听疑案不求道歉，反而豁免罪过，还表现出继续窃听也无所谓的态度，并且在乌克兰和台湾问题上“只搂住账单”。
共同民主党政策委员会议长对尹锡悦傀儡集团妄谈关于此次访美之行的什么“成功”深表疑惑，并反驳说：“与其耍嘴皮子说什么巨大成果，不如全力以赴找出恢复后期陷入困境的经济和扶持企业的办法”。
该党首席发言人发表评论，把尹锡悦的窜访定为“响声大的空牛车外交”“空心的米糖”“没有内容的不及格”，并表示，拿着空空的旅行包回来的尹锡悦给国民虚脱之感，尹锡悦“政府”应该直视国民冷静的评价。
正义党所属一名议员表示担心《华盛顿宣言》会有副作用，时常给东北亚产生战争危机，并说出心里话：要是让我对尹锡悦的访美打分，就会给“学士警告”(学业成绩或出席率过低，大学方给相关学生的警告)。
“实际上是把朝鲜半岛变成战场的情况”“倒不如空手归来更好，绝不要运来大型炸弹。”“这次又会惹什么麻烦，国民担心大。”“即使评价为美国的、由美国安排的、为美国的会谈，却一点也不过分。可以说安保是不安、经济是完蛋。”“虽然带着历届最大规模经济使节团，但空手而归。”“超越空手外交,以对国民欺诈外交告终。”“不知羞耻的事大主义者”“全部答应美国的要求，还写了文件作出了承诺，但未能解决美国对南朝鲜经济的管制问题。”“没做成该做的事情，不该做的事情却悍然硬干出。尹锡悦无遗显露酷似青蛙的德行。”“尹锡悦的访美成果是不是感觉上的成果而已？”……在这些责难不断产生的背景下，共同民主党的一名议员嘲笑尹锡悦在拜登面前露出丑态用英语唱美国歌，说“尹锡悦唱出了一首值１５０兆元的歌曲。”“远道前去叫白宫的历史最昂贵的歌厅唱一首歌就回来。”
在海外侨胞当中也不断传出对贴近美国的胯裆专事背叛民族、破坏和平行为的尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的抗议和嘲笑之声。
尹锡悦傀儡逆贼窜访美国时,居住在１３个国家５６个城市的同胞发表了谴责声明。
声明说,由于无知、无能、不负责任等无视国民的独断专行，“总统”就任一年后，迫使南朝鲜完全破产，并强烈要求尹锡悦“政权”下台，称“下台是救国、下台是和平。”
旅美侨胞在尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的乞求之行期间，他到哪里去,就跟到哪儿，发泄悲愤，说“不知道尹锡悦今天来这儿耍什么花招，但总觉得他恐怕施舍全部，空手回去。”“尹锡悦不会从总统职务自行下台。应该把他拉下来。” （完）
傀儡逆贼的乞求之行引发国际社会的口诛笔伐和严重担忧（５）
目前，世界媒体继续暴露和谴责尹锡悦傀儡逆贼窜访美国的危险性和由此引发的严重后果。
中国新闻网刊发题为“尹锡悦访美背后，掀起风暴”的文章，揭露了《华盛顿宣言》的犯罪性质。
文章说，《华盛顿宣言》的要点包括：扩大美国南朝鲜核危机磋商、新增美国南朝鲜军事训练和模拟演习、成立“核磋商小组”机制、扩大朝鲜半岛周边美战略资产出动。
“核磋商小组”是此前“延伸威慑”概念里未包含的内容。这意味着，为应对朝鲜所谓“核威胁”，美国南朝鲜可以在核方面进行战略合作，如核共有等。
《华盛顿宣言》不利于地区局势稳定。
南京大学国际关系学院执行院长分析称，《华盛顿宣言》为今后美国有可能在南朝鲜地区部署中程核导弹，提供了所谓“合法性”和政策上的协调沟通；吉林大学教授主张，美日南朝鲜三边合作，正是美国旨在推动北约印太化战略的一个组成部分。
美国扩大和南朝鲜的联合军演，美国日本南朝鲜三方加强“防卫合作”，如未来在朝鲜半岛问题上形成“南方三角”。
三边合作的强化对整个地区的安全局势都产生很大影响，也会引起周边国家剧烈反应。
如在东北亚地区逐渐形成“新冷战格局”，持续发展下去，将有集团对抗的风险。
中国环球网刊载题为“仰人鼻息，谈何自由”的文章，称尹锡悦对美国的一味讨好、一味顺从，实际上是建立在对美国的错误认知上。
文章说，美国所谓的支持南朝鲜、援助南朝鲜、保护南朝鲜，其根本目的不是真正为了南朝鲜好，而是为了维护和争取美国的自身国家利益，南朝鲜只是美国维护和实现其自身利益的一个“工具”和“棋子”而已，而尹锡悦却错误地将其视为是美国对南朝鲜的支持和帮助。
此次尹锡悦虽高调率领南朝鲜企业界和财界的主要负责人访美，但在《通胀削减法案》、《芯片与科学法》等涉及南朝鲜企业投资、产品销售、技术升级等核心利益问题上并未与拜登政府达成实质性协议。而美国促其继续为美国利益服务，充当美国的棋子。
不知被美国忽悠和哄骗的尹锡悦，回南朝鲜后会否冷静下来，对美国给予的所谓“承诺”和“支持”进行思考与分辨，并为自己的错误认知进行深刻反省。
尹锡悦将南朝鲜的安全、发展权利全部“寄托”在美国南朝鲜同盟身上，矮化和弱化了南朝鲜的地位和作用。
采取向美国“一边倒”的政策，南朝鲜进一步成为美国的附庸。
尹锡悦的这种想法与思路，其实是暴露了其不自信、缺乏自主意识、仰人鼻息、拾人牙慧的心态。
在美国人眼里，南朝鲜能不能实现发展并不重要。
他们看中的是南朝鲜能否为美国的国家利益服务，成为美国需要的“棋子”和“工具”。
所以，为拉拢南朝鲜，美国也会给予南朝鲜一些“甜头”和小恩小惠，使其误认为美国是他的“坚定”盟友和支持者。
这一点尹锡悦是绝不可能看到和想到的。
文章主张，尹锡悦标榜的访美最大“成果”——美国给予的“延伸核威慑”保证，暴露了美国对南朝鲜的玩弄和严厉控制。
《宣言》中提及的关于在美国南朝鲜间设立“核磋商小组”（NCG）的内容，仔细看来与北约“核计划小组”（NPG）的定位和职能大有差别，根本无法同日而语。况且这一磋商机制与此前美国南朝鲜间设立的“延伸威慑战略协议机制”（EDSCG）职能相似，协商内容也大体相同，看不出有什么本质上的不同。所以对于“核磋商小组”的设立，南朝鲜内也有许多质疑和不解之声。
然而，尹锡悦本人却如获至宝，高度亢奋，认为《华盛顿宣言》是此访取得的最重要成果，而且美国给予的保证能够给予南朝鲜足够的安全和保护。
美国人用这种华而不实的招数，蒙骗了尹锡悦，使其误认为美国在用前所未有的军事力量在保护南朝鲜、支持南朝鲜。殊不知，美国其实是在利用此“磋商”机制控制和影响南朝鲜“政府”，使其在核问题上不盲动、不冲动，一切听从美国的指挥和安排。
尹锡悦为极力迎合和讨好美国做出的一系列恶言恶行，在给南朝鲜带来风险和挑战的同时，也进一步加深了南朝鲜是美国的附庸和棋子的印象。
傀儡地方媒体也揭批了尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的卖国叛族亲美事大嘴脸。
庆尚北道《金泉日报》刊载题为“美国的好战性和尹锡悦总统的屈从”的文章称，在战争危机升级，经济萧条，忧心如焚的时刻，想到有一个诗人讽刺“国家变得乱七八糟，犹如野猪乱踩的白薯地”，就不禁捧腹大笑。
尹锡悦的“对外政策”岌岌可危。因为，就像诗人的调侃一样，逆贼的美国之行无异于拱手交付、被抢夺、被打耳光、被打后脑勺、被戏弄等，把主权统统交给美国，深化对美国的屈从和奴役，成为美国的走狗跳入战争的火坑。
自诩为“自由民主”国家的美国一向穷兵黩武，杀害无数无辜百姓。美国靠战争建国、靠战争扩大领土、靠战争成为超级大国、靠战争维持世界霸权，从１７７５年到现在的近２５０年中竟打了２２５年以上的仗。
世界上最好战、最邪恶的帝国主义就是美国。
第二次世界大战后，朝鲜获得解放,又被分裂，可我们把美国当成“解放的恩人”，而不视为分裂的元凶。
因此，当时占领朝鲜的美军自称为占领军，但我们一味叫美军为“解放军”。而且，对全世界谴责的越南侵略战争或者是联合国反对的伊拉克侵略战争一点儿批评都不做，反而误导为争取“自由”和“民主”的战争，甚至派遣了支援兵力。
再加上，尹锡悦还赴汤蹈火，站到包括美国印太战略在内的邪恶的遏华政策一边，把中国变成敌人，自己酿造安保危机和经济损失。
尹锡悦把《华盛顿宣言》描述成此次美国之行的最大和重要的“成果”，《宣言》写入当南朝鲜遭到核武器攻击时，美国提供“核保护伞”予以报复，在南朝鲜频繁部署能搭载核武器的轰炸机和潜水艇等内容。
难道此举是加强安保吗？这分明是造成战争危机！
如果美国核武器经常出入南朝鲜，朝鲜会泄气而退，还是会开发更强大的核导？
要想不让朝鲜使用核导，就要结束战争，签署和平协定，难道增强美国南朝鲜联合训练，这像话吗？
硬说因为朝鲜拥核，不能结束战争。那么，在朝鲜没有一个核武器的上世纪，为什么不接受朝鲜的停战及和平协定建议呢？
要是死抱美国南朝鲜同盟不放，因美国的霸权政策，朝鲜和中国只会成为敌人，朝鲜半岛统一与和平只会遥不可及，贸易赤字和经济损失只会增大。
这是被弄瘪的美国南朝鲜同盟的真情。因为掏出肝胆追随美国，它才表面上敬如“国宾”，摆设丰盛的晚宴，但实际上是无视和蔑视。
这就是“南朝鲜是美国的第５１个州”“北（朝鲜）是美国可敬的敌人，南朝鲜则是美国可厌的同盟”之类言论产生的背景。（完）
傀儡逆贼的乞求之行引发国际社会的口诛笔伐和严重担忧（６）
国际社会对尹锡悦傀儡逆贼极端的对美屈从行为将给朝鲜半岛和地区乃至世界的和平与安全造成的严重后果深表关切。
中国《环球时报》（英文版）介绍专家们的主张称，尹锡悦过度的亲美政策将给南朝鲜招来噩梦，注定会得不偿失。
首尔和华盛顿炮制新的核威慑协议容许美战略核潜艇部署南朝鲜，引起周边国家强烈谴责。专家们认为，美国核武器部署朝鲜半岛，是针对中国、俄罗斯和朝鲜的极其危险的挑衅行为，美国和南朝鲜会面临在地区可能造成又一轮核危机的战略水平报复。
一位军事专家揭露，美国“延伸遏制”战略并不是为保护南朝鲜的，而是以朝鲜军事发展为借口，将战略资产部署在地区，加大对中国、俄罗斯和朝鲜的战略打压力度的计谋。
“这未能对朝鲜半岛问题产生积极影响，反而使形势更趋恶化，严重威胁中国、俄罗斯和朝鲜的安全。就像在欧洲一样，美国拟借朝鲜半岛问题在亚洲造成另一个危机。中国和俄罗斯绝不允许美国这么做。”他说。
如果尹锡悦无视这番警告，忠实履行有关地区“延伸威慑”的美国指示，南朝鲜十有八九会面临报复。这对尹锡悦和南朝鲜来说是一场噩梦，与南朝鲜将在经济和安保领域受到的损失相比，美国提供的保护和投资不值一提，微不足道。
看着尹锡悦的最近发言，可以知道他完全混淆是非。尹锡悦越来越极端化的亲美外交政策，可能会招致朝鲜半岛形势不稳定。所谓“延伸威慑”只会刺激朝鲜践行强对强、正面输赢的原则。
报纸称，加剧地区局势紧张的是美国和南朝鲜的联合军演，并引用了外国一位朝鲜问题专家在中国国际电视台焦点访谈节目上说的话：“对尹锡悦外交战略的反对舆论急剧蔓延。完全依赖美国的不平衡的外交接触方式，只会使南朝鲜一无所获”。
俄罗斯《国际生活》杂志以“美国－南朝鲜：对朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的核遏制代替会谈”为题，刊载了俄罗斯科学院中国与现代亚洲研究所高级研究员的文章。
文章说，尹锡悦访美早有长时间的周密准备，但访问结果令人大失所望。“会谈”的主要议题是对朝“遏制”，这显然不能改善东北亚地区的安全状况。美国和南朝鲜计划，尽快成立双边“核磋商小组”，通过这一机制开始讨论核及战略计划有关问题，在朝鲜半岛频繁进行核威慑领域军事训练，同时在南朝鲜港口定期停泊搭载核弹道导弹的美国战略核潜艇。
近４０年来，首次造成这种情况。奇怪的是，拜登就此次“会谈”结果强调，美国要“在同朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的关系上打开外交突破口”。拜登还表示，即使突破口被打开，但美国对南朝鲜承担的核义务不会受到任何影响。而且，他还对朝鲜公开施加了威胁。
文章称，这样，拜登政府不寻求有关军事信任措施的会谈，反而做出与之相反的行动。总的来说，尹锡悦的美国之行证明，美国及其追随势力在朝鲜半岛和东北亚地区安全问题上大步倒退。
《中国日报》（英文版）在题为“华盛顿正把尹锡悦推入地缘政治陷阱”的文章中深表担忧，称尹锡悦美国之行可能对朝鲜半岛和地区的未来乃至全世界的未来产生巨大影响。
被尹锡悦描绘成“丰美收获”的《华盛顿宣言》和《联合声明》含有致命潜在力量，它可能严重危及南朝鲜经济前景。南朝鲜内部对他的不满之声此起彼伏，说尹锡悦把芯片企业置于美国手中。
报纸谴责，如果美国和南朝鲜新签订的协议不被完全撤消，不仅会恶化同中国的整体关系，还会严重打击南朝鲜经济。尹锡悦进一步使南朝鲜卷入美国蛮横无理的印太战略之中。
傀儡媒体和专家谴责尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的美国之行是把朝鲜半岛变成核战争战场的战争之行、卖国之行的呼声也进一步高涨。
《韩民族日报》主张，美国战略手段定期公开驶入朝鲜半岛，绝不是“延伸遏制”，反而将带来“延伸危机”。
《华盛顿宣言》公布在朝鲜半岛部署战略核潜艇后，美国太平洋空军司令在接受日本媒体采访时妄称，美国战略轰炸机将在朝鲜半岛及其周边定期活动并降落南朝鲜。
报纸说，潜入深海作战的战略核潜艇浮在水面驶入南朝鲜港口，空中作战的战略核轰炸机降落到南朝鲜地上，这是很不正常的情况。美国和南朝鲜的此类军事行动将引起周边国家的敏感反应，进一步加剧紧张和危机。
傀儡团体文化团结执行委员表示，尹锡悦“政府”的“外交灾难”持续不断，甚至出现了损己害已的“自害外交”的说法。外国的外交安保专家和舆论媒体惶惑不解，连南朝鲜的亲美保守分子也目瞪口呆。他还指责道，看来，尹锡悦无视国民安全、地缘政治稳定、朝鲜半岛和平、南朝鲜经济、周边国家报复等许多变数，只为建立“美国需要的国家”而拼命挣扎。

还有嘲讽傀儡逆贼的呼声日见高涨，如“为实现美国的战争策略持抢冲锋在前的愚蠢的尹锡悦”“不收拾尹锡悦，战争必会爆发，导致南朝鲜处处挨打，头破血流。”“把枪口对准那些核导强国，是螳臂当车的愚蠢行为”“信赖偷取人家东西的盗贼，尹锡悦大脑结构会是什么样子？”“或许此次美国之行会成为尹锡悦的坟墓”等。
网络媒体“首尔之声”对傀儡保守集团为尹锡悦傀儡逆贼的妄动蒙受代价的窘境如下表示冷嘲热讽。
针对尹锡悦的对日屈从外交和就美国窃听事件做出的“坚信”妄言，执政党在表面上装出毫不在乎，但实际上焦急万分，喟然长叹。
尹锡悦执政不到一年，几乎毁掉一切。经济遭到破产，债台高筑。尹锡悦误导舆论，形容此次去美国作出很大成绩，实际上华而不实。他或许自以为与岸田文雄和拜登携手就万事如愿。但是，尹锡悦和执政党究竟用什么方法来在明年“选举”中获胜，真令人打哈息。
投票的是这片疆土上的民心，而不是岸田文雄和拜登。
执政党内部被弄得一团糟，原因是尹锡悦极为过分。
