Infusion of American-Style Democracy Rejected in Africa
Guinean internet news, i.e. Mosaiqueguinee, Visionguinee, Mediaguinee, etc widely reported that the U.S. Embassy in Guinea has recently come under severe criticism from Guinean side as soon as they posted an article about the “democratic situation of Guinea” on the U.S. Embassy website.
The article, titled “Towards Democracy”, reportedly slandered the state of democracy in Guinea in a crafty manner, commenting that the activities of National Transition Council of Guinea should be arranged in such a way as to restore democracy for Guinean people and that the challenge has now started. The article said that Guinea should hold a general election in the transition period of not exceeding 24 months.
In this regard, Guinean Foreign Minister strongly denounced the insolence of the U.S. posing as an admonishing teacher. The political and press circles of Guinea also stood up in public protest that the independent country of Guinea will show zero tolerance for the base interventionist acts and practices of the U.S., infringing upon the sovereignty of the country.
Consequently, the U.S. Embassy had to delete the article in question right away and staged a tragicomedy of having its spokesperson make lame excuses at a press interview.
Only a year ago, the U.S. threatened the African countries saying that it would “punish” them if they do not take sides with “democracy” with regards to the Ukrainian crisis. But the current situation shows how miserable the U.S. has now become in its position.
The U.S. is resorting to every conceivable trick to transplant American-style democracy into African continent.
This was proved on several occasions: During the U.S.-Africa summit held at the end of December last year, Biden committed himself to providing a colossal amount of money for the democratic development of the region, saying that success of Africa means the successes for the U.S. and the world; high-ranking figures of the U.S. including the Secretary of Treasury, the Secretary of State and the Vice-President visited Africa one after another from the beginning of the year and posed as if they would make a great contribution to the improvement of the state of democracy in the region.
However, it is well-known to every country in the region that American-style democracy is, in essence, reactionary and exploitative one, allowing only a handful of the rich and the powerful to suppress and exploit the absolute majority of the powerless and the poor, and to oppress and dominate other countries and nations.
The “poisonous mushroom of democracy” has become a subject of serious concern and denunciation even within the U.S. due to its corrupt plutocracy, the yawning gap between the rich and the poor, extreme social division and aggravated confrontation. It will be a great mistake if the U.S. thought it could propagate such a mushroom on the continent of Africa.
Recently, the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso stated that the prolonged instability in the country is attributable to the acts of the U.S. to infuse American-style “democracy” into Burkina Faso and that its people will choose their own way of democratic development. With regard to the “summit for democracy” convened by the U.S. in late March this year, media of DR Congo commented that the countries and regions, historically instilled with American-style democracy, have been plunged into massacre, fratricide and socio-economic chaos without exception, and that the “democracy” advocated by the U.S. only serves for the U.S. hegemony of the world and the interests of its capitalists.
It is only too natural that the inculcation of American-style “democracy” by violating and suppressing the independence of other countries and nations has become the target of denunciation and rejection from African countries.
However hard the U.S. may talk about its high regard and respect for Africa, it would never find soil on the African continent where it can transplant the “poisonous mushroom of American-style democracy” which has sprouted from the pile of corpses of native Americans and multiplied consuming as “nutrient” the sweat and blood of African black slaves.
Righteous efforts of African countries for independence and genuine democracy will inevitably bear good fruition.

Las maniobras de introducción de la democracia del estilo norteamericano que son rechazadas en África
Según reportes divulgados ampliamente por los medios de prensa de Guinea, tales como las agencias de noticias de internet, Mosaiqueguinee, Visionguinee, Mediaguinee, etc., recientemente la embajada norteamericana en este país publicó un artículo que cuestionó la “realidad democrática de Guinea” en la página web de la embajada, e inmediatamente después de esto recibió una fuerte condena de la parte de Guinea.
Se dice que en el artículo titulado “Adelante hacia la democracia” había contenidos que difamaban mañosamente la situación de la democracia de Guinea mencionando que las actividades del Consejo Nacional Transitorio de Guinea deben ser dirigidas a devolver la democracia al pueblo de Guinea y que los desafíos comienzan desde ahora, y otros contenidos que amonestan que Guinea no debe sobrepasar jamás el periodo transitorio de 24 meses y tiene que realizar elecciones generales.
Con relación a esto, el Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Guinea criticó fuertemente la conducta arrogante de EE.UU. que procede como si fuera un maestro que enseña a los alumnos, y los círculos político y mediático de Guinea rechazaron esa conducta expresando que Guinea independiente jamás tolerará la vulgar conducta y costumbre intervencionista de EE.UU. que viola su soberanía.
Como resultado, la embajada norteamericana puesta en el aprieto se vio obligada a eliminar inmediatamente el artículo en cuestión, e interpretó una tragicomedia de soltar excusas pobres a través de su portavoz en una rueda de prensa.
Esto demuestra que se halla en gran dilema EE.UU. que apenas 1 año atrás amenazaba a los países africanos con el “castigo” si no se ponían al lado de la “democracia” con relación a la crisis de Ucrania.
EE.UU. está usando todo tipo de engaños para trasplantar la democracia del estilo norteamericano en el continente africano.
Esto fue comprobado por el hecho de que, a finales de diciembre del año pasado, Biden anunció que ofrecería muchos fondos de asistencia para el desarrollo democrático de la región africana arengando que “Si África logra éxitos, EE.UU. también logra éxitos y el mundo también.” en la cumbre EE.UU.-África, y que los oficiales de alto rango de EE.UU. como los secretarios de Tesoro y Estado y el vicepresidente de EE.UU. visitaron a África uno tras el otro desde los inicios de este año y se dieron aire de benefactores dispuestos a hacer grandes contribuciones al mejoramiento de la situación de la democracia de la región.
Sin embargo, en la región no hay país que no sepa que la democracia del estilo norteamericano es una democracia reaccionaria y saqueadora a través de la cual un puñado de los apoderados y ricos reprimen y explotan a los pueblos pobres y privados de derechos que ocupan la mayoría y pretenden oprimir y dominar a otros países y naciones.
La pretensión de EE.UU. de reproducir en la tierra africana el “hongo venenoso de la democracia” que se ha convertido en el objeto de la seria preocupación y condena incluso en el interior del país debido a la plutocracia muy podrida, la extremada diferencia entre los pobres y los ricos y la agravación de la extremada división y antagonismos sociales está muy equivocada.
Hace poco, el Primer Ministro de Burkina Faso, diciendo que una de las principales causas de que en su país continúa durante largo tiempo la inestabilidad está en las maquinaciones de introducción de la “democracia” de EE.UU., declaró que el pueblo de Burkina Faso escogerá el modo de desarrollo democrático de su estilo y, con respecto a la “Cumbre Mundial para la Democracia” desplegada por EE.UU. a fines de marzo, una prensa del Congo Democrático reveló que las regiones y países donde fueron introducida la democracia del estilo norteamericano se hundieron sin excepción alguna en la masacre, guerras fratricidas y el caos socioeconómico y reveló que la “democracia” que preconiza EE.UU. sirve solo para la hegemonía mundial y los intereses de los capitalistas.
Es algo sumamente justo lo que las maquinaciones de introducción de la “democracia” de EE.UU. que reprime y viola la independencia de otros países y naciones reciban las críticas y rechazos de los países africanos.
Aunque EE.UU. arengue sobre el aprecio y respeto a África, no hay ninguna tierra en el continente africano donde pueda ser trasplantado el “hongo venenoso de la democracia” de EE.UU. que germinó en el montón de cadáveres de los indígenas y fue reproducido tomando como elementos nutritivos el sudor y sangre de los esclavos negros de África.
Los justos esfuerzos de los países africanos por la independencia y verdadera democracia darán sin falta excelentes frutos.

Происки внедрения американской демократии сталкиваются с отпором в Африке
По сообщениям интернет-порталов Гвинеи «Mosaiqueguinee», «Visionguinee», «Mediaguinee» и других СМИ, недавно посольство США в этой стране подвергалось яростной критике со стороны Гвинеи сразу после того, как на вебсайте посольства поместили статью, придирающуюся к «демократической реальности Гвинеи».
В статье под заголовком «Навстречу демократии» были отмечены, что деятельность Переходного национального совета Гвинеи должна быть направлена на возврат демократии гвинейскому народу и что вызов начнется сейчас же, таким образом хитро оклеветали на демократическую ситуацию этой страны, с одной стороны, а с другой, сделали поучительное замечание, что следует провести всеобщие выборы строго в рамках переходного периода в 24 месяца.
В этой связи Министр иностранных дел Гвинеи резко критиковал наглое поведение США, выдающих себя за учителя, обучающего школьников. И политические и общественные круги Гвинеи выступали с протестом, заявляя, что самостоятельная Гвинея будет никоим образом не допускать низменное поведение и привычку США, посягающие на суверенитет и вмешивающиеся во внутренние дела своей страны.
В результате американское посольство, растерявшись, тотчас удалило ту статью, также режиссировало трагикомедию, что представитель посольства выступил на брифинге с позорным оправданием.
Это показывает, в каком неловком положении оказались США, которые лишь год назад угрожали африканским странам, что будут подвергать «наказанию», если они не будут стоять на стороне «демократии» по поводу события на Украине.
США прибегают ко всяким обманам, чтобы распространять американскую демократию на африканский материк.
Об этом свидетельствуют следующие факты. В конце декабря прошлого года на саммите США-Африки Байден сказал, что, если Африка добьется успехов, то США будут иметь успех и мир тоже, и заявил, что будет оказывать денежную помощь для демократического развития в регионе. С начала текущего года министр финансов, госсекретарь, вице-президент и другие американские высокопоставленные чиновники один за другим прилетели в Африку и сделали вид, якобы будут вносить большой вклад в улучшение демократической ситуации в регионе.
Однако нет стран в регионе, которые не знают о том, что американская демократия по своей сущности является реакционной и грабительской, при которой горстки властных людей и богатых угнетают и эксплуатируют большинство бесправных и бедных людей, подавляют другие страны и нации и управляют ими.
США пытаются размножать в африканской земле «демократический ядовитый гриб», который становится объектом серьезной озабоченности и критики даже в своей стране из-за прогнившей плутократии, большого различия между бедными и богатыми, обострения крайнего социального раскола и противоречий, – это большая ошибка.
Недавно Премьер-министр Буркина-Фасо сказал, что одной из главных причин долгого продолжения нестабильности в стране служат происки США внедрения «демократии», и заявил, что народ Буркина-Фасо будет выбирать своеобразный способ демократического развития. В конце марта в связи с проведенном Америкой «международным саммитом за демократию», одна из пресс ДРК сообщила, что регионы и страны, в которых распространены демократия американского образца, без исключения попали в кровопролитие, братоубийственную войну и социально-экономический хаос, и разоблачила, что «демократия», о которой трубят США, служит только мировой гегемонии и интересам капиталистов.
Это весьма естественно, что происки США внедрения «демократии», подавляющие и попирающие самостоятельность другой страны и нации, подвергаются критике и отпору стран Африки.
Как бы США ни твердили отдачу приоритета и уважение к Африке, в Африке нет мест, куда можно пересадить «демократический ядовитый гриб» Америки, который пробился над трупами индейцев и вырос за счет пота и крови африканских чернокожих рабов в качестве питательного вещества.
Справедливые усилия стран Африки для самостоятельности и истинной демократии непременно добьются хорошего результата.

移植美式民主阴谋在非洲遭排斥
据几内亚网络媒体《Mosaiqueguinee》《Visionguinee》《Mediaguinee》报道，美国驻几内亚大使馆在使馆网站刊登一篇无端指责“几内亚民主实况”的文章，遭到几内亚强烈谴责。
题为“向民主前进”的文章充斥着巧妙地诽谤该国民主现状的内容。
文章指出，几内亚过度民族理事会理应为几内亚人民争取民主而展开活动，挑战才刚刚开始，还训斥几内亚务必在24个月的过渡期内进行大选。
几内亚外交部长就此强烈谴责美国以“民主教师爷”自居的傲慢行径；政界与舆论界也表达愤怒，称自主的几内亚绝不会容纳美国侵害本国主权的卑鄙做法。
结果，美国使馆不得不立即删除上述文章，还让发言人在记者招待会上为其作出辩解。
仅在一年前，美国就乌克兰事态威胁非洲国家，如果他们不站在“民主”阵营一边将受到“惩罚”。相比之下，不难看出美国这次的处境有多窘迫。
美国为给非洲大陆移植美式民主使出浑身解数。
去年12月末，拜登在美非峰会上声称，非洲成功的话，美国就能成功，世界也能成功，并公布要为地区的民主发展作出巨额投资。今年伊始，美国财政部长、国务卿、副总统等美国的高级官员纷纷窜访非洲，装模作样，摆出愿为改善地区民主状况做出巨大贡献的架势。
然而，所有地区国家都知道，美式民主本质上就是极少数有权有钱人压榨绝大多数没权没钱的人，并压制和支配其他国家与民族的反动而掠夺性民主。
连美国民众也对本国腐败透顶的金钱政治、极其严重的贫富差距、日益加剧的社会撕裂与对立深表担忧并予以谴责。若美国企图将此“民主毒蕈”繁殖到非洲，那才是大错特错。
布基纳法索首相日前表示，本国长期以来的不稳定主因是美国“民主”移植阴谋，布基纳法索人民将选择自己的民主发展模式。刚果（金）的一家媒体就3月末美国召开的“领导人民主峰会”暴露称，美式民主被移植的地区与国家历来无不陷入手足相残与社会经济混乱的泥潭之中，美国提倡的“民主”旨在称霸世界与实现资本家利益。
压制与蹂躏其他国家与民族自主性的美国“民主”移植阴谋遭非洲国家的谴责与排挤理所应当。
美国一直把对非洲的重视与尊重挂在嘴边，但是非洲大陆绝对容不下在印第安人的尸骨堆上落地生根，以非洲黑奴的膏血为养分而繁殖的美国“民主毒蕈”。
非洲国家实现自主与真正民主的正义的努力必将结出丰硕果实。
