Position on the hostile American campaign against Cuba and Venerable Comrade Raul Castro.

We wish to express our firm solidarity with the trials and tribulations Cuba and its people are facing today.
The hostile actions of the United States of America that have persisted since the mid-1950s are being escalated to a fever pitch in 2026. Cuba does not pose any threat to the United States, and yet, the latter preposterously tries to make the case that its blatantly militarist, belligerent posture is for the “safety, security and democracy” of its citizens and the hemisphere.
No one in the world believes these preposterous claims of the self-declared “Defender of the Free World”. On the contrary, the nations of the world have long been united in seeking justice for Cuba.
For 33 consecutive years, the UN General Assembly has adopted resolutions calling on the United States to end its long economic, commercial and financial blockade of Cuba! The latest UN vote of October 2025 for instance had 165 countries voting Yes to end this embargo, with only 7 countries, including the US and Israel, voting against it. So morally repugnant an episode of history it is, that hardly any country in the world wants this on their conscience.
The truth that anyone living outside Miami and the Republican states of the United States knows instinctually is that this embargo, now escalated to an especially vicious energy blockade, has nothing to do with democracy, or the freedom of the Cuban people, or the safety of American citizens. It has a singular purpose, which is to strangle Cuba’s revolution, and reinstate American colonialism on Cuba, as they are attempting to do with Venezuela.
This year, after engaging in piracy against Venezuelan ships and assets, the United States kidnapped Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro, and subjugated the country’s oil sector to American oil capitalists. A similar conspiracy is now being enacted against Comrade Raul Castro, the brother of Fidel Castro, one of the fathers of Cuba’s revolution, and steadfast defender of Socialism. There is talk of an invasion, coups, and kidnapping of Comrade Raul Castro similar to how it was done with Nicolas Maduro.
We wish to make it abundantly clear, that Mazdoor Kissan Party, Pakistan stands with the Cuban people and Cuban leadership, in defense of Socialism, against the militarist tide it faces from the United States. It is a relentless pressure being borne down on the people of Cuba that requires nerves of steel and rock-solid resolve.
We give every encouragement to the Cubans to stand firm and resist this unrelenting belligerency. Your sovereignty is inviolable; the whole world recognizes your plight as an injustice inflicted by American imperialism!
Your cause is righteous and just, and your only crime has been that you have sought your own path, free of the colonial oppression and exploitation of your people, land and resources by the American imperialists.
By standing firm, you provide an inspiration to all the oppressed and exploited of the world, whether they be in your regional neighborhood, or the towns and villages of Africa all the way to Asia.
