DPRK Foreign Minister Issues Press Statement
Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, issued the following press statement on Saturday:
On September 29 the U.S. and its vassal states convened closed-door negotiations of the UN Security Council, in which they denounced the inviolable constitutional activities of the DPRK and its measures for bolstering up the capabilities for self-defence.
I brand the illegal and outrageous acts of the U.S. and other hostile forces, which termed the exercise of the DPRK’s entirely just exercise of its sovereignty a “provocation” and “threat”, as a frontal challenge to the sovereignty of the DPRK and undisguised interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state, and vehemently denounce and reject them.
It is the extreme double standard for the UNSC to take issue with the DPRK over the exercise of its legitimate sovereign right only, while completely overlooking the ceaseless military provocations being perpetrated by the U.S. and its vassal forces, which declared the “end of regime” in the DPRK as their national policy, to wreck peace and stability of the Korean peninsula.
The abnormal behavior of the UNSC, which pulls up a sovereign state over its legislative activities, legitimate use of space and normal development of external relations, proves that the hostile forces’ insistence on the “implementation of the UN resolution” means, in essence, the complete renunciation of the sovereignty by the DPRK.
It is an inevitable result in the DPRK’s historical process for bolstering up its national defence capabilities and raising its national prestige that it fixed its legal position as a responsible nuclear weapons state at the highest level.
The DPRK formulated its status as a nuclear weapons state in its constitution, which is of great significance in the fact that it guarantees the eternal foundation for its prosperity and provided a powerful legal lever for defending its sovereignty as a nuclear-armed nation, not merely the constitutional work that revised and supplemented the provisions of the supreme code of the nation.
The position and role of the nuclear weapons in ensuring the security of the DPRK accurately reflect the threats from the outside hostile forces and the ever-changing global geopolitical structure at present and in the future.
It is the undeniable stark reality that the U.S. and its vassal forces’ ceaseless nuclear threats to the DPRK, which has lingered for more than half a century, have become a decisive factor and premise that triggered the DPRK’s access to nuclear weapons and constant bolstering of its nuclear force.
It is the history never to be written off nor to be revised that the DPRK was compelled to arm itself with nuclear weapons as the U.S. turned the Korean peninsula into a nuclear arsenal decades before the DPRK had access to nuclear weapons, and has ceaselessly escalated its nuclear threats to the DPRK.
The DPRK is strengthening the role of its nuclear force in ensuring national security and consolidating its legal and institutional position to cope with the U.S. and its followers’ moves of institutionalizing the use of their nuclear weapons against the DPRK and making it their policy. No one is entitled to take issue with this independent right of a sovereign state.
As long as the U.S., the imperialist entity, exists, it is the destiny of the DPRK to arm itself with nuclear weapons.
If the U.S. and other hostile forces try to deny the DPRK’s constitutional position as a nuclear weapons state or deprive it of that position by forcing denuclearization upon it, it will be regarded as the most serious violation of its sovereignty and constitution forcing it to renounce its constitution and social system.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to warn the UNSC against its behavior of unhesitatingly employing illegal and hideous double standard, blindly following the U.S., bereft of equity and justice.
We will deter all the hostile forces’ attempts to violate the inviolable sovereignty of the DPRK by launching the strongest and overwhelming counteraction and firmly defend its position as a nuclear weapons state, the supreme interests of its national security, from the outside hostile acts.

Im Chon Il, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, issued the following press statement on Sunday:
The U.S. unjust and outrageous hostility toward the DPRK-Russia traditional friendly and cooperative relations and its attempt to interfere in them have gone beyond the red line.
Recently, the U.S. groundlessly termed the development of the good neighborly relations between the two countries “violation of resolutions” of the UN and “violation of international law” in a bid to give the world public a false impression that the DPRK-Russia cooperation poses a “threat” to global peace and security.
This is a vivid expression of the U.S. hegemony-oriented way of thinking based on the Cold War-style confrontation logic.
The DPRK-Russia relations are developing onto a new high stage, according to the strategic decision of the top leaders of the two countries. They serve as a powerful fortress and strategic stronghold for preserving peace and for deterring the imperialists’ high-handed and arbitrary practices, military threats and interference.
Given that the U.S. and the West have gone to the extremes in their confrontational and divisive moves for gaining hegemony, the good neighborly relations between the two countries have reached the height of development, thus ensuring the balance of the international mechanical structure and further improving the world strategic security environment.
Unlike the U.S. sophism, the relations getting more and more “dangerous” are the U.S.-led alliance which constantly threatens the security environment of independent sovereign states, assuming more evident aggressive and exclusive colors.
The U.S.-Japan-“south Korea” triangular military alliance, which has clearly betrayed hostility toward the DPRK and its neighboring countries, and NATO, the mastermind of the Ukrainian crisis, are just the cancer-like entities jeopardizing the international order based on the purpose and the principle of the UN Charter and posing a grave threat to global peace and security.
The U.S., which prioritizes the nexus with its allies to maintain its hegemony, has neither qualifications nor justification to find fault with the intensified unity and solidarity between the independent and anti-imperialist sovereign states which are exposed to an actual threat from it.
The U.S. ill-minded repugnancy toward the DPRK-Russia relations only reveals that it lacks power and wits in the showdown with the anti-imperialist independent countries.
The anti-DPRK, anti-Russia hostile remarks of the U.S., an entity typical of injustice, clearly prove once again that to develop the DPRK-Russia relations is, indeed, the just way for building an independent and peaceful new world and realizing genuine international justice.
The DPRK will further develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation and other independent sovereign countries and thus deter the imperialists’ military threat, provocation, high-handed and arbitrary practices and firmly defend peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of the world.

A spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK issued the following press statement on Sunday:
There was a grave terrorist attack on the Cuban embassy in the United States on September 24.
We strongly denounce the recent terrorist act as a wanton violation of international law and an undisguised infringement on the sovereignty of Cuba.
Lurking behind the incident is the sinister intention of the anti-Cuban forces in the U.S. to tarnish the international image of Cuba, with the final aim of overthrowing the social system of socialist Cuba.
Though the truth behind a shooting spree case against the Cuban embassy in the U.S. three years ago has not been probed yet, there took place again another case of throwing gasoline bottle bomb to threaten the lives of diplomats. This goes to prove that the above-said incidents were committed evidently at the tacit connivance of the U.S. administration.
The U.S. is keen only on putting those countries incurring its displeasure on the list of sponsors of terrorism, purposely turning away from the obligations of the receiving state stipulated in the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations. This can never be justified in any case.
The U.S. arrogant and despicable anti-Cuban moves are facing the strong protest and denunciation by the international community aspiring after the respect for sovereignty of an independent and sovereign state and justice.
If the U.S., always clamoring for “observance of international law” and boasting of “law-governed state”, has the slightest will to defend its “honor”, it should, though belatedly, acknowledge the blame for not only the recent incident but also all the past terrorist cases and probe their truth to show its sincerity.
We have consistently and fully supported the just cause of the Cuban party, government and people for defending the sovereignty and socialism and will always stand together with the Cuban people in the struggle against all sorts of terrorism.
Press Statement of Russian Affairs Department Director General of DPRK Foreign Ministry
Kim Jong Gyu, director general of the Russian Affairs Department of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK, issued the following statement on Oct. 2.
One year has lapsed since the “Nord Stream” pipelines explosion case broke out to greatly shock the international community.
The international community still clearly remembers the irrational behavior of the U.S. and the West which groundlessly shifted the blame onto Russia to incite hostility toward the country right after the outbreak of the case.
Germany, Demark and Sweden, involved in the on-going investigation, have not yet presented any convincing results and the politicians of the U.S. and the West, who were loudmouthed about “Russia’s deed,” now evade their comment on the case. This casts serious doubt on the hidden circumstances behind it.
It has already been fully proved in detail by influential media and experts of the world for the past one year that Russia has nothing to do with the case.
Meanwhile, it is alleged that frogmen of the U.S. navy carried out a special operation to destroy the pipelines under an order from Biden, along with the declassified data proving that the U.S. and some European countries had been notified of the Zelenskiy regime’s sabotage plan three months before the outbreak of the case. Such undeniable evidence, proving the U.S. and the West were behind the case, has come to light one after another to evoke worldwide repercussions.
As a result, the significance of “Russia’s deed”, once hyped up by the Western media, is getting shrunken as days go by, and the international community has focused their sharper eyes on the U.S., the Zelenskiy puppet clique and other anti-Russia forces.
Against this backdrop, the U.S. and the West flatly rejected Russia’s just proposal to conduct an international joint investigation, involving Russia as a directly related party, under the observation of the UN. Furthermore, they have never informed Russia of their investigation results.
This is just a petty trick to cover up the traces of their involvement in the sabotage crime.
The present situation brings to light the impudent double-standard policy and black-hearted design of the U.S. and the West working hard to demonize the independent countries by painting a black picture of them, frequently talking about “fairness” and “objectivity.”
The pro-justice, pro-truth international community should voice support for the fair and reasonable demand of Russia and never pardon the unjust and outrageous arbitrary and tyrannical practices of the U.S. and the West.
Declaración de la ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la RPDC
La ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, Choe Son Hui, hizo pública el día 30 una declaración que sigue:
El 29 de septiembre, Estados Unidos y los Estados seguidores convocaron las negociaciones a puertas cerradas del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU donde difamaron las inviolables actividades constitucionales y las medidas de fortalecimiento de la capacidad de autodefensa nacional de la RPDC.
Rechazo categóricamente la conducta ilegal de EE.UU. y otras fuerzas hostiles que cuestionaron el justo ejercicio de la soberanía de nuestro Estado como la “provocación” y “amenaza”, calificándola de un desafío frontal a la soberanía de la RPDC y una intervención abierta en los asuntos internos de un Estado soberano.
Es una pauta de doble rasero el hecho que el CS de la ONU cuestiona solo el ejercicio de derecho soberano de nuestro Estado, haciendo vista gorda a las incesantes provocaciones militares de EE.UU. y sus acólitos que tomaron como política estatal el “fin del poder” de la RPDC, las cuales perturban la paz y estabilidad de la región de la Península Coreana.
La conducta anormal del CS de la OUN, que critica las actividades constitucionales, el uso legítimo del espacio y el desarrollo normal de las relaciones exteriores del Estado soberano, evidencia que en su esencia, la insistencia de las fuerzas hostiles en la “ejecución de la resolución” de la ONU significa la renuncia completa del poder estatal de la RPDC.
La fijación en máximo nivel de la posición legal de la República como el responsable país poseedor de las armas nucleares es un resultado inevitable del proceso histórico para reforzar la capacidad de defensa nacional y elevar la posición de la RPDC.
La legalización de la posición del país poseedor de las armas nucleares no sólo es una labor para enmendar los artículos del supremo código estatal, sino también reviste importancia en garantizar la eterna prosperidad de la RPDC y preparar la poderosa arma legal de defensa de la soberanía nuclear.
La posición y papel de las armas nucleares que juegan en garantizar la seguridad de nuestro Estado, reflejan correctamente la amenaza hostil proveniente del exterior y el cambio de la estructura mecánica geopolítica del mundo en el presente y el futuro.
Es una realidad innegable por nadie que las incesantes amenazas nucleares anti-RPDC, impuestas por EE.UU. y sus fuerzas seguidoras durante más de un medio siglo, constituyen un factor decisivo y premisas que hicieron al país socialista poseer las armas nucleares y fortalecer sus fuerzas armadas nucleares.
Desde hace varios decenios antes de la posesión de estas armas por la RPDC, EE.UU. nuclearizó la región de la Península Coreana y vino recrudeciendo la amenaza nuclear contra la RPDC, por lo cual el país socialista se vio obligado a disponer de armas nucleares. Esto es la historia imborrable e incorregible.
Para hacer frente a EE.UU. y sus satélites que tomaron como su política el uso de las armas nucleares contra la RPDC, ésta presta más importancia al rol de estas armas en la seguridad del Estado y consolida su posición legal e institucional, lo que es un derecho independiente incuestionable de un Estado soberano.
Mientras exista el ente imperialista como EE.UU., la posesión de armas nucleares es la opción inevitable de nuestro Estado.
Si EE.UU. y otras fuerzas hostiles intentan negar o quitar la posición constitucional de nuestro Estado obligándonos la desnuclearización, lo consideraremos como la violación más flagrante a la soberanía y la constitución, que nos impone la renuncia de la Constitución y el régimen.
Aprovecho esta oportunidad para emitir la advertencia al Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU que lejos de la imparcialidad e igualdad, aplica sin vacilación alguna la pauta de doble rasero obedeciendo ciegamente a EE.UU.
Frenaremos con la reacción más fuerte y aplastante todas las tentativas de las fuerzas hostiles contra los derechos soberanos de la RPDC y defenderemos de los actos hostiles del exterior la posición del país poseedor de armas nucleares que es el máximo interés de la seguridad nacional.
Vicecanciller Im Chon Il critica intervención de EE.UU. en relaciones Corea-Rusia
El viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, Im Chon Il, hizo pública el día primero una declaración que sigue:
La hostilidad y la injerencia ilegales de Estados Unidos en las tradicionales relaciones de amistad y cooperación entre la RPDC y la Federación Rusa propasan el límite.
En estos días, EE.UU. cuestiona sin fundamentos el desarrollo de buena vecindad y amistad entre Corea y Rusia como la “violación de la resolución” de la ONU y la “transgresión de ley internacional” y desvía a la opinión mundial como si las cooperaciones Corea-Rusia sean una “amenaza” a la paz y seguridad del mundo.
Esto demuestra claramente el modo de pensamiento hegemónico de EE.UU. colmado de la teoría de confrontación de Guerra Fría.
Las relaciones Corea-Rusia, que se desarrollan en nueva altura según la decisión estratégica de los líderes de ambos países, sirven de un baluarte poderoso y un punto de apoyo para frenar el despotismo, la arbitrariedad y la amenaza e intervención militares de los imperialistas y defender la paz.
En medio de los escándalos hegemónicos de EE.UU. y el Occidente por la confrontación entre los campos, que llegan al extremo, el vínculo Corea-Rusia acogió una fase de auge de su desarrollo, de manera que está equilibrada la estructura mecánica internacional y se ha mejorado más el ambiente de seguridad estratégica del mundo.
A diferencia del sofisma de EE.UU., las “relaciones que se hacen cada día más peligrosas” son las de la alianza encabezada por el imperio norteamericano que amenaza permanentemente el ambiente de seguridad de los Estados soberanos independientes, poniendo en claro el carácter agresivo y chovinista.
La alianza militar tripartita de EE.UU., Japón y Sur de Corea, que expuso palmariamente la intención hostil a la RPDC y otros países circunvecinos, y la OTAN que es el protagonista del caso de Ucrania constituyen una grave amenaza a la paz y la seguridad del mundo y la existencia cancerosa que perturba el orden internacional basado en el propósito y principios de la Carta de la ONU.
EE.UU., que concede máxima prioridad al contubernio con sus satélites para mantener su hegemonía, no tiene la calidad ni obligación moral de calumniar el fortalecimiento de unidad y solidaridad entre los países independientes antiimperialistas que sufren amenazas reales y existentes provenientes de éste.
El veto de EE.UU. a las relaciones Corea-Rusia muestra por sí solo que le falta la fuerza e inteligencia en la confrontación con los países independientes antiimperialistas.
La ofensiva verbal de este representante de injusticia contra Corea y Rusia comprueba otra vez que el desarrollo del vínculo Corea-Rusia es un justo camino para construir nuevo mundo independiente y pacífico y realizar la verdadera justicia internacional.
La RPDC ampliará y desarrollará aun más las tradicionales relaciones de amistad y cooperación con la Federación Rusa y otros países independientes para frenar la amenaza militar, la provocación, la coacción y arbitrariedad de los imperialistas y defender confiablemente la paz y seguridad de la región de la Península Coreana y el resto del mundo.
Portavoz del MINREX condena el atentado terrorista contra la embajada cubana
El portavoz del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea hizo pública el día primero la siguiente declaración:
El 24 de septiembre pasado, ocurrió un grave ataque terrorista contra la embajada cubana en Estados Unidos.
Condenamos fuertemente este caso como violación flagrante de la ley internacional y atentado abierto contra la soberanía de Cuba.
En el fondo del incidente, hay la siniestra intención de las fuerzas anticubanas en EE.UU que tratan de manchar de una manera u otra la imagen exterior de la Cuba socialista tomando como meta final el derrocamiento del régimen de ella.
El estallido del caso de lanzamiento de cócteles Molotov que amenazó las vidas de diplomáticos, antes de que fuera esclarecida la verdad del tiroteo indiscriminado contra la embajada cubana en EE.UU. de hace 3 años, demuestra que estos incidentes fueron perpetrados evidentemente bajo la tolerancia y amparo de la administración norteamericana.
No se puede justificar en ningún caso que EE.UU. estuviera obsesionado sólo por incluir en la lista de patrocinadores del terrorismo a los países que le agradan, haciendo vista gorda del compromiso de país receptor, estipulado en la Convención de Viena sobre las relaciones diplomáticas.
La arrogante y sucia campaña anticubana de EE.UU. tropieza con fuertes protestas y condenas de la sociedad internacional que aspira al respeto de la soberanía del Estado soberano e independiente y a la justicia.
Si EE.UU. tuviera un poco la voluntad de defender su “honra” del país que reclama tanto “observar la ley internacional” y se jacta de la “constitucionalidad”, debería probar su sinceridad al revelar los verdaderos aspectos del presente y todos los demás casos del terrorismo, reportados en el pasado, reconociendo aunque tarde su responsabilidad.
Venimos apoyando total e invariablemente la justa causa del partido, gobierno y pueblo cubanos para la defensa de soberanía y el socialismo y estaremos siempre en la misma trinchera con el pueblo cubano en la lucha contra todas formas de terrorismo.
Publicada declaración del director Kim Jong Gyu del MINREX
El director para Rusia Kim Jong Gyu del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea publicó el día 2 la siguiente declaración:
Ya pasó un año desde que el incidente de explosión de los gasoductos de la “Corriente del Norte” diera gran impacto a la sociedad internacional.
Todavía sigue fresca en la memoria de la sociedad internacional la conducta irracional de EE.UU. y el Occidente que en el momento de estallido del caso, fomentaban la hostilidad a Rusia imputándole la responsabilidad sin ton ni son.
Deja muchas interrogantes sobre el autor verdadero el hecho de que Alemania, Dinamarca y Suecia, partes del equipo de investigación del caso, no pueden dar ningún resultado y hasta los politiqueros de EE.UU. y el Occidente, que hablaban tanto de la “autoría de Rusia”, eluden hacer referencia en el mismo tema.
Durante un año transcurrido, los medios de prensa y especialistas de prestigio mundial comprobaron con suficientes datos que Rusia no tiene nada que ver con la explosión de gasoductos.
Por otra parte, se produjo un revuelo internacional al darse a la publicidad una tras otra las pruebas irrefutables que hacen señalar a EE.UU. y el Occidente como fautores traseros del incidente.
Ellas comienzan por la opinión de que el suceso se trató de una operación especial cumplida por los buzos de la marina de guerra estadounidense según la indicación de Biden y terminan en la información de que EE.UU. y algunos países europeos conocían ya 3 meses antes de la ocurrencia del incidente el plan de destrucción de gasoductos que tenían las autoridades de Zelenskiy.
Como resultado, se torna cada día más incrédulo el “rumor de autoría de Rusia” que habían llenado los planos de los medios occidentales y se agudiza más la vigilancia de la sociedad internacional a las fuerzas anti-Rusia como EE.UU. y la camarilla títere de Zelenskiy.
En tal circunstancia, EE.UU. y el Occidente no informan siquiera a Rusia el resultado de investigación de hasta ahora rehusando obstinadamente la justa demanda de ella de incorporar esta parte directa en las pesquisas y abrir una investigación conjunta internacional bajo el control de la ONU.
Esto no pasa de ser una necia artimaña para encubrir las huellas de su crimen dejadas en el incidente.
La situación actual vuelve a poner en claro la cínica política de doble rasero y malsana intención de EE.UU. y el Occidente que se dedican a la demagogia para satanizar a los países independientes hablando inoportunamente de la “imparcialidad” y “objetividad”.
La sociedad internacional, amante de la justicia y verdad, deberán sumarse a la demanda justa y razonable de Rusia sin permitir nunca la ilegal arbitrariedad y despotismo de EE.UU. y el Occidente.

30 сентября министр иностранных дел КНДР Чвэ Сон Хи опубликовала нижеследующее заявление для печати.
29 сентября США и их сателлиты провели закрытую консультацию СБ ООН и обвинили священную и неприкосновенную деятельность КНДР по принятию конституции, ее меры по укреплению самозащитной обороноспособности страны.
Расцениваю незаконные акты США и враждебных сил, которые придирались к справедливому пользованию нашего государства суверенным правом как к «провокации» и «угрозе», как прямой вызов суверенитету КНДР и откровенное вмешательство во внутренние дела суверенного государства, и решительно осуждаю их.
СБ ООН полностью игнорирует тот факт, что США и их сателлиты опубликовали «конец власти» КНДР как государственную политику и непрерывно совершают военную провокацию, нарушающую мир и стабильность на Корейском полуострове, а, наоборот, ставит под вопрос пользование нашего государства законным суверенным правом, – это крайний двойной стандарт.
Анормальное действие СБ ООН, который ставит под вопрос законодательную деятельность, законное использование космоса и нормальное развитие внешних отношений суверенного государства, свидетельствует, что утверждение враждебных сил о «выполнении резолюций» ООН, по сути дела, означает полный отказ КНДР от суверенитета государства.
Закрепление правового статуса Республики как ответственного ядерного государства на высшем уровне является неизбежным результатом исторического процесса для укрепления обороноспособности и повышения престижа государства КНДР.
Важное значение закрепления статуса ядерной державы в конституции заключается в том, что это является созданием гарантии на вечные времена для приумножения богатства, могущества и процветания КНДР и мощного юридического средства для защиты ядерного суверенитета, а не простым пересмотром конституции, направленным на внесение поправок и дополнений в пункты высшего кодекса государства.
Статус и роль ядра в обеспечении безопасности нашего государства точно отражают в себе враждебную угрозу извне и изменение настоящей и будущей геополитической механической структуры мира.
Непрерывные ядерные угрозы против Республики со стороны США и их сателлитов, продолжающиеся более полувека, являлись решительным фактором и предпосылкой, пробудившими обладание КНДР ядром и стимулировавшими процесс неустанного продвижения вперед укрепления ядерных вооруженных сил, – это неопровержимая реальная действительность, которую никто не может отрицать.
Еще за десятки лет до того, как мы обладали ядром, США превратили территорию Корейского полуострова в ядерную и непрерывно наращивали ядерные угрозы против КНДР, по этой причине мы были вынуждены обладать ядром, – вот что история, которую никто не может и скрыть, и исказить.
Усиливать роль ядерного оружия в обеспечении государственной безопасности и укреплять его правовой и системный статус в ответ на попытки США и их сателлитов, которые возвели применение ядерного оружия против КНДР в ранг государственной политики и систематизировали его, – это самостоятельное право суверенного государства, которого ни кому не стоит осуждать.
Пока существует империализм – США, обладание ядерным оружием является судьбоносным выбором нашего государства.
Если США и враждебные силы, принуждая нас к денуклеаризации, попытаются отрицать и лишить конституционного статуса нашего государства, то это будет считаться самым серьезным посягательством на суверенитет и антиконституционным действием, навязывающими отказ от конституции и строя.
Пользуясь этим случаем, предупреждаем СБ ООН, который, утратив беспристрастие и справедливость, абсолютно подчиняется США и без колебания применяет незаконные двойные стандарты.
Мы самыми мощными и подавляющими ответными силами будем сдерживать всякие попытки враждебных сил, нацеленные на лишение священных суверенных прав КНДР, и надежно защищать статус ядерной страны – высшие интересы в обеспечении государственной безопасности от внешних враждебных действий.

Корейско-российские отношения, которые выходят на новый высокий уровень развития по стратегическому решению лидеров двух стран – КНДР и РФ, являются мощным оплотом и стратегическим опорным пунктом защиты мира для сдерживания произвола и своеволия, военной угрозы и вмешательства империалистов.
В обстановке того, что гегемонистская конфронтация между лагерями США и Запада дошла до предела, добрососедские и дружественные отношения между двумя странами – КНДР и РФ встретили новую фазу развития и подъема, в результате чего обеспечилось равновесие международной механической структуры и более улучшилась обстановка стратегической безопасности мира.
В отличие от софизма США, «отношения, которые становятся более опасными», являются союзническими отношениями во главе с США, которые, яснее обнаруживая агрессивный и шовинистический характер, постоянно угрожают безопасности независимых суверенных государств.
Именно существование трехстороннего военного альянса США-Япония-«Республика Корея», который явно обнаружил враждебный замысел против КНДР и ее соседних государств, и НАТО – зачинщика вспышки ситуации на Украине является раковой опухолью, которая ввергает в опасность международный порядок, основанный на цели и принципе Устава ООН, и серьезной угрозой для глобального мира и безопасности.
США, которые прилагают главные усилия к отношениям сговора с союзниками для сохранения своего господства, не вправе обвинить укрепление сплоченности и солидарности между антиимпериалистическими и самостоятельными суверенными государствами, которые чувствуют реальную угрозу.
Злобная антипатия США к корейско-российским отношениям только обнаруживает то, что у них не хватает силы и ума в конфронтации с антиимпериалистическими и самостоятельными странами.
Враждебные высказывания США – типичной субстанции несправедливости против КНДР и России еще раз точно свидетельствуют, что именно развитие корейско-российских отношений является справедливым путем для строительства самостоятельного и мирного нового мира, осуществления настоящей международной справедливости.
КНДР будет сдерживать военную угрозу и провокацию, произвол и своеволие империалистов и надежно защищать мир и безопасность на Корейском полуострове и на планете путем дальнейшего расширения и развития традиционных отношений дружбы и сотрудничества с независимыми суверенными государствами, включая РФ.

Уже прошел год с тех пор, как инцидент взрыва на «Северных потоках» встряхнул международное сообщество.
Международное сообщество и сегодня прекрасно помнит неразумное поведение США и Запада, которые сразу же после возникновения инцидента разжигали русофобию, безоглядно валяя ответственность за него на Россию.
Однако Германия, Дания и Швеция, которые проводят расследование инцидента, до сих пор не представляют никакого результата, а политики США и Запада, которые гвалтом кричали о «версии о деле рук России», не упоминают об инциденте. Этот факт поднимает многие вопросы о закулисной стороне инцидента.
За прошедший год авторитетные СМИ и эксперты мира на основе данных в полной мере доказали, что Россия не имеет никакого отношения с инцидентом взрыва на «Северных потоках».
С другой стороны, опубликованы одно за другим неопровержимые свидетельства, указывающие на США и Запад как на стоящие за этим инцидентом силы, что подняло большую международную шумиху. В их числе – утверждение о том, что вышеупомянутый инцидент был спецоперацией, проведенной водолазами ВМС США по распоряжению Байдена, и материалы о том, что США и часть европейских стран за 3 месяца до возникновения инцидента уже были в курсе плана властей Зеленского по взрыву газопроводов.
В результате того, «версия о деле рук России», которая заполнила страницы СМИ Запада, с течением времени теряла силу, а, наоборот, более строгим становился взор международного сообщества на антироссийские силы, в том числе США и марионеточные власти Зеленского.
В такой обстановке США и Запад упорно отказались от справедливого требования России привлекать заинтересованное государство – Россию к расследованию инцидента и проводить международное совместное расследование под началом ООН, даже не сообщив России о результатах прошедшего доныне расследования.
Это является всего лишь глупой уловкой для скрытия следов своих преступлений, оставленных в инциденте взрыва газопроводов.
Нынешнее обстоятельство только еще раз в полной мере разоблачает циничность политики двойных стандартов и гнусное нутро США и Запада, которые, при любой возможности болтая о «справедливости» и «объективности», вдаются в черную пропаганду, нацеленную на демонизацию самостоятельных стран.
Международное сообщество, любящее справедливость и истину, должно присоединить свой голос к справедливому и надлежащему требованию России и ни в коем случае нельзя допускать лишенные правовых оснований догматизм и деспотизм США и Запада.

我把美国等敌对势力拿我们国家堂堂正正的主权行使说成“挑衅”和“威胁”的不法无道的行径定为对朝鲜民主主义人民共和国自主权的正面挑战、对主权国家内政的露骨干涉行为，并对此予以强烈谴责。
联合国安理会就美国及其仆从势力把朝鲜民主主义人民共和国“政权终结”宣布为国策并不断肆行破坏朝鲜半岛地区和平与稳定的军事挑衅活动彻底掉头不顾，却只拿我国合法的主权权利行使当做问题，这是极端的双重标准。
联合国安理会把主权国家立法活动、合法的宇宙使用和正常对外关系发展当做问题的很不正常行径如实地证明，敌对势力的联合国“决议履行”主张从本质上意味着朝鲜民主主义人民共和国彻底的放弃国权这一点。
把共和国作为负责任的拥核国的法律地位在最高水平上加以固定，是在加强朝鲜民主主义人民共和国国家防卫力量和增强国威的历史过程中的必然结果。
拥核国地位的宪法化不是单纯地修改和补充国家最高法典条款的修宪工作。其重大意义在于保证朝鲜民主主义人民共和国繁荣富强的万年大计，准备维护核主权的强有力的法律宝剑。
核在保障我们国家安全方面的地位和作用，正确反映着来自外部的敌对威胁和现在与未来的世界地缘政治实力格局的变迁。
半个多世纪之久的美国及其仆从势力持续不断的反朝核威胁触发朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的拥核，一直成为推动核武力强化不断进展过程的决定性因素、前提符。这是谁也不可否认的铁的事实。
因为美国早在我们拥核之数十年前就把朝鲜半岛地区核化，不断加大对朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的核威胁，所以我们也不得不拥核。这就是无法湮灭也不能修改的历史。

９月２４日发生了一起对古巴驻美国大使馆的严重恐怖袭击案。

这一案件的根底里有美国内反古巴势力把颠覆古巴的社会主义制度定为最终目标，明里暗里企图抹黑古巴的对外形象的阴险居心。

“北溪”天然气管道爆炸事件给国际社会以巨大冲击后已过了１年。
爆炸事件发生当时，美国和西方不问青红皂白把责任转嫁给俄方，鼓吹反俄敌对感，表现出非理智的姿态，国际社会对此依然记忆犹新。
但至今，参加事件调查的德国、丹麦和瑞典尚未拿出任何结果，大肆宣扬“俄罗斯所作论”的美国和西方政客也回避提及该事件，这一事实令人产生有关事件背后的许多疑点。
过去一年里，世界有权威的媒体和专家早已拿充分资料证明，俄罗斯与“北溪”管道爆炸事件毫无相关。
另一方面，从上述事件是按照拜登的指示美海军潜水员进行的特殊作战的主张到美国和欧洲一些国家早已三个月前掌握泽连斯基当局的天然气管道炸毁计划的资料等，令人指定美国和西方为事件背后的不可辩驳的证据陆续曝光，致使国际社会一片哗然。
结果，曾占西方媒体大部分篇幅的“俄罗斯所作论”日益泄气，反而国际社会严厉注视美国和泽连斯基傀儡集团等反俄势力的目光日趋犀利。
