Le SNU (Service National Universel), mis en place en 2019 par le gouvernement Macron, ne sera finalement « généralisé » qu’à partir du mois de mars, et non en janvier comme prévu.
Le dispositif fait les frais d’une contestation grandissante au sein de la jeunesse de France qui se mobilise de plus en plus contre la contre-réforme des retraites. Tout porte à croire que les macronards ne souhaitent en aucun cas cristalliser la colère de la jeunesse autour du SNU qu’on leur impose.
Et pour cause, comme nous le dénonçons depuis le départ, le SNU n’a rien à voir ni avec un service militaire « classique » ni même avec l’utopique service de citoyenneté dont il a été soi-disant question. Sous couvert d’engagement, c’est un véritable encadrement idéologique de la jeunesse qui va se généraliser et qui n’aura d’autres buts que de vendre les mérites de la « construction européenne » et de son fonctionnement ainsi que l’engagement de la France dans l’OTAN et l’importance de cette dernière dans la politique de défense européenne face aux adversaires (voire ennemis) stratégiques que sont la Fédération de Russie et la République Populaire de Chine.
En somme, alors que la contestation monte et que le recul de l’âge légal de départ à la retraite – impulsé partout par l’UE dans le cadre des accords de Barcelone signés en 2002 (qui prévoient de porter en moyenne cet âge à… 67 ans) -, est contesté massivement dans les entreprises, les usines et la rue, Macron, le CAC40 et le MEDEF préfèrent éviter que l’ensemble des fils se touchent et que se réunissent toutes ensemble et en même temps, comme y œuvre le PRCF et la JRCF, les revendications pour sauver les retraites, les salaires et la paix, sous un seul mot d’ordre : « DE L’ARGENT POUR LES RETRAITES ET LES SALAIRES, PAS POUR LA GUERRE ! »
Si les militants communistes et véritables patriotes antifascistes et anticapitalistes que nous sommes ne sont pas hostiles à l’instauration, le jour venu, d’un « service » destiné à mobiliser la jeunesse et le peuple autour de la nation et tourné contre la dictature du capital et contre l’euro-mondialisation capitaliste, nous ne saurions néanmoins apporter le moindre soutien à ceténième encadrement de la jeunesse qui s’inscrit dans la fascisation globale du pays et de la grande bourgeoisie qui le domine et qui est tout autant fauteuse d’euro-destruction sociale que de guerres potentiellement mondiales et exterminatrices.
Jeunes travailleurs de France, ouvriers, salariés, apprentis, lycéens, étudiants et privés d’emploi, mobilisez-vous avec la JRCF pour dénoncer et combattre la généralisation du SNU et l’encadrement totalement anti-patriotique et anti-populaire qu’il s’apprête à imposer à nos jeunes concitoyens !

The SNU (Universal National Service), set up in 2019 by the Macron government, will finally only be “generalized” from March, and not in January as planned.
The system is at the expense of a growing protest among the youth of France who are increasingly mobilizing against the counter-reform of pensions. Everything suggests that the macronards do not wish under any circumstances to crystallize the anger of youth around the SNU that is imposed on them.
And for good reason, as we have denounced since the beginning, the SNU has nothing to do with “classic” military service or even with the utopian citizenship service that has supposedly been discussed. Under the guise of commitment, it is a real ideological framework of youth that will become widespread and that will have no other purpose than to sell the merits of “European construction” and its functioning as well as France’s commitment to NATO and its importance in European defence policy in the face of strategic opponents (or even enemies) that are the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
In short, while the dispute is rising and the increase in the legal retirement age – driven everywhere by the EU within the framework of the Barcelona agreements signed in 2002 (which plan to increase this age on average to… 67 years) – is massively contested in companies, factories and the street, Macron, the CAC40 and the MEDEF prefer to avoid all the sons touching and all meeting together and at the same time, as the PRCF and the JRCF work, the demands to save pensions, wages and peace, under a single watchword: “MONEY FOR PENSIONS AND WAGES, NOT FOR WAR! ”
If the communist militants and true anti-fascist and anti-capitalist patriots that we are are not hostile to the establishment, when the day comes, of a “service” intended to mobilize youth and the people around the nation and turned against the dictatorship of capital and against capitalist Euro-globalization, we cannot nevertheless give the slightest support to this umpteenth youth framework that is part of the global fascisization of the country and the great bourgeoisie that dominates it and which is as much a perpetrator of social euro-destruction as potentially global and exterminating wars.
Young workers in France, workers, employees, apprentices, high school students, students and jobless people, mobilize with the JRCF to denounce and fight the generalization of the SNU and the totally anti-patriotic and anti-popular framework it is about to impose on our young fellow citizens!
