Expansion of U.S.-led War Drills for Aggression Is Trigger for Driving Situation on Korean Peninsula to Point of Explosion
Choe Ju Hyon, an international security analyst, released the following article titled “Expansion of the U.S.-led war drills of aggression is a trigger for driving the situation on the Korean peninsula to the point of explosion” on April 6:
The reckless military confrontational hysteria of the U.S. and its followers against the DPRK is driving the situation on the Korean peninsula to an irreversible catastrophe.
The U.S. kicked off different largest-ever joint military drills against the DPRK simultaneously despite the latter’s repeated grave warnings, pushing the security situation of the Korean peninsula to the brink of a nuclear war. Against this backdrop, the U.S. staged joint naval drills with Japan and south Korea on April 3 and 4.
The U.S.-led allied forces were busy with an anti-submarine warfare drill and a search and rescue drill in the waters around the Korean peninsula to stoke an atmosphere of confrontation with the DPRK. The U.S. nuclear carrier Nimitz, Aegis destroyers Wayne E. Meyer and Decatur, and warships of Japan and south Korea were involved in the drills.
The hostile forces unhesitatingly make threatening remarks against the DPRK, saying that the drill, which was hosted to improve the allied capabilities for coping with the underwater threat from north Korea, promoted the strengthening of the allied deterrence and security cooperation.
Now the international community unanimously hopes that the dark clouds of a nuclear war hanging over the Korean peninsula will be removed as early as possible and peace and stability brought to the fore.
Nevertheless, the U.S. and its followers have pushed the situation on the Korean peninsula to an extremely critical phase, steadily escalating the intensity and scale of the joint military drills under different codenames, since the outset of this year.
The U.S. has staged more than tens of war drills for aggression, including the longest-ever Freedom Shield joint military exercises and the largest-ever Ssangyong joint landing drills, to attack and occupy the inviolable DPRK since March. By staging the tripartite joint naval drills with Japan involved again, the U.S. has betrayed its disgusting true colors as the chief culprit of escalating tensions on the Korean peninsula and the cancer-like entity threatening regional security and global peace before the very eyes of the world.
More than 200 big and small countries exist on the globe and each country stages military drills according to its right to self-defence. But there is no such military drill as the U.S. and its vassal forces’ anti-DPRK war drills which continue all the year round, day after day and month after month, with the involvement of huge war hardware specifically targeted on a country.
For the U.S.-led joint military drills, hundreds of thousands of allied troops, which are huge enough to fight an all-out war, and core strategic assets termed ultra-modern are deployed around not so large Korean peninsula. Such war rehearsal is an unprecedented one without parallel in the world in terms of its bellicose nature, scale and intensity.
Witnessing such dreary situation prevailing in the Korean peninsula, anyone with common sense and reason can easily notice who the arch criminal escalating tension is and what the malignant factor of bringing the fiery clouds is.
As unanimously recognized by the international community, the U.S. and its vassal forces’ frantic joint military drills have turned the Korean peninsula into a huge powder magazine which can be detonated any moment, and the vicinity of the Korean peninsula into a firing range exclusive to the U.S. imperialist aggressors and a world-class exhibition of strategic weapons.
The military provocations by the U.S.-led warmongers have gone beyond the tolerance limit. This reality awaits more explicit stand and answer of the DPRK’s defence capabilities.
The DPRK’s war deterrence will continue to show its responsibility for and confidence in its crucial mission through offensive action.

Choe Ju Hyon comenta la expansión de ejercicios de guerra por EE.UU.
El comentarista del asunto de seguridad internacional, Choe Ju Hyon, hizo público el día 6 un artículo intitulado “La expansión de los ejercicios de guerra agresiva encabezados por EE.UU. deviene detonador que lleva la situación regional de la Península Coreana a punto de estallar”, que sigue:
La confrontación militar de EE.UU. y sus acólitos con la República Popular Democrática de Corea calienta aun más la situación de la región de Península Coreana.
EE.UU., que a pesar de nuestras reiteradas advertencias severas, vulnera la seguridad regional al ejecutar de manera simultánea y multilateral los ejercicios militares conjuntos anti-RPDC de máxima envergadura sin precedentes, realizó los días 3 y 4 un entrenamiento conjunto marítimo con Japón y el Sur de Corea.
Las fuerzas aliadas acaudilladas por EE.UU. movilizaron el portaaviones nuclear estadounidense Nimitz, los destructores Aegis Wayne E. Meyer y Decatur y otros buques de guerra de Japón y el Sur de Corea para adiestrar la batalla antisubmarina y la búsqueda y socorro en el mar alrededor de la Península Coreana, fomentando así el clima conflictiva anti-RPDC.
Las fuerzas hostiles sueltan, sin vacilación alguna, los disparates amenazantes anti-RPDC, diciendo con respecto a estas maniobras que su objetivo era mejorar la capacidad reaccionaria de los aliados frente a la amenaza submarina del Norte de Corea y que se han promovido el fortalecimiento del disuasivo y la cooperación de seguridad de la alianza.
Ahora, la sociedad internacional desea unánimemente que se implanten la paz y seguridad en la Península Coreana tras eliminarse lo más pronto posible el nubarrón de guerra nuclear.
Sin embargo, EE.UU. y sus fuerzas satélites llevan a la fase extremadamente peligrosa la situación regional acrecentando la intensidad y envergadura de los ejercicios militares conjuntos de diversas formas desde el inicio del año presente.
En cooperación con el Sur de Corea, EE.UU. libró desde marzo en decenas de ocasiones los entrenamientos de guerra agresiva contra la RPDC, entre otros, “Freedom Shield” y “Sangryong”. Y esta vez, introdujo hasta a Japón en el ejercicio naval tripartita, demostrando así ante todo el mundo su fachada abominable del criminal principal de la exacerbación de tensión de la Península Coreana y el cáncer de la seguridad regional y la paz mundial.
En esta tierra existen más de 200 países grandes y pequeños y cada uno de ellos realizan los ejercicios bélicos según sus derechos autodefensivos. Pero, son el único los ejercicios de guerra anti-RPDC que se desarrollan por EE.UU. y sus satélites durante todo el año apuntando un Estado específico y movilizando enormes equipos militares.
Las maniobras militares conjuntos encabezadas por EE.UU., que se libran en la región de la Península Coreana movilizando cientos mil efectivos aliados, suficientes para una guerra total, y todos los recursos estratégicos nucleares, reconocidos por él mismo como sofisticados, resultan los entrenamiento de guerra agresiva inauditos e incomparables con otros del mundo tanto en su carácter belicoso como en su tamaño e intensidad.
Ante la situación tan tirante creada en la Península Coreana, quienquiera que tuviera conocimientos y juicio sano puede discernir fácilmente quién es el autor del empeoramiento de la situación de la Península Coreana y quién acarrea el nubarrón de guerra.
Como reconoce toda la sociedad internacional, debido a estas maniobras militares conjuntos de EE.UU. y sus aliados, la Península Coreana se va convirtiendo en un polvorín grande que nadie sabe cuándo estallará, y sus contornos en un campo de disparo privado de las tropas agresoras norteamericanas y un lugar de exhibición de armas estratégicas de talla mundial.
La realidad insoslayable espera la posición más evidente de las fuerzas de autodefensa de la RPDC y su respuesta más clara.
El disuasivo de guerra de la RPDC mostrará con las sucesivas acciones ofensivas su responsabilidad y confianza en su misión importante.

Безрассудные военные конфронтационные действия США и их сателлитов против КНДР приводят обстановку в регионе Корейского полуострова к необратимой катастрофе.
США, несмотря на наши неоднократные строгие предупреждения, одновременно и непрерывно форсируют самые масштабные в истории совместные военные учения против Республики и доводят обстановку безопасности на Корейском полуострове до грани ядерной войны. 3 и 4 апреля они провели объединенные военно-морские учения с Японией и Южной Кореей.
Объединенные силы во главе с США, безумно совершая противолодочные учения и учения по поиску и спасению в акватории Корейского полуострова, в которых задействованы американский атомный авианосец «Нимиц», эсминцы с системой Aegis «Wayne E. Meyer» и «Decatur», агрессивные корабли Японии и Южной Кореи, приподняли атмосферу конфронтации против Республики.
Враждебные силы разглагольствуют, что данные учения проводятся для улучшения способности союза к реагированию на подводную угрозу со стороны Северной Кореи и содействовали укреплению сдерживающих сил союза и взаимодействию в области обеспечения безопасности. Даже осмеливаются нести угрожающий вздор нам.
Сейчас международное сообщество единодушно желает скорейшего устранения опасности ядерной войны в регионе Корейского полуострова и сохранения мира, стабильности.
Несмотря на это, США и их сателлиты с начала года, непрерывно повышая интенсивность разнообразных совместных военных учений и увеличивая их масштаб, доводят обстановку на Корейском полуострове до крайне опасной грани.
С марта США и Южная Корея развернули десятки агрессивных военных учений, в том числе самые долгосрочные совместные военные учения «Freedom shield», самые крупномасштабные в истории объединенные десантные учения «Санрён», направленных на нападение и захват нашего священного государства. А на этот раз опять форсируют трехсторонние объединенные военно-морские учения с Японией. Таким образом, они перед лицом мира еще раз сами собой обнаружили свое ненавистное истинное лицо как главного виновника обострения ситуации на Корейском полуострове и раковой опухоли в обеспечении безопасности региона, глобального мира.
На свете существуют более 200 больших и малых стран, каждая из них проводят военные учения по праву на самооборону, но только военные учения США и их сателлитов против Республики являются единственными в мире, которые считают своей целью особо определенное государство и продолжительно проводятся целый год при задействовании огромных военных оснащений.
Именно совместные военные учения во главе с США в регионе небольшого Корейского полуострова, в которых задействованы несколько сот тыс. военнослужащих объединенной армии, способных провести целую войну, и все главные стратегические средства, которые США сами оценивают сверхсовременными, являются беспрецедентными агрессивными военными учениями, несравнимыми со всеми военными учениями в мире по воинственному характеру, масштабу и интенсивности.
Тот, кто имеет элементарные знания и разум, может легко различать, кто является зачинщиком обострения ситуации и что является злокачественным фактором, сгущающий черные тучи, перед такой острой обстановкой на Корейском полуострове.
Как международное сообщество единогласно признает, сегодня из-за безумных совместных военных учений США и их сателлитов Корейский полуостров превращаются в огромный пороховой погреб, чреватый взрывом в любое время, а окружение Корейского полуострова – в специальный полигон агрессивной армии американских империалистов, мировую выставку стратегических вооружений.
Реальность, когда военные провокации фанатиков войны во главе с США выходят за пределы, ждет более ясную позицию и ответ наших оборонных сил.
Наши силы сдерживания войны наступательными действиями будут непрерывно показывать свою ответственность за важную миссию и уверенность в себе.
