The World Anti-imperialist Platform Delegation had a meeting in Naples, Italy on April 6. About 30 people participated in the meeting at a social center located in the city of Naples. Among them were participants from Donbass, Russia.
Marco Coppola, head of the Naples office of CARC (Committees to Support the Resistance for Communism), moderated the meeting and said, “War begins with a crisis. The main battlefields of World War III have been formed. There is one war against Russia and another against Palestine. Italy is closely linked to the United States. US military bases occupy our territory. We must continue to struggle to stop the wars that the imperialists are trying to start”.
The World Anti-imperialist Platform said, “”Martial law on Dec. 3” is part of World War III, which was planned and manipulated by the United States. The moderator mentioned two fronts, and imperialism is trying to cause a war in the East Asia and West Pacific, including “ROK(Republic of Korea)”, and analyzed that “it’s the number of joint military exercises between the US and ROK was 132 in 2003~2022, 128 in 2023, and more than 130 in 2024, which shows ROK President Yoon’s pro-US warmonger and the current situation on the Korean Peninsula in a “low-intensity war””.
And he said, ”NATO is a powerful tool for imperialism to wage war. Disbanding NATO is the biggest struggle to prevent World War III. The World Anti-imperialist Platform organized a powerful struggle in front of the White House ahead of the NATO summit in Washington in July last year. This year, the NATO Summit is scheduled for June in The Hague, Netherlands. Let’s struggle together”.
Lastly, “Immediately after World War II, the world revolutionary situation intensified, and revolutions broke out in DPRK, China, Cuba, and Vietnam. Similarly, imperialism will surely be defeated in World War III, and we must prepare the people’s government for the great upsurge of the world revolution that will come afterward. Let’s struggle to the end”.
In a passionate atmosphere, the audience stood up and sang the International. Finally, they shouted, “A united people will never be defeated!” and ended of the series meetings in Italy.
