American-Style “Democracy” Denounced and Rejected by World People
Recently, an internet homepage of DR Congo carried an article contributed by a Congolese expert on international relations, entitled “Quixotic is the U.S. International Commitment to Democracy”.
The article reads as follows:
“Summit for Democracy” held at the end of March was attended only by those countries following American values. It was a meeting to impose the American-style “democracy” on other countries.
This meeting was convened to prevent the loss of U.S. prestige and to relieve the ever-tense atmosphere of worldwide disillusion with and rejection of the American-style “democracy” since the Cold War, and to help the U.S. maintain the “Number One” position in this world of multi-polarization.
The meeting attacked those countries that do not accept the American-style “democracy”, e.g. Russia and China. This implies a start of a new cold war as it is an extension of the U.S. traditional external policy to realize its wild dream of world hegemony, pursued by the U.S. throughout its history.
All countries and nations have their own national characters, histories and ways of life, peculiar to them. As such, the American-style “democracy” cannot be accepted everywhere.
The U.S. commitment to world democracy is quixotic, and it is only to ensure the realization of the U.S. ambition for world hegemony and the interests of the capitalists.
Those countries and regions with the U.S.-imposed American “democracy” are plunged in utter chaos such as slaughter, fratricidal wars and socio-economic disorders, a far deviation from democracy. Now the world woke up to the fact that cooperation with the U.S. implies going to hell.
Take DR Congo for example. The country has suffered tremendous loss owing to the U.S. interference. The U.S. accepted independence of the DR Congo before anyone else, for the purpose of legitimately plundering rich natural resources from the country.
As a matter of fact, a great number of Congolese were taken to the U.S. and a large amount of resources were plundered by the U.S.
After the independence of the DR Congo, the U.S., under its policy to take hold of the country, assassinated Lumumba and attempted to plunder more of the country’s rich natural resources.
As the Congolese people began to realize that they are the owners of the country’s natural resources, the U.S. pressed the government of DR Congo to turn over the eastern part to Rwandan refugees and incited Rwanda and Uganda to constantly make the situation in the eastern part unstable.
It is the U.S. and the Western intervention that has made the situation in the eastern part of DR Congo so unstable. As a result, DR Congo is living in an eternal hell. These are the behaviors of the U.S. who insists on establishing American “values on democracy” in the world.
The above is an absolutely fair assessment of the “democracy” advocated by the U.S.
The U.S. seeks ideological confrontation between camps on a worldwide scale posing as the “judge of democracy”. But such maneuvers of the U.S. will never escape denunciation and rejection of the world.

La “democracia” norteamericana que es condenada y rechazada por todo el mundo
Recientemente, una página web del Congo Democrático publicó un artículo escrito por un especialista de relaciones internacionales de este país titulado “Las promesas internacionales de EE.UU. por la democracia son las del estilo de Don Quijote”.
El contenido principal del artículo es como sigue.
“La Cumbre Mundial para la Democracia” realizada a finales de marzo es justamente una reunión para imponer la ‘democracia’ norteamericana, la cual fue realizada por los Estados seguidores que siguen la concepción de valores de EE.UU.
Esta reunión es una reunión para detener la caída del prestigio de EE.UU. y la elevación de la atmósfera de desilusión y rechazo global sobre la “democracia” norteamericana que empezaron después del fin de la Guerra Fría, y mantener la posición de ‘número uno’ en este mundo que se va convirtiendo en un mundo multipolar.
El ataque dirigido en la reunión contra los países que no aceptan la “democracia” norteamericana como Rusia y China constituye una extensión de la tradicional política exterior de EE.UU. que pretende realizar la ambición de dominación global, por la cual ha abogado históricamente EE.UU. y significa el comienzo de una nueva Guerra Fría.
Todos los países y naciones tienen sus particulares características nacionales, historias y modos de vida, así que es inaceptable la “democracia” norteamericana para ellos.
Las promesas hechas por EE.UU. por el establecimiento de la democracia en el mundo son las del estilo de Don Quijote y esto solo sirve para asegurar la dominación mundial de EE.UU. y los intereses de los capitalistas.
En los países y regiones, a los cuales EE.UU. impuso su “modo democrático”, no fue establecida la democracia, sino que fueron acarreados grandes caos como genocidios y la destrucción del orden socioeconómico, y el mundo comenzó a percatarse de que la cooperación con EE.UU. es un acto de caída al infierno.
Si contamos solo el ejemplo del Congo Democrático, son inmensos los daños que este país sufrió por la intervención de EE.UU.
El objetivo de EE.UU. que reconoció antes que nadie la independencia del Congo Democrático es saquear legalmente los abundantes recursos naturales de este país.
De hecho, EE.UU. llevó a la fuerza a muchos del Congo Democrático a EE.UU. y saqueó muchos recursos naturales.
Después de la independencia del Congo Democrático, según su política para agarrar a este país, EE.UU. asesinó a Lumumba y maquinó para saquear continuamente los abundantes recursos naturales.

Esta es una evaluación sumamente justa sobre la“democracia”preconizada por EE.UU.
Aunque EE.UU. persigue la confrontación entre los ideales y campos a escala mundial procediendo como “juez de la democracia”, tales maquinaciones no podrán evitar las condenas y rechazos del mundo.

Американская «демократия», подвергающая осуждению и отпору людей мира
Недавно один из интернет-сайтов ДРК поместил статью международного обозревателя этой страны под заголовком «Слово США перед миром за демократию – донкихотское».
Ниже следует главное содержание статьи.
«Саммит за демократию», прошедший в конце марта, – это заседание, нацеленное на диктование американской «демократии», где приняли участие только одни сателлиты, которые разделяют ценности США.
Цель этого саммита заключается в том, чтобы остановить упадок престижа США после завершения холодной войны и усиление международной тенденции к разочарованию и исключению в отношении американской «демократии» и сохранить лидерство в мире, который превращается в многополярный.
Нападки в саммите на те страны, не принимающие американскую «демократию», включая Россию и Китай, являются продолжением традиционной американской внешней политики осуществить амбицию о мировой гегемонии, на которой исторически настаивали США. И все это означает начало новой холодной войны.
Все страны и нации имеют свою характерную национальность, историю и образ жизни, и поэтому американская «демократия» не может срабатывать.
Слово США за установление мировой демократии – донкихотское, и оно служит только мировой гегемонии Америки и обеспечению интересов капиталистов.

Цель признания США самыми первыми независимости ДРК заключалась в том, чтобы легально грабить богатые природные ресурсы этой страны
В самом деле США завербовали много конголезцев и ограбили ресурсы в большом количестве.
После приобретения ДРК независимости, США в соответствии с политикой подчинения этой страны к себе убили Лумумбу и прибегнули к дальнейшему грабежу богатых природных ресурсов.
Как только жители ДРК начали осознавать, что хозяевами ресурсов страны являются они сами, США оказали давление правительству, чтобы отдали восточную территорию беженцам из Руанды и подстрекали Руанду и Уганду к конфронтации, что привело к продолжительной нестабильной ситуации в восточном регионе.
Причина столь нестабильной ситуации в восточном регионе ДРК заключается в том, что именно США и Запад глубоко вмешаны, в результате чего ДРК находится в безграничном аду.
Это и есть поведение США, которые утверждают, что будут устанавливать «демократические ценности» американского образца.
Вышеизложенное содержание статьи – весьма естественная оценка «демократии», о которой провозглашают США.
Хотя США, выдавая себя за «судью демократии», преследуют противоборство между идеалами и лагерями в мировом масштабе, подобные происки не избегут осуждения и отпора людей мира.

美国式“民主”遭世人谴责和反对
前不久，刚果（金）国际关系专家在一家网站上发表题为“美国就民主对国际许下堂吉诃德式承诺”的文章。
主要内容如下：
3月底进行“领导人民主峰会”，参加会议的恰恰都是那些随从美国价值观的仆从国，这是美国单方面灌输美式“民主”的会议。
该会议的目的是，恢复冷战后失去的美国威信，阻止国际社会对美式“民主”的厌恶和排斥情绪继续蔓延，在日趋多极化的世界里维持“霸主”地位。
会议上还攻击了俄罗斯和中国等不接受美式“民主”的国家。这是一向主张世界霸凌野心的美国传统对外政策的延续，意味着新冷战的开始。
各国和各民族都拥有自己固有的民族性和历史以及生活方式，所以美式“民主”对他国不可能行得通。
美国就建立世界民主许下的堂吉诃德式承诺，为的只是要实现称霸世界、维护资本家的利益。
在被迫接受美式“民主方式”的那些国家发生杀戮、同族互相残杀、社会经济秩序遭破坏等混乱。世界已开始认识到与美国合作是自投罗网。
仅看刚果（金）的例子，因美国的介入该国受到的损失巨大。
美国第一时间承认刚果（金）的独立，其居心在于想要合法掠夺该国丰富的自然资源。
实际上美国强制逮捕许多刚果（金）居民到美国，并掠夺了许多资源。
刚果（金）宣布独立后，美国根据该国的政策，暗杀了卢蒙巴，一直策划掠夺丰富的自然资源。
当刚果（金）人民开始有了国家自然资源是属于自己的认知时，美国强迫该国政府把东部地区让给卢旺达难民，还煽动卢旺达和乌干达加剧东部地区不安局势。
美西方的深度干涉，导致刚果（金）东部地区局势如此不安，更使刚果（金）陷入深渊泥潭之中。
这就是主张在全世界树立美式“民主价值观”的美国所作所为。
对美国所提倡的“民主”做出的这一评价及其在理。
美国自诩“民主判官”，在国际上鼓吹理念团结、阵营对抗，然而，此举必遭世人的谴责和反对。（完）
