BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA LEGISLATIVE POWER (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY) – STATEMENT
The National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela denounces the new attempts by U.S. imperialism to repeat old formulas of crude interference and futile threats aimed at destabilizing the peace, tranquility, and consolidation of prosperity of the entire Venezuelan homeland.
We reject the absurd and desperate actions announced by the U.S. Department of Justice—actions that are clearly illegal and have no real basis whatsoever beyond the delusional attempt at aggression against the constitutional President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and against our rebellious and brave people. These operations seek nothing other than to once again encourage extremist groups in the country and the region to return to violence—a violence that has been completely defeated by our government and our people.
Today, Venezuela is the safest country and the one with the highest economic growth in the continent. Perhaps what these heralds of the outdated empire cannot forgive is our unwavering defense of sovereignty, independence, and peace for all. It is precisely President Nicolás Maduro who is the guarantor of that peace, the protector of the solid democracy that shelters us, and the leader who, with a firm hand, upholds the rule of law and justice as established by our National Constitution.
This legitimately elected and plural Parliament stands behind the constitutional President and expresses our absolute conviction to accompany him in defending our sacred homeland. In 25 years of Revolution, we have resisted and advanced despite constant imperialist aggressions. They have not—and will not—succeed, whether through crude sanctions, criminal blockades, or senseless threats, in bending the noble path chosen by the Venezuelan people in the free elections of July 28, 2024 (electing Nicolás Maduro as President), May 25, 2025 (electing state governors and the national Parliament), and July 27, 2025 (electing mayors and municipal councilors freely and transparently).
To those who promote hatred and chaos, we say clearly: Venezuela will not surrender. Through the civic–military–police unity, we will defend our independence and the path toward the prosperous, just, and equitable country we will bequeath to future generations. We demand respect for the people of Bolívar, for our Constitution, and for the will of millions of Venezuelans. They will not return.
We will prevail!

COMUNICADO
La Asamblea Nacional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela denuncia los nuevos intentos del imperialismo estadounidense por repetir viejas fórmulas de injerencia grosera y amenazas inútiles para desestabilizar la paz, la tranquilidad y la consolidación de la prosperidad de toda la patria venezolana.
Rechazamos las absurdas y desesperadas acciones anunciadas por la Fiscalía de EE.UU, a todas luces ilegales y sin ningún tipo de asidero real más allá del intento de agresión delirante contra el presidente constitucional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro Moros, y contra nuestro pueblo rebelde y valiente; estas operaciones no buscan otro propósito que nuevamente alentar a los grupos extremistas en el país y la región para que retomen la violencia, que ha sido derrotada en toda la línea por nuestro gobierno y pueblo.
Venezuela es hoy por hoy el país más seguro y con la economía que más ha crecido en el continente. Quizás, lo que no perdonan estos heraldos del trasnochado imperio ha sido nuestra indeclinable defensa de la soberanía, la independencia y la paz para todas y todos. Es precisamente el presidente Nicolás Maduro el garante de esa paz, protector de la sólida democracia que nos ampara, y líder que conduce con mano firme el Estado de derecho y de justicia en los términos que establece nuestra Constitución Nacional.
Este Parlamento, legitimamente electo y plural, respalda al presidente constitucional y le expresa nuestra convicción absoluta de acompañarlo en la defensa de nuestra Patria sagrada. En 25 años de Revolución hemos resistido y avanzado por encima de las constantes agresiones imperialistas. No han logrado, ni lograrán, con sanciones groseras ni con bloqueos criminales, y mucho menos con amenazas insensatas, torcer el noble rumbo que el pueblo venezolano se otorgó en libérrimos comicios el 28 de julio de 2024, en que eligió presidente de la República a Nicolás Maduro; el 25 de Mayo de 2025, en que se eligieron gobernadores de estado y Parlamento nacional; y el 27 de julio de 2025, en que escogimos de forma libre y transparente a alcaldes, alcaldesas y concejales en los municipios.
A los que promueven el odio y el caos, les decimos claro: Venezuela no se rinde. Con la unidad cívico-militar-policial defenderemos nuestra independencia y el camino hacia el país próspero, justo y equitativo que legaremos a las próximas generaciones. Exigimos respeto al pueblo de Bolívar, a nuestra Constitución y a la voluntad de millones de venezolanas y venezolanos. No volverán.
