PDP to Hold Its 2nd Party Representatives’ Conference — Discussion on “Present Situation and Tasks of Our Party” and the Defense Brigade
The People’s Democracy Party (PDP) of South Korea announced that it will hold its 2nd Party Representatives’ Conference in Seoul on November 23.
At this conference, the Party will deliberate on two key agenda items: “The Present Situation and the Tasks of Our Party” and the organization of the Defense Brigade.
Under the theme of “The Present Situation and the Tasks of Our Party,” the PDP will discuss its subjective and revolutionary policy direction and make strategic decisions in response to the extremely dangerous global situation in which wars are breaking out across the world due to imperialist forces.
In particular, concerning the grave situation in which U.S. imperialism has publicly declared its intent to militarily invade the government of the PSUV—closely allied with the PDP—and the Maduro administration carrying forward the Bolivarian Revolution in Venezuela, the PDP will engage in practical discussions and make organizational resolutions on how to strengthen solidarity and struggle together with progressive and anti-imperialist parties around the world.
The PDP places great importance on the historical, strategic, and practical significance of organizing national Defense Brigades, a topic that was intensively discussed at the International Anti-Imperialist Conference of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform held in Caracas, Venezuela, on October 21–22.
The Defense Brigade organized by the PDP will be named “21st Century Che Guevara.”
On November 15, progressive workers and youth-student activists will hold Workers’ and Youth-Student Resolution Meetings in Seoul, where they will formally declare their participation in “21st Century Che Guevara.”
In addition, throughout November, the PDP—together with the Venezuelan Ambassador in Seoul—will conduct a nationwide speaking tour to promote the truth about Venezuela and to organize “21st Century Che Guevara” brigades across the country.
Upholding the banner of anti-imperialism and internationalism, the PDP remains unwavering in its revolutionary stance—to struggle without compromise and to hasten the final victory.
El PDP celebrará su 2º Conferencia de Representantes del Partido — Debate sobre “La situación actual y las tareas de nuestro partido” y la Brigada de Defensa
El Partido de la Democracia Popular (PDP) de Corea del Sur anunció que celebrará su 2º Conferencia de Representantes del Partido en Seúl el 23 de noviembre.
En este Conferencia, el Partido deliberará sobre dos puntos clave de la agenda: “La situación actual y las tareas de nuestro partido” y la organización de la Brigada de Defensa.
Bajo el tema “La situación actual y las tareas de nuestro partido”, el PDP discutirá su orientación política subjetiva y revolucionaria y tomará decisiones estratégicas frente a la extremadamente peligrosa situación mundial en la que estallan guerras en diversas partes del planeta debido a las fuerzas imperialistas.
En particular, ante la grave situación en la que el imperialismo estadounidense ha declarado públicamente su intención de invadir militarmente al gobierno del PSUV—estrechamente aliado con el PDP—y al gobierno de Maduro que lleva adelante la Revolución Bolivariana en Venezuela, el PDP llevará a cabo debates prácticos y adoptará resoluciones organizativas sobre cómo fortalecer la solidaridad y la lucha junto con los partidos progresistas y antiimperialistas del mundo entero.
El PDP otorga gran importancia al significado histórico, estratégico y práctico de la organización de Brigadas de Defensa nacionales, tema que fue discutido intensamente en la Conferencia Internacional Antiimperialista de la Plataforma Mundial Antiimperialista, celebrada en Caracas, Venezuela, los días 21 y 22 de octubre.
La Brigada de Defensa organizada por el PDP llevará el nombre de “Che Guevara del Siglo XXI”.
El 15 de noviembre, trabajadores progresistas y activistas juveniles-estudiantiles celebrarán en Seúl reuniones de resolución en las que declararán formalmente su participación en “Che Guevara del Siglo XXI”.
Además, durante todo el mes de noviembre, el PDP—junto con el Embajador de Venezuela en Seúl—realizará una gira nacional de conferencias para difundir la verdad sobre Venezuela y organizar brigadas de “Che Guevara del Siglo XXI” en todo el país.
Bajo la bandera del antiimperialismo y el internacionalismo, el PDP mantiene inquebrantable su posición revolucionaria: luchar sin concesiones y avanzar hacia la victoria final.
