Truth of Dangerous Trip for Nuclear War Disclosed: KCNA Commentary
Recently, Yoon Suk Yeol, the puppet traitor, traveled across the Atlantic to the U.S.
This trip, aimed to draw up a sinister plan between the master and the stooge to annihilate the DPRK, is the most hostile, aggressive and provocative, dangerous trip for a nuclear war.
The U.S. and the south Korean puppets regarded the proposal for raising the practicality of the U.S. “extended deterrence” as the main topic for discussion at the so-called “summit talks” and plotted the issue of strengthening conspiracy against the DPRK. Then, they fabricated and announced “Washington Declaration” and a “joint statement”.
The “Washington Declaration” on raising the practicality of the “extended deterrence” provided by the U.S. is a typical product of the heinous hostile policy towards the DPRK.
A scrutiny into the two main contents being the essential part of the “Washington Declaration” clearly reveals the cunning scheme of the U.S.
With such contents as the establishment of a “Nuclear Consultative Group” to allow the south Korean puppets to take an active part in consultations on “nuclear weapons employment” and the strengthening of “extended deterrence” through extending the deployment of U.S. strategic assets to the Korean Peninsula including a strategic nuclear submarine and improving combined military exercises and simulation training, anyone can know well that they are making a nuclear war against the DPRK a fait accompli.
Until now, confidential and many other talks have been held between the U.S. and the puppets and every time they took place, documents filled with bellicose phrases have been published. But, there is no precedent that they designated the DPRK as a target for a nuclear attack publicly to the world and nakedly stated regular and sustained deployment of strategic nuclear assets to the Korean Peninsula, like this time.
The “joint statement”, too, is absolutely identical with a dangerous nuclear war plot putting up the signboard of security, as it documents the Strategic Cybersecurity Cooperation Framework between the U.S. and the puppets and confirms the “strengthened trilateral cooperation” among the U.S., the south Korean puppets and Japan and their real-time sharing of information on the DPRK and the regular military drills for more effectively “deterring and responding” to “nuclear and missile threats” of the DPRK.
Through this, the U.S. and the south Korean puppets made their scheme for invasion against the DPRK more clear.
So far, the U.S. has staged large-scale combined military exercises and all sorts of war drills against the DPRK together with its vassal forces, introducing diverse strategic assets and colossal numbers of aggression forces into the Korean Peninsula and its vicinities.
This time, it stipulated that it deploys strategic nuclear bombers, nuclear carrier task forces and even strategic nuclear submarines near the territorial waters of the DPRK and makes it public, talking about further enhancing “regular visibility”, which means regular and sustained deployment and active disclosure of nuclear strategic assets. This is a situation that can never be overlooked.
What is more serious is that U.S. president Biden dared to make frantic and reckless remarks about “the end of regime” towards the DPRK while becoming vociferous about a “swift, overwhelming and decisive response” at a press conference after the talks.
The above-said utterance made under the very eyes of the world to destroy a sovereign state is a savage act that can be done only by the U.S., a hooligan state of a rare kind and an empire of evil.
By doing so, the U.S. revealed by itself the falsity and impudence of the gibberish about “dialogue” that it has “no hostile intents” to the DPRK, and its inveterate hostility towards the DPRK that has reached its marrow.
The unstable military and political situation on the Korean Peninsula created by ceaseless war drills and regular and sustained deployment of U.S. strategic assets from the outset of this year has reached a more dangerous phase due to the recent “declaration”, “statement” and reckless remarks.
As shown by the very hostile rhetorical expressions and evident actions of the U.S. and the puppets, they, in the future, too, are scheming to persist in nuclear war moves against the DPRK under the pretext of “providing extended deterrence” and “strengthened alliance”. Under such situation, it is quite natural for the DPRK to bolster up its military deterrence corresponding to the grave security environment of the present and the future.
The traitor Yoon’s visit to the U.S. made it possible to reconfirm the hostile intention of the U.S. and the puppets which can never be changed but has become more reckless. This shows that the DPRK should neither hesitate nor stop for even a little and even a moment to become stronger and more thoroughly prepared.
We cannot but talk about the shameful and disgusting behavior of the puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol who made during his cowardly visit to the U.S.
The traitor made such foolish acts of subordinating south Korea’s economy to the U.S., impudently interfering in the acute issues of Taiwan and Ukraine which are related to the core interests of neighboring countries and getting frantic in the efforts to build the triangular military alliance while letting loose reckless remarks that there is no need to examine the past of Japan. All these facts clearly show the slavish nature of a servant who seeks to curry favor with his master at any cost.
The true colors of the top-class traitor obsessed with confrontation with fellow countrymen have been fully revealed.
The traitor let loose a string of rhetoric that “the united determination with the U.S.” is important to contain the DPRK, “he has full confidence in U.S. extended deterrence commitments” and “he will decisively respond to the threat from the north on the basis of stronger combined defence posture”, sparking off the resentment of not only the people of the DPRK but all the fellow countrymen.
The puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol’s treacherous and submissive acts to the U.S. are turning south Korea into a U.S. arsenal and advanced base for a nuclear war and hurting the security and interests of not only the Korean Peninsula but also the region.
The dangerous nuclear war moves of the U.S. and the puppet group running amuck in stifling the DPRK while denying its existence can never be pardoned, and they will have to pay dearly for their rash acts.

El traidor títere surcoreano Yoon Suk Yeol realizó hace poco una visita a EE.UU. más allá del océano.
Esta visita peligrosa en busca de guerra nuclear cobra el carácter más hostil, agresivo y provocativo porque ese lacayo y su amo tramaron cara a cara un complot para exterminar a la República Popular Democrática de Corea.
Al cabo de discutir el tema de fortalecer el contubernio anti-RPDC tomando como agenda principal de la llamada “cumbre” el proyecto de mejoramiento de la capacidad ejecutiva del “disuasivo ampliado” de EE.UU., éste y los títeres surcoreanos fabricaron y publicaron como resultado la “Declaración de Washington” y la “Declaración Conjunta”.
La primera referente al incremento de la capacidad ejecutiva del “disuasivo ampliado” que ofrece EE.UU. es un producto coherente de la infame política hostil anti-RPDC.
A ver sólo dos artículos principales que constituyen la esencia de ese documento, se expresa evidentemente el siniestro intento de EE.UU.
Cualquier persona se dará cuenta de que la guerra nuclear anti-RPDC es un hecho a consumar para ellos, si se fija en esto: la fundación del “grupo consultivo nuclear” para la participación activa de los títeres surcoreanos en las negociaciones sobre la “operación de fuerzas armadas nucleares” y el fortalecimiento del “disuasivo ampliado” mediante la escalada de despliegue de las propiedades estratégicas de EE.UU., inclusive el submarino nuclear, en la Península Coreana y de los ejercicios militares conjuntos y simulacros.
Hasta ahora se realizaron entre EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos incontables conversaciones y diálogos a puertas cerradas que terminaron cada vez adoptando los documentos con frases belicosas. Pero nunca hubo el antecedente del presente caso en que definieron públicamente a la RPDC como blanco de ataque nuclear y estipularon abiertamente el emplazamiento periódico y sostenido de las propiedades estratégicas nucleares en la Península Coreana.
La segunda declaración es también una peligrosa conspiración de guerra nuclear, camuflada con el cartel de seguridad, porque formalizó en documento el plan de cooperación para la seguridad cibernética estratégica entre EE.UU. y el Sur de Corea y confirmó la “ampliación de la cooperación tripartita” entre éstos más Japón, el compartimiento en tiempo real de las informaciones sobre la RPDC y la realización periódica de los ejercicios militares para “disuadir y enfrentarse” con mayor eficiencia a la “amenaza nuclear y de misil” proveniente de ella.
Así EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos expusieron con más claridad su intento de agredir a la RPDC.
Hasta la fecha, EE.UU. vino desplegando con sus seguidores los ejercicios militares conjuntos de gran dimensión y las maniobras de guerra anti-RPDC de distintos tipos introduciendo en la Península Coreana y su contorno las propiedades estratégicas y colosales fuerzas agresoras.
Hablando de fomentar la “visibilidad regular” que significa el despliegue periódico y sostenido de las propiedades estratégicas nucleares y su publicación activa, EE.UU. estipuló en documento dar a la publicidad la introducción de bombardero, flotilla de portaaviones y hasta del submarino, todos de propulsión nuclear, en las cercanías de las aguas jurisdiccionales de la RPDC.
No se puede estar con brazos cruzados ante tal suceso.
Lo más grave del caso es que en una rueda de prensa concedida después de la conversación, el presidente norteamericano Biden se atrevió a decir el disparate demencial sobre “el fin del régimen” de la RPDC abogando por la “respuesta inmediata, aplastante y decisiva”.
EE.UU., Estado gángster sin par e imperio del mal, es el único que puede cometer el acto bárbaro de pronunciar a la vista de todo el mundo el disparate de exterminar a un Estado soberano sin ocultar ni un comino su criminal ambición de atropellar.
De esa manera, demostró por sí solo su hostilidad crónica anti-RPDC junto con lo fraudulento y cínico de su canto de gallina sobre el “diálogo” que repetía a menudo diciendo “no tener ninguna intención hostil” sobre la RPDC.
La inestable situación política y militar de la Península Coreana, creada por los ejercicios de guerra continuados desde el principio del año y el despliegue periódico y constante de las propiedades estratégicas de EE.UU., llegó a la fase más peligrosa debido a las llamadas “declaraciones” y chismes de esta vez.
Como demuestran bien las expresiones retóricas más hostiles y acciones evidentes de EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos, éstos tratan de recurrir obstinadamente en lo adelante también a las maniobras de guerra nuclear anti-RPDC bajo el rótulo de “ofrecer el disuasivo ampliado” y “fortalecer la alianza”.
En tal circunstancia, es muy natural que nuestro Estado prepare el disuasivo militar correspondiente al preocupante ambiente de seguridad del presente y el futuro.
La visita a EE.UU. del traidor Yoon Suk Yeol hizo reconfirmar la siniestra intención hostil de ellos que no va cambiar nunca y se tornó incluso más temeraria. Asimismo, indica que no debemos vacilar ni un comino, ni detenernos ni un minuto para hacernos más fuertes y preparados.
Hay que referirse también a la conducta del traidor Yoon quien se portó con una bajeza repugnante durante su gira por EE.UU.
La estupidez de hacer más dependiente de EE.UU. la economía surcoreana, la intromisión atrevida en los asuntos delicados de Taiwán y Ucrania, relacionados con los intereses principales de los países vecinos, y el entusiasmo por establecer la alianza militar tripartita disparateando que no hay ya la necesidad de cuestionar más el pasado de Japón, y todo lo demás deja conocer bien el atributo esclavo de ese lacayo que hace todo lo posible para congraciarse con su amo.
Se ha revelado claramente también la naturaleza del traidor de peor calaña que está enloquecido por el enfrentamiento fratricida.
Pusieron indignados a los habitantes de la RPDC y toda la nación sus palabrotas tales como es importante la “voluntad unida con EE.UU.” para disuadir a la RPDC, “creer totalmente la promesa de EE.UU. de ofrecer el disuasivo ampliado” y “hacer frente rotundo a la amenaza del Norte a base de la firme disposición de defensa conjunta”.
El comportamiento antinacional y sumiso a EE.UU. de Yoon convierte el Sur de Corea en el polvorín de guerra nuclear y la base avanzada del imperio y perjudica hasta la seguridad e intereses de la región, además de la Península Coreana.
Lo pagarán sin falta muy caro las nunca perdonables maniobras de guerra nuclear de EE.UU. y la banda títere surcoreana que están obsesionados para atropellar a la RPDC negando la misma existencia de ella.

Данный визит марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра, в ходе которого хозяин и прислужник, сидя лицом к лицу, придумали гнусный замысел уничтожить наше государство, служит самым враждебным и агрессивным провокационным визитом, вояжем для разжигания весьма опасной ядерной войны.
США и южнокорейские марионетки, определив так называемый план для повышения способности к реализации «расширенного сдерживания» как главную повестку «саммита», обсудили вопрос по укреплению сговора против Республики, в результате чего сфабриковали и опубликовали «Вашингтонскую декларацию» и «совместное заявление».
«Вашингтонская декларация» о повышении способности к реализации «расширенного сдерживания», предоставляемого США, является компактным следствием жестокой враждебной политики в отношении КНДР.
Что касается 2 главных содержаний, называемых основным аспектом «Вашингтонской декларации», они во всей наготе обнаруживают коварное намерение США.
Создание «консультативной группы по ядерным вопросам» для активного включения марионеток в обсуждение «применения всех ядерных сил», увеличение частоты появления американских стратегических вооружений, в том числе стратегических атомных подводных лодок, на Корейском полуострове и укрепление «сил расширенного сдерживания» путем активизации совместных военных учений и условных маневров позволяют всем точно понять, что США и марионетки считают ядерную войну против нас уже утвердившимся фактом.
До сих пор прошли многократные переговоры и секретные разговоры между США и марионетками, в которых приняты документы с воинственными фразами, но не было такого случая, как нынешний, когда перед лицом мира определили нас как объект ядерного удара и откровенно вписали регулярное и продолжительное размещение ядерных стратегических вооружений на Корейском полуострове.
И нынешнее «совместное заявление» ничем не отличается от предыдущих, потому что оно является опасным гнусным замыслом войны для задушения нас под вывеской «обеспечения безопасности». В данном заявлении в формулировках зафиксирован план стратегического взаимодействия в сфере кибербезопасности, утверждены «расширение трехстороннего взаимодействия» между США, марионеточной Южной Кореей и Японией, совладение информацией о нас в режиме реального времени и регулярное проведение военных учений для эффективного сдерживания и реагирования на нашу «ядерную и ракетную угрозу».
Через это США и южнокорейские марионетки явно обнаружили свои агрессивные попытки против Республики.
До сих пор США перебросили разные стратегические средства и огромные агрессивные вооруженные силы на Корейский полуостров и окружающую территорию, а также вместе с сателлитами провели крупномасштабные совместные военные учения и всякие военные учения против Республики.
Такие США на этот раз, болтая о повышении «уровня регулярной демонстрации», обозначающем регулярное и продолжительное размещение ядерных стратегических вооружений, их активную демонстрацию, в формулировках зафиксировали в документе, что будут направлять стратегические бомбардировщики, АУГ и даже стратегические атомные подводные лодки вблизи территориальных вод нашей страны, объявлять тот факт, – это отнюдь недопустимая ситуация.
Более серьезным является то, что президент США Байден на брифинге после саммита болтал о «быстром, подавляющем и сокрушительном ответе» и нес даже сумасбродный вздор «конец режима» в отношении нашей Республики.
Байден в фокусе внимания всего мира, грубо болтая об уничтожении одного суверенного государства, совсем не утаил преступных замыслов задушения, – это является злобным поступком, свойственным только главе небывалого гангстерского государства, США – империи зла.
Таким образом, США сами собой обнаружили лживость и наглость болтовни «диалог», о котором они всегда твердят, говоря, что «нет никакого враждебного намерения» в отношении нас, также свою закоренелую враждебность против КНДР.
Нестабильная военно-политическая ситуация на Корейском полуострове, сложившаяся из-за непрерывных военных учений нынешнего года, регулярного и продолжительного размещения американских стратегических средств, попала в весьма опасное положение из-за нынешних так называемых «декларации» и «заявления», безумных вздоров.
Как показывают США и марионетки самыми враждебными риторическими выражениями и явными действиями, они и впредь будут настойчиво цепляться за происки для разжигания ядерной войны против Республики под вывеской «предоставления сил расширенного сдерживания» и «укрепления альянса». В такой ситуации наше государство естественно должно наращивать военные силы сдерживания, соответствующие нынешней и будущей тревожной ситуации с безопасностью.
Визит предателя Юн Сок Ёра в США, позволивший нам повторно подтвердить безрассудное враждебное нутро США и марионеток, которое никогда не будет изменяться, показывает, что мы должны ничуть и ни на минуту не колебаться и остановиться для дальнейшего укрепления и последовательной подготовки.
Нельзя не касаться безобразного поведения марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра, который вел себя отвратительно и подло во время визита в США.
Юн Сок Ёр совершил глупость, что подчинил свою экономику Америке, развязно вмешался в острые вопросы Тайваня и Украины, связанные с основными интересами окружающих государств, и неистово занимался созданием трехстороннего военного союза, неся возмутительные вздоры, что нет необходимости подвести счеты под прошлым Японии. Все это хорошо показывает рабскую покорность прислужника, который старается снискать расположение хозяина.
Во всей наготе обнаружено и нутро первейшего предателя, помешавшегося на противоборстве с соотечественниками.
Юн Сок Ёр злословил, что важна «сплоченная воля с США» для сдерживания нас, что «в полной мере доверяет обязательствам США в сфере расширенного сдерживания», что «решительно ответит на угрозу Севера на основе последовательной совместной оборонной готовности». Такие вздоры вызвали гнев не только нашего народа, но и всех соотечественников.
Антинациональное и низкопоклонническое поведение марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра превращает Южную Корею в пороховой погреб и аванпост ядерной войны США, также нарушает безопасность и интересы не только на Корейском полуострове, но и в регионе.
Опасные происки для разжигания ядерной войны США и марионеточной своры, которые бешенствуют в задушении Республики, отрицая само существование нашего государства, являются ни в коем случае непростительными, за которые обязательно дорого заплатят.

尹锡悦傀儡逆贼对大洋彼岸的美国进行访问，和主子一起头碰头策划了灭绝我们国家的阴谋。尹锡悦的此次访美是最敌对的侵略挑衅之行、极其危险的核战争之行。
美国和南朝鲜傀儡围绕所谓“首脑会谈”主要内容——美国的“延伸威慑”强化落实方案进行密谋，决定合伙加大对朝施压力度，最终发表了《华盛顿宣言》和《联合声明》。
以加强由美国提供的“延伸威慑”为核心的《华盛顿宣言》，是一个集中反映穷凶极恶的对朝敌视政策的产物。
仅拿所谓《华盛顿宣言》两项主要内容为例，美国的阴险居心是可想而知的。
为让傀儡积极参与到有关“核战力运作”协商而成立“核磋商小组”、扩大包括战略核潜艇在内的美国战略资产在朝鲜半岛的部署规模，并增加联合军演和模拟训练次数来加强“延伸威慑”……通过这些可以知道，他们正在试图把反朝核战争打造成即成事实。
迄今，美国和傀儡接触频繁，会谈密谋数不胜数，带有好战性质的文件随之大量出台，但像这次一样把我国公开点名为核攻击对象，正式写入核战略资产在朝鲜半岛的定期持续部署的方案，是史无前例的。
这份《联合声明》明文规定美国和傀儡战略网络安保合作计划；扩大美国、傀儡、日本“三方合作”，实时共享应对我们的信息；确定进一步有效“遏制和应对”朝鲜“核导弹威胁”的军事演习定期化，这也是与打着“安保”幌子的核战争危险阴谋没有两样。
由此，美国和南朝鲜傀儡更加淋漓尽致地暴露出了他们对朝鲜的侵略企图。
迄今为止，美国一直派遣各式各样的战略资产和大批侵略兵力部署到朝鲜半岛及其周边，与仆从势力一起进行了大规模联合军演和形形色色的反朝战争演习。
可这样的美国，此次奢谈增强“例行可视性”，说它意味着核战略资产的定期持续部署和积极的公开，并派遣战略核轰炸机、核航母打击群之后，再派战略核潜艇驶入我领海附近，而且在文件上明文规定且公开其事实，这是决不可袖手旁观的事态。

在全世界目光集中的场合上，对一个主权国家直言不讳，口出狂言非要灭绝不可。由此，犯罪性的扼杀野心表现得淋漓尽致，这是唯有举世罕见的流氓国家、邪恶帝国——美国才能干出来的惨无人道的行径。
美国经常口口声声说对我们“不持任何敌意”，可那套“对话”老调充满虚伪和无耻，深入骨髓的对朝成瘾敌意由此昭然若揭了。
从今年初期起，一而再再而三的战争演习、美国战略资产的定期持续部署导致了朝鲜半岛军事政治形势不稳定状态，就在这样的时候，此次出台的什么《宣言》、《声明》和一些妄言致使它逼近了更加危险的边缘。
正如美国和傀儡用尽最敌对的修辞学言词来做出的明确行动所表明，针对他们继续打出“延伸威慑提供”和“盟友强化”招牌，一门心思搞反朝核战争活动的情况，我们国家不断扩大军事遏制力，应对现在和将来的安全环境关切，是极其理所当然的。
尹锡悦逆贼的访美，让我们重新确认美国和傀儡的可恶敌意永不改变而变得更加不自量力，说明了我们需要变得更强大，毫不动摇地做好万全准备。
必须一提的是，这次，尹锡悦傀儡逆贼到美国乱窜，仰美国鼻息，丑态百出，令人恶心。
做蠢事将其经济沦为受美国奴役的经济、讨论与周边国家核心利益有关的尖锐的台湾问题、妄自尊大的干涉俄乌冲突问题、妄谈无需算日本的旧账并为构建三角军事同盟表现积极……这些所作所为清楚地表明他无论如何也要讨好主子欢心的小跟班的奴性。
为同族对抗冲昏头脑的特等逆贼的“狐狸尾巴”也终于露出来了。
这个逆贼信口开河，声称为了遏制朝鲜，必须坚持“同美国的团结的意志”非常重要、“完全支持美国延伸威慑提供承诺”、“以坚不可摧的联合防御态势为基础坚决应对朝鲜威胁”，激起了我国人民和全世界的满腔愤怒。
