Provocation to Be Surely Made to Pay
Ryu Kyong Chol, a researcher of the Korea-Europe Association, issued the following article “Provocation will be surely made to pay” on August 1:
Some days ago, a formation of fighter planes of the French Air Force staged a joint aerial drill in the region of south Korea with the puppet air force.
This is an irresponsible act of fanning up the acute tensions in the Korean Peninsula and an undisguised military provocation of threatening the security and interests of the DPRK, in support of the U.S. hostile policy towards it.
The U.S. is now operating the “Nuclear Consultative Group”, a nuclear war mechanism, with the south Korean puppets, while pushing ahead with the nuclear war scheme against the DPRK at the practical stage. And it has deployed a super-large strategic nuclear submarine loaded with nuclear warheads enough to reduce a country to ashes, driving the situation of the Korean Peninsula to the brink of a nuclear war.
Just at this time, France dispatched its fighter planes to the Korean Peninsula which is technically at war. It cannot be construed otherwise than an act of regarding the DPRK as an enemy.
Such dispatch to our enemy’s area was made at the time when our people, who paid a dear price to defend their country from the aggression by the U.S. and its allies following it blindly, were celebrating the anniversary of victory in the war. This arouses due indignation of the DPRK people.
If other country’s fighter planes fly to the sky above the Strait of Dover and its vicinity, in league with France’s enemy country, to pose threat to the security of Paris, we wonder how the French people will react to this.
Without taking into consideration the situation of the Korean Peninsula going to the brink of war and the feelings of the DPRK people, France dispatched its fighters to the region of south Korean puppets. The fact goes to prove that France has not yet drawn a lesson from the last Korean War in which it shed insignificant blood for the so-called ally.
This is not the first time France took action against the DPRK.
It is well known to everyone that France criticized every measure of the DPRK for bolstering up its military capability for self-defence to cope with the nuclear threat from the U.S. and persistently got on the nerves of the DPRK by sending warships and patrol planes to the waters of the Korean Peninsula.
France had better stop wasting its energies in the Asia-Pacific region with insufficient national power and set right its home situation of serious disorder due to the social discord.
If it continues to run amuck without discretion in the Korean Peninsula, the biggest hotspot, as now, it will find itself in an undesirable situation.
France should not go berserk with irresponsible remarks and reckless military acts, far from affirmatively contributing to defusing the touch-and-go situation created due to the reckless military moves of the U.S. and the south Korean warlike forces.

Investigador de Asociación Corea-Europa advierte a Francia
El investigador de la Asociación Corea-Europa, Ryu Kyong Chol, hizo público el día primero un artículo intitulado “Será pagada sin falta la provocación”.

Hace poco, una escuadrilla de cazas de las fuerzas aéreas de Francia desarrolló un ejercicio aéreo en la zona del Sur de Corea junto con las fuerzas aéreas de títeres.
Es un acto irresponsable que exacerba más la tensión de la región de la Península Coreana demasiada aguda y, al mismo tiempo, una abierta provocación militar que intimida el interés de seguridad de nuestro Estado, al sumarse a la política hostil de EE.UU. a Corea.
Ahora, EE.UU. pone en operación junto con los títeres surcoreanos un aparato de guerra nuclear llamado “grupo consultivo nuclear”, acelera en etapa práctica la intriga de guerra nuclear contra nuestro Estado y despliega el submarino estratégico nuclear supergrande con bombas nucleares bastantes para quemar a un país, llevando así la situación de la Península Coreana al umbral de la guerra nuclear.
En este momento, Francia envió sus aeronaves a la región de la Península Coreana que está legalmente en estado de guerra, lo que no es más que una explicación de que este país europeo tratará a la RPDC como enemigo.
Sobre todo, el despacho coincide con la celebración de la victoria en la Guerra de Liberación de la Patria por el pueblo coreano que pagó el precio muy caro para defender la patria de la agresión de EE.UU. y sus fuerzas seguidoras, por lo cual provoca nuestra ira merecida.
Estoy muy curioso por saber cómo reaccionarán los franceses si los aviones de caza del país tercero aparecen en el Estrecho de Dover y en el espacio aéreo de su contorno junto con los del país enemigo para amenazar la seguridad de Paris.
Esta vez, Francia no ha tomado en consideración la situación de la Península Coreana, que está al borde de guerra, y el sentimiento de nuestro pueblo. A mi parecer, este país europeo no había sacado la lección en el derrame de sangre inútil para el llamado aliado durante la pasada contienda.
No es la primera la acción hostil de Francia a la RPDC.
Todos saben que Francia ha venido irritándonos, al criticar todas nuestras medidas para fortalecer la capacidad de autodefensa nacional frente a la amenaza nuclear de EE.UU. y enviar los buques de guerra y los aviones de patrulla en las aguas cercanas a la Península Coreana.
Sería mejor para Francia prestar atención a los asuntos de su país donde se reporta el enredo por la división social, en vez de malgastar la energía en la región de Asia-Pacífico con su poderío estatal insuficiente.
Si actúa sin juicio como ahora en la Península Coreana, región más candente del mundo, podrá caerse en una situación desfavorable que no desea ella misma.
Francia debe cesar las palabras irresponsables y la locura militar, en lugar de hacer una contribución positiva a la distensión de la situación que está a punto de estallarse por las imprudencias militares de EE.UU. y las fuerzas belicosas surcoreanas.

Научный сотрудник Корейско-Европейского общества Рю Гён Чхор 1 августа опубликовал нижеследующую статью под заголовком «Обязательно будут сведены счеты с провокационными действиями».
Недавно звено истребителей ВВС Франции провело совместные воздушные учения вместе с ВВС южнокорейских марионеток на воздушном пространстве над Южной Кореей.
Это является безответственным деянием, усиливающим напряженность на остром Корейском полуострове, а также откровенной военной провокацией, которая угрожает интересам безопасности нашей страны, присоединяясь к враждебной политике США против КНДР.
Сейчас США вместе с южнокорейскими марионетками, пустив в ход аппарат для ядерной войны, так называемую «консультативную группу по ядерным вопросам», продвигают на практическом этапе гнусный план ядерной войны, взяв на прицел наше государство. И, перебрасывая сверхкрупную стратегическую атомную подлодку с ядерными боеголовками, которых хватит для превращения одной страны в пепел, приводят ситуацию на Корейском полуострове к пределу вспышки ядерной войны.
Именно в такой момент Франция перебросила свои истребители на Корейский полуостров, который де-юре находится в военном положении, – это не может объясняться иначе, кроме как намерение относиться к КНДР как к врагу.
В особенности, в такой момент, когда наш народ празднует Победу в войне, в которой ценой жизни и крови защитил Родину от агрессивных действий США и их слепых сателлитов, Франция перебросила на вражеский район истребители, – это вызывает наш естественный гнев.
Интересно, каким будет реагирование французов, если на Дуврском проливе и вокруг него будут появляться истребители третьей страны вкупе с вражеской страной и будут угрожать безопасности Парижа.
То, что Франция без учета ситуации на Корейском полуострове, подходящей к грани войны, и настроения нашего народа перебросила истребители на воздушное пространство южнокорейских марионеток, показывает, что она до сих пор не извлекала урок из того, что во время прошлой Корейской войны пролила бессмысленную кровь ради так называемого «союзника».
Более того, это не первое враждебное поведение Франции против нашей Республики.
Всем известно, что Франция придиралась к каждому шагу нашего государства по укреплению самозащитной обороноспособности в ответ на ядерную угрозу со стороны США и перебрасывала на акваторию вокруг Корейского полуострова военные корабли и патрульные самолеты, тем самым раздражала нашу Республику.
Для Франции лучше, прежде всего, уладить нерешенные проблемы у себя дома, где углубляются раздоры из-за раскола в обществе, чем суетиться в АТР с недостаточной мощью и напрасно тратить свою энергию.
Если Франция, как сейчас, идя в огонь и в воду, суетится на Корейском полуострове – самой горячей точке, то может попадать в неблагоприятное положение.
Франция не должна вести себя развязно с безответственными высказываниями и действиями, военным сумасшествием, не говоря уж о внесении позитивного вклада в смягчение ситуации, которая достигает до предела взрыва из-за безрассудных военных происков США и южнокорейских воинственных сил.

朝鲜欧洲协会研究员刘京哲１日发表题为“挑衅行为必将得到算账”的文章。全文如下：
日前，法国空军的战斗机编队飞临南朝鲜地区，同傀儡空军进行“联合空中训练”。
这是加剧本来就敏感的朝鲜半岛地区紧张局势的不负责任的行径，是迎合美国的对朝敌视政策，威胁我国安全利益的露骨的军事挑衅。
眼下，美国同南朝鲜傀儡一起启动所谓“核磋商小组”的核战争机构，在实践阶段推进以我们国家为目标的核战争诡计，并引进搭载摧毁一个国家还有余的核弹的超大型战略核潜艇，把朝鲜半岛局势推向核战争爆发的临界点。
这时，法国向从法律上处于战争状态的朝鲜半岛地区派遣战斗机，这只能解释为把朝鲜民主主义人民共和国对待为敌人的试图。
尤其是，就在为从美国和对其随波逐流的同盟势力的侵略活动捍卫祖国而付出昂贵代价的我国人民庆祝战胜的时候，法国向敌方地区派遣战斗机，正在引发我国应有的愤怒。
真想知道，如果第三国的战斗机与敌国同伙出现在加来海峡及其周边上空威胁巴黎的安全，那么法国国民到底有何反应。
法国不考虑濒临战争边缘的朝鲜半岛局势和我国人民的感情，执意把战斗机派到南朝鲜傀儡地区，他们显得至今还未从上世纪朝鲜战争时期为了“盟国”毫无意义地流血中吸取教训。
这不是法国首次对我国进行的敌对行为。
法国每次指责我们针对美国核威胁的自卫国防力量强化措施的同时，在朝鲜半岛周边水域投入军舰和巡逻机，不断刺激我国。这是众所周知的事实。
法国与其靠不像样的国力窜访亚太地区消耗不必要的精力，还不如先对整顿因社会分裂导致严重冲突的自己国内问题费心思。
如果法国像现在这样奋不顾身，乱扑最大热点地区——朝鲜半岛，就会陷入自己也不愿看到的困境。
法国宁可在美国和南朝鲜好战势力冒险的军事蠢动造成一触即发的情况下，为缓和局势不作出积极贡献，也不要以不负责任的言行和军事妄动，气焰万丈、不可一世。
