KCNA Commentary on Japanese Politicians’ Visit to Yasukuni Shrine
Politicians of Japan have continued to visit the Yasukuni Shrine.
On October 17, Prime Minister Kishida made a ritual offering to the shrine and the minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, ministers for Economic Security and Economic Revitalization, the speaker of the House of Councilors and other government officials and those of the Diet visited the shrine one after another and paid tributes to it.
On October 18, nearly 100 members of the “Meeting of Dietmen for Visiting the Yasukuni Shrine” thronged to the shrine in group to pay a tribute to the war criminals.
The shrine, which has served as an ideological and spiritual breeding ground of Japanese militarism for overseas aggression and expansion, is the citadel of Japan’s aggressive and extreme nationalism and symbol of militarism.
The visit to it is a criterion for Japan to decide whether to break with the past and opt for peace or to go along the road of reinvasion as it shows the Japanese government’s attitude towards the war of aggression.
However, Japan has formulated and put the visit to the shrine on a regular basis despite strong protest and denunciation by the international community. Its politicians have visited the shrine on the spring and autumn ancestral rite days, August 15 when Japan was defeat in the Second World War, the day when the Japanese imperialists provoked the Pacific War and other opportunities every year to call back the “spirit” of top-class war criminals who earned notorious fame in the war of aggression on the continent.
The war criminal state, which had inflicted indelible damage on mankind, is consoling and praising the soul of provocateurs and war criminals. This is an open war agitation act and an insult to the peoples in the afflicted countries and challenge to human conscience and international justice as it is an expression of praise for war crimes.
The ceaseless visits to the shrine clearly show the true picture of Japan, a war criminal state which has never changed its militarist constitution. Lurking behind them is its dangerous ambition to realize the old dream of “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere” at any cost.
Far from feeling guilty of the past crimes, Japan, obsessed by revenge for its defeat, is trying to paralyze the soul of its people with poison of militarism through the shrine and incite the craziness for reinvasion in the whole society and finally drive the war chariot.
Nearly 80 years have passed since Japan’s defeat and a century has changed, but militarism adapted with the dangerous trend of thought of all kinds, still pervades the contemporary Japanese society and xenophobia, hatred and national chauvinism are rampant.
This is the inevitable result from the infiltration of reactionary idea, the distortion of history and the moves to praise the past crimes which have been enforced by the reactionary forces of militarism.
Today, Japan, revived under the active patronage and support of the U.S. after its defeat in the war, has perfected the “legal foundation” for overseas aggression and fully betrayed its true colors as a war state possessed of the capability for preemptive attack on other countries.
Japan’s expansion of military force has reached an uncontrollable phase.
The Japanese archipelago turned into an outpost and a sortie base for the U.S. war of aggression, and Japan is now pushing ahead with the deployment for action of long-range missiles capable of directly striking the DPRK, China and other neighboring countries, while openly crying out for the possession of long-distance striking capability.
Japan no longer refers to such words as “maintenance of the least self-defense force” and “exclusive defense” it had used as an adornment to deceive the world.
What should not be overlooked is that Japan seeks to get deeper involved in the issue of the Korean peninsula by taking an active part in the triangular military cooperation with the U.S. and south Korean puppets, while raising the “free and open Indo-Pacific initiative”, an expanded version of the “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere”, to join such U.S.-led alliances as QUAD and getting frantic with overseas dispatch of its troops under various pretexts.
It is self-evident that Japan’s reckless moves will lead to reinvasion sooner or later, and this is just a matter of time.
If the moves of Japanese reactionaries, oblivious of the lesson of history, are connived, the Korean peninsula and the region will get into the disaster of war and the world peace and security will be seriously threatened.
The final ruin is the terminal to be reached by Japan scheming to dominate other countries and nations and achieve its “prosperity” through aggression and war.

Últimamente, los politicastros japoneses continúan la visita al Santuario Yasukuni.
El día 17, el premier japonés Kishida envió una ofrenda al santuario en lugar de visitarlo.
Seguidamente, lo visitaron en tropel los miembros del gabinete y las figuras del parlamento como el ministro de economía, el ministro encargado de seguridad económica, el ministro encargado de revitalización económica y el presidente de la cámara de consejeros.
El día 18, cerca de 100 miembros del “Encuentro de parlamentarios para visitar juntos el Santuario Yasukuni” acudieron en grupo al mismo lugar y cometieron la locura de rendir tributo a los criminales de guerra.
El santuario servía de foco ideo-espiritual de la agresión y expansionismo de los militaristas japoneses y es ahora el baluarte del nacionalismo agresivo y extremado de Japón que simboliza el militarismo.
La visita a tal lugar demuestra la actitud del gobierno japonés sobre la guerra de agresión y, por lo tanto, deviene la pauta para juzgar si Japón escoge la vía de paz separándose de su pasado o emprende la senda de reagresión.
A pesar de las protestas y condenas fuertes de la sociedad internacional, el país isla realiza de manera oficial y regular la visita al santuario.
En los días de rito ancestral en primavera y otoño, el 15 de agosto en que Japón perdió en la segunda guerra mundial, la fecha de provocación de la Guerra del Pacífico y otras efemérides de cada año, los politicastros nipones acuden ahí para consolar las “almas” de los connotados criminales de clase especial de la guerra de agresión al continente.
Significan la alabanza al mismo crimen de guerra el consuelo y adoración a los provocadores y criminales de guerra, que dejaron heridas incurables a la humanidad.
Pues, constituye la abierta agitación de guerra, insulto a los pueblos dañados y desafío a la conciencia de la humanidad y justicia internacional.
Las visitas continuas a la institución religiosa dejan en claro la imagen del país criminal de guerra que no cambia ni un poco su atributo militarista.
Detrás de ellas, hay la peligrosa ambición de realizar sin falta su sueño añejado con la “esfera de coprosperidad de la gran Asia Oriental” que no se pudo cumplir en el pasado.
En vez de sentir culpabilidad por los crímenes del pasado, Japón está cautivado por el revanchismo e intenta poner en acción el mecanismo de guerra al envenenar la mente de los japoneses con el militarismo y fomentar la fiebre de reagresión en toda la sociedad mediante la visita al santuario.
Aunque pasaron 80 años desde la derrota de Japón y cambiaron los siglos, azotan la sociedad de Japón moderno las peligrosas corrientes de militarismo y predominan la xenofobia y el extremado chovinismo nacional. Esto es el resultado inevitable de la insuflación de ideas reaccionarias, tergiversación de la historia y alabanza a los crímenes del pasado que cometen obstinadamente los reaccionarios militaristas.
Gracias al amparo y apoyo de EE.UU., Japón pudo renacer después de la derrota y hoy día, emergió como Estado bélico que ha completado la “base legal” de la agresión a ultramar y adquirido la capacidad de ataque preventivo.
Llega a la fase incontrolable la expansión del potencial militar de Japón.
El archipiélago japonés se ha convertido en una base avanzada de la guerra de agresión de EE.UU.
Abogando abiertamente por la posesión de la capacidad de ataque a larga distancia, se impulsa ahí hasta el despliegue para el combate de los misiles de largo alcance capaces de atacar directamente a la RPDC, China y otros países circunvecinos.
A estas alturas, Japón no usa más las expresiones hipócritas, que servían para engañar al mundo, tales como “mantenimiento de la mínima capacidad de autodefensa” y “defensa exclusiva”.
Lo que no se puede pasar por alto es que Japón está obsesionado por despachar a sus efectivos a ultramar con diferentes pretextos metiendo la nariz en “QUAD” y otras alianzas lideradas por EE.UU., en virtud del “proyecto de Indo-Pacífico libre y abierto”, nueva versión ampliada de la doctrina de “esfera de coprosperidad de la gran Asia Oriental”. En particular, pretende intervenir más hondo en el problema de la Península Coreana al tomar parte activa en la alianza militar tripartita con EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos.
Está muy claro que la aventura del país isleño se extenderá pronto a la reagresión y esto es una cuestión de tiempo.
Si se tolera la conducta de los reaccionarios japoneses, olvidadizos de la lección de la historia, la Península Coreana y la región sufrirán el desastre de guerra y se verán gravemente amenazadas la paz y seguridad del mundo.
Será el arruinamiento total el destino final de Japón que persigue obstinadamente la ambición gangsteril de “prosperar” dominando a otros países y naciones mediante la agresión y guerra.

В последнее время нескончаемый поток японских политиков направляется к синтоистскому храму Яскуни для молитвы.
17 октября премьер-министр Кисида направил жертву в синтоистский храм Яскуни вместо молитвы, а министр экономической промышленности, министр экономической безопасности, министр восстановления экономики и другие чиновники правительства, а также заинтересованные лица парламента, в том числе председатель верхней палаты, один за другим творили молитву и совершили жертвоприношение в синтоистском храме.
А 18 октября около 100 членов так называемого «собрания членов парламента, все которого молятся синтоистскому храму Яскуни» хлынули в синтоистский храм и помолились на поминальные дощечки военных преступников.
Синтоистский храм Яскуни, который служил идейно-духовным рассадником для заморской агрессии и экспансии японского милитаризма, является цитаделью агрессивного, крайнего национализма Японии и символом милитаризма.
Молитва в синтоистском храме Яскуни как выражение позиции правительства Японии в отношении агрессивной войны представляет собой критерий для распознавания поведения Японии: идет к миру, сжегши свои корабли, или идет к повторной агрессии.
Однако Япония, несмотря на сильный протест и осуждение международного сообщества, формулирует и ставит себе за правило молитву в синтоистском храме. Также политики Японии не только в период весеннего, осеннего фестиваля, но и при удобном случае, включая 15 августа – день поражения в войне и день развязывания Тихоокеанской войны, ежегодно посещают синтоистский храм и зовут «душу» крупнейших военных преступников, которые завоевали дурную славу во вторжении на континент.
То, что государство-военный преступник, нанесшее человечеству незаживающую рану, молится за упокой души провокаторов, военных преступников и восхваляет их, является восхвалением преступной войны в том виде, а также откровенной провокацией войны, оскорблением народов пострадавших стран, вызовом совести человечества и международной справедливости.
В основе бесконечно продолжающейся молитвы в синтоистском храме, ясно показывающей сущность государства-военного преступника с совсем неизменившимся милитаристическим характером, лежит опасная амбиция – непременно осуществить былую грезу о «сфере сопроцветания великой восточной Азии».
Япония, которая, не говоря уж о чувствовании виноватости за прошлое преступление, одержима мстительностью за поражение, пытается мутить через синтоистский храм дух своего народа милитаристическим ядом, возбуждать страсть к повторной агрессии в обществе в целом и, в конечном счете, раскручивать «военный маховик».
Уже прошло около 80 лет после поражения Японии в войне, также сменился век, но милитаризм, инсценированный разными опасными идейными течениями, охватывает современное японское общество, где царят презрение и ненависть к другим нациям, крайний национал-шовинизм. Это неизбежные следствия внушения реакционных идей, искажения истории и хвалы прошлых преступлений, форсируемых милитаристическими реакционными силами.
Сегодня Япония, которая после поражения в войне возродилась под активной эгидой и поддержкой США, усовершенствовала «правовую основу» для заморской агрессии и отчетливо обнаружила субстанцию настоящего военного государства, обладающего способностью к превентивному удару.
Наращивание вооруженных сил Японии доходит до необратимой грани.
Японские острова превратились в аванпост и базу вылазки для агрессивной войны США в буквальном смысле. А сейчас Япония откровенно болтает о необходимости обладания способностью к дальнобойному удару и продвигает постановку на боевое дежурство дальнобойных ракет, непосредственно наносящих удар на окружающие страны, включая нас и Китай.
На данный момент Япония больше не носит такие слова, как «поддержка минимальной обороноспособности» и «всесторонняя оборона», которые пользовались украшениями в целях обмана мира.
Нельзя обойти молчанием, что Япония выступает с «идеей о свободном и открытом Индо-Тихоокеанском регионе», которая является расширенной и обновленной редакцией «сферы сопроцветания великой восточной Азии», сует нос в «Quad» и другие альянсы во главе с США, бешенствует в переброске войск за границу под всякими предлогами, а с другой стороны активно соучаствует в трехстороннем военном сотрудничестве с США и южнокорейскими марионетками. Таким образом, пытается активно вмешаться в проблему Корейского полуострова.
Совершенно очевидно, что безрассудные происки Японии рано или поздно продолжаются к повторной агрессии. Это только вопрос времени.
Если допускают поведение японских реакционеров, забывших урок истории, Корейский полуостров и регион будут терпеть бедствия войны, а глобальный мир и безопасность тоже будут оказываться под серьезной угрозой.
Япония пытается господствовать над другими странами и нациями, достигать «процветания» путем агрессии и войны. Причал Японии, преследующей такую разбойническую цель, есть окончательная гибель.

朝中社评论：日本忘却历史教训奔向最终毁灭
近期，日本政客成群结队继续参拜靖国神社。
１７日，首相岸田文雄以向靖国神社供奉祭品代替参拜，经济产业大臣、经济安全保障担当大臣、经济再生担当大臣、参议院议长等政府阁僚、国会有关人员排队参拜靖国神社，供奉祭品。
１８日，所谓“大家都来参拜靖国神社国会议员之会”的近１００多名成员集体前往靖国神社，上演了向战犯叩头的闹剧。
靖国神社是日本军国主义的对外侵略扩张的思想精神温床，是日本的侵略性、极端民族主义的据点，是军国主义的象征。
参拜靖国神社问题集中表现出日本政府对待侵略战争的态度，是判别日本同过去历史诀别，走上和平之路，还是走上重新侵略之路的标准。
但是，日本不顾国际社会的强烈抗议和谴责，把参拜靖国神社公式化、定期化，而且每年逢春秋大祭期间，甚至借８·１５战败日和日本发动太平洋战争的日子等机会，日本政客就纷纷前往靖国神社，为在大陆侵略战争中臭名远扬的特级战犯“招魂”。
给人类留下永远无法治愈的创伤的战犯国家慰劳和赞美其挑衅者、战犯的灵魂，本身就是对战争犯罪的赞扬，也是露骨的煽动战争行为、对受害国人民的侮辱、对人类良知和国际正义的挑衅。
持续不断的靖国神社参拜骚动明确表示毫不改变军国主义本色的战犯国家之面目，在其根底里隐藏着非要重温上世纪未能得逞的“大东亚共荣圈”旧梦的十分危险的野心。
日本对过去犯罪毫无负罪感，反而至今仍怀着为战败解恨之心，企图通过参拜靖国神社以军国主义毒素麻痹本国国民，在整个社会鼓吹重新侵略狂热，最终启动战争马车。
日本战败已过将近８０年，岁月流逝、世纪交替，但以形形色色的危险思潮打扮的军国主义席卷现代日本社会，对其他民族的蔑视和憎恨、极端的民族沙文主义蔓延肆虐，这是军国主义反动势力顽固奉行的灌输反动思想、歪曲历史、赞美过去犯罪阴谋活动的必然结果。
战败后，日本在美国的积极庇护和支持下死灰复燃，至今已完善其对外侵略的“法律基础”且具备先发制人打击能力，宛然露出了名副其实的战争国家实体。
日本的军事力量扩张已到不可遏止的地步。
日本列岛真正成为美国侵略战争的前哨基地、出击基地，日本现在公开主张拥有远程打击能力，甚至推进直接打击朝鲜和中国等周边国家的远程导弹的实战部署。
如今，日本把以往为蒙骗世界而常用的“维持最小限度的自卫力量”、“专守防卫”之类词语也不再提。
不可忽视的是，日本提倡着“大东亚共荣圈”的扩大更新版“自由开放的印太构想”，介入“四方安全对话”等美国主导的同盟，疯狂热衷于各种名目的海外派兵，同时积极参与同美国和南朝鲜傀儡的三角军事共助等，策划更深地插手朝鲜半岛问题。
日本冒险的阴谋活动迟早会发展到重新侵略，这是不言而喻的，只是个时间问题。
如果对日本反动派忘却历史教训的行为放任不管，朝鲜半岛和地区就会卷入战争灾难，世界和平与安全也将会受到严重威胁。
遭到完全毁灭是追求以侵略和战争支配别的国家和民族而享受“繁荣”的强盗野心的日本的终点站。
