Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Russian Foreign Minister
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received Sergei Lavrov, foreign minister of the Russian Federation, on a visit to the DPRK at the office building of the WPK Central Committee on Oct. 19.
Present there were Andrei Rudenko, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un had a happy meeting with Sergei Lavrov and warmly welcomed his visit to the DPRK before having a talk with him in an atmosphere of comradeship.
On the occasion, Sergei Lavrov courteously conveyed the warm greetings of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
Kim Jong Un expressed deep thanks for it and sent the warm greetings of the WPK and the government and people of the DPRK to Putin and the fraternal Russian people.
He looked back with deep emotion on the meeting he had with Putin at the Vostochny Spaceport in September, leaving a remarkable trace in the history of the traditional DPRK-Russia friendship.
He expressed the steadfast stand of the WPK and the DPRK government to work out a stable, forward-looking, far-reaching plan for the DPRK-Russia relations in the new era by faithfully implementing the agreements made at the DPRK-Russia summit, and to promote the well-being of the peoples of the two countries and push forward with the cause of building a powerful state by dint of the said plan.
Exchanged in an open-minded manner at the talk were views on such important matters of mutual concern as the issue for the two countries to actively cope with the complicated regional and international situation on the basis of their solid political and strategic trust relations and expand in a planned way the bilateral ties in all fields through the joint efforts, and a consensus of views was reached.
The talk proceeded in a friendly and amicable atmosphere.
Talks between DPRK and Russian FMs Held
Talks between Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, and Sergei Lavrov, foreign minister of the Russian Federation, took place here on Thursday.
Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Vice-Minister Im Chon Il and members of the Foreign Ministry and from the Russian side the entourage of the Russian foreign minister including Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Rudenko and Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK.
The talks discussed in detail the practical orientation and ways for putting the relations between the states on a higher stage as required by the new era and the present situation and actively promoting the bilateral exchange and cooperation in all fields including economy, culture and advanced science and technology in a political and diplomatic way on the basis of the agreements reached at the historic DPRK-Russia summit held in September 2023.
Both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on intensifying the joint action on several regional and international issues including the situation of the Korean peninsula and Northeast Asia and reached a consensus of views on them.
After the talks, a 2024-2025 plan for exchange between the foreign ministries of the DPRK and the Russian Federation was signed.

Estimado compañero Kim Jong Un recibe al canciller ruso
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, recibió el día 19 en la sede del Comité Central del PTC al ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la Federación Rusa, Serguei Lavrov, quien realiza una visita a Corea.
Estuvieron presentes en la ocasión el vicecanciller ruso Andrei Ludenko y el embajador extraordinario y plenipotenciario ruso en Corea, Alexandr Matsegora.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un recibió con placer al visitante dándole cordial bienvenida por su visita a Corea y sostuvo con él una charla llena de camaradería.
En la ocasión, el canciller ruso trasladó cortésmente al estimado compañero Kim Jong Un el saludo cordial de parte del Presidente de la FR, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
El Secretario General del PTC expresó profundo agradecimiento al respecto y extendió el saludo cariñoso que les mandan al Presidente Putin y al hermano pueblo ruso el Partido, gobierno y pueblo de Corea.
Recordó con emoción el encuentro con Putin en el Cosmódromo Vostochny que tuvo lugar en septiembre pasado dejando huellas notables en la historia de la tradicional amistad Corea-Rusia.
Expuso la firme posición del PTC y el gobierno de la RPDC de cumplir fielmente los acuerdos logrados en la Cumbre Corea-Rusia a fin de construir el fundamento eterno de las relaciones bilaterales de nueva época, de carácter estable y aspirante al futuro, fomentar con su poderío el bienestar de los pueblos de ambos países e impulsar dinámicamente la causa de construcción de un Estado poderoso.
Durante las conversaciones, se logró un consenso luego del intercambio de las opiniones francas sobre los asuntos importantes de interés mutuo, entre otros, enfrentarse ambos países con iniciativa a las complejidades de la situación regional e internacional a base de la sólida confianza política y estratégica y ampliar de manera planificada y con esfuerzos conjuntos los vínculos bilaterales en todos los dominios.
El diálogo transcurrió en una atmósfera amistosa y amena.
Tienen lugar las conversaciones entre Choe Son Hui y Serguei Lavrov
Tuvieron lugar el día 19 en esta capital las conversaciones entre la ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, Choe Son Hui, y su homólogo de la Federación Rusa, Serguei Lavrov.
Participaron por la parte coreana el viceministro Im Chon Il y otros miembros del MINREX y, por la rusa, el vicecanciller Andrei Ludenko y otros integrantes de la comitiva del canciller ruso y el embajador extraordinario y plenipotenciario de la FR en la RPDC, Alexandr Matsegora.
Ambas partes discutieron en detalles el rumbo práctico y remedios para llevar a la etapa más elevada las relaciones interestatales conforme a las exigencias de nueva época y la situación actual ateniéndose a los acuerdos logrados en la histórica Cumbre Corea-Rusia, celebrada en septiembre de 2023, y promover en sentido político y diplomático el intercambio y cooperación bilaterales en la economía, la cultura, las ciencias y tecnologías avanzadas y otras esferas.
Llegaron al consenso tras intercambiar profundamente las opiniones sobre el fomento de la acción conjunta en el trato de asuntos regionales e internacionales, inclusive la situación de la Península Coreana y el Nordeste Asiático.
Acto seguido, quedó firmado el plan de intercambio entre las cancillerías de la RPDC y la FR para el período 2024-2025.

Генеральный секретарь Трудовой партии Кореи, Председатель государственных дел Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын 19 октября в штаб-квартире ЦК партии встретился с министром иностранных дел РФ Сергеем Лавровым, находящимся с визитом в нашей стране.
Во встрече приняли участие замминистра иностранных дел РФ Андрей Руденко, чрезвычайный и полномочный посол РФ в нашей стране Александр Мацегора.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын с радостью поздоровался с Сергеем Лавровым, горячо приветствовал его визит в нашу страну и имел беседу, преисполненную чувством братства.
На беседе министр иностранных дел РФ Сергей Лавров почтительно передал уважаемому товарищу Ким Чен Ыну теплый привет от президента РФ Владимира Владимировича Путина.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын выразил глубокую признательность за это, попросил Сергея Лаврова передать товарищу Путину и братскому российскому народу искренний привет от нашей партии, правительства и народа.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын с чувством вспомнил сентябрьскую встречу с товарищем Путиным на космодроме Восточный, вписавшую яркую страницу в историю традиционной корейско-российской дружбы.

Прошли переговоры между главами МИД КНДР и РФ
19 октября в Пхеньяне состоялись переговоры между министром иностранных дел КНДР Чвэ Сон Хи и министром иностранных дел РФ Сергеем Лавровым.
В переговорах участвовали с нашей стороны замминистра иностранных дел Им Чхон Ир и сотрудники МИД, а с российской стороны – сопровождающие министра иностранных дел, в том числе замминистра иностранных дел Андрей Руденко, чрезвычайный и полномочный посол РФ в нашей стране Александр Мацегора.
В переговорах конкретно обсуждены практические направления и пути для поднятия межгосударственных отношений на более высокий уровень в соответствии с требованиями новой эпохи и текущей ситуации на основе договоренностей, достигнутых на историческом корейско-российском саммите, прошедшем в сентябре 2023 года, для политико-дипломатического стимулирования двустороннего обмена и сотрудничества во всех сферах, включая экономику, культуру и передовую науку и технику.
Также обе стороны обменялись серьезными и глубокими мнениями по усилению совместных действий в различных региональных и международных вопросах, включая ситуацию на Корейском полуострове и в Северо-Восточной Азии, и пришли к общему мнению.
После переговоров подписан план обмена между министерствами иностранных дел КНДР и РФ на 2024-2025 гг.

朝鲜外务省副相任天一和外务省成员，俄罗斯外交部副部长安德烈·鲁登科等外交部长一行和俄罗斯驻朝特命全权大使亚历山大•马采戈拉参加会谈。
会谈具体讨论了本着在２０２３年９月举行的历史性朝俄首脑会晤所达成的协议精神，根据新时代和当前形势的要求，把国家之间的关系提升到更高阶段，通过政治外交渠道在经济、文化、先进科技等各领域积极推动双边交流与合作项目的实践方向和途径。
双方还就在朝鲜半岛和东北亚地区局势等多项地区及国际事务中加强共同行动深入交换了意见，并达成了共识。
会谈后，签署了朝鲜民主主义人民共和国外务省和俄罗斯联邦外交部之间的２０２４－２０２５年交流计划。
