KCNA commentary on U.S. Reckless Nuclear War Provocations
The U.S. military provocations are now going on a more dangerous stage.
On October 17, the U.S. deployed air strategic assets including B-52 nuclear strategic bomber and F-22 Raptor stealth fighter in the region of south Korean puppets.
It is the first time that the U.S. core air combat force has been deployed in the Korean peninsula simultaneously and B-52, a typical strategic bomber of the U.S. air force capable of carrying nuclear weapons, landed in the puppet region.
All these U.S. air strategic assets committed provocations in the sky above the area near the Military Demarcation Line on the day and B-52 strategic bomber of the U.S. forces and F-35A fighters of the puppet air force staged even a large-scale joint air drill targeting the DPRK.
What merits a more serious attention is that the U.S. air force commanders including the commander of the U.S. Pacific Air Force and the commander of the 7th Air Force, together with their stooges including the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the chief of the Air Staff of the puppet forces, appeared at the Chongju air force base where B-52 is landing on October 19 and made violent remarks about preemptive strike, saying that the deployment of nuclear strategic assets shows the firm will to implement their extended deterrence provision commitments and hints that projecting nukes to the north is possible in case of emergency.
Moreover, the U.S., Japan and the puppet forces are going to stage a joint air drill with the U.S. nuclear strategic bomber B-52 for the first time in history in the sky above the vicinity of the Korean peninsula from Oct. 22.
This is the intentional nuclear war provocative moves of the U.S. driven into a tight corner at home and abroad.
As everybody knows, the U.S. adventurous policy for realizing its hegemony strategy has faced bankruptcy due to disputes in Europe and the Middle East and their aftermath, and the internal affairs of the U.S. has gotten into utter confusion due to sharp conflict among domestic political forces.
The present U.S. administration’s external influence and position are further decreasing due to new contradiction and discord among big powers and allies.
The U.S. seeks to pave the way for its resurrection in the Korean peninsula, regarding the nukes of tyranny as an almighty solution, but such scheme can never be realized.
Whether the introduction of such nuclear strategic assets as nuclear submarine, carrier and strategic bomber while actually operating the nuclear war mechanism is a “cordial” to “pacify” the south Korean puppets in constant security uneasiness or is for the sinister intention to find a way out by escalating tension on the Korean peninsula, the armed forces of the DPRK have closely watched such introduction, regarding it as a grave military movement for preemptive nuclear attack aimed at physical removal of the DPRK.
The U.S. would be well aware that the Korean peninsula is technically at war and any strategic assets deploying in the enemy side’s area become the first target to be destroyed.
The days had gone when the right to preemptive strike was “monopoly” of the U.S.
Now that the U.S. and gangsters of the “Republic of Korea” made a provocation for nuclear war against the DPRK, the DPRK will take corresponding option.
The closer and the bigger the target becomes, the more vividly it will look and face the more serious danger.
We remind once again that the DPRK enacted the policy of nuclear force, which allows the necessary procedures of action in case a nuclear attack on it was launched or it is judged that the use of nukes was imminent, and then specified it in the constitution.
The U.S. had better understand as soon as possible that its repeated misjudgment will bring earlier the critical moment for the American continent.
An irrevocable regret follows a reckless act.

Propiedades estratégicas nucleares de EE.UU. en la región de títeres surcoreanos son primer blanco de fuerzas armadas de RPDC
Se tornan cada vez más peligrosas las provocaciones militares de EE.UU.
El día 17, EE.UU. mandó a la región de títeres surcoreanos el bombardero estratégico nuclear B-52, el caza Stealth F-22 Raptor y otras propiedades estratégicas aéreas.
Es la primera vez que arriban simultáneamente a la Península Coreana las principales fuerzas aéreas de EE.UU. y aterriza en la región de títeres surcoreanos el bombardero estratégico B-52, el representativo de la aviación norteamericana capaz de cargar armas nucleares.
Ese día, todos esos medios estratégicos cometieron acciones provocativas en el firmamento de la zona cercana a la Línea de Demarcación Militar.
Seguidamente, tuvo lugar el ejercicio aéreo conjunto de gran dimensión contra la RPDC con la movilización del B-52 y los cazas “F-35A” de la aviación de los títeres surcoreanos.
Lo más grave del caso es que los caudillos de las fuerzas aéreas norteamericanas, inclusive el comandante de las fuerzas aéreas del Pacífico y el de la séptima fuerza aérea, aparecieron el día 19 junto con sus lacayos como el presidente de la Junta de Jefes de Estado Mayor y el jefe del Estado Mayor de las Fuerzas Aéreas del ejército títere surcoreano en la base aérea de Chongju donde está aterrizado el B-52 y disparatearon abiertamente que el despliegue de las propiedades estratégicas nucleares “muestra la firme voluntad sobre el cumplimiento de la promesa de suministrar el disuasivo ampliado” e “insinúa que es posible el lanzamiento en cualquier tiempo de bombas nucleares contra el Norte (de Corea)”.
Para colmo, quieren realizar desde el día 22 por primera vez en la historia el entrenamiento aéreo conjunto entre EE.UU., Japón y los títeres surcoreanos con la participación protagónica del B-52 en el cielo sobre el contorno de la Península Coreana.
Esto es la intencional acción provocadora de guerra nuclear de EE.UU. que se encuentra en aprieto en el ámbito interior y el exterior.
Como se ve, está a punto de fracasar la política aventurera de EE.UU. para realizar su estrategia hegemónica, debido a los conflictos en Europa y el Medio Oriente y sus consecuencias, y resultan estropeados los asuntos internos como producto de la disputa aguda entre las fuerzas políticas del país.
La influencia y posición exteriores de la actual administración estadounidense se deterioran cada vez más a causa de nuevas contradicciones y discordias entre las potencias y los países aliados.
Es irrealizable el intento de EE.UU. de buscar en la Península Coreana la vía de renacimiento considerando el arma nuclear de tiranía como solución universal.
Sea cual fuera lo que significa movilizar generalmente las propiedades nucleares estratégicas como el submarino, el portaaviones y el bombardero, etc. poniendo en funcionamiento el mecanismo de guerra nuclear, es decir, el “calmante” para los títeres surcoreanos que sufren la permanente inquietud de seguridad o una muestra de la siniestra intención de buscar la salida externa mediante la exacerbación de la situación en la Península Coreana, las fuerzas armadas de la República Popular Democrática de Corea lo observan agudamente considerándolo como grave movimiento militar que reviste el carácter de ataque preventivo encaminado a la eliminación física de nuestro Estado.
EE.UU. sabrá también que la Península Coreana se encuentra todavía en el estado de guerra en sentido legal y las propiedades estratégicas, que llegan a la parte enemiga, son naturalmente el primer blanco de aniquilación.
Se hizo ya un hecho antiguo el tiempo en que EE.UU. “monopolizaba” el derecho a ataque preventivo.
Nuestra opción será equivalente a las acciones provocadoras de guerra nuclear anti-RPDC de EE.UU. y los gángsteres de la “República de Corea”.
Mientras estén más cerca y sean más grandes los blancos, éstos se verán mejor y correrán mayor peligro.
Recordamos una vez más que la RPDC instituyó como ley la política de fuerzas armadas nucleares y la estipuló seguidamente hasta en la Constitución, la cual permite pasar el procedimiento de acciones necesarias en el caso de que se haya cometido un ataque con armas nucleares contra nuestro Estado o sea juzgado como inminente el uso de ellas.
Sería bueno que EE.UU. se dé cuenta cuanto antes de que se acercará cada vez más el momento crítico del continente americano, allende del Océano, mientras más se repitan sus decisiones erróneas.
La imprudencia termina con el arrepentimiento sin remedio.

Перебрасываемые на территорию южнокорейских марионеток ядерные стратегические средства США – первые объекты уничтожения для вооруженных сил нашей Республики
Военные провокационные происки США переходят к более опасному этапу.
17 октября США перебросили на территорию южнокорейских марионеток воздушные стратегические средства, включая стратегический бомбардировщик «B-52» и истребитель-невидимку «F-22 Раптор».
Это первый одновременный прилет основных воздушных военных средств США на Корейский полуостров, первое приземление типичного для ВВС США стратегического бомбардировщика «B-52» на территории южнокорейских марионеток.
В этот день все эти воздушные стратегические средства американских войск закатали конфронтационную истерику в воздушном пространстве вблизи военно-демаркационной линии, а затем стратегический бомбардировщик «B-52» американских войск и самолеты-истребители «F－35A» ВВС южнокорейских марионеток провели масштабные объединенные воздушные учения против нас.
Более серьезно то, что 19 октября в Чжончжускую авиабазу, где приземлился «B-52», приехали вместе с приспешниками, включая председателя марионеточного объединенного комитета начальников штабов и начальника генерального штаба ВВС, главари ВВС США, в том числе командующий Тихоокеанскими ВВС США и командующий 7-и ВВС США, которые откровенно бросались грубыми словами о превентивном ударе, болтая, что перебрасывание ядерных стратегических средств «демонстрирует незыблемую волю к исполнению обещания о предоставлении расширенного сдерживания» и «намекает на возможность сбрасывания ядерной бомбы на Север в любое время в случае ЧП».
К тому же, пытаются провести с 22 октября впервые в истории объединенные воздушные учения США, Японии и южнокорейских марионеток во главе с американским ядерным стратегическим бомбардировщиком «B-52» в воздушном пространстве вокруг Корейского полуострова.
Это есть намеренные происки развязывания ядерной войны США, попавших в переплет внутри и вне страны.
Как всем известно, авантюрная политика США в интересах осуществления гегемонистской стратегии оказывается под угрозой провала из-за конфликтов в Европе и на Среднем Востоке, последствий от них. Также внутренняя политика США превращается в полный беспорядок из-за острых конфликтов между внутренними политическими силами.
Внешняя влиятельность и статус нынешней администрации США все еще падает из-за новых противоречий и конфликтов с державами и союзниками.
Хотя США, считая ядро насилия всемогущим средством решения, пытаются искать выход к возрождению на Корейском полуострове, но их попытки отнюдь не могут быть осуществлены.
Пусть они, практически раскручивая маховик ядерной войны, перебрасывают все ядерные стратегические средства, так называемые «атомные авианосцы», «атомные подлодки» и «стратегические бомбардировщики», для «успокоения» южнокорейских марионеток, охваченных постоянной тревогой за безопасность, или для нахождения внешнего выхода в обострении ситуации на Корейском полуострове, но все равно вооруженные силы КНДР зорко следят за таким действием, считая его серьезным военным действием с характером ядерной превентивной атаки, нацеленной на физическое устранение нашего государства.
США тоже в курсе дела, что Корейский полуостров юридически находится в положении войны, и стратегические средства, перебрасываемые во вражескую зону, становятся первым объектом уничтожения.
Та страница истории, когда право на превентивный удар оставалось «монопольной собственностью» США, перевернута.
Поскольку США и гангстеры «Республики Корея» бросили вызов ядерной войны нашей Республике, будет и наш ответный выбор.
Чем ближе подходит и больше становится цель, тем яснее виднеется она и больше становится опасность.
Хотелось еще раз напоминать, что наша Республика законодательно закрепила политику по вопросам ядерных вооруженных сил, разрешившую необходимые нормы поведения в случае получения вывода, что совершено наступление ядерного оружия против нашего государства или его применение под самым носом, а потом зафиксировала эту политику даже в конституции.
Для США лучше как можно быстрее понять, что, чем чаще повторяется просчет, тем ближе подходит опасный момент для американского континента за океаном.
За легкомысленным бесчинством, естественно, следует необратимое раскаяние.

朝中社评论：闯进南朝鲜傀儡地区的美国核战略资产是我们共和国武装力量的第一个消灭对象
眼下，美国的军事挑衅活动逐渐升级到更为危险的阶段。
１７日，美国向南朝鲜傀儡地区派遣了包括Ｂ－５２核战略轰炸机和Ｆ－２２“猛禽”隐形战斗机在内的空中核战略资产。
美国核心空中战力同时飞进朝鲜半岛地区，在历史上是第一次；可搭载核武的美空军代表性战略轰炸机Ｂ－５２降落到南朝鲜傀儡地区，也是第一次。
这天，这批美军空中核战略资产都在靠近军事分界线的一带上空表现出挑衅狂热之后，美军Ｂ－５２核战略轰炸机和傀儡空军Ｆ－３５Ａ战斗机进行了针对我们的大规模联合空中演习。
更为严重的是，１９日，美军太平洋空军司令、美第７空军司令等美空军头子带着南朝鲜傀儡联合参谋本部议长和空军总参谋长等一帮走卒到Ｂ－５２着陆停留的清州空军基地，悍然抛出了核战略资产部署“意在显示履行提供延伸遏制力承诺的坚定意志”、“暗示有事时可以随时向北投掷核弹”之类的先发制人打击狂言。加上从２２日起，史上首次在朝鲜半岛周边上空，计划强行开展以Ｂ－５２美核战略轰炸机为核心的美日南朝鲜傀儡联合空中演习。
此举是美国因内外被困而故意挑起的核战争挑衅活动。
众所周知，由于在欧洲和中东发生的冲突和其负面影响，美国冒险的霸权战略执行政策面临全面破产，而且国内各政治势力纠葛不断，弄得内政陷于一片混乱。再加上，列强与盟国内部爆发新的内讧和矛盾，迫使美国政府的对外影响力和地位屡屡下滑。
美国把霸道之核当做万能钥匙，想在朝鲜半岛找出其回生的出路，但这种企图是绝不能得逞的。
美国实际启动核战争机构，全部出动战略核潜艇、核航母、核战略轰炸机之类的核战略资产向南朝鲜傀儡地区派遣部署。不管它是安抚经常惊慌在安保不安中的傀儡的“强心剂”或出于企图加剧朝鲜半岛局势来寻求对外出路的居心，朝鲜民主主义人民共和国武装力量认为这是旨在物理地推翻我们国家的先发制人核打击性的严重的军事行动并正在密切注视着。
法律上，朝鲜半岛仍处于战争状态，闯进敌方地区的核战略资产应当成为第一个消灭对象，这一点美国是不会不知道的。
先发制人打击权利已经不是美国的“独享”。
既然美国和“大韩民国”流氓向我们共和国发起核战争挑衅，我们的选项也将与之相适应。
靶子越近越大，越会看得清楚，而且其危险程度也随之升高。
再次提醒一下，我们共和国依法规定国家遭到或被判断为即将遭到核武器攻击时，允许落实必要行动程序的核武力政策之后，并把它写入了宪法。
误判越反复，大洋彼岸的美洲大陆的危机时刻就越会逼近，美国最好早一天认识这点。
轻举妄动之后总会跟着不可挽回的后悔。
