Press Statement of Vice Department Director of C.C., WPK Kim Yo Jong
Kim Yo Jong, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), issued the following statement “Evil doer’s audacity can never work on us” on Wednesday:
The regional situation has been plunged deeper into a dangerous vortex due to the U.S.-led hostile forces’ ceaseless military moves.
The U.S., as ever, doesn’t miss the chance for making stereotyped far-fetched assertion with evil doer’s audacity terming our activities pertaining to our right to self-defence a “violation of UNSC resolution” and a “grave threat to regional and international peace and security”.
The world should understand the issue correctly.
The U.S., together with Japan and the ROK puppets, are ceaselessly staging military exercises under various codenames against the DPRK almost every week. Witnessing such muscle-flexing alone, one can easily understand the reason why tensions are soaring in the region like a kindled detonating fuse.
The U.S., which kicked off its madcap war drumbeats in the new year through a “joint combat firing drill” with the gangsters of the ROK puppet army on Jan. 4, has frantically staged war drills under various codenames such as “drill of neutralizing CBR weapons storage facilities”, “allied cyber training” and “joint special operation drill”.
From January 15 the U.S., together with Japan and the ROK puppets, conducted a “joint maritime drill” with the involvement of its nuclear carrier Carl Vinson for four days in the waters off Jeju Island.
On the first day of the drill, the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff of the ROK puppet army appeared on the nuclear carrier to make a false show of power, saying “ROK-U.S.-Japan maritime drills have made a core contribution to deterring and coping with the ever-escalating nuclear and missile threats from the north.”
In February the U.S., together with the gangsters of the ROK puppet army, were hell-bent on such drills as “joint marine corps drill”, “winter joint drill”, “joint air drill” and “commanding communication drill”. Not content with this, it staged 48 rounds of extremely offensive and provocative war exercises day and night in March, including “joint air strike drill”, “joint tactical live-firing drill”, “joint drill for air-to-air firing and air-to-ground bombing”, “Ssangmae joint air drill” and various outdoor mobile drills, under the signboard of Freedom Shield, the large-scale joint military exercise.
In April, too, the U.S., Japan and ROK puppets have ceaselessly staged reckless military drills with the involvement of U.S. nuclear strategic assets.
On April 2, a tripartite air drill involving U.S. nuclear strategic bomber B-52H was staged. A few days later, a naval drill was kicked off with the U.S. nuclear carrier Theodore Roosevelt involved.
A “joint airborne infiltration drill” was staged on April 18. Furthermore, a “combined joint formation drill,” which was launched on April 12 with more than 100 warplanes involved, will last till April 26.
In August last year, the summit meeting of the U.S., Japan and the puppet ROK, held at Camp David in a suburb of Washington, specified, planned and formulated all these nuclear war provocation against the DPRK and decided to stage tripartite military drills annually, and all the above-said drills that have been accordingly staged are “rehearsals” designed to put the U.S. nuclear war scenario against the DPRK into practice.
Entering this year, the U.S. has staged more than 80 rounds of military drills with its lackeys and those individually staged by the ROK puppets total more than 60. This evidently shows who the arch criminals straining the regional situation are.
Nonetheless, the U.S. and its stooges are behaving like a guilty party filing the suit first.
Who are the real criminals disturbing peace and stability?
We will continue to build up our overwhelming and most powerful military muscle to defend our sovereignty and security and regional peace.
No one can break our determination.
If the U.S. persists in its moves to threaten the security of the DPRK, boasting of its strength by rallying its stooges, the security of the U.S. and its allies will be exposed to greater danger.
The U.S. should stop fostering the reckless bravery of its top-class minion ROK.
Of course, a scared dog barks louder, but the bosses of the ROK puppet military gangsters have gone too far in their barks recently.
If they attempt at armed counteraction against the DPRK counting on their master, they will be immediately annihilated.

Kim Yo Jong publica declaración de condena a los ejercicios militares de fuerzas hostiles
La subjefa de departamento del Comité Central del Partido del Trabajo de Corea, Kim Yo Jong, publicó el día 24 una declaración intitulada “No se sale con la suya en el trato con nuestro país la insistencia absurda que parte de la lógica de bandido”.
Su texto íntegro sigue:
La situación regional se hunde cada vez más en la vorágine peligrosa debido a las continuas maniobras militares de las fuerzas hostiles encabezadas por EE.UU.
Como siempre, EE.UU. se porta con la lógica de gángster obstinándose en su opinión absurda y estereotipada, según la cual constituyen una “violación de la resolución del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU” y “amenaza seria sobre la paz y la seguridad regionales e internacionales” las actividades de la RPDC correspondientes al derecho a la autodefensa.
El mundo debe conocer bien.
Basta para comprender bien la causa por la cual la situación regional se torna tan tirante como una mecha encendida, con ver solamente diversos ejercicios militares contra la RPDC que realiza EE.UU. casi todas las semanas con Japón y la República de Corea títere.
El 4 de enero pasado, EE.UU. libró con los gángsteres del círculo militar de la República de Corea fantoche el “ejercicio conjunto del tiro de combate”, el primero del año, y después, realizó frenéticamente otros ejercicios bélicos como “el de neutralización de las facilidades de almacenamiento de armas CBR”, “el de alianza cibernética” y “el conjunto de operaciones especiales”.
Desde el 15 de enero, llevó a cabo durante 4 días en las aguas marítimas cercanas a la isla Jeju los “ejercicios navales combinados” incorporando el portaaviones nuclear Carl Vinson y hasta a Japón y la República de Corea títere.
El presidente de la Junta de Jefes de Estado Mayor del ejército títere de la RC, quien subió a Carl Vinson el primer día de los ejercicios, dijo con fanfarronada que los ejercicios navales entre la RC, EE.UU. y Japón vinieron haciendo aporte importante a detener y responder a la creciente amenaza nuclear y de misiles del Norte.
EE.UU. pasó el mes de febrero con la fiebre belicista realizando con los gángsteres militares títeres el “ejercicio conjunto de la infantería de marina”, “el de invierno”, “el conjunto aéreo”, “el de comunicaciones de mando” y otros.
Como si eso fuera poco, escenificó 48 veces en marzo, como parte de Freedom Shield, los ejercicios bélicos de carácter muy ofensivo y provocativo con diferentes títulos como “el conjunto de asalto aéreo”, “el conjunto táctico de tiro de combate”, “el conjunto de fuego aire-aire y bombardeo aire-tierra”, etc.
En abril también, continuaron las aventureras maniobras militares de EE.UU., Japón y la República de Corea títere en que se movilizaron las propiedades estratégicas nucleares del primero.
El día 2, se realizaron el entrenamiento aéreo trilateral con la incorporación del bombardero estratégico nuclear B-52H y, poco después, el otro naval con la presencia del portaaviones nuclear Theodore Roosevelt.
Aparte del “ejercicio combinado de infiltración aérea” efectuado el día 18, el llamado “entrenamiento general de formación combinada”, iniciado el día 12, se extenderá hasta el 26 con la participación de más de 100 aviones militares de distintos tipos.
En agosto del año pasado, los mandatarios de EE.UU., Japón y la República de Corea títere se reunieron en Camp David en el suburbio de Washington para concretar, planificar y formalizar la provocación de guerra nuclear contra la RPDC y desarrollar anualmente los ejercicios militares trilaterales.
En virtud de ese acuerdo, se libran todos los ejercicios mencionados como “ensayos” para llevar a la práctica el guión de guerra nuclear de EE.UU. contra la RPDC.
Desde el inicio del año hasta la fecha, ascienden a más de 80 y 60 el número de ejercicios militares conjuntos de EE.UU. y sus satélites y el de los independientes de la República de Corea títere, respectivamente.
Si se tiene en cuenta este hecho, será posible conocer claramente quiénes son los culpables principales del empeoramiento de la situación regional.
Sin embargo, tal EE.UU. y sus lacayos se obstinan en su opinión absurda que parte de la lógica de bandido.
¿Quién es en realidad el culpable de la perturbación de paz y estabilidad?
Seguiremos consolidando las predominantes fuerzas armadas elite para defender nuestra soberanía y seguridad y la paz regional.
Nadie puede doblegar nuestra decisión.
Si EE.UU. sigue tratando de amenazar la seguridad de nuestro Estado haciendo alarde de su fuerza junto con sus lacayos, la suya propia y la de sus aliados tropezarán con un peligro más grande.
EE.UU. no debe inspirar la bravuconada a su lacaya no.1, la República de Corea.
Por supuesto, sabemos que el perro asustadizo ladra más.
Pero, últimamente, pasan el límite los ladridos de los caudillos gángsteres del círculo militar títere de la República de Corea.
Si ellos intentan emprender una reacción militar contra la RPDC confiando en su amo, serán exterminados en el acto.

Ниже следует полный текст заявления для печати «У нас не работает упрямство вора, бьющего хозяина», опубликованного 24 апреля заместителем заведующего отделом ЦК ТПК Ким Ё Чен.
Из-за непрерывных военных действий враждебных сил во главе с США ситуация в регионе глубже попадает в опасный водоворот.
США, как всегда, ведут себя, как вор бьет хозяина, прибегая к шаблонным упрямым утверждениям, что деятельность, принадлежащая нашему праву на самозащиту, является «нарушением резолюций СБ ООН», «серьезной угрозой миру и безопасности в регионе и на планете».
Мир должен знать точно.
Если судить только по разным военным учениям, которые США вместе с Японией и марионеточной РК почти каждую неделю беспрерывно проводят против нас, то вполне можно узнать причину того, что ситуация в регионе доходит до напряженности, как зажженный детонирующий шнур.
США, которые 4 января вместе с гангстерами военных ведомств марионеточной РК провели «объединенные учения по боевой стрельбе» – первое в новом году сумасшествие, безумно совершали всякие военные учения, включая «учения по захвату сооружений хранения химических, биологических и радиоактивных веществ», «учения киберсоюза» и «объединенные учения специальной операции».
А с 15 января они на море вблизи острова Чэчжу провели четырехдневные «объединенные морские учения» с привлечением атомного авианосца «Карл Винсон», даже Японии и марионеточной РК.
В первый день военных учений председатель марионеточного объединенного комитета начальников штабов армии марионеточной РК поднялся на авианосец «Карл Винсон», где разглагольствовал, что морские учения РК, США и Японии вносили ведущий вклад в сдерживание и реагирование на возрастающую ядерную и ракетную угрозу Севера.
США вместе c военными гангстерами марионеточной РК в целом феврале бешенствовали в «объединенных учениях морских пехот», «объединенных учениях в зимнее время», «объединенных воздушных учениях» и др. Они, не довольствуясь этим, в марте круглосуточно проводили под вывеской крупномасштабных совместных военных учений «Freedom Shield» 48 весьма наступательных и провокационных военных учений. В их числе – «объединенные учения по воздушному налету», «объединенные тактические учения по практической стрельбе», «объединенные учения по запуску ракет «воздух-воздух» и «воздух-земля»», объединенные воздушные учения «учения Санмэ» и другие полевые оперативные маневры.
И в апреле продолжались безумные военные учения США, Японии и марионеточной РК, в которых задействованы ядерные стратегические средства США.
2 апреля проведены трехсторонние воздушные учения с привлечением американского ядерного стратегического бомбардировщика «B-52H», а потом морские учения с участием американского атомного авианосца «Теодор Рузвельт».
Кроме «объединенных учений по проникновению с воздуха», проведенных 18 апреля, с 12 по 26 апреля будут проводиться так называемые «комплексные учения коалиционных звеньев военных самолетов» с привлечением более 100 военных самолетов различных типов.
Все эти учения берут свое начало в договоренностях, достигнутых в августе прошлого года главами США, Японии и марионеточной РК на даче Кэмп Дэвид под Вашингтоном, которые детализировали, запланировали и сформулировали развязывание ядерной войны против нас, обещали ежегодно провести трехсторонние военные учения. Эти учения, очевидно, являются «репетицией», нацеленной на осуществление сценария ядерной войны США против КНДР в реальной войне.
В нынешнем году доныне США вкупе со своими сателлитами проводили военные учения более 80 раз, а марионеточная РК – отдельные учения более 60 раз. Такой факт ясно показывает, именно кто является главным виновником ухудшения ситуации в регионе.
Вот такие США и их приспешники упрямствуют, как вор бьет хозяина.
Именно кто является настоящим нарушителем мира и стабильности?
Мы дальше накопим подавляющую и могущественнейшую военную мощь для защиты своего суверенитета и безопасности, мира в регионе.
Никто не смеет менять нашу решимость.
Если США продолжат собирать своих приспешников, бахвалиться своей силой и угрожать безопасности нашего государства, то безопасность США и их союзников подвергнется более серьезной опасности.
США должны не привить марионеточной РК – своему первейшему приспешнику безрассудную храбрость.
Само собой разумеется, что трусливая собака лает громче, однако на днях гангстерские главы военных ведомств марионеточной РК выходят за пределы.
Если они будут осмеливаться на вооруженные контрмеры против нас под эгидой хозяина, то они будут тотчас разгромлены.

朝鲜劳动党中央委员会副部长金与正２４日发表谈话《恶人先告状的无赖主张对我们行不通》。谈话全文如下：
以美国为首的敌对势力不断强行的军事蠢动迫使本地区局势深陷于岌岌可危的漩涡之中。
美国一味对属于我国自卫权的活动无理取闹，称它为“违反联合国安理会决议”、“对地区和国际和平与安保构成重大威胁”，重弹老调，摆出“恶人先告状”的丑态。
世人必须看清事实。
仅以美国同日本和韩国傀儡一起几乎每周进行的各种针对我国的军事演习为例，足以看出地区局势像点燃的导爆索一样继续滑向紧张状态的原因。
１月４日，美国同韩国傀儡军方歹徒一起进行“联合战斗射击演习”，这是新年以来的首次发狂。其后，美国继续疯狂进行了“化生放储藏设施控制训练”、“网络同盟训练”、“联合特殊战训练”等各种名目的战争演习。
从１月１５日起，美国动员“卡尔文森”号核航母，还拉拢日本和韩国傀儡在济州岛附近海上进行了为期四天的“联合海上训练”。
训练第一天，韩国傀儡军联合参谋本部议长登上“卡尔文森”号核航母装腔作势，胡扯“韩美日海上训练一直为遏制和应对日趋高度化的朝鲜核导威胁做出贡献，起到核心作用”。
仅２月一个月里，美国同韩国傀儡军方歹徒疯狂进行“海军陆战队联合训练”、“冬季联合训练”、“联合空中演习”、“指挥通讯训练”等还嫌不够，进入３月份，不分昼夜地开展包括在“自由护盾”大规模联合军演框架下进行的“联合空中强袭训练”、“联合战术实弹射击训练”、“联合空中射击及轰炸训练”以及联合空中演习“双鹰训练”等各种野外机动训练在内的极其攻击性、挑衅性的各种战争演习，其次数共达４８次。
进入４月后，美国、日本、韩国傀儡依然持续不断地进行动员美国核战略资产的鲁莽冒险的军事演习。
２日，美国Ｂ－５２Ｈ核战略轰炸机参加的三方空中训练贸然进行；不久后，又进行了美国核航母“西奥多•罗斯福”号参与的海上训练。
除了１８日进行的“联合空中渗透演练”之外，从１２日起各种军机１００多架被吸收参加的“联合编队军综合演习”将持续至２６日。
去年８月，美国、日本和傀儡韩国首脑聚拢在华盛顿郊区的戴维营，密谋把针对我国的核战争挑衅加以具体化、计划化和公式化且决定将三方军事训练年例化。 按这一脚本进行的上述所有演习，明明是美国企图将针对朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的核战争剧本付诸实战的“预演”。
今年以来，美国同走狗一起进行的军事演习共达８０多次，韩国傀儡单独进行的军事训练多达６０多次。这一事实足以证明，造成地区局势恶化的主谋到底是谁。
正是这样的美国及其走狗强词夺理，摆出“恶人先告状”的无耻丑态。
到底谁破坏和平稳定，谁是真正罪犯？
我们将为维护自己主权和安全以及地区和平不断积蓄压倒性的最强军事力量。
谁也不能动摇我们的决心｡
如果美国继续纠集走狗秀肌肉，企图威胁我们国家的安全，美国和同盟国的安保将会面临更大的危险。
美国不要助长头等走狗——韩国鲁莽的“勇敢精神”。
当然，我知道胆怯的狗总会叫的更咋呼。但最近韩国傀儡军方歹徒头目的狗叫作态已过了度。
