U.S. Military Aid to Ukraine Is Just Mind-bending Drug: Vice Foreign Minister of DPRK
Im Chon Il, vice foreign minister of the DPRK in charge of Russian affairs, released the following press statement on Wednesday.
The U.S. House of Representatives reportedly passed a bill on offering additional military aids to Ukraine recently.
So it can be said that the U.S. large-scale additional military aid package to Ukraine debated long in the U.S. political camp has actually become a matter of time.
Media of the U.S. and other Western countries are widely advertising that Washington’s such decision will add fresh strength to Ukraine’s fight against Russia’s “invasion.”
The recent bipartisan support for the passage of the military aid bill for Ukraine through the U.S. House of Representatives clearly proved once again that the U.S. remains unchanged in its ulterior purpose to inflict a strategic defeat upon Russia at any cost by continuously egging Ukraine on despite the latter’s serious defeats on battlefield.
Great Irony is the fact that more than one third of the U.S. aid fund amounting to over 60 billion US dollars will be spent in the U.S. mainland for supplying new weapons and ammunitions to the U.S. forces.
Thus it has been fully revealed once again that lurking behind the “rescuing hands” given by the U.S. touting military assistance to Ukraine is the sly and sinister intention of the U.S. to use the Ukrainian crisis as an opportunity for fattening up its munitions monopolies and for further tightening the shackle it put on Ukraine to make the puppet Zelenskiy clique henchmen for paving the path for carrying out its strategy for deterring Russia.
It is by no mean fortuitous that experts comment that the U.S. benefits most from the Ukraine crisis and the Biden administration is making enormous profits while feasting on “blood-mixed wine.”
Russian political figures, being fully confident of victory, ridicule the passage of the new military aid bill as the one for making the U.S. richer but reducing Ukraine to greater piles of ashes, saying although the U.S. lavishes tens of billions of dollars on security assistance to Kiev, satisfying the wild greed of munitions tycoons, Russia will surely emerge victorious.
The U.S. transfuses blood to the Zelenskiy regime to prolong its existence at stake but this can never change the dreadful fate awaiting the puppets on deathbed.
The Ukrainian battlefields have long been a “graveyard” of various weaponry bragged about by the U.S. and the NATO.
But Zelenskiy has gone so mad as to express his will to continue the “death-defying resistance” against Russia to the end, making deep bows to his American masters for the decision of new military aid. This cannot but be viewed as sheer hysteria of a “Don Quixote in the 21st century” utterly ignorant of his opponent.
Zelenskiy must be a “star” acting his part well according to the film script written by the U.S., rather than president of a country.
I affirm that the U.S. legislative military aid package is just a mind-bending drug for buoying up for a moment the Zelenskiy clique gripped with fear resulting from its ever-worsening position on battlefield and making it tilt at windmills.
The pro-U.S. lackeys are bound to meet death and ruin for having completely sold off people and all valuables of the country to become cannon fodder of their master, unable to judge what is right and what is wrong.
Any U.S. military aids can never block the advance of the heroic Russian army and people all out for a sacred war of justice for safeguarding the sovereign rights and security of their country.

El viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, encargado de asuntos de Rusia, Im Chon Il, hizo pública el día 24 una declaración titulada “La ayuda militar de EE.UU. a Ucrania no pasa de ser un alucinógeno”.

Según trascendidos, quedó aprobado recientemente en el Congreso de los Estados Unidos el proyecto de ley sobre la ayuda militar adicional a Ucrania, valorada en más de 60 mil millones de US$.
Se puede estimar que de esa manera, se ha hecho una cuestión de tiempo el fabuloso apoyo militar adicional a Ucrania que era una larga polémica del círculo político de EE.UU.
Los medios de prensa norteamericanos y occidentales propagan ampliamente que la presente decisión de Washington dará alientos a Ucrania que se enfrenta a la llamada “agresión” de Rusia.
Esta vez, la Cámara de Representantes del Congreso de EE.UU. dio luz verde al mencionado proyecto de ley dejando atrás la discrepancia entre las fracciones partidistas, lo cual comprueba una vez más que es invariable la siniestra intención de ese país de infligir a toda costa una derrota estratégica a Rusia instigando de continuo a Ucrania que ha perdido la iniciativa en la guerra.
Lo que llama la atención es que más de un tercio de la ayuda financiera de más de 60 mil millones de US$ se quedará en el interior de EE.UU. siendo destinado a completar el arsenal de armamentos y municiones de las tropas norteamericanas.
Así se conoció con toda claridad que si bien EE.UU. extiende la “mano de socorro” a Ucrania hablando de ayuda militar, persigue por detrás el sinistro y astuto intento de enriquecer a sus monopolios de industria bélica aprovechando el conflicto ucranio y someter más a la banda títere de Zelenskiy como guías y lacayos para el cumplimiento de su estrategia de mantener a raya a Rusia.
No es casual que los especialistas evaluaran que EE.UU. es el más beneficiado del incidente de Ucrania y la administración Biden está sacando provechos fabulosos tomando el “vino mezclado de sangre”.
Las figuras políticas de Rusia ridiculizan que como resultado de la aprobación de dicho proyecto de ley, EE.UU. se hará más rico y, por el contrario, Ucrania se verá más arruinada.
Exponen con mucha seguridad la posición de que Rusia triunfará sin falta a pesar de que EE.UU. invierta decenas de miles de millones de dinero en Kiev satisfaciendo a la vez la codicia de sus plutócratas de industria armamentista.
Aunque EE.UU. anda desesperado para alargar la vida precaria de las autoridades de Zelenskiy transfundiéndoles la sangre, no podrá revertir el destino de estos lacayos en agonía.
Hace mucho tiempo, el campo de guerra de Ucrania se ha convertido en un “cementerio” de los armamentos de que se jactaban tanto EE.UU. y la OTAN.
Sin embargo, Zelenskiy, muy agradecido de la reciente decisión de EE.UU., disparatea que continuará hasta el final la “resistencia de vida o muerte” contra Rusia, lo cual deviene una fanfarronada ridícula del “Don Quijote del siglo 21” que desconoce demasiado a su contraparte.
Está claro que él es más una “estrella” que el presidente de un país, porque cumple fielmente su papel según el guión hecho por EE.UU.
En una palabra, el proyecto de ley de ayuda militar adicional de EE.UU. no pasa de ser un alucinógeno que alivia momentáneamente el pavor de la camarilla de Zelenskiy, cada vez más inferior en el campo de batalla, causándole la euforia de arremeterse contra un molino de viento.
Tendrán sólo el desenlace de cadáver abandonado los lacayos proyanquis que al perder el juicio elemental, vendieron a su pueblo y todo lo valioso del país haciendo de este primero la carne de cañón de su amo.
Ningún apoyo militar de EE.UU. podrá detener el avance del heroico ejército y pueblo rusos, movilizados en la guerra justa para defender los derechos soberanos y la seguridad del Estado.

Заместитель министра иностранных дел КНДР по делам России Им Чхон Ир 24 апреля опубликовал нижеследующее заявление для печати под заголовком «Военная помощь США Украине является всего лишь психотропным веществом».
По сообщениям, недавно Конгресс США одобрил законопроект о выделении Украине пакета дополнительной военной помощи на сумму более 60 млрд. долларов.
Итак, масштабная дополнительная военная помощь США Украине, которая долгое время вызывала жаркую дискуссию в политических кругах США, в самом деле стала, можно сказать, вопросом времени.
СМИ США и Запада шумно сообщают, что данное решение Вашингтона подбодрит Украину, которая противостоит некой «агрессии» России.
На этот раз палата представителей Конгресса США, отодвинув на задний план межпартийное разногласие, растормозила принятие законопроекта о военной помощи Украине, что еще раз подтвердило, что остается неизменным гнусное намерение США, пытающихся дальше вдохновить Украину, которая теряла инициативу на поле боя, и непременно нанести России стратегическое поражение.
Дело в том, что не менее трети финансовой поддержки США на сумму более 60 млрд. долларов останется в США в целях дополнения запаса оружий и боеприпасов американской армии.
Так еще раз во всей наготе обнаружено коварное и гнусное намерение США, которые, болтая о военной помощи Украине, протягивают «руку помощи». Их цель заключается в том, чтобы, пользуясь украинским конфликтом, удовлетворить интересы военных монополий США и, в то же время, подчинить себе марионеточную свору Зеленского как проводника и приспешника для осуществления стратегии сдерживания России.
Неслучайно, что эксперты оценивают, что именно США извлекают максимальную выгоду из ситуации на Украине, а администрация Байдена пьет «кровавое вино», получая огромные прибыли.
Политические деятели России издеваются, что принятие нового законопроекта о военной помощи США сделает США более зажиточными, а наоборот, Украину – более опустошенной. Они выражают уверенную позицию, что как бы США ни выделили Киеву денежные средства на сумму десятки млрд. долларов, удовлетворяя алчность своих военных монополистов, Россия будет непременно побеждать.
Хотя США стараются продлить остаток жизни властей Зеленского «переливанием крови», но это отнюдь не может изменить судьбу приспешников, которые находятся в предсмертной агонии.
Поле боя на Украине уже давно превратилось в кладбище разных вооружений, которыми хвалились США и НАТО.
Несмотря на это, Зеленский, выражая благодарность за решение США о новой военной помощи, безрассудно болтает, что будет до конца продолжать «смертельное сопротивление» против России.
Это иначе нельзя назвать как смешной горячностью «Дон Кихота 21-го века», который совсем не знает противника.
Очевидно, что Зеленский является «известным артистом», верно играющим роль по сценарию США, а не президентом одной страны.
Решительно утверждаю, что законопроект США о дополнительной военной помощи является всего лишь психотропным веществом, временно облегчающим страх своры Зеленского, которая с каждым днем теряет инициативу на поле боя на Украине, и подталкивающим ее вперед к ветряному колесу.
Проамериканские приспешники, которые, лишившись элементарного здравого разума, продали свой народ и все ценное страны, стали пушечным мясом хозяина, обречены на гибель.
Любая военная помощь США ни в коем случае не может остановить продвижение вперед героической армии и народа России, которые поднялись на справедливую священную войну за защиту суверенных прав и безопасности государства.

据悉，近期美国国会通过了一项法案，决定向乌克兰提供金额达６００多亿美元的追加军事援助。
由此可见，在美国政界长期引起争议的大规模对乌追加军事援助实际上成了时间问题。
美国等西方媒体大肆叫嚷，华盛顿的此次援助决定将会大力支持正忙于对付所谓俄罗斯“侵略”的乌克兰。
这次美国国会众议院把党派间意见分歧搁在后面，解除阻碍通过对乌军事援助法案的锁扣，再次证实了美国企图继续驱使在战场上陷入困境的乌克兰，一定要给俄罗斯予以战略惨败的阴险居心是仍然没有改变的。
令人值得注目的是，美国的６００多亿美元援助金额中三分之一以上将留在美国国内用于补充美军的武器和弹药库存量。
结果，再次向全世界无疑暴露出，美国口口声声说对乌军事援助，伸出“救援之手”的背后隐藏着想借乌克兰纠纷填饱国内军火商的私囊，同时要把泽连斯基傀儡集团彻底束缚为实现其对俄遏制战略的前卒、帮凶的狡猾凶恶的居心。
专家们认为，乌克兰事态的最大受益者就是美国，拜登政府喝上“血腥的葡萄酒”，正在牟取暴利。这是并非偶然的。
俄罗斯政界人士嘲笑说，美国通过的新一轮军事援助法案将使美国更加富裕，反而使乌克兰更加荒废；并充满信心地说，即使美国养肥自己的军事财阀为基辅挥霍数百亿资金，俄罗斯必将取得胜利。
即使美国想方设法为延长泽连斯基当局的残命进行输血，但这绝不能逆转走狗危在旦夕的命运。
乌克兰战场早已化为美国和北约自卖自夸的各种武器装备之“公墓”。
尽管如此，泽连斯基对美国新一轮军事援助决定三跪九叩，狂妄扬言将同俄罗斯“殊死抗战”到底。这不能不说是太低估对方的“２１世纪堂吉诃德”的可笑血性发作。
泽连斯基显然不是一个国家的总统，而是一名本着美国导演的台本扮演极不光彩角色的“著名演员”。
我敢断定，美国的追加军事支援法案只不过是暂时消除在乌克兰战场上日益陷入困境的泽连斯基集团的恐怖，麻痹他们向“风车”突进的幻觉剂而已。
丧失起码的事理分辨能力，出卖国民和国家一切宝贵的东西，给主子甘当炮灰的亲美走狗，只会落得无主孤魂的下场。
美国的任何军事支援都绝不能阻挡为维护国家主权权利和安全一致奋起投入正义圣战的英勇的俄罗斯军队和人民的前进道路。
