The Founding Congress of the Communist Organization of France (OCF) condemns in the strongest possible terms the new U.S. military strikes against Caracas and the sovereign territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as well as the illegal abduction of its president, Nicolás Maduro, by North American “special forces.”
These aggressions constitute a blatant violation of international law and are part of the global imperialist strategy of Atlanticism aimed at overthrowing progressive, antifascist, patriotic, and anti-imperialist governments.
The OCF expresses its full and unconditional solidarity with the Venezuelan people, with the Bolivarian Revolution, and with all popular forces that are courageously resisting criminal sanctions, hybrid warfare, attempts at destabilization, and now direct military strikes by U.S. imperialism.
The Congress also denounces the political responsibility of the European Union and the Macron regime, which, through their systematic alignment with Washington, their support for sanctions, and their complicit silence in the face of military aggression, act as vassalized relays of U.S. imperialist domination. This submission contributes to the march toward a world war in which the French people would be among the first victims.
Atlanticist imperialism, increasingly challenged by the emergence of a multipolar world and by the strengthening of the BRICS, responds to its historic weakening with military escalation, economic warfare, and armed interference. This headlong flight forward constitutes a major threat to world peace.
The Congress affirms that the defense of Venezuela, of its national independence, and of its territorial integrity is inseparable from the struggle waged in France to put an end to Macronism, to withdraw from the European Union and NATO, and to rebuild an independent, peaceful, and internationalist national policy.
Our primary internationalist task is therefore none other than working, in France, for the overthrow of the EU–NATO axis and of capitalist globalization.
Accordingly, it calls on all anti-imperialist, patriotic, antifascist, and progressive forces in our country to strengthen concrete solidarity with the Venezuelan people, to combat imperialism and its European relays, and to work toward popular unity for peace, national sovereignty, and the emancipation of peoples.

La Révolution bolivarienne doit résister !
Le Congrès fondateur de l’Organisation Communiste de France (OCF) condamne avec la plus grande fermeté les nouvelles frappes militaires des États-Unis contre Caracas et le territoire souverain de la République bolivarienne du Venezuela, tout autant que l’enlèvement illégal de son président Nicolas Maduro par les « forces spéciales » nord-américaines.
Ces agressions constituent une violation flagrante du droit international et s’inscrivent dans la stratégie impérialiste globale de l’atlantisme visant à renverser les gouvernements progressistes, antifascistes, patriotiques et anti-impérialistes.
L’OCF exprime sa solidarité pleine et entière avec le peuple vénézuélien, avec la Révolution bolivarienne et avec toutes les forces populaires qui résistent courageusement aux sanctions criminelles, à la guerre hybride, aux tentatives de déstabilisation et désormais aux frappes militaires directes de l’impérialisme états-unien.
Le Congrès dénonce également la responsabilité politique de l’Union européenne et du régime macronien, qui, par leur alignement systématique sur Washington, leur soutien aux sanctions et leur silence complice face aux agressions militaires, se font les relais vassalisés de la domination impérialiste américaine. Cette soumission contribue à la marche vers une guerre mondiale dont le peuple français serait l’une des premières victimes.
L’impérialisme atlantiste, de plus en plus contesté par l’émergence d’un monde multipolaire et par le renforcement des BRICS, répond à son affaiblissement historique par l’escalade militaire, la guerre économique et l’ingérence armée. Cette fuite en avant constitue une menace majeure pour la paix mondiale.
Le Congrès affirme que la défense du Venezuela, de son indépendance nationale et de son intégrité territoriale, est indissociable du combat mené en France pour en finir avec la macronie, sortir de l’Union européenne et de l’OTAN, et reconstruire une politique nationale indépendante, pacifique et internationaliste.
Notre première tâche internationaliste n’est d’ailleurs d’autre nature que d’œuvrer, en France, au renversement de l’UE-OTAN et de la mondialisation capitaliste.
Il appelle en conséquence l’ensemble des forces anti-impérialistes, patriotiques, antifascistes et progressistes de notre pays à renforcer la solidarité concrète avec le peuple vénézuélien, à combattre l’impérialisme et ses relais européens, et à œuvrer à l’unité populaire pour la paix, la souveraineté des nations et l’émancipation des peuples.
