Commemoration of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea: Socialism and Sovereignty

On this date of profound historical significance, we extend our fraternal and revolutionary greetings to the heroic people of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), to its political leadership, and to the forces that steadfastly uphold the banners of Juche socialism, the sole guarantee of national dignity.
The history of the Korean Peninsula stands as a living testament to unbreakable resistance. After the end of the Second World War, which left the country devastated by Japanese occupation and plunder, the DPRK made the historic and irrevocable decision to choose the path of socialism. In the face of attempts at assimilation and subjugation, the Korean people chose to build a socialism with its own distinctive characteristics. This decision did not come without sacrifice: it meant enduring decades of a criminal economic, financial, and commercial blockade, together with constant military and diplomatic harassment by the imperialist bloc, whose sole objective has been to suffocate Korean socialism, the only guarantee of sovereignty and independence in contrast to the occupied and assimilated South Korea.
However, recent history has shown that the determination of peoples and of the socialist system is stronger than coercive measures. Since 2023, the world has witnessed what is now emerging as a true economic miracle despite the total economic blockade imposed by imperialism. In a context of maximum international pressure, the DPRK has achieved a remarkable rebound in its growth indicators, an unprecedented boost in its industrial sector, urban development, and consolidated social rights, while these are being rapidly eroded throughout the imperialist bloc. This economic upsurge demonstrates that socialism is not merely a choice, but the material foundation that guarantees sovereignty, achieves stability and technological modernization in the service of the people, improving their living conditions with the constant aim of cooperating with others—even with enemies—but never capitulating.
Today, in the face of the evident decline of the Western imperialist bloc, the desperate ambitions of the hegemonic powers led by the United States openly threaten global stability and even the very survival of humanity through militarism and constant provocation. In the face of this imminent danger, it has become imperative to strengthen and consolidate the strategic alliance among the DPRK, the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the nations of the Third World. In short, this means uniting all the forces that fight against imperialism by defending multipolarity and respecting the sovereignty of every nation in the world, regardless of its political or ideological system.
In the rear of imperialism, we communists must strive to help the rest of the working people understand these truths, and we firmly adhere to the World Anti-imperialist Platform as the global organization capable of coordinating these efforts among all revolutionary detachments, drawing lessons that make it possible to correct mistakes and replicate successes.

В эту дату, имеющую глубокое историческое значение, мы направляем братский и революционный привет героическому народу КНДР, ее политическому руководству и силам, твердо удерживающим знамя чучхейского социализма — единственной гарантии национального достоинства.
История Корейского полуострова — это живое свидетельство несокрушимого сопротивления. После окончания Второй мировой войны, оставившей страну опустошенной японской оккупацией и грабежами, КНДР приняла историческое и бесповоротное решение выбрать путь социализма. Перед лицом попыток ассимиляции и подчинения корейский народ решил строить социализм с собственной спецификой. Это решение не обошлось без жертв: оно означало преодоление десятилетий преступной экономической, финансовой и торговой блокады в сочетании с постоянным военным и дипломатическим давлением со стороны империалистического блока, единственной целью которого было удушение корейского социализма — единственной гарантии суверенитета и независимости перед лицом оккупированной и ассимилированной южной части Кореи.
Однако новейшая история показывает, что решимость народов и социалистической системы превосходит любые принудительные меры. С 2023 года мир является свидетелем того, что сегодня можно назвать настоящим экономическим чудом, происходящим, несмотря на тотальную экономическую блокаду со стороны империализма. В условиях максимального международного давления КНДР добилась заметного роста показателей, беспрецедентного импульса в промышленном секторе, городском развитии и закреплении социальных прав, в то время как империалистический блок стремительно их теряет. Этот экономический подъем доказывает, что социализм — это не просто выбор, а материальная основа, позволяющая гарантировать суверенитет, достигать стабильности и технологической модернизации на благо народа, улучшая условия его жизни при постоянной готовности к сотрудничеству с другими — даже с врагами — но без малейшей уступки или капитуляции.
Сегодня, перед лицом очевидного упадка западного империалистического блока, отчаянные амбиции гегемонистских держав во главе с США открыто угрожают глобальной стабильности и самому выживанию человечества через милитаризм и постоянные провокации. Перед лицом этой надвигающейся опасности становится жизненно необходимым укреплять и консолидировать стратегический союз между КНДР, Российской Федерацией, Китайской Народной Республикой, Исламской Республикой Иран и странами Третьего мира. В конечном счете — со всеми силами, борющимися против империализма, защищающими многополярность и уважающими суверенитет всех наций мира, независимо от их политической или идеологической системы.
Находясь в тылу империализма, мы, коммунисты, должны прилагать все усилия, чтобы донести эти истины до остальных трудящихся, и мы твердо присоединяемся к Всемирной антиимпериалистической платформе (PMA) как мировой организации, способной координировать эти усилия между всеми революционными отрядами, извлекая уроки для исправления ошибок и воспроизведения успехов.
Да здравствует КНДР!

Conmemoración a la república popular democrática de corea: socialismo y soberanía

En esta fecha de profunda significación histórica, extendemos un saludo fraterno y revolucionario al heroico pueblo de la República Popular Democrática de Corea (RPDC), a su dirección política y a las fuerzas que sostienen con firmeza las banderas del socialismo juche, única garantía de la dignidad nacional.
La historia de la península coreana es el testimonio vivo de una resistencia inquebrantable. Tras el fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, que dejó al país devastado por la ocupación y el pillaje japonés, la RPDC tomó la decisión histórica e irrevocable de escoger la vía del socialismo. Frente a los intentos de asimilación y sumisión, el pueblo coreano optó por edificar un socialismo con características propias. Esta decisión no estuvo exenta de sacrificios: significó enfrentar décadas de un criminal bloqueo económico, financiero y comercial, sumado al constante acoso militar y diplomático por parte del bloque imperialista, cuyo único objetivo ha sido asfixiar el el socialismo coreano, única garantía de soberanía e independencia frente a la corea ocupada y asimilada del sur.
Sin embargo, la historia reciente demuestra que la determinación de los pueblos y del sistema socialista es superior a las medidas coercitivas. Desde el año 2023, el mundo es testigo de lo que se consolida hoy como un verdadero milagro económico a pesar del bloqueo económico total por par el imperialismo. En un contexto de máxima presión internacional, la RPDC ha logrado un notable repunte en sus indicadores de crecimiento, un impulso sin precedentes en su sector industrial, desarrollo urbano y derechos sociales consolidados mientras que en el bloque imperialista se van perdiendo de forma acelerada. Este auge económico demuestra que el socialismo no es una simple elección, sino la base material que permite garantizar la soberanía, alcanzar la estabilidad y la modernización tecnológica al servicio del pueblo, mejorando sus condiciones de vida como objetivo siempre con el ánimo de colaborar con los demás -incluso con los enemigos – pero jamás claudicando.
Hoy, ante la evidente decadencia del bloque imperialista occidental, las ambiciones desesperadas de las potencias hegemónicas encabezadas por EEUU amenazan abiertamente la estabilidad global y la propia supervivencia de la humanidad a través del belicismo y la provocación constante. Frente a este peligro inminente, se vuelve imperativo fortalecer y consolidar la alianza estratégica entre la RPDC, la Federación de Rusia, la República Popular China, la República Islámica de Irán y las naciones del Tercer Mundo. En definitiva, de todas las fuerzas que combaten al imperialismo defendiendo el multipolarismo y respetando la soberanía de todas las naciones del mundo, sin importar el sistema político ni ideológico.
En la retaguardia del imperialismo, los comunistas debemos esforzarnos para hacer comprender estas verdades al resto de trabajadores y nos adherimos firmemente a la PMA como organización mundial capaz de coordinar estos esfuerzos entre todos los destacamentos revolucionarios extrayendo lecciones que permitan corregir los errores y reproducir los aciertos.

¡Viva el socialismo y las luchas de liberación nacional de las naciones oprimidas!
Saludos fraternales a Kim Jong Un, a su gobierno, al EPC y al pueblo coreano.
