KCNA Commentary on Dangerous U.S.-south Korean Military Attempt
The U.S. and the south Korean puppet scoundrels are getting ever more desperate in their ceaseless war gamble which has gone beyond the threshold of another dangerous phase of escalating tension, though we keep an eye on them with patience.
The enemies launched the largest-ever “combined joint fire annihilation drill” in the area close to the Military Demarcation Line on May 25.
The drill to be conducted in five stages by June 15 is a very dangerous saber-rattling as its name denotes.
Involved in the first-stage drill were more than 2 500 troops from 71 units of combined forces of the U.S. forces and the south Korean puppet army and more than 610 arms and equipment of the ground and air forces including tanks, armored cars, fighters and drones.
The powder-reeking war drill was staged in a frantic manner by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet army as part of a “joint strike at artillery units, command and support facilities of the north” and of “reconnaissance surveillance of the north’s core targets in the area along the Military Demarcation Line and strike at them by air and artillery forces”.
The puppet scoundrels went mad with confrontation before the drill, making bellicose remarks that the “drill is prepared as a demonstration of the ultra-modern military capability of the U.S.-south Korea alliance for peace by strength” and “it will show the shortest termination of operation with the might of the overwhelming U.S.-south Korea combined joint fighting power and military capabilities.
The “combined joint fire annihilation drill” is not a simple ordinary military drill but a very dishonest and threatening actual drill, a preview for the aggressive war and a dangerous attempt to use armed forces against the DPRK.
As everybody knows, the U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers have mastered military threat and blackmail and war tactics against the DPRK through the “combined joint fire annihilation drill”.
The drill has been staged 11 times since June 1977 as it was pursuant to the war scenario that the U.S. and south Korean puppet ground, naval and air combined forces would carry out a “punishment” against the DPRK by mobilizing “latest weapons” in case a war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula.
The figures show that the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet scoundrels made great efforts to stage every “combined joint fire annihilation drill”.
At the end of last year, they openly revealed the bellicose nature of the drill, describing it as “the largest-ever one involving many cutting-edge weapons” and “the one demonstrating the great firepower and maneuverability of the alliance”.
As the world public raised deep concern and strong protest over the gravity of the drill, the U.S. announced before the start of the drill that the combined joint fire operation drill is defensive in essence and for helping display the mutual operation. In this way, the U.S. replaced the sensitive word “annihilation” from the drill’s title with “operation” in a bid to cover up the drill’s dangerousness.
But the south Korean puppet rascals persisted in terming it “combined joint fire annihilation drill”, contending that “the aim of the drill is to improve the ability for carrying out the U.S.-south Korea combined joint operation” and that “they would “strengthen the deterrent through exercises for maneuverability and live firing”. This clearly shows the bellicose true colors of the enemy trying to “exterminate” us under the pretext of “security”.
The stooges of the U.S. so often say that all our acts pose a “serious threat” and theirs provide a “durable security”, because they are under pressure of security uneasiness, persecution complex and obsession.
What cannot be overlooked is the fact that the enemy is waging another military action assuming serious aspect of a nuclear war, as well as the combined drill.
Even now, a joint air drill by the 7th U.S. air force and the south Korean puppet air force continues frantically in the sky above the region of the puppets. And a “joint sea intercepting drill” will be staged in the waters off Jeju Island from May 30, together with Japan and other vassal forces.
On the day of the start of the drill, the U.S. Defense Department announced that more strategic assets, including F-22s, F-35s and B-1 strategic bomber, would be deployed in the region of the puppets.
The present situation, in which the “combined joint fire annihilation drill” and other military moves are simultaneously pushed forward, clearly shows the sinister scheme of the enemies to launch an all-out aggression on the DPRK from the sky, land and sea at any moment by mobilizing even all their strategic assets.
This is very serious developments.
History showed that ceaseless military exercises and arms buildup by the imperialists and warmongers surely led to the criminal military action for invasion of other countries.
No one can vouch that the current combined drill of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet rascals will not lead to an all-out armed invasion of the DPRK.
It is no exaggeration to say that the war scenario for aggression on the DPRK has already entered its implementation stage through training stage.
We’d like to ask them if they can cope with the consequences to be entailed by their reckless and dangerous war gambles that are being staged under the eyes of the armed forces of the DPRK they describe as very worrying and threatening.

Как бы мы ни допускали с терпением, игрище с огнем США и южнокорейской марионеточной шайки никогда не прекратилось, наоборот, становится более безумным. А теперь оно перешло за очередные опасные пределы обострения ситуации.
25 мая враги провели так называемые крупнейшие в истории «объединенные совместные огневые учения для уничтожения» в районе вблизи военно-демаркационной линии.
Нынешние объединенные учения, которые пройдут по 15 июня в 5 этапов, представляют собой буквально весьма опасное игрище с огнем.
Даже в первом этапе задействованы более 2500 военных 71 части объединенных вооруженных сил армии США и южнокорейской марионеточной армии, более 610 вооружений сухопутных войск и ВВС, включая танк, бронемашину, истребитель и беспилотник.
В рамках объединенных учений американская армия и южнокорейская марионеточная армия бешено провели тренировку по «нанесению совместных ударов по артиллерийским частям, сооружениям командования и поддержки Севера» и тренировку по «разведке и наблюдению за главными мишенями Севера, нанесению удара по ним с использованием воздушных и артиллерийских вооруженных сил» в районе вблизи военно-демаркационной линии.
Марионеточная шайка даже перед началом учений болтали, что «подготавливается демонстрация сверхсовременной военной мощи альянса США и Южной Кореи для обеспечения мира с помощью силы» и «будут показывать завершение операции подавляющей мощью и военной способностью всех объеденных совместных военных сил США и Южной Кореи за кратчайшее время». Таким образом, они обнаружили крайнюю конфронтационную истерику.
«Объединенные совместные огневые учения для уничтожения» являются не регулярными учениями простых частей, а весьма нечистыми и угрожающими практическими учениями, репетицией агрессивной войны, а также опасным намерением использовать вооруженные силы против нашей Республики.
Как всем известно, США и марионеточные воинственные элементы в ходе «объединенных совместных огневых учений для уничтожения» отрабатывали способ военной угрозы и ведения войны против нашей Республики.
Эти учения, которые проводятся по сценарию войны с целью «громить» нашу Республику путем мобилизации «новейших вооружений» объединенных вооруженных сил сухопутных войск, ВМС, ВВС США и Южной Кореи в случае вспышки войны на Корейском полуострове, проведены 11 раз с июня 1977 года до сих пор.
Как показывает данное число, можно узнать то, что американские империалисты и южнокорейская марионеточная шайка прилагала большие усилия к каждым «объединенным совместным огневым учениям для уничтожения».
А в конце прошлого года они, болтая об «участии крупномасштабных сверхсовременных всех сил», «самых крупномасштабных в истории учениях» и «демонстрации мощного огневого удара и маневренности союза», откровенно обнаружили воинственный характер военных учений.
Когда с каждым днем повышаются озабоченность международного сообщества серьезностью данных объединенных учений и его протест против них, США в преддверии военных учений подменили острое выражение названия учений «уничтожение» на «применение», говоря, что данные объединенные совместные учения для применения огневых сил по сути дела носят оборонительный характер и представляют собой учения для содействия взаимного применения. Таким образом, пытались скрыть опасность учений.
Но в отличие от своего хозяина марионеточная шайка болтала, что «данные учения нацелены на улучшение способности к ведению объединенной совместной операции США и Южной Кореи» и «будут укреплять силы сдерживания путем ведения тренировки по практическому маневрированию и практической стрельбе», упорствуя в своем утверждении, что данные учения являются «объединенными совместными огневыми учениями для уничтожения». Это во всей наготе показывает воинственное нутро врагов с целью «уничтожения» нас под оболочкой «обеспечения безопасности».
Разделение на «серьезную угрозу» и «обеспечение прочной безопасности» в зависимости от того, именно кто проведет учения, является нестабильной психоидеологией и постоянным гавканьем псов США, загнанных из-за озабоченности безопасностью, мания преследования и сознания принуждения.
Нельзя обойти молчанием, что враги параллельно с этими объединенными учениями развертывают еще другие военные действия, которые носят характер ядерной войны.
И в этот момент в воздухе территории южнокорейских марионеток продолжаются безумные объединенные воздушные учения 7-ых американских ВВС и марионеточных ВВС, а с 30 мая в море вблизи острова Чечжу пройдут «объединенные учения морской блокады» с участием Японии и других сателлитов.
Минобороны США официально объявило, что в день ведения объединенных учений будет еще больше направлять на территорию южнокорейских марионеток стратегические средства, включая истребители «F-22» и «F-35», стратегический бомбардировщик «B-1».
Нынешняя ситуация, когда все вместе совершаются «объединенные совместные огневые учениям для уничтожения» и другие военные происки, воочию показывает гнусное намерение врагов, которые на всех пространствах, включая небо, землю и море, пытаются начать всестороннюю агрессию против КНДР, задействовуя все стратегические средства.
Это весьма серьезное развитие ситуации.
История доказала, что беспрерывные военные учения империалистов и воинственных элементов, их происки наращивания вооруженных сил обязательно перешли к преступным военным действиям для агрессии против других стран.
Нет никакой гарантии, что нынешние объединенные учения США и южнокорейской марионеточной шайки не переходят к всестороннему вооруженному вторжению против нас.
Без увеличения можно сказать, что сценарий агрессивной войны против нашей Республики уже вступил в этап выполнения, выйдя из рамок учений.
И сейчас они без страха продолжают опасное игрище с огнем перед вооруженными силами КНДР, которые они сами называют столь тревожными и угрожающими. Спрашивается, могут ли они справиться с последствиями.

A pesar de nuestra paciencia, se exacerba aun más la situación por los alborotos militares frenéticos de EE.UU. y los bandidos títeres surcoreanos.
El día 25, los enemigos libraron en la cercanía de la Línea de Demarcación Militar los “ejercicios combinados de exterminio con el fuego conjunto” de gran tamaño sin precedente en la historia.
Este entrenamiento militar que se realizará dividiendo en 5 ocasiones hasta el 15 de junio, es un juego con fuego más peligroso.
En el primer ejercicio se movilizaron más de 2 mil 500 efectivos de 71 unidades de las fuerzas aliadas de las tropas norteamericanas y de títere surcoreano y más de 610 armamentos de las fuerzas terrestres y aéreas como tanques, vehículos blindados, cazas y drones.
Las maniobras militares se desarrollaron dividiendo en el ejercicio de “golpe conjunto contra las unidades artilleras y las instalaciones de mando y apoyo del Norte de Corea” y en el de “reconocer y vigilar los objetos importantes del Norte y golpearlos con las fuerzas aéreas y de artillería” en los alrededores de la Línea de Demarcación Militar.
Desde antes del inicio de ejercicios, los bandidos surcoreanos soltaron los disparates belicosos como “están preparándose como una muestra de la capacidad militar sofisticada de la alianza EE.UU.-Sur de Corea para lograr la paz por la fuerza” y “demostraremos que la operación finalizará en un tiempo más corto con las fuerzas y la capacidad militar de las fuerzas combativas combinadas EE.UU.-Sur de Corea”.
El entrenamiento en cuestión no es un simple ejercicio rutinario de la unidad militar sino el de movilidad real cuyo objetivo es muy malsano y amenazador, un ensayo de guerra agresiva y una intención peligrosa de emplear las fuerzas armadas contra la RPDC.
Como es conocido por todos, EE.UU. y los belicistas títeres vinieron adiestrándose mediante estas maniobras la amenaza y chantaje militares y los métodos de guerra contra la RPDC.
Este alboroto militar se realiza según el guión de guerra de que las fuerzas conjuntas terrestres, navales y aéreas EE.UU.-Sur de Corea “castigan” la RPDC con las “armas sofisticadas”, cuando estalla la guerra en la Península Coreana.
Desde el junio de 1977 hasta la fecha, se desarrolló en 11 veces.
La cifra deja saber cuán esfuerzos hicieron EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos para el cumplimiento de esta maniobra militar.
El fin del año pasado, ellos expusieron abiertamente el carácter belicoso de los ejercicios, diciendo de la “participación de las fuerzas combativas sofisticadas de gran tamaño”, la “dimensión nunca vista en la historia” y la “manifestación del fuego poderoso y la movilidad de la alianza”.
Ante la preocupación y la oposición furiosa de la sociedad internacional sobre la gravedad de las maniobras militares, EE.UU. las abogó en vísperas de su inicio, diciendo que “los ejercicios combinados de operación del fuego conjunto son en su esencia los defensivos y un entrenamiento para ayudar a manifestarse la eficiencia de operación mutua”, así que cambió en el nombre de los ejercicios la expresión sensible “exterminio” por la “operación” a fin de encubrir su peligrosidad.
Sin embargo, los títeres hablaron que “su objetivo es para mejorar la capacidad del cumplimiento de la operación combinada y conjunta EE.UU.-Sur de Corea” y “centuplicarán la capacidad disuasiva mediante los ejercicios de movilidad y tiro reales”, insistiendo a diferencia de su amo en los “ejercicios combinados de exterminio con fuego conjunto”, lo que permite conocer la naturaleza belicosa de los enemigos que acechan el “extermino” de la RPDC so pretexto de la “seguridad”.
El entrenamiento militar de alguien deviene una “seria amenaza” y el de otro una “sólida seguridad”. Esto es la psicología inestable y ladrido de los perros de EE.UU., colmados de la inquietud por su seguridad, el sentimiento de daño y la concepción de coerción.
Lo que no puede pasar por alto es que se despliega a la vez otra acción militar.
En estos momentos, se desarrollan en el espacio aéreo de la zona de los títeres los ejercicios aéreos conjuntos de la séptima fuerza aérea norteamericana y las fuerzas aéreas títeres y desde el 30 de mayo, se prevén los “ejercicios conjuntos de interrupción marítima” junto con Japón y otras fuerzas seguidoras en el mar cercana de la isla Jeju.
El Departamento de Defensa de EE.UU. publicó que el día de ejercicios se ubicarán en la zona de los títeres más propiedades estratégicas como “F-22”, “F-35” y “B-1”.
La actual situación demuestra claramente la intención malsana de los enemigos de emprender en cualquier hora en el cielo, tierra y mar la agresión a la RPDC movilizando todas las propiedades estratégicas.
Es una situación insoslayable.
La historia nos enseña que se han extendido sin falta a la acción militar contra otros países los ejercicios militares y el aumento de las fuerzas armadas que se desarrollan incesantemente por los imperialistas y belicistas.
No hay ninguna garantía de que no se alargarán los presentes entrenamientos de EE.UU. y los títeres surcoreanos a la invasión armada a la RPDC.
No sería exagerado decir que el guión de guerra de agresión contra la RPDC entró en la etapa de ejecución pasando la de ejercicio.
Les preguntamos si pueden responsabilizarse con las consecuencias que generará su juego con fuego tan peligroso como ahora contra las fuerzas armadas de su contraparte que son calificadas por ellos mismos del existente preocupante y amenazador.

朝中社评论：非要点燃核战争导火索的极其危险的军事企图
发挥多大的忍耐，坐视不管，但美国和南朝鲜傀儡集团的玩火骚动一直没完没了、愈演愈烈，加剧紧张局势，逾越了又一个危险门槛。
２５日，敌人在军事分界线及其附近地区进行了一场史上最大规模的“联合协同火力剿敌演习”。
据称，此次联合训练分５次进行至６月１５日，顾名思义就是万分危险的玩火骚动。
美军和南朝鲜傀儡军７１个联合武力部队的２５００多个士兵和坦克、装甲车、战斗机、无人机等６１０多架陆空两军武器装备参加了首批训练。
火药味刺鼻的战争演习分美国南朝鲜傀儡军“协同打击北方炮兵部队和指挥、支援设施”的训练和在军事分界线一带“以侦察监视和空中及炮兵武力打击北方核心目标”的训练等进行。
开训之前，傀儡集团口出好战狂言称，“此训正在准备显示美国南朝鲜同盟靠实力体现和平的尖端军事能力”、“将会展现以压倒性的美国南朝鲜联合协同战力的力量和军事能力最短时间内终结作战的面貌”，表现出了极度的对抗狂热。
“联合协同火力剿敌演习”不是单纯的部队经常性演习，而是其目的非常不良而威胁性的实战训练、侵略战争预演会，也是企图对我们共和国动武的危险预兆。
众所周知，美国和傀儡好战分子一直通过“联合协同火力剿敌演习”，熟练了对朝军事威胁恐吓和战争手法。
这次训练完全根据如在朝鲜半岛爆发战争时，美国南朝鲜傀儡陆海空三军联合兵力动员“最新武器”来“惩戒”我们共和国的战争剧本，从１９７７年６月至今共进行了１１次。
正如数据所显示，美国和南朝鲜傀儡集团在实施一次次的“联合协同火力剿敌演习”上投入了多大的精力、下了多大的功夫。
去年年底，他们大肆叫嚷“大规模尖端战力参训”、“历届级规模”、“同盟的莫强火力和机动力的显示”，表露出了训练的好战性质。
国际社会对这一联合训练的严重性深表忧虑，抗议之声越发强烈，因此美国开训前夕辩称，“这次联合协同火力运用演习的本质是防御性的，也是有助于提高相互运用性的训练”，而且偷偷把“剿敌”这一训练名称的刺激性词汇改写成“运用”来企图掩盖其危险性。
但傀儡与主子不同, 硬说是“联合协同火力剿敌演习”，奢谈“以提升美国南朝鲜联合协同作战执行能力为目的”，“要进行实际机动、实际射击训练来加强遏制力”，这如实地表明了敌人披着“安保”外衣，企图“灭绝”我们的好战嘴脸。
谁做了什么就构成“严重的威胁”，谁做了什么反而就变成“坚定的安保”，这是时时刻刻被安保不安、受害意识和强迫观念所俘虏的美国的忠实走狗感受到的不稳定心理，动不动狂吠的丧气话。
不可忽略的是，除了此次联合训练外，敌人还并行展开核战争样式鲜明的又一个军事行动。
此时此刻，美第７空军和傀儡空军在傀儡地区上空持续疯狂进行联合空中训练，而且策划从５月３０日起在济州岛附近海域进行日本等仆从势力参与的“联合海上封锁训练”。
美国国防部公布，将在训练当天，把Ｆ－２２、Ｆ－３５战斗机和Ｂ－１战略轰炸机等战略资产更多部署到傀儡地区。
“联合协同火力剿敌演习”和其他军事活动复合推进的现况如实地表明，敌人企图随时随刻在空中、地面和海上动员一切战略资产全面实施对朝侵略的阴险意图。
这不能不说是极不寻常的事态发展。
历史证明，帝国主义者和好战分子不断进行的军演和增兵活动必将延续到侵略他国的犯罪性军事行动。
谁都无法保证美帝和南朝鲜傀儡集团的此次联合训练一定不会演变成反朝全面武装进攻。
针对我们共和国的侵略战争脚本已逾越演习阶段而进入实行阶段，这并不是言过其实的。
那么试问，难道你们能够担负起在连你们自己也如此深感忧虑的朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的威胁性武装力量面前，像现在这样毫无怯色，抱薪玩火所招致的后果吗？（完）
