Kakhovka Dam Collapse is Only Second Nord Stream Case: Int’l Affairs Analyst of DPRK
O Song Jin, a researcher at the Institute of International Studies of the DPRK, issued the following article titled “The collapse of the Kakhovka dam is only the second Nord Stream case” on Friday:
The dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant on the lower River Dnipro in Ukraine collapsed on June 6, sparking off great uneasiness and concern of the international community.
More than half of the floodgates of the dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant were severely damaged and a large amount of water in the reservoir was discharged, resulting in over 10 meters rise in the water level of the River Dnipro, inundating thousands of houses and causing over 20 000 flood victims.
The international community is expressing serious concern, saying that the principal dam, which had been used to supply drinking and irrigational water to one of the three main granaries of the world, was destroyed to cause serious humanitarian and ecological environment damage and that it might trigger the worldwide increase of grain prices.
At the time when the whole world is concerned about human and material losses caused by the dam’s collapse, Ukraine and the U.S. and other Western countries are basely moving to shift all responsibilities onto Russia.
The Zelenskiy authorities are trying to shift the blame for the collapse of the Kakhovka dam onto Russia, claiming that Russia exploded the dam from its inside. And the U.S. and Western media are spreading the absurd rumor that the recent incident was a deliberate destruction by Russia aimed at checking the Ukrainian army’s counterattack expected in the southern region.
But the awl in the sack can never be hidden.
Zelenskiy, who likes to bluff, said that the collapse of the dam would have no effect on Ukraine’s efforts for restoring its territory, only to self-deny the assertion that Russia had destroyed the dam to prevent the advance of the Ukrainian troops.
As for the Ukrainian army’s counterattack the Kiev clique is loudly talking about, it is not so great for Russia to take such clumsy measures as destroying the dam in its hands.
Although the Ukrainian army launched a large-scale ground attack some days ago, it is only losing thousands of troops, tens of tanks, armored cars and many other weapons and equipment every day, far from breaking through the Russian armed forces’ defense line.
This shows that the counteroffensive operations of the Zelenskiy clique, which had been allegedly prepared for a long time under the military support of the United States and the West, are being frustrated before the impregnable defence line of the heroic Russian army.
Under such circumstances, the assertion of the Kiev authorities and the West that Russia is trying to inundate by itself the areas of the powerful defense zone built with much effort and greet the Ukrainian army’s counterattack cannot be viewed otherwise than invalid sophism.
On the other hand, taking into account the fact that the explosion of the dam caused the paralysis of Russia’s drinking water supply system for the Republic of Crimea and inflicted huge material damage on the peaceable residents in the region that was newly integrated into Russia, the Zelenskiy authorities are fully motivated to commit such hideous crimes with the connivance of the U.S.
It is not fortuitous that on the day when the dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant collapsed, The Washington Post reported that CIA had known about the plan of the Ukrainian special operation group to blow up gas pipelines three months before the underwater explosion of a “Nord Stream” gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea last year, the cause of which has not yet been clarified.
This is undeniable evidence proving the international community’s view that the U.S. and Ukraine were behind the case of the explosion of the “Nord Stream” gas pipeline which had been used to supply Russian natural gas to Western Europe.
It is self-evident who is vitally interested in the recent humanitarian disaster, in the light of the sinister intention of Ukraine making desperate efforts to accuse Russia of war crimes by employing all means and methods and of the intention of Russia adjusting the intensity of its military operations to prevent damage to peaceable residents as much as possible.
The case of the collapsed Kakhovka dam is, after all, nothing but another farce and the second “Nord Stream” case cooked up by the U.S. and Ukraine in cahoots to shift the blame for humanitarian disaster onto Russia and create a political and military environment favorable for the so-called counteroffensive operation of Ukraine.
All facts go to prove once again before the world that the Zelenskiy clique is the horde of hooligans who unhesitatingly sacrifice the lives of innocent peaceable residents to prolong their political remaining days.
So, it doesn’t matter to say that the responsibility for all the sudden cases that would occur in relation with the Ukrainian situation in the future rests, in any case, with the Ukrainian authorities and the U.S. controlling them.
No matter how hard the U.S. and the Zelenskiy authorities try to confuse right and wrong, their trick can never blind the stern eyes of the international community.
The unethical crimes of the U.S. and the Kiev authorities that caused a grave humanitarian disaster to gratify their unjust interests should be certainly punished by justice.
The Zelenskiy clique, which has driven the destiny of the country and nation into the mire of war with the backing of foreign forces, is bound to meet doom in “Noah’s flood”.

Ниже следует полный текст статьи «Подрыв плотины Каховской ГЭС является всего лишь вторым инцидентом〈Северных потоков〉», опубликованной 9 июня сотрудником Института по изучению международных вопросов О Сон Чжином.
6 июня произошел серьезный инцидент подрыва плотины Каховской ГЭС, расположенной в низовье реки Днепр Украины, что вызывает большую тревогу и озабоченность международного сообщества.
В результате серьезного разрушения большинства задвижек плотины Каховской ГЭС и неконтролируемого сброса воды из водохранилища ниже по течению уровень воды реки Днепр уже превысил 10 метров, подтоплены тысячи жилых домов, а более 20 тыс. жителей стали пострадавшими от наводнения.
Международное сообщество, оценивая, что разрушение главной плотины, которая снабжала этот район, называющийся одним из трех хлебородных краев в мире, питьевой водой и водой для ведения сельского хозяйства, может приводить к серьезной гуманитарной катастрофе, разрушению экологической обстановки и росту цен на зерновые в мире, выразило глубокую озабоченность.
Именно в то время, когда весь мир беспокоится о человеческих жертвах и материальных ущербах из-за разрушения плотины, Запад, в том числе Украина и США, гнусно пытается возложить полную ответственность за происшедшее на Россию.
Власти Зеленского утверждают, что Россия подорвала плотину Каховской ГЭС изнутри, и пытаются возложить ответственность за разрушение плотины на Россию. А СМИ США и Запада распространяют абсурдную дезинформацию, что данный инцидент – намеренное разрушение, совершенное Россией с целью сдерживания контратаки вооруженных сил Украины, которая ожидается на Юге.
Но шила в мешке не утаишь.
Зеленский, который любит блефовать, признался, что «хотя разрушена плотина, но это не окажет никакого влияния на возвращение нами территории», тем самым лично отрицал свои утверждения, согласно которым Россия подорвала плотину в целях задержания наступления вооруженных сил Украины.
На самом деле так называемая контратака вооруженных сил Украины, о которой шумит киевская клика, не так угрожающая, что России придется подорвать плотину, которая находится в своих руках.
Несколько дней назад войска Украины начали крупномасштабные наземные наступления, но каждый день теряют тысячи военнослужащих и большую часть боевой техники, в том числе десятки танков и других боевых бронированных машин, не говоря уж о прорыве оборонительной линии вооруженных сил РФ.
Это показывает, что так называемая контратака, о которой клика Зеленского говорит, что при военной поддержке США и Запада очень долго и последовательно подготовили, не избегает ужасного срыва, потому что сталкивается с неодолимой оборонительной линией героической российской армии.
В такой обстановке нельзя трактовать утверждения властей Киева и Запада, что Россия планирует своими руками затопить с трудом сооруженные мощные оборонительные зоны и встретить контратаку ВСУ, иначе, как вздор с отсутствием убедительности.
Наоборот, считаю, что достаточен повод совершения властями Зеленского такого крупнейшего преступления под покровительством США с учетом факта, что из-за подрыва плотины парализована система снабжения Крымской республики питьевой водой, а мирные жители районов, вошедших в состав России, понесут огромные материальные ущербы.
В тот день, когда разрушена плотина Каховской ГЭС, американская газета «Вашингтон пост» сообщила, что за три месяца до того момента, когда из-за неясного взрыва на дне Балтийского моря разрушены газопроводы «Северных потоков», Центральное разведывательное управление США уже были в курсе плана взрыва газопроводов украинской группой специального назначения, – это неслучайно.
Это служит неопровержимым свидетельством мнения международного сообщества о том, что США и Украина стоят за инцидентом взрыва газопроводов «Северных потоков», которые снабжали Западную Европу российским природным газом.
Если учесть гнусный замысел Украины, пытающейся всякими средствами и методами навесить на Россию ярлык военного преступника, и намерению России, регулирующей интенсивность военной операции для того, чтобы мирное население не понесло ущерба, вполне ясно, именно кто заинтересуется нынешним инцидентом гуманитарной катастрофы.
Итак, инцидент подрыва плотины Каховской ГЭС является всего лишь очередным собственно сделанным инцидентом США и Украины, вторым инцидентом «Северных потоков», нацеленным на то, чтобы сваливать ответственность за гуманитарную катастрофу на Россию и создавать благоприятную военно-политическую обстановку для «контратаки» Украины.
Все эти факты еще рас свидетельствуют всему миру, что именно клика Зеленского является бандитской шайкой, которая для поддержания остатка своей политической жизни без колебаний жертвует и жизнью невинного мирного населения.
Позволительно считать, что ответственность за все будущие возможные неожиданные события в связи с украинским кризисом в любом случае лежит на украинских властях и США.
Как бы США и власти Зеленского ни попытались путать правду и ложь, не могут отвлекать от себя строгое внимание международного сообщества.
Античеловеческие бесчинство США и властей Киева, которые натворили серьезную гуманитарную катастрофу, непременно должно быть под судом.
Клика Зеленского, которая под покровительством внешних сил привела судьбу страны и нации к войне, непременно попадет в «Ноев потоп» и придет к концу.

Derrumbe del dique de Kakhovka no es más que el segundo incidente de “Corriente del Norte”
El investigador del Instituto de Estudio de los Asuntos Internacionales, O Song Jin, hizo público el día 9 un artículo intitulado “Derrumbe del dique de Kakhovka no es más que el segundo incidente de ‘Corriente del Norte'”.

El pasado día 6, ocurrió el grave incidente de desplome del dique de la Central Hidroeléctrica de Kakhovka, situada abajo del río Dnipro, el cual produce la gran inquietud y preocupación de la sociedad internacional.
Fueron destruidas gravemente más de la mitad de las compuertas del dique y fugado mucho caudal de la represa. Como resultado, el nivel de agua del río Dnipro creció más de 10 metros dejando anegadas miles de viviendas y más de 20 mil damnificados.
La sociedad internacional expresa seria preocupación opinando que la destrucción del dique principal, que suministraba aguas potables y de uso agrícola a uno de los 3 graneros del mundo, causará graves pérdidas humanitarias y ecológicas alentando la subida de precios de cereales en todo el mundo.
Cuando todo el mundo está preocupado por los daños humanos y materiales a causa del incidente, Ucrania, EE.UU. y el mundo occidental se portan suciamente para imputar la responsabilidad total a Rusia.
Específicamente, las autoridades de Zelenskiy intentan imputar la responsabilidad a Rusia diciendo que ésta explotó el dique por dentro.
Mientras tanto, los medios de prensa de EE.UU. y el Occidente circulan el rumor absurdo de que el incidente es un acto intencional de Rusia para frenar el contraataque del ejército ucranio que se preveía en la región meridional.
Sin embargo, no se puede ocultar nunca la verdad.
Al confesar que aunque se rompió el dique, esto no dará ningún efecto negativo a la recuperación de territorios, el fanfarrón Zelenskiy negó por sí sólo la opinión de sus compinches de que Rusia destruyó el dique para detener el avance de las tropas ucranias.
De hecho, el contraataque del ejército ucranio, de que hablan a bombo y platillo la banda de Kiev, no es tan temible como para obligar a Rusia a destruir el dique bajo su control.
Si bien las tropas ucranias emprendieron hace poco el ataque terrestre de gran envergadura, sufren cada día miles de bajas y la pérdida de numerosos equipos técnicos de combate, inclusive decenas de tanques y carros blindados, lejos de romper la línea de defensa de las fuerzas armadas de Rusia.
Esto demuestra que la operación de contraataque, que al decir de la camarilla de Zelenskiy, fue preparada perfectamente durante largo tiempo con el apoyo militar de EE.UU. y el Occidente, está condenada al fracaso trágico ante el cordón de defensa inexpugnable del heroico ejército ruso.
En tales circunstancias, no cabe otra evaluación que un sofisma carente de fuerza persuasiva, en cuanto a la insistencia de las autoridades de Kiev y el Occidente en que Rusia trata de enfrentarse al contraataque del ejército ucranio luego de sumergir con manos propias la zona de defensa rotunda, establecida con mucho trabajo.
Por el contrario, creo que las autoridades de Zelenskiy tienen motivo suficiente para cometer el tremendo crimen de explotar el dique bajo la tolerancia de EE.UU., si se toma en cuenta que como consecuencia de este caso, quedó paralizado el sistema de abastecimiento de agua potable a la República de Crimea por parte de Rusia y sufrirán enormes pérdidas materiales los habitantes pacíficos de las regiones recién fusionadas con ese último país.
No por casualidad, el día de desplome del dique, Washington Post informó que la CIA conocía el plan de sabotaje de un comando ucranio ya 3 meses antes de que fuera destruido el gasoducto “Corriente del Norte” en el Mar Báltico debido a una explosión submarina, ocurrida el año pasado por causas desconocidas.
Este hecho constituye una prueba innegable que confirma la opinión de la sociedad internacional de que EE.UU. y Ucrania estuvieron detrás del caso de explosión de ese gasoducto que transportaba el gas natural de Rusia a Europa occidental.
Resulta evidente quién está interesado realmente en el presente desastre humanitario si se comparan la siniestra intención de Ucrania, que se vale de todos los medios y métodos para estigmatizar a Rusia de criminal de guerra, y el propósito de la parte rusa que regula la intensidad de su operación militar para evitar en todo lo posible los daños a la población pacífica.
En fin de cuentas, el incidente del dique de Kakhovka no es más que un drama y segundo incidente de la “Corriente del Norte” en que se confabularon EE.UU. y Ucrania para imputar a Rusia la responsabilidad del desastre humanitario y preparar un ambiente político-militar favorable a la operación de contraataque de Ucrania.
Todos los hechos vuelven a comprobar a la vista del mundo que la camarilla de Zelenskiy son gángsteres que no vacilan en sacrificar a los inocentes civiles pacíficos para mantener su precaria vida política.
Valdrá la pena decir que recaerá en cualquier caso sobre las autoridades de Ucrania y EE.UU., que las controla, la responsabilidad por todos los casos eventuales que estén vinculados con el incidente ucranio.
Aunque EE.UU. y las autoridades de Zelenskiy intenten mucho dar lo negro por lo blanco, no podrán escaparse nunca de la vigilancia aguda de la sociedad internacional.
Debe ser castigada sin falta por la justicia la locura antiética de EE.UU. y las autoridades de Kiev que causaron el tremendo desastre humanitario para satisfacer sus intereses egoístas.
Será hundida finalmente en “el diluvio del Noe” la camarilla de Zelenskiy que expuso los destinos del país y la nación al flagelo de guerra bajo el amparo de las fuerzas extranjeras.

国际问题研究院研究员吴成真９日发表了《卡霍夫卡水电站堤坝被破坏只不过是第二个‘北溪’事件》的文章。全文如下：
６日，位于乌克兰第聂伯河下游的卡霍夫卡水电站堤坝遭破坏，引起国际社会的严重不安和担忧。
卡霍夫卡水电站堤坝闸门有一半以上遭到严重破坏，漏水量多，最终导致第聂伯河水位上升至十米以上，数千套房子被淹，２万多名群众受灾。
国际社会一致认为，向素有世界三大粮仓之誉的这一地区供应饮用水和农用水的水电站堤坝遭破坏，招致了严重的人道主义及生态环境灾害，可能加剧全球粮食涨价，并对此深表关切。
全世界正对这次堤坝遭破坏所造成的人员伤亡和物质损失表示担忧的时候，乌克兰和美国等西方却卑鄙无耻地企图把所有责任转嫁于俄方。
泽连斯基当局称俄罗斯在内部炸毁了堤坝，并企图将责任推到俄罗斯身上，美国和西方媒体则造谣污蔑此次事件是俄罗斯为挫败乌军将在南部地区实施反击而故意犯下的破坏行为。
但是，纸还是包不住火的。
总爱装腔作势的泽连斯基说，“堤坝虽被破坏，但这不会影响我们收复失地”，由此他们自己否定了俄罗斯为阻止乌军进攻而炸毁堤坝的主张。
其实，基辅集团所说的乌军反击，没有重要到俄罗斯行苦肉计炸毁自己手中堤坝的程度。
从几天前，乌军虽然发起大规模地面攻击，但不仅没有突破俄军武装力量的防线，而且每天有数千名有生力量被消灭，数十辆坦克和装甲车等大批战斗技术器材被击毁。
这表明，受美国和西方的军事援助，泽连斯基集团蓄谋已久的反攻作战被英雄的俄罗斯军队的不退防线而遭到惨重挫折。
在此情况下，基辅当局和西方造谣称俄罗斯自己破坏花大功夫构筑的强大防守区导致水淹，迎接乌军反击，这种说法不能不说是缺乏说服力的诡辩。
与此相反，鉴于这次堤坝破坏事件导致对俄罗斯克里米亚共和国的饮用水供应体系瘫痪，重新加入到俄罗斯的地区和平居民将遭受巨大物质损失的事实，可以认为受美国怂恿的泽连斯基当局却有很多动机能干出像这次一样的特大犯罪。
卡霍夫卡水电站堤坝遭破坏的当天，美国《华盛顿邮报》报道称，去年因不明原因的海底爆炸，位于波罗的海的“北溪”天然气管道被毁三个月前，美国中央情报局已经知道乌克兰特种作战小组企图炸毁天然气管道的计划，这并非偶然。
这确证国际社会主张向西欧供应俄罗斯天然气的“北溪”天然气管道爆炸事件的幕后操盘手就是美国和乌克兰的看法，是一个不可否定的证据。
乌克兰使出各种手段，拼死试图把战争犯罪帽子扣到俄罗斯头上，而俄罗斯为保证和平居民尽可能免受灾害而调节军事作战强度。从乌克兰的居心和俄罗斯的意图上看，谁对此次人道主义灾难事件有真正的利害关系，是不言而喻的。
结果，卡霍夫卡水电站堤坝被破坏事件只不过是美国和乌克兰相互合谋设计的又一出自导自演剧、第二个“北溪”事件，其意图在于把人道主义灾难的责任转嫁给俄方，为乌克兰的所谓反击提供有利的政治军事环境。
一切事实证实，泽连斯基集团是为了维持其政治残命而置无辜和平居民生命于不顾，肆无忌惮地把他们充当牺牲品的流氓集团。
因此不妨说，今后在任何情况下，有关乌克兰事态的一切突发事件的责任都在于乌克兰当局和操纵它的美国。
无论美国和泽连斯基当局怎样企图颠倒黑白、倒打一耙，也躲不过国际社会的锐利视线。
美国和基辅当局为了满足一己之私而造成严重人道主义灾难的反人道妄动必须受到正义的审判。
依仗外部势力，玩弄国家和民族的命运，制造乱局的泽连斯基集团必将陷入“诺亚方舟”，葬送自己的命运。（完）
