Puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol, even at the 78th UN General Assembly, malignantly slandered the relations between the DPRK and Russia.
It was just the height of irony that the puppet with no elementary political knowledge and common sense of the international relations behaved rudely, voluntarily acting as a servile trumpeter and loudspeaker for the U.S.
Yoon condemned the traditional DPRK-Russia relations of friendship and cooperation as a “direct provocation to security and peace” in the region of south Korean puppets and as a “grave challenge to the regional and global peace”, talking that “Seoul and its allies would not stand idly by.”
It is quite natural and normal for neighboring countries to keep close relations with each other, and there is no reason to call such practice to account.
In particular, the development of friendship and cooperation among nations is the legitimate right of a sovereign state and the foundation for regional and global peace and stability.
The Russian Foreign Ministry criticized Yoon Suk Yeol’s reckless remarks, saying that Seoul seems to rely more on speculation in making policies toward Russia and this creates a negative atmosphere and evokes disappointment.
The true picture of Yoon has been already brought to light as a political layman causing international troubles and diplomatic disasters at home and abroad.
In January this year, too, he went to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and sparked off a diplomatic sensation by making reckless remarks of describing a regional state which has historic and friendly relations with the UAE as an “enemy”.
Some days ago, Yoon made an infantile behavior of changing the commonly used expression “Korea-China-Japan” into “Korea-Japan-China” to create another problem and become a laughing stock of Chinese media.
It is self-evident that such guy with a trash-like head cannot understand the profound and enormous meaning of the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations.
It is bitter shame on the image of the UN that such fool, who immediately reverses the keynote of foreign policy as children are playing tricks and only recognizes the relations between the states as the dichotomy into friend and foe, appeared on the stage of the UN General Assembly, the biggest diplomatic arena.
Yoon’s invectives are nothing but a delivery of his master’s wicked words to curry favor with the U.S., which is very uneasy about the rapidly-rising international position and influence of the DPRK, and an act of giving vent to anger at the poor plight in which he is treated as a “headache of village” and an outcast from neighbors by doing so many wrongdoings in Northeast Asia.
Puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol is a wrecker and disturber of the regional situation as he unhesitatingly kissed even the sworn enemy and introduced aggression forces from across the ocean to disturb the region by availing himself of the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy to isolate and weaken regional powers.
Such fool dares slander the friendly cooperation among regional countries for independence and peace as a “threat”, zealously acting a shock brigade of the U.S to form the international confrontation structure.
Is foolish Yoon Suk Yeol qualified to talk about the DPRK’s friendly and normal diplomatic relations?
No one in the world would lend an ear to the hysteric fit of puppet traitor Yoon Suk Yeol who is only wearing disgraceful ill fames of “political immature”, “diplomatic idiot” and “incompetent chief executive”.
The foreign policy of the DPRK aspiring to the establishment of a fair and just new world order for the cause of human independence will not be tied to anything, and its friendly and cooperative relations with the close neighbors will continue to grow stronger.

Criticado el traidor títere Yoon Suk Yeol como profano político e imbécil político
En la 78ª Asamblea General de la ONU, el traidor títere Yoon Suk Yeol denigró las relaciones entre la República Popular Democrática de Corea y la Federación Rusa.
Era muy ridículo que alce sin ton ni son la voz escandalosa este títere, carente de los conocimientos políticos elementales y de las relaciones internacionales, siendo el trompetero venal y altavoz de Estados Unidos.
En la ocasión, Yoon calificó las tradicionales relaciones de amistad y cooperación entre Corea y Rusia de una “provocación directa contra su seguridad y paz” y de un “desafío grave a la paz de la región y el resto del mundo” y agregó que “los países aliados y amigos no estarán con brazos cruzados”.
Es muy natural, normal e incuestionable que se lleven bien los países vecinos.
Sobre todo, el desarrollo de amistad y cooperación entre los Estados constituye un derecho legítimo de un Estado soberano y el cimiento de la paz y estabilidad de la región y el mundo.
Al llamar la atención sobre las locuras de Yoon, la cancillería rusa dijo que en su parecer, Seúl se atiene a la mera suposición y la especulación en la elaboración de la política sobre Rusia y añadió que éste crea un ambiente negativo y causa una decepción.
Ya se ha demostrado a todo el mundo la ignorancia de este profano político que causa solo los problemas internacionales y la tragedia diplomática en el interior y exterior.
Durante su viaje a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos en enero de este año, provocó un escándalo diplomático al calificar de “enemigo” a un Estado regional que mantiene el lazo histórico e íntimo con ese país.
Hace poco, él ha sido un objeto de burla de las publicaciones chinas por lo que haya cambiado el orden de la expresión de uso oficial “Surcorea-China-Japón” en “Surcorea-Japón-China”.
Es muy natural que con tal cabeza dura no pueda entender el significado profundo y colosal del desarrollo de las relaciones de amistad Corea-Rusia.
La aparición, en la escena de la Asamblea General de la OUN, arena diplomática más grande, de tal tipejo que invierte en un instante la base de la política exterior y comprende de manera dicótoma las relaciones interestatales como las entre amigos u hostiles, es una mancha de la imagen de la ONU.
La acusación malsana de Yoon no pasa de ser una repetición de un lamento fatigado de su amo norteamericano que está muy inquietado por la cada vez más ascendente posición internacional e influencia de la RPDC.
Y no es más que una queja ante su situación miserable de ser tratado por los países vecinos como “rompecabezas de la región” y excluido por sus trabajos males en la región del Nordeste Asiático.
El traidor títere Yoon Suk Yeol es precisamente el destructor y perturbador de la situación regional quien se confabula sin vacilación alguna con el enemigo jurado al sumarse en la realización de la estrategia de Indio-Pacífico de EE.UU. que pretende aislar y debilitar a las potencias regionales y complica la situación regional al introducir las tropas agresoras que están más allá del Océano.
Este necio se atreve a acusar como la “amenaza” las cooperaciones amistosas entre los países regionales por la independencia y la paz y recurre a formar una estructura de confrontación internacional, siendo brigada de choque de EE.UU.
Yoon no tiene calidad de cuestionar las relaciones exteriores amistosas y normales de la RPDC.
Nadie prestará oídos a tales calumnias del traidor títere Yoon que gana mala fama como “político inmaduro”, “ignorante diplomático” y “mandatario impotente”.
No se adherirá a nada la política exterior de nuestro Estado que aspira el establecimiento de nuevo orden mundial imparcial y justo por la causa independiente de la humanidad, y se desarrollarán de continuo las relaciones de amistad y cooperación con los vecinos íntimos.

Марионеточный предатель Юн Сок Ёр даже на полях 78-й сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН с пеной у рта злобно клеветал отношения между нашей страной и Россией.
Действительно жалкое зрелище то, что марионеточный предатель, который не имеет даже элементарных политических знаний и знаний о международных отношениях, сам стал наемным трубачом, громкоговорителем США и необдуманно поднимает визг.
Он, называя традиционные отношения дружбы и сотрудничества между КНДР и РФ «непосредственной провокацией против обеспечения безопасности и мира», «серьезным вызовом миру в регионе и во всем мире», нес глупые слова, что «союзники, дружественные страны не будут оставлять без реакции это».
Поладить с соседними странами – это крайне естественное и нормальное дело и не является вопросом.
В частности, развитие дружбы и сотрудничества между государствами является закономерным правом суверенного государства и основой мира и стабильности в регионе и мире.
МИД России, обращая внимание на глупые слова Юн Сок Ёра, осудил, что Сеул в опоре на догадку и авантюру составляет политику в отношении России, это создает отрицательную атмосферу и вызывает разочарование.
Уже полностью обнаружена реальность политической невежды, который вызывает международный скандал, дипломатическую катастрофу внутри и вне страны.
В январе нынешнего года он в Объединенных Арабских Эмиратах без разбора назвал государство в регионе, которое имеет исторические и дружественные отношения с ОАЭ, «врагом» и поднял дипломатическую шумиху.
А недавно наивно вел себя, что заменил выражение «Республика Корея, Китай и Япония», которое использовали по обычаю, выражением «Южная Корея, Япония, Китай», создал очередную проблему и стал объектом насмешек СМИ Китая.
Таким чердаком, как мусорный ящик, не может понимать глубокое и огромное значение развития отношений корейско-российской дружбы, – это вполне очевидно.
Такой дурак, который в миг изменяет главное направление внешней политики и бинарным делением понимает отношения между государствами как отношения между врагами и друзьями, выступил на самых больших дипломатических полях – сессии Генеральной Ассамблеи ООН, – это и есть искажение имиджа ООН.
Злословие Юн Сок Ёра является всего лишь повторением бессильной болтовни своего хозяина для того, чтобы льстить США, серьезно обеспокоенным безмерно повышенным международным статусом и влиятельностью Республики. Тем более это проявление чувства досады к жалкому состоянию Юн Сок Ёра, который за свои дурные действия в Северо-Восточной Азии считается «больным вопросом селения» и белой вороной.
Именно марионеточный предатель Юн Сок Ёр представляет собой разрушителя и нарушителя региональной ситуации, который, присоединяясь к осуществлению Индо-Тихоокеанской стратегии США, нацеленной на изоляцию и ослабление региональных держав, без колебания вместе работает даже с заклятым врагом и, втаскивая агрессивные вооруженные силы США, поднимает шумиху в регионе.
Такой дурак осмеливается каждый раз придираться к дружественному сотрудничеству между странами в регионе для самостоятельности и мира как «угрозе», бешенствует в формировании международной структуры конфронтации, став ударником США.
Разве у Юн Сок Ёра есть право вмешаться в наши дружественные и нормальные внешние отношения.
На свете нет такого человека, который прислушивается к истерическому голосу марионеточного предателя Юн Сок Ёра, имеющего только позорные запятнанные имена, в том числе «недозрелый в политическом отношении», «дипломатический идиот», «невежественный и бессильный правитель» и др.
Внешняя политика нашего государства, стремящегося к установлению справедливого и объективного нового миропорядка ради дела самостоятельности человечества, не будет зависеть от чего-то, а отношения дружбы и сотрудничества между близкими соседними странами и впредь будут развиваться.

政治门外汉、外交白痴的歇斯底里妄言
日前尹锡悦傀儡逆贼在第７８届联合国大会场合上口沫横飞地恶意诋毁和污蔑我国与俄罗斯的关系。
一个连起码的政治知识和国际关系常识都缺乏的傀儡自称是美国的御用宣传者、扩音机，不分青红皂白信口雌黄，那副德行真够瞧的。
这家伙污蔑朝俄传统友好合作关系是“直接针对其安保与和平的挑衅”、“对地区和全世界和平的重大挑战”，并抛出了“同盟和友邦将不会对此坐视不管”这一可怕的妄言。
邻国之间亲密相处是非常自然而正常的事情，毫无理由看成问题的。
尤其是，国与国之间的友好合作发展是主权国家的合法权利，也是地区和世界的和平与稳定的基础。
俄罗斯外交部提醒尹锡悦不要胡言乱语，并谴责看来首尔在制定对俄政策方面更赖于臆测与嫉妒；此举会造成消极氛围，令人失望。
这个跑里跑外在国际舞台上兴风作浪，制造外交惨案的政治门外汉的狐狸尾巴早已显露无疑了。
曾在今年１月初，这个糊涂蛋窜访阿联酋时口无遮拦，讽刺与该国在历史上建立友好关系的地区国家为“敌”，引发了外交非议。不久前，他还把“韩中日”这一惯用语改说成“韩日中”，这场幼稚的政治闹剧酿成又一个重大问题，甚至遭到了中国媒体的嘲讽。
用这个空荡荡的脑袋不能理解朝俄友好关系发展的深湛伟大意义，是不言而喻的。
一反以往的对外政策基调，只能用敌我关系这个二分法来解释国与国之间的关系，这样一个将一切都视同儿戏的傻瓜参加最大的外交场合——联合国大会，这本身就是对联合国形象的污蔑。
尹锡悦的此番妄言，只不过是为了讨好对急速崛起的共和国的国际地位和影响力感到严重不安的美国的欢心而照本宣科地重弹主子的老调而已。尤其是他埋怨其在东北亚地区无恶不作而遭到邻国的非人待遇，拿其“麻烦制造者”、“狗食里的橡子”的可怜处境而出气。
尹锡悦傀儡逆贼唯恐天下不乱，迎合美国企图实现旨在孤立削弱域内大国的印太战略，与千年宿敌一唱一和，引进大洋彼岸的侵略兵力，制造地区紧张，是一个地区形势的搅局者、破坏者。
这样一个二百五竟敢拿地区国家争取自主和平的友好合作说成“威胁”，甘当美国的急先锋，为形成国际对抗格局无所不用其极。
尹锡悦这个混帐东西到底有没有资格对我国友好正常的对外关系说三道四？
世上没有人会听信被冠以“政治幼儿”、“外交白痴”、“无知无能的当权者”等可耻恶名的尹锡悦傀儡逆贼这番歇斯底里狂言。
我们国家为了人类的自主化事业，向往建立公平正义的新世界秩序的对外政策将不会受到任何限制，而且同亲密邻邦的友好合作关系将继续得到升华发展。金润美（完）
