The escalation of World War III on the fronts of Europe and the Far East and the tasks of the anti-imperialist frontal struggle.

Dear friends and comrades,
The “Collective of Struggle for the Revolutionary Unification of Humanity” welcomes you today to our event.
Today is a particularly joyful occasion for us, as we are hosting outstanding Korean comrades from the fraternal People’s Democracy Party, upon whose decisive initiative and contribution the World Anti-Imperialist Platform was formed and is currently developing.
Revolutionary Unification, together with the steadfast progressive and revolutionary forces of our people, stands firmly united under the banner of internationalist anti-imperialist struggle to the final victory! It also stands resolutely on the side of the Korean people and their vanguard, the dear comrades of the fraternal People’s Democracy Party, who honour us today with their active presence in Athens as well.
Neither this co-organization nor the participation of our comrades here are by chance. It serves to confirm the astonishing common elements that an elementary study of the history of the countries and of the national liberation, anti-imperialist, anti-fascist and revolutionary struggles of our long-suffering peoples. Two peoples who have been caught in the eye of the imperialist cyclone at the most crucial junctures of history, because of their revolutionary stance and because of their geostrategic position: on the Korean peninsula and at the southern end of the Balkan peninsula, at the crossroads of continents, of strategic routes and of revolutionary waves.
We do not forget our history. In the summer of 1950, the US – through brutal manipulation of the UN – led a military invasion of the Korean Peninsula in order to suppress the national liberation and socialist revolution of the people led by the communists in the DPRK. Twenty-one countries took part in the deadly imperialist invasion. Against the war stood the communists-internationalists, the USSR, all the early socialist countries as well as the entirety of anti-imperialist and progressive forces. For the imperialist mission, 669 officers and non-commissioned officers and 9,586 privates (10,255 in total) were sent – mainly by force – from Greece. 7 aircraft were also sent, followed by 2 more to replace losses. The army’s losses, according to official figures, were 183 dead and 610 wounded and the air force’s losses were 12 dead and 4 aircraft . According to other accounts, the death toll exceeded 1,100 .
In May 1951, a mutiny broke out on one of the American ships carrying Greek and Turkish soldiers to Korea. The soldiers tried to attack the Americans who comprised the ship’s crew. In the ensuing crackdown, the Greek lieutenant in charge was killed.
22.1.1951 the Greek internationalist soldiers, members of the EPON , Stavros Kassandras and Nikos Pitsikas, were executed, because they refused to fight against the revolution of the heroic people of Korea, refused to become instruments of the war machine of US imperialism. 18.12.1950 the Emergency Military Court of Athens sentenced them to death for high treason. In a summary procedure, the American puppet bourgeois state executed them.
At the beginning of February 1951, 176 Greek soldiers joined the ranks of the Korean People’s Army!
This information is not included in the official US-NATO-South Korean war narrative, in the bourgeois historiography or in narrative of the controlled media .
In September of 1951, “the Americans struck the Greek battalion in the back with bomber planes in order to force it to take part in the offensive for the occupation of the Big-Nori hill. Following this crime, which cost the lives of many Greek soldiers, two platoons of Greeks stormed the headquarters of an American artillery unit that night and killed and wounded 50 American soldiers and officers.” .
But how did the country come to be involved in this imperialist war? What is it that drove the young men to self-sacrifice? To understand the heroism of these soldiers: the Greek people had been fighting since 1940. It was not until 30.8.1949 that the revolutionary communist Democratic Army of Greece was defeated by the US occupiers and their local collaborators, who but a few years ago were for the most part loyal collaborators of the Nazi occupiers. Tens of thousands of fighters were arrested, imprisoned, tortured, exiled to concentration camps, while thousands were executed by the counter-revolutionary regime guided by the USA. The KKE, as well as every progressive organisation, was under a regime of illegality and persecution. For these reasons, the heroic actions of the two executed internationalists, the 176 soldiers who defected from the imperialist forces and joined the Korean People’s Army as pro-revolutionary fighters, and those who revolted against the US army, were carried out spontaneously, with the KKE’s apparatus practically non-existent – especially there – after its murderous repression.
The class of capital won this war thanks to the foreign invasion-intervention with the above-mentioned forces that it rallied, in a highly unfavourable international situation for the revolutionary movement of the country. The occupation regime with its US-NATO bases and the suffocating Euro-Atlantic control of the basic structures and functions of the country derive from these legacies.
Identical to that of Greece is the recent history of Korea. The collaborators of the Japanese imperialist occupation suddenly became the instruments of the new occupation, US imperialism.
The millions of Koreans who sacrificed themselves in the struggle have written one of the most brilliant pages in the world history of the people’s resistance. We must also not forget the hundreds of thousands of underage Korean girls and women who were kidnapped and enslaved for sexual exploitation by the military of imperialist Japan as “relief women”, on terms of genocide … This is a crime that the authorities of today’s Japan and of global imperialism keep silent about, or flatly deny. However, our comrades from the fraternal People’s Democracy Party, on a 24-hour basis, have for years been holding an uninterrupted demonstration in 2 focal points of Seoul: the embassy of the current occupier, the USA, and the world-famous monument-symbol of the crime against Korean women, in front of the embassy of the previous occupier, Japan. With this action, day and night, despite the dangers of repression and provocative attacks by sympathizers of the collaborators of the occupier, our comrades educate the people, calling them to vigilance, reminding them of the continuity of the anti-imperialist and revolutionary struggle for dignity.
Identical in both countries are the methods of manipulation and repression, the puppet regimes of imperialism under occupation and the murderous role of the US Military Bases. Besides, the armed criminals of the USA, having excelled in suppressing the Greek armed revolutionary movement – criminals like the head of the “US Joint Military Advisory Group” and enforcer of the “Truman Doctrine”, the notorious General James Alward Van Fleet – were sent to Korea to continue their atrocities.
Our revolution was defeated. However, the communists, through the self-sacrifice of the fighters of the Democratic Army of Greece, despite their military defeat by the overwhelmingly superior forces of imperialism, succeeded in delaying enemy troops from engaging in the war against the revolutions of the fraternal peoples of Korea and China and in inflicting significant blows on them. In this way, de facto, and without realizing it, as a component of the world revolutionary forces, they contributed to the victory of the revolutions there and to the consolidation of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (in existence since 1945) and the People’s Republic of China (1949) .
These historical events are of particular importance at the present juncture. In 2022, the Special Military Operation was launched in Ukraine, while escalating tensions indicate that in 2023 the chances are very high that new strategically significant fronts of the ongoing World War in South Korea and Taiwan will erupt with great ferocity – as comrade Stefan has documented in his presentation.
The aforementioned historical events testify both to the similarities between the history and the heroic struggles of the peoples of Greece and Korea, and to the fraternal internationalist ties between the revolutionary forces of our countries. We ought therefore to preserve and develop these ties, especially at this critical phase of the escalation of the Third World War, with the military operations conducted by the US-NATO-EU axis in Ukraine (where more than 55 countries are involved) and the explosive situation on the fronts of the Korean Peninsula and Taiwan.
This war is unambiguously imperialist, neo-colonialist, predatory and clearly unjust on the part of the aggressor axis led by the USA. The heinousness of this war is also marked by the fact that this axis revives, instrumentalizes, sanctifies, glorifies and strengthens nazism-fascism in every way and by every means (in Ukraine and elsewhere) in order to achieve its murderous and destructive aims. The exact opposite is de facto true of the camp formed and rallied by the forces defending and forced to counterattack the axis: it is a war of resistance, an anti-imperialist, anti-colonialist and clearly just war.
In addition to the already tangible results of this war, apart from the massive destruction of American and NATO weapons systems and material in general, apart from the destruction of armed forces fighting in the service of the aggressor axis, it also has other extremely important effects on the economic, political, military and diplomatic fronts.
The rapid displacement of the US dollar and the euro from the position and role of international reserve currencies marks the enormous changes taking place in the world economic system: for the first time in the history of capitalism, the economic mechanism of parasitism of the financial oligarchy of imperialism, the system of extracting surplus value on a regional and global scale by extracting monopoly superprofits from all other peoples, is being undermined. A mechanism that operates largely through the imposition via the world currency of a peculiar system of burdening other countries, e.g. with the cost of the budget deficit of the USA (the most indebted state in history), through the arbitrary (printed or digital) issuance of currency, i.e., by imposing a peculiar “tribute tax” on the peoples of the planet .
These changes are also linked to rapid political and diplomatic shifts. With the catalytic contribution of, for example, the PRC and Russia, peace settlements and peace processes are taking place between countries with long-standing conflicts, orchestrated by colonialism and imperialism, on the basis of the principle of “divide and rule”, through bloody incitement of ethnic, racial, religious and cultural hatred. This can be seen with the peace between Saudi Arabia and Iran (and therefore Yemen), with the recognition of the legitimate government of Syria and its reintegration into the Arab and Islamic community, with the rapprochement between Iraq and Iran, but also between India, Pakistan and China, and so on. All this entails a rapid expulsion of the US from the region and the shrinking-abrogation of the position and role of the racist terrorist state, Zionist Israel.
Economic, political and diplomatic changes are accompanied by military approaches, partnerships and alliances. Events that signal and promote the abject failure of the US-led imperialist camp to consolidate its presence and control in the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Latin America and Africa.
It is in the light of these changes that tensions in the Asia-Pacific region, and particularly in the organically interconnected fronts of the Korean Peninsula and Taiwan, are also sharply escalating, as comrade Stefan explained. Both these fronts are interconnected with each other and with those of Eastern Europe, not only geographically but also historically. Here it suffices to point out that the aforementioned tectonic shifts of power highlight contestations of legacies that emerged from the end of World War II, from the “Cold War” and from the processes of counter-revolution and disintegration of the USSR and the camp of early socialism in Europe.
The conflict in Ukraine marks the end of the escalation of the subjugation by imperialism and the further fragmentation of the post-Soviet space as a whole, with the Russian Federation now as the main target – the only entity that can currently play the role of re-unifier and of a pole of attraction of this space.
The conflict on the Korean peninsula is intertwined with phenomena which can be explained by V.I. Lenin’s brilliant discoveries about imperialism as the highest stage of capitalism and about the “weak link” of the world system, within which the chances of the outbreak of a revolutionary situation, which can lead to a victorious revolution , are increasing. This conflict constitutes a war of people’s and national liberation, a war of re-unification of the heroic Korean nation, a war of liberation from the brutal imperialist invasion-occupation of the USA, which came to succeed the brutal imperialist occupation of the Japanese militaristic monarchy. Given the victorious socialist revolution and construction in North Korea and its proximity to the PRC, the national liberation stage, which will also include anti-fascist tasks of democratizing society and restructuring the economy in terms of people’s sovereignty – apparently – will be rather short in time, organically linked to the socialist stage, in a single revolutionary process .
Of extreme importance for the victorious outcome of the national liberation struggle and the socialist revolution in the entirety of the Korean peninsula will be the international anti-imperialist support, the internationalist solidarity by all means and at all levels. The anti-imperialist forces should contribute to the weakening and prevention of any criminal counter-revolutionary undertaking of imperialism. Of course, against the trilateral imperialist alliance of the USA-Japan-South Korea-Australia and the general expansion of NATO in the Asia-Pacific that the USA are planning, the cooperation-alliance in all fields between the PRC, North Korea, Russia as well as all the powers that tend to align themselves with them will have a decisive contribution.
The conflict on the Taiwanese front, with its revolutionary potential, has similar characteristics – in terms of proportions and scale – (national liberation, nation re-unification, anti-imperialist, etc.).
Given the above, the aims of the World Anti-Imperialist Platform take on strategic importance for the revolutionary movement of the time. Today it becomes more necessary than ever to create, develop, coordinate and organize the anti-imperialist forces of the world in a victorious frontal struggle at all levels, in all countries, on all continents. Especially where the heart of the revolutionary movement beats most strongly. The defeat of the aggressor axis under the United States is a condition for the very survival of humanity, and therefore for the victories of the revolutionary movement. This is why the project of founding and developing the “Anti-imperialist Coordination for the Defeat of NATO” in Greece is of particular importance.
The defeat of imperialism in this life-or-death confrontation presupposes the exposure and crushing of the internal enemy, opportunism (the de facto agitation of the aims of imperialism within the ranks of the revolutionary movement) and revisionism, the degeneration of revolutionary theory and methodology into bourgeois-reactionary ideological constructs (which often appear with a “revolutionary” facade and demagogic “leftist” rhetoric), which disorientate, divide, undermine and ultimately nullify the revolutionary movement, rejecting existing early socialism and anti-imperialism, nullifying any victorious dialectical relationship between revolutionary theory and praxis, strategy and tactics.
This toxic web of opportunism-revisionism, which today constitutes a strategically important striking force of imperialism and counter-revolution, is today overtly playing the role of an organic component of the black reaction. We must therefore expose its subversive role and its systematic divisive-disruptive activity at national and international-world level. This toxic web fundamentally undermines theoretically and practically, morally, politically and organizationally the constitution, cohesion and combative effectiveness in the ranks of the movement, in the vanguards and at the rear of the battlefields, at a time when strength in unity, unwavering faith in our victory and effectiveness are more necessary than ever. Exposing its vile deception and its subversive in addition to its moral, political, theoretical and ideological crushing is an urgent task of the steadfast world anti-imperialist and communist forces.
The progressive people of our planet are called upon today to consider what the consequences of a victory of the US-led imperialist axis of aggression might have not only for the revolutionary movement, but also for the very survival of humanity. Only with the exemplary, pioneering and leading role of the revolutionary communist forces can the frontal anti-imperialist struggle have a basis and a future, only the perspective of the socialist revolution can give strategic depth and victorious breath to anti-imperialism and anti-fascism.
The self-sacrifice of our two executed heroes and the rallying of 176 Greek internationalists with the revolutionary forces of the PR of Korea in 1951 sealed the beginnings of the internationalist ties between our peoples. They show the way for the consolidation and development of revolutionary internationalism and the anti-imperialism of our time on a global scale.
Based on our strategic objectives, we also define our tactics, we set the priorities of the struggle, understand who the main enemy is and who our strategic and tactical allies are in the frontal struggle with strategic depth and victorious prospects. The crushing of the US-led Euro-Atlantic axis on all fronts is our initial common goal, since it constitutes a necessary condition for the survival of humanity and for the revolutionary perspective of the peoples.

Η «Συλλογικότητα αγώνα για την Επαναστατική Ενοποίηση της Ανθρωπότητας» σας καλωσορίζει στην σημερινή μας εκδήλωση.
Απόψε είναι ιδιαίτερη η χαρά και η συγκίνησή μας, μιας και φιλοξενούμε εξαιρετικούς Κορεάτες συναγωνιστές και συντρόφους από το αδελφό Κόμμα της Λαϊκής Δημοκρατίας, με την αποφασιστική πρωτοβουλία και συμβολή του οποίου συγκροτήθηκε και αναπτύσσεται η Παγκόσμια Αντιιμπεριαλιστική Πλατφόρμα
Η «Επαναστατική Ενοποίηση», μαζί με τις συνεπείς προοδευτικές και επαναστατικές δυνάμεις του λαού μας, συντάσσεται ακλόνητα κάτω από το λάβαρο του διεθνιστικού αντιιμπεριαλισμού που μάχονται μέχρι την τελική νίκη! Τάσσεται επίσης αποφασιστικά στο πλευρό του Κορεατικού λαού και της πρωτοπορίας του, των αγαπητών συντρόφων του αδελφού Κόμματος της Λαϊκής Δημοκρατίας, που μας τιμούν σήμερα με την ενεργό παρουσία τους και στην Αθήνα.
Η συνδιοργάνωση αυτή και η συμμετοχή των συντρόφων μας εδώ δεν είναι τυχαία. Έρχεται να επιβεβαιώσει τα εκπληκτικά κοινά στοιχεία που εντοπίζει η στοιχειώδης μελέτη της ιστορίας των χωρών και των αγώνων των πολύπαθων λαών μας. Δύο λαών, που βρέθηκαν στο μάτι του ιμπεριαλιστικού κυκλώνα στις πιο κρίσιμες καμπές της ιστορίας, λόγω της επαναστατικής τους στάσης και εξ’ αιτίας της γαιοστρατηγικής τους θέσης: στην Κορεατική χερσόνησο και στο Νότιο άκρο της Βαλκανικής χερσονήσου, στο σταυροδρόμι ηπείρων, στρατηγικών οδών και επαναστατικών κυμάτων.
Εμείς δεν λησμονούμε την ιστορία μας. Το καλοκαίρι του 1950 οι ΗΠΑ -μέσω βάναυσης χειραγώγησης του ΟΗΕ- ηγήθηκαν στρατιωτικής εισβολής στην Κορεατική Χερσόνησο προκειμένου να καταστείλουν την εθνικοαπελευθερωτική και σοσιαλιστική επανάσταση του λαού με επικεφαλής τους κομμουνιστές στη Λ.Δ. Κορέας. Στην φονική ιμπεριαλιστική εισβολή πήραν μέρος 21 χώρες. Εναντίον του πολέμου τάχθηκαν οι κομμουνιστές-διεθνιστές, η ΕΣΣΔ, όλες οι πρώιμες σοσιαλιστικές χώρες και το σύνολο των αντιιμπεριαλιστικών και προοδευτικών δυνάμεων. Στην ιμπεριαλιστική αποστολή στάλθηκαν -κυρίως διά της βίας- 669 αξιωματικοί και υπαξιωματικοί και 9.586 οπλίτες (συνολικά 10.255) από την Ελλάδα. Στάλθηκαν επίσης, 7 αεροσκάφη και στη συνέχεια άλλα 2 για αναπλήρωση απωλειών. Οι απώλειες του στρατού, σύμφωνα με τα επίσημα στοιχεία, ήταν 183 νεκροί και 610 τραυματίες και οι απώλειες της αεροπορίας 12 νεκροί και 4 αεροσκάφη . Βάσει άλλων μαρτυριών, οι νεκροί υπερέβαιναν τους 1.100 .
Τον Μάιο του 1951 ξέσπασε στάση σε ένα απ’ τα αμερικανικά πλοία που μετέφεραν Έλληνες και Τούρκους στρατιώτες στην Κορέα. Οι στρατιώτες προσπάθησαν να επιτεθούν στους Αμερικανούς που αποτελούσαν το πλήρωμα του πλοίου. Στην καταστολή που ακολούθησε σκοτώθηκε και ο επικεφαλής Έλληνας ανθυπολοχαγός.
22.1.1951 εκτελέστηκαν οι Έλληνες διεθνιστές στρατιώτες, μέλη της ΕΠΟΝ, Σταύρος Κασσάνδρας και Νίκος Πιτσίκας, επειδή αρνήθηκαν να πολεμήσουν εναντίον της επανάστασης του ηρωικού λαού της Κορέας, αρνήθηκαν να γίνουν όργανα της πολεμικής μηχανής του ιμπεριαλισμού των ΗΠΑ. 18.12.1950 το Έκτακτο Στρατοδικείο Αθηνών τους καταδίκασε σε θάνατο, επί εσχάτη προδοσία. Με συνοπτικές διαδικασίες το αμερικανόδουλο αστικό κράτος τους εκτέλεσε.
Αρχές Φεβρουαρίου του 1951, 176 Έλληνες στρατιώτες προσχώρησαν στις γραμμές του Λαϊκού Στρατού της Κορέας!
Αυτές οι πληροφορίες δεν εγγράφονται στο επίσημο αφήγημα ΗΠΑ-ΝΑΤΟ-Ν. Κορέας για τον πόλεμο, στην αστική ιστοριογραφία και στα ελεγχόμενα Μ.Μ.Ε.
Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 1951, «οι Αμερικάνοι με βομβαρδιστικά αεροπλάνα κτύπησαν πισώπλατα το ελληνικό τάγμα για να το αναγκάσουν να πάρει μέρος στην επίθεση για κατάληψη του υψώματος Μπιγκ-Νόρι. Ύστερα από αυτό το έγκλημα που στοίχισε τη ζωή σε πολλούς Έλληνες φαντάρους, δύο διμοιρίες Ελλήνων εισόρμησαν την ίδια νύχτα στην έδρα του επιτελείου αμερικανικής μονάδας πυροβολικού και σκότωσαν και τραυμάτισαν 50 Αμερικάνους στρατιώτες και αξιωματικούς» .
Πως φτάσαμε όμως στην εμπλοκή της χώρας σε αυτόν τον ιμπεριαλιστικό πόλεμο; Τι είναι αυτό που ώθησε τα παλικάρια στην αυτοθυσία; Για να γίνει αντιληπτός ο ηρωισμός αυτών των στρατιωτών: ο ελληνικός λαός πολεμούσε από το 1940. Μόλις 30.8.1949 είχε νικηθεί ο επαναστατικός κομμουνιστικός Δημοκρατικός Στρατός Ελλάδας, από τους Κατακτητές των ΗΠΑ και τους ντόπιους συνεργάτες τους, οι οποίοι πριν λίγα χρόνια ήταν κατά κύριο λόγο πιστοί συνεργάτες των ναζί κατακτητών. Δεκάδες χιλιάδες αγωνιστών συνελήφθησαν, φυλακίσθηκαν, βασανίστηκαν, εξορίστηκαν σε στρατόπεδα συγκέντρωσης, ενώ χιλιάδες εκτελέστηκαν από το αντεπαναστατικό καθεστώς που κατηύθυναν οι ΗΠΑ. Το ΚΚΕ, αλλά και κάθε προοδευτική οργάνωση, βρίσκονταν σε καθεστώς παρανομίας και διώξεων. Για αυτούς τους λόγους, οι ηρωικές ενέργειες των 2 εκτελεσθέντων διεθνιστών, των 176 στρατιωτών που αυτομόλησαν από τις ιμπεριαλιστικές δυνάμεις και προσχώρησαν στον κορεατικό Λαϊκό Στρατό ως μαχητές υπέρ της επανάστασης, αλλά και αυτών που εξεγέρθηκαν κατά του στρατού των ΗΠΑ, πραγματοποιήθηκαν αυθόρμητα, με πρακτικά ανύπαρκτο -ιδιαίτερα εκεί- τον μηχανισμό του ΚΚΕ μετά την φονική καταστολή του.
Τον πόλεμο αυτό η τάξη του κεφαλαίου τον κέρδισε χάρη στην ξένη εισβολή-επέμβαση με τις παραπάνω δυνάμεις που συσπείρωσε, σε μιαν άκρως δυσμενή για το επαναστατικό κίνημα της χώρας διεθνή συγκυρία. Το καθεστώς κατοχής με τις Αμερικανο-ΝΑΤΟϊκές βάσεις και ο ασφυκτικός Ευρωατλαντικός έλεγχος των βασικών δομών και λειτουργιών της χώρας έλκουν την καταγωγή τους από αυτά τα κληροδοτήματα.
Πανομοιότυπη με αυτή της Ελλάδας είναι και η νεότερη ιστορία της Κορέας. Οι συνεργάτες των Ιαπώνων ιμπεριαλιστών κατακτητών, έγιναν αίφνης όργανα του νέου κατακτητή, του ιμπεριαλισμού των ΗΠΑ.
Τα εκατομμύρια των Κορεατών που θυσιάστηκαν στον αγώνα , έχουν γράψει μία από τις πιο λαμπρές σελίδες της παγκόσμιας ιστορίας της αντίστασης των λαών. Επίσης δεν πρέπει να λησμονούμε τις εκατοντάδες χιλιάδες ανήλικα κορίτσια και γυναίκες της Κορέας, που απήχθησαν και υποδουλώθηκαν προς σεξουαλική εκμετάλλευση από τον στρατό της ιμπεριαλιστικής Ιαπωνίας ως «γυναίκες ανακούφισης» με όρους γενοκτονίας …
Πανομοιότυπες είναι στις δύο χώρες οι μέθοδοι χειραγώγησης και καταστολής, τα καθεστώτα μαριονέτες του ιμπεριαλισμού σε καθεστώς κατοχής και ο φονικός ρόλος των Αμερικανικών Στρατιωτικών Βάσεων .
Η δική μας επανάσταση ηττήθηκε. Ωστόσο, οι κομμουνιστές, με την αυτοθυσία των μαχητών του Δημοκρατικού Στρατού Ελλάδας, παρά την στρατιωτική ήττα τους από τις συντριπτικά υπέρτερες δυνάμεις του ιμπεριαλισμού, κατάφεραν να καθυστερήσουν στρατεύματα του εχθρού από την εμπλοκή τους στον πόλεμο κατά των επαναστάσεων των αδελφών λαών της Κορέας και της Κίνας και να τους καταφέρουν σημαντικά πλήγματα. Με αυτό τον τρόπο, εκ των πραγμάτων, και χωρίς να το συνειδητοποιούν, ως συνιστώσα των παγκόσμιων επαναστατικών δυνάμεων, συνέβαλλαν στην νίκη των εκεί επαναστάσεων και στην εδραίωση της Λαοκρατικής Δημοκρατίας της Κορέας (που υφίσταται από το 1945) και της Λ.Δ. Κίνας (1949) .
Αυτά τα ιστορικά γεγονότα έχουν ιδιαίτερη σημασία στη σημερινή συγκυρία. Το 2022 ξεκίνησε η Ειδική Πολεμική Επιχείρηση στην Ουκρανία, ενώ η κλιμακούμενη ένταση δείχνει ότι το 2023 είναι πολύ μεγάλες οι πιθανότητες να ξεσπάσουν με σφοδρότητα -όπως κατέδειξε τεκμηριωμένα στην εισήγησή του ο σ. Στεφάν- νέα στρατηγικής σημασίας μέτωπα του εν εξελίξει Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου στη Νότια Κορέα και την Ταϊβάν.
Τα προανασφερθέντα ιστορικά γεγονότα μαρτυρούν τόσο τις ομοιότητες που παρουσιάζουν η ιστορία και οι ηρωικοί αγώνες των λαών Ελλάδας και Κορέας, όσο και τους αδελφικούς διεθνιστικούς δεσμούς μεταξύ των επαναστατικών δυνάμεων των χωρών μας. Οφείλουμε λοιπόν να διαφυλάξουμε και να αναπτύξουμε αυτούς τους δεσμούς, ιδιαίτερα στην κρίσιμη αυτή φάση κλιμάκωσης του Γ’ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου, με τις πολεμικές επιχειρήσεις που διεξάγει ο άξονας ΗΠΑ-ΝΑΤΟ-ΕΕ στην Ουκρανία (όπου εμπλέκονται πάνω από 55 χώρες) και την εκρηκτική κατάσταση στα μέτωπα της Κορεατικής Χερσονήσου και της Ταιβάν.
Ο πόλεμος αυτός είναι μονοσήμαντα ιμπεριαλιστικός, νεοαποικιοκρατικός, ληστρικός και σαφώς άδικος εκ μέρους του επιτιθέμενου άξονα με επικεφαλής τις ΗΠΑ. Το αποτρόπαιο αυτού του πολέμου σηματοδοτείται και από το γεγονός, ότι ο άξονας αυτός αναβιώνει, εργαλειοποιεί, καθαγιάζει, δοξάζει και ενισχύει με κάθε τρόπο και μέσο τον ναζισμό-φασισμό (στην Ουκρανία και αλλού) για να επιτύχει τους φονικούς και καταστροφικούς του σκοπούς. Το ακριβώς αντίθετο ισχύει εκ των πραγμάτων για το στρατόπεδο που συγκροτείται και συσπειρώνεται από τις δυνάμεις που αμύνονται και αναγκάζονται να αντεπιτίθενται στον άξονα: είναι ένας πόλεμος αντίστασης, ένας πόλεμος αντιιμπεριαλιστικός, αντιαποικιοκρατικός και σαφώς δίκαιος.
Στα ήδη αισθητά αποτελέσματα αυτού του πολέμου, εκτός από την μαζική καταστροφή Αμερικανικών και γενικότερα ΝΑΤΟικών οπλικών συστημάτων και υλικών, εκτός από την εξόντωση ενόπλων δυνάμεων που μάχονται στην υπηρεσία του επιτιθέμενου άξονα, συνεπιφέρει και άλλα εξαιρετικής σημασίας αποτελέσματα στα οικονομικά, πολιτικά, στρατιωτικά και διπλωματικά μέτωπα.
Ο ραγδαίος εκτοπισμός του δολαρίου ΗΠΑ και του ευρώ από τη θέση και τον ρόλο του παγκοσμίου χρήματος και των διεθνών αποθεματικών νομισμάτων, σηματοδοτεί τις τεράστιες αλλαγές που λαμβάνουν χώρα στο παγκόσμιο οικονομικό σύστημα: για πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία της κεφαλαιοκρατίας υπονομεύεται ο οικονομικός μηχανισμός παρασιτισμού της χρηματιστικής ολιγαρχίας του ιμπεριαλισμού, το σύστημα απόσπασης υπεραξίας σε περιφερειακή και παγκόσμια κλίμακα, μέσω της άντλησης μονοπωλιακών υπερκερδών από όλους τους υπόλοιπους λαούς. Ένας μηχανισμός που λειτουργεί εν πολλοίς μέσω της επιβολής δια του παγκόσμιου νομίσματος ενός ιδιότυπου συστήματος επιφόρτισης των άλλων χωρών π.χ. με το κόστος του δημοσιονομικού ελλείμματος των ΗΠΑ (του πλέον υπερχρεωμένου στην ιστορία κρατικού μορφώματος), μέσω της αυθαίρετης (έντυπης ή ψηφιακής) έκδοσης νομίσματος, δηλαδή, με την επιβολή ενός ιδιότυπου «φόρου υποτέλειας» στους λαούς του πλανήτη .
Οι αλλαγές αυτές συνδέονται και με ραγδαίες πολιτικές και διπλωματικές μετατοπίσεις. Με την καταλυτική συμβολή π.χ. της Λ.Δ. Κίνας και της Ρωσίας, επέρχονται ειρηνευτικές διευθετήσεις και ειρηνευτικές διαδικασίες μεταξύ χωρών με προαιώνιες συρράξεις, μεθοδευμένες από την αποικιοκρατία και τον ιμπεριαλισμό, στη βάση της αρχής του «διαίρει και βασίλευε», μέσω αιματηρών υποδαυλίσεων εθνικού, φυλετικού, θρησκευτικού και πολιτισμικού μίσους. Αυτό παρατηρείται με την ειρήνευση μεταξύ Σαουδικής Αραβίας και Ιράν (άρα και Υεμένης), με την αναγνώριση της νόμιμης κυβέρνησης της Συρίας και την επανένταξή της στην αραβική και ισλαμική κοινότητα, με την προσέγγιση Ιράκ-Ιράν αλλά και Ινδίας, Πακιστάν και Κίνας κ.ο.κ. Αυτά όλα συνεπάγονται ταχεία εκδίωξη των ΗΠΑ από την περιοχή και συρρίκνωση-ακύρωση της θέσης και του ρόλου του ρατσιστικού κράτους-τρομοκράτη, του σιωνιστικού Ισραήλ.
Οι οικονομικές, πολιτικές και διπλωματικές αλλαγές συνοδεύονται και από στρατιωτικές προσεγγίσεις, συνεργασίες και συμμαχίες. Γεγονότα που σηματοδοτούν και προωθούν την παταγώδη αποτυχία του υπό τις ΗΠΑ ιμπεριαλιστικού στρατοπέδου να εδραιώσει την παρουσία και τον έλεγχό του στην Μέση Ανατολή, στην Κεντρική Ασία, στην Άπω Ανατολή, στη Λατινική Αμερική και στην Αφρική.
Υπό το πρίσμα αυτών των αλλαγών κλιμακώνεται άρδην και η ένταση στην περιοχή του Ινδο-Ειρηνικού και ιδιαίτερα στα οργανικά αλληλένδετα μέτωπα-πεδία της Κορεατικής Χερσονήσου και της Ταιβάν, όπως μας εξήγησε ο σ. Στεφάν. Αμφότερα αυτά τα μέτωπα είναι αλληλένδετα μεταξύ τους, αλλά και με αυτά της Ανατολικής Ευρώπης, όχι μόνο γεωγραφικά, αλλά και ιστορικά. Εδώ αρκεί να επισημάνουμε ότι οι προαναφερθείσες τεκτονικές μετατοπίσεις ισχύος, αναδεικνύουν αμφισβητήσεις κληροδοτημάτων που προέκυψαν από το τέλος του Β’ Παγκοσμίου πολέμου, από τον «Ψυχρό Πόλεμο» και από τις διαδικασίες αντεπανάστασης και διάλυσης της ΕΣΣΔ και του στρατοπέδου του πρώιμου σοσιαλισμού στην Ευρώπη.
Η σύρραξη στην Ουκρανία σηματοδοτεί τον τερματισμό της κλιμάκωσης της καθυπόταξης από τον ιμπεριαλισμό και του περαιτέρω κατακερματισμού συνολικά του μετασοβιετικού χώρου, με κύριο στόχο-λεία πλέον την Ρωσική Ομοσπονδία, δηλαδή, το μόνο μόρφωμα που μπορεί να διαδραματίσει ρόλο επανενοποίησης και πόλου έλξης αυτού του χώρου.
Η σύρραξη στην Κορεατική χερσόνησο είναι συνυφασμένη με φαινόμενα τα οποία εξηγούνται με τις μεγαλοφυείς ανακαλύψεις του Β.Ι. Λένιν για τον ιμπεριαλισμό, ως ανώτατο στάδιο της κεφαλαιοκρατίας και για τον «ασθενή κρίκο» του παγκόσμιου συστήματος, στον οποίο αυξάνονται οι πιθανότητες ξεσπάσματος επαναστατικής κατάστασης, που μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε νικηφόρο επανάσταση . Η σύρραξη αυτή συνιστά ένα πόλεμο λαϊκό και εθνικοαπελευθερωτικό, ένα πόλεμο επανενοποίησης του ηρωικού κορεατικού έθνους, απελευθέρωσης από την βάναυση ιμπεριαλιστική εισβολή-κατοχή των ΗΠΑ, που ήλθε να διαδεχθεί την βάναυση ιμπεριαλιστική κατοχή της ιαπωνικής μιλιταριστικής μοναρχίας. Δεδομένης της νικηφόρου σοσιαλιστικής επανάστασης και οικοδόμησης στη Β. Κορέα και της γειτνίασής της με την Λ.Δ. Κίνας, το εθνικοαπελευθερωτικό στάδιο, που θα περιλαμβάνει και αντιφασιστικά καθήκοντα εκδημοκρατισμού της κοινωνίας και αναδιάρθρωσης της οικονομίας με όρους λαϊκής κυριαρχίας -κατά τα φαινόμενα- θα είναι μάλλον βραχύ σε χρόνο, οργανικά συνδεδεμένο με το σοσιαλιστικό στάδιο, σε μια ενιαία επαναστατική διαδικασία .
Εξαιρετική σημασία για την νικηφόρο έκβαση του εθνικοαπελευθερωτικού αγώνα και της σοσιαλιστικής επανάστασης στο σύνολο της Κορεατικής χερσονήσου, θα έχει η διεθνής αντιιμπεριαλιστική στήριξη, η διεθνιστική αλληλεγγύη με όλα τα μέσα και τους τρόπους και σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Θα πρέπει οι αντιιμπεριαλιστικές δυνάμεις να συμβάλλουν στην αποδυνάμωση και στην αποτροπή κάθε εγκληματικού αντεπαναστατικού εγχειρήματος του ιμπεριαλισμού. Φυσικά απέναντι στην τριμερή ιμπεριαλιστική συμμαχία ΗΠΑ-Ιαπωνίας-Ν. Κορέας-Αυστραλίας και γενικότερα επέκτασης του ΝΑΤΟ στον Ινδο-Ειρηνικό που μεθοδεύουν οι ΗΠΑ, αποφασιστική θα είναι η συμβολή της συνεργασίας-συμμαχίας σε όλα τα πεδία μεταξύ Λ.Δ. Κίνας, Β. Κορέας, Ρωσίας και όλων των δυνάμεων που τείνουν να συμπαραταχθούν με αυτές.
Παρόμοια χαρακτηριστικά -τηρουμένων των αναλογιών και της κλίμακας- (εθνικοαπελευθερωτικά, επανενοποίησης του έθνους, αντιιμπεριαλιστικά κ.λπ.) έχει και η σύρραξη στο μέτωπο-πεδίο της Ταϊβάν, με το επαναστατικό δυναμικό που και αυτή κυοφορεί.
Δεδομένων των προαναφερθέντων, οι σκοποί της Παγκόσμιας Αντιιμπεριαλιστικής Πλατφόρμας αποκτούν στρατηγική σημασία για το επαναστατικό κίνημα της εποχής. Σήμερα γίνεται πιο αναγκαία από ποτέ η δημιουργία, η ανάπτυξη, ο συντονισμός και η οργάνωση των αντιιμπεριαλιστικών δυνάμεων του κόσμου σε νικηφόρο μετωπικό αγώνα σε όλα τα επίπεδα, σε όλες τις χώρες, σε όλες τις ηπείρους. Ιδιαίτερα εκεί που κτυπά πιο έντονα η καρδιά του επαναστατικού κινήματος. Η ήττα του επιτιθέμενου άξονα υπό τις ΗΠΑ, είναι όρος για την ίδια την επιβίωση της ανθρωπότητας, άρα και για τις νίκες του επαναστατικού κινήματος. Για αυτό έχει ιδιαίτερη σημασία το εγχείρημα της ίδρυσης και ανάπτυξης του «Αντιιμπεριαλιστικού Συντονισμού για την Ήττα του ΝΑΤΟ» στην Ελλάδα.
Η ήττα του ιμπεριαλισμού σε αυτή την αναμέτρηση ζωής ή θανάτου, προϋποθέτει την αποκάλυψη και την συντριβή του εσωτερικού εχθρού, του οπορτουνισμού (της εκ των πραγμάτων πρακτόρευσης των σκοπών του ιμπεριαλισμού στις γραμμές του επαναστατικού κινήματος) και του αναθεωρητισμού, του εκφυλισμού της επαναστατικής θεωρίας και μεθοδολογίας σε αστικά-αντιδραστικά ιδεολογήματα (που συχνά εμφανίζονται με «επαναστατικό» προσωπείο και δημαγωγική «αριστερίστικη» ρητορική), που αποπροσανατολίζουν, διασπούν, υπονομεύουν και τελικά ακυρώνουν το επαναστατικό κίνημα, απορρίπτοντας τον υπαρκτό πρώιμο σοσιαλισμό και αντιιμπεριαλισμό, ακυρώνοντας κάθε νικηφόρο διαλεκτική σχέση επαναστατικής θεωρίας και πράξης, στρατηγικής και τακτικής .
Οι προοδευτικοί άνθρωποι του πλανήτη μας, καλούνται σήμερα να αναλογιστούν τι επιπτώσεις μπορεί να έχει τυχόν νίκη του υπό τις ΗΠΑ επιτιθέμενου ιμπεριαλιστικού άξονα, όχι μόνο για το επαναστατικό κίνημα, αλλά και για την ίδια την επιβίωση της ανθρωπότητας. Μόνο με τον υποδειγματικό, πρωτοπόρο και καθοδηγητικό ρόλο των επαναστατικών κομμουνιστικών δυνάμεων μπορεί να έχει βάσεις και μέλλον ο μετωπικός αντιιμπεριαλιστικός αγώνας, μόνο η προοπτική της σοσιαλιστικής επανάστασης μπορεί να προσδώσει στρατηγικό βάθος και νικηφόρο πνοή στον αντιιμπεριαλισμό και στον αντιφασισμό.
Η αυτοθυσία των 2 εκτελεσθέντων ηρώων μας και η συστράτευση των 176 Ελλήνων διεθνιστών με τις επαναστατικές δυνάμεις της Λ.Δ. Κορέας το 1951, επισφράγισαν τις απαρχές των διεθνιστικών δεσμών μεταξύ των λαών μας. Δείχνουν τον δρόμο για την εδραίωση και ανάπτυξη του επαναστατικού διεθνισμού και του αντιιμπεριαλισμού της εποχής μας σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα.
Βάσει των στρατηγικών σκοπών μας, ορίζουμε και την τακτική μας, ιεραρχούμε τις προτεραιότητες του αγώνα, αντιλαμβανόμαστε ποιος είναι ο κύριος εχθρός και ποιοι οι στρατηγικοί και τακτικοί μας σύμμαχοι στον μετωπικό αγώνα με στρατηγικό βάθος και νικηφόρο προοπτική. Η συντριβή του υπό τις ΗΠΑ Ευρωατλαντικού άξονα σε όλα τα μέτωπα είναι αρχικός κοινός μας στόχος, μιας και συνιστά αναγκαίο όρο για την επιβίωση της ανθρωπότητας και για την επαναστατική προοπτική των λαών.
