China Resolutely Denounces U.S. Arms Support to Taiwan
Recently, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China strongly denounced the Biden administration for deciding to offer military support to Taiwan through foreign military financing program applicable only to sovereign states.
The spokesperson commented that such acts of the U.S. are a flagrant violation of the one-China principle, the rules of 3 Joint Communiques and the “8.17 Communique” in particular, international laws and the fundamental norms governing the international relations.
The spokesperson expressed strong discontent and firm opposition to the U.S. acts of infringing upon the sovereignty and security interests of China and of undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, which give a very wrong signal to the forces seeking the “independence of Taiwan”.
The spokesperson continued as follows:
There is only one China in the world, and Taiwan is an inalienable part of Chinese territory.
The Taiwan issue undoubtedly falls under the category of China’s internal affairs and does not allow any form of external interference.
We strongly demand that the U.S. strictly observe the one-China principle and the rules of 3 Joint Communiques; stop its actions of strengthening military ties with Taiwan and arming it in whatever name or by any means; refrain from generating elements of tension in the Taiwan Strait; and put an end to giving tacit approval and support to the forces of “independence of Taiwan” who are seeking independence by arms.
The spokesperson concluded by warning that no country should underestimate the firm determination, strong will and powerful capabilities of Chinese people to safeguard their national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

China condena enérgicamente el ofrecimiento de armas de EE.UU. a Taiwán
Hace poco el portavoz del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de China condenó enérgicamente a lo que la administración de Biden decidió ofrecer la asistencia militar a Taiwán mediante el programa de la asistencia financiera militar extranjera aplicable a los Estados soberanos.
El portavoz expresó grandes disgustos y posición contraria diciendo que el proceder de EE.UU. violó seriamente el principio de una sola China y los 3 comunicados conjuntos entre China y EE.UU. y, sobre todo, las reglas del comunicado conjunto “8.17” y el derecho internacional y las normas fundamentales de las relaciones internacionales y dañó la soberanía y los intereses de seguridad de China y perjudicó la paz y estabilidad del Estrecho de Taiwán y envió una señal errónea a las fuerzas de “independencia de Taiwán” y mencionó como sigue.
En el mundo solo hay una China y Taiwán es una parte inseparable del territorio chino.
El asunto de Taiwán pertenece puramente en los asuntos internos de China y no se permite la intervención de ninguna fuerza extranjera.
Nosotros exigimos enérgicamente a que EE.UU. observe estrictamente el principio de una sola China y las reglas de los 3 comunicados conjuntos entre China y EE.UU. y suspenda los actos de reforzar las relaciones militares entre EE.UU. y Taiwán y armar a Taiwán por cualquier nombre o modo y frene la creación de los elementos que agravan la situación del Estrecho de Taiwán y detenga los actos que toleran y apoyan a las fuerzas de “independencia de Taiwán” a perseguir la independencia con las fuerzas armadas.
Por último, el portavoz advirtió diciendo que nadie tiene que subestimar la firme decisión y voluntad y fuerte capacidad del pueblo chino que desea defender la soberanía del país y la integridad territorial.

Китай раскритиковал США за поставку оружий в Тайвань
На днях представитель Министерства иностранных дел Китая раскритиковал администрацию Байдена за его решение оказать военную поддержку Тайваню в рамках программы заграничной военно-финансовой поддержки в отношении суверенного государства.
Представитель выразил сильное недовольство и возражение:
Подобное решение США является грубым нарушением принципа одного Китая, положений трёх совместных коммюнике между Китаем и США, в частности, правил «Совместное коммюнике от 17 августа», и основных правил международного права и отношений, также посягательством на суверенитет и интересы безопасности Китая; оно подорвало мир и стабильность Тайванского пролива и отправило весьма ошибочный сигнал силам «независимости Тайваня».
Далее представитель отметил.
В мире существует только один Китай, а Тайвань является неотделимой частью территории Китая.
Тайваньский вопрос стопроцентно относится ко внутренним делам Китая, и в его вмешательство каких-либо внешних сил не допускается.
Мы сильно требуем от американской стороны последовательно соблюдать принцип одного Китая и положения трёх совместных коммюнике между Китаем и США, прекратить укреплять военные связи между США и Тайванем и вооружать Тайвань под каким-либо предлогом или каким-либо путем, не создавать элементы, приводящие к напряженной ситуации в Тайваньском проливе, и отказаться от потворства и поддержки притязанию на независимость сил, выступающих за «независимость Тайваня», вооруженными силами.
В заключение представитель предупредил, что никто не должен недооценивать твердую решимость и волю, сильную способность китайского народа защитить суверенитет и территориальную целостность государства.

中国强烈谴责美国向台湾提供武器
前不久，中国外交部发言人强烈谴责美国通过适用于主权国家的所谓“外国军事融资计划”向中国台湾地区提供武器。
发言人就美方严重违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报特别是“八•一七”公报规定，严重违反国际法和国际关系基本准则，损害中国主权和安全利益，危害台海和平稳定，向“台独”分裂势力发出严重错误信号，表示强烈不满、坚决反对。
他发言如下：
世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分。
台湾问题纯属中国内政，不容任何外部势力干涉。
我们敦促美方切实恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，停止借任何名义、以任何方式加强美台军事联系和武装台湾，停止制造台海局势紧张因素，停止纵容支持“台独”分裂势力“以武谋独”。最后，发言人警告，任何人都不要低估中国人民捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力
