China Imposes Sanctions on U.S. Munitions Enterprises
China recently decided to impose sanctions against two munitions enterprises of the United States which were involved in providing advanced weapons to Taiwan region.
In this regard, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China deplored the U.S. government’s continued sale of weapons to Taiwan, and noted as follows.
Despite strong opposition from China, the U.S. government persisted in offering weapons to Taiwan region of China, and thus grossly violated One China Principle, provisions of three Joint Communiques between China and the U.S., international laws and the fundamental norms governing international relations.
It is a serious infringement on the sovereignty and security interests of China and going further along the “wrong and dangerous” path of arming Taiwan.
The branch office of the Lockheed Martin located in the St. Louis of the State of Missouri of the U.S. directly engaged in the sales of munitions to Taiwan on August 24, while the Northrop Grumman was also involved in it several times.
China has decided to impose sanctions against these two U.S. munitions enterprises in accordance with the “Sanctions Law against Foreign Countries of the People’s Republic of China.”
The Chinese government stands firm in its resolution to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
In conclusion, the spokesperson strongly demanded that the United States put an end to its sales of weapons to and military tie-up with Taiwan and refrain from arming Taiwan, and warned that the U.S. would otherwise face China’s decisive yet powerful counterattack.

China sanciona a las empresas armamentistas norteamericanas que suministraron armas modernas a la región de Taiwán
Recientemente, China decidió sancionar a 2 empresas armamentistas de EE.UU. que tomaron parte en el suministro de armas modernas a la región de Taiwán.
Con relación a esto, el portavoz del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de China señaló como sigue condenando severamente al gobierno norteamericano que no cesa la venta de armas a Taiwán.
El gobierno norteamericano, a pesar de la firme oposición de China, suministró obstinadamente las armas a la región de Taiwán de China y de esta forma, violó de grave manera el principio de una sola China, los reglamentos de los 3 comunicados conjuntos entre China y EE.UU., y las principales normas del Derecho Internacional y de las relaciones internacionales.
Esta es una grave violación de la soberanía y de los intereses de seguridad de China y una mayor desviación del trayecto erróneo y peligroso que arma a Taiwán.
La empresa anexa de Lockheed Martin en la ciudad de Saint Luis, Missouri, participó directamente en la venta de pertrechos norteamericanos a Taiwán el 24 de agosto, y la empresa Northrop Grumman participó varias veces en la venta de pertrechos norteamericanos a Taiwán.
Basado en la “Ley de Sanciones en contra de Países Extranjeros de la República Popular China”, China decidió sancionar a las 2 empresas armamentistas mencionadas arriba.
Es invariable la decisión del gobierno chino para salvaguardar la soberanía y la integridad territorial.
Al final, el portavoz demandó firmemente a EE.UU. a que suspenda la venta de armas a Taiwán, el contubernio militar entre EE.UU. y Taiwán y el acto de armar a Taiwán, y advirtió que si no lo hace, se enfrentará a un contraataque resuelto y fuerte de China.

Китай принял санкционные меры в отношении американских ВПК, поставивших новейшие оружия в тайваньский регион
Недавно Китай принял решение применить санкции против 2 американских ВПК, сопричастных к поставке передовых вооружений в тайваньский регион.
В этой связи представитель МИД Китая, выступая с резкой критикой в адрес американского правительства, которое не прекращает продавать оружие Тайваню, отметил нижеследующее.
Несмотря на решительный протест китайской стороны правительство США упорно поставляло оружие тайваньскому региону Китая и тем самым грубо нарушило принцип «одного Китая», правила трех совместных коммюнике и основные правила международного права и отношений.
Это является серьезным посягательством на суверенитет и интересы безопасности Китая и дальнейшим продвижением вперед по неправильному и опасному пути вооружения Тайваня.
24 августа филиал компании Lockheed Martin, расположенный в городе Сент-Луис штата Миссури, принял непосредственное участие в продаже военных припасов США Тайваню, а компания Northrop Grumman неоднократно участвовала в продаже военных материалов Америки Тайваню.
На основе «Закона КНР о санкциях против зарубежных стран» Китай решил применить санкции против этих двух американских ВПК.
Незыблема решимость правительства Китая защитить суверенитет и территориальную целостность государства.
В заключение представитель настоятельно потребовал от США прекратить продажу оружия в Тайвань, военный сговор между США и Тайванем и вооружение Тайваня, и предупредил, что в противном случае они столкнутся с решительным и мощным контрударом со стороны Китая.

中国制裁向台湾提供先进武器的美国军工企业
前不久，中国决定对参与美售台武器的两家美国军工企业实施制裁。
中国外交部发言人强烈谴责美国政府不断向台湾销售武器。
美国政府不顾中方坚决反对，执意向中国台湾地区提供武器，严重违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，严重违背国际法和国际关系基本准则，严重损害中国主权和安全利益，在武装台湾的错误、危险道路上越走越远。
美国洛克希德•马丁公司密苏里州圣路易斯市分公司作为主承包商直接参与8月24日美售台武器，诺斯罗普•格鲁曼公司多次参与美售台武器。
根据《中华人民共和国反外国制裁法》，中方决定对上述两家美国军工企业实施制裁。
中国政府捍卫国家主权和领土完整的决心坚定不移。
最后发言人警告称，我们敦促美方停止售台武器，停止美台军事勾连，停止武装台湾，否则必将遭到中方坚决有力回击。（完）
