Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Has Talks with Russian President
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, had talks with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, on September 13.
Comrade Kim Jong Un and Comrade Putin had a significant photo taken with the national flags of the two countries in the background before the talks.
There took place talks between the two top leaders.
Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui, Korean People’s Army Marshal Pak Jong Chon, Minister of National Defence Kang Sun Nam, Secretaries of WPK Central Committee O Su Yong and Pak Thae Song and Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Im Chon Il.
Present from the Russian side were Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Deputy Prime Minister and concurrently Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Mantrov, Minister of Defence Sergei Shoigu, Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, Deputy Prime Minister and concurrently Presidential Envoy to the Far East Federal Region Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Press Secretary for the President Dmitri Peskov, Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology and concurrently Chairman of the Russian side to the DPRK-Russia Inter-Governmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology Alexandr Kozlov, Minister of Transport Vitaly Saveliev and other senior officials and officials concerned, and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora.
On the occasion, Putin warmly welcomed Kim Jong Un for visiting Russia again at a meaningful year marking the 75th founding anniversary of the DPRK and the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and the DPRK, expressing his pleasure of meeting Kim Jong Un at the Vostochny Spaceport.
Expressing once again thanks to Putin for inviting the DPRK delegation at an important time and according it cordial hospitality from the beginning of its visit, Kim Jong Un said he was pleased to have a more detailed and deeper understanding of the reality and future of Russia, a space power, at the Vostochny Spaceport to which Putin is paying deep attention.
It is the consistent stand of the DPRK government to attach utmost importance to the DPRK-Russia relations and invariably develop the tradition of deep-rooted friendship, he said, expressing belief that the visit would mark a significant occasion in raising the cooperative relations between the two countries to a new higher level.
The top leaders discussed the issues of further consolidating the friendship and solidarity and cooperative relations and boosting mutual trust by deepening the many-sided exchange and cooperation in various fields including high-level visits between the two countries.
At the talks there was wide-ranging and in-depth exchange of views on important issues of mutual concern. And they agreed to make joint efforts to promote the well-being of the peoples of the two countries and steadily expand the comprehensive and constructive bilateral relations.
There took place a tete-a-tete between Kim Jong Un and Putin after the extended talks.
Kim Jong Un highly appreciated that the relations between the two countries are developing on good terms in conformity with the aspirations and desire of the two peoples on the principle of friendship, good-neighborliness and mutual respect.
The top leaders of the DPRK and Russia exchanged in-depth views on the remarkable successes and experience of constructive cooperation gained in all fields of politics, economy, military and culture for attaining the strategic goals of building a powerful state, and the future development orientation for national prosperity and well-being of the peoples of the two countries.
They discussed with open mind the important issues and the immediate cooperation matters arising in defending the sovereignty and development and interests of the two countries, peace and security in the region and the world and international justice by further strengthening strategic and tactical cooperation between the two countries and extending strong support to and solidarity with each other on the common front to frustrate the imperialists’ military threat and provocation, high-handed and arbitrary practices to plunder independence, progress and peaceful life of humankind, and reached a satisfactory agreement and consensus of views.
The talks proceeded in a comradely and constructive atmosphere.
Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Has Historic Meetingwith President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putinat Vostochny Spaceport
Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, had a historic meeting with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, at the Vostochny Spaceport in Amur Oblast of the Far Eastern Region on September 13.
The traditional relations of friendship between the DPRK and the Russian Federation, consolidated in trials of history generation after generation and century after century, are further developing into the invincible comrade-in-arms relations and the ever-lasting strategic relations amid the deep friendship and special fellowship between Comrades Kim Jong Un and Putin.
The Vostochny Spaceport was in a warm welcoming atmosphere to greet Kim Jong Un paying an official goodwill visit to the Russian Federation for the new development of the DPRK-Russia friendly and cooperative relations with proudly excellent history and tradition.
The private train of Kim Jong Un arrived at the Vostochny Spaceport at 13:00 local time.
When he got off the train, the guard of honor of the three services of the armed forces of the Russian Federation courteously received him with deepest respect.
He exchanged greetings with Alexandr Kozlov, minister of Natural Resources and Ecology, and other Russian leading officials and headed for the venue of the meeting with President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
He was accompanied by Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, Marshals of the Korean People’s Army Ri Pyong Chol and Pak Jong Chon, Kang Sun Nam, minister of National Defence of the DPRK, O Su Yong and Pak Thae Song, secretaries of the C.C., WPK, and other senior party, government and military officials and suite members.
The national flags of the DPRK and the Russian Federation were fluttering before the carrier rocket assembly and test complex where the top leaders of the DPRK and Russia would meet.
When Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the WPK and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK arrived, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, warmly greeted him.
He gladly met and exchanged friendly greetings with President Putin.
President Putin warmly welcomed him visiting the Russian Federation again at a significant and crucial time for the development of the Russia-DPRK relations.
Expressing thanks to President Putin for warmly inviting and receiving him despite his busy schedule for leading the overall state affairs, Kim Jong Un said that he was pleased with the meeting being held in a very exceptional and special environment.
He, together with President Putin, visited the Vostochny Spaceport.
He was guided by Yuri Borisov, general manager of the Russian state-run corporation Roscosmos, and Nikolai Nestechuk, director general of the Center for the Operation of Ground-based Space Infrastructure.
The Vostochny Spaceport is a comprehensive space launching base of Russia that has contributed to the remarkable growth of space development by successfully ensuring the launches of space capsules and satellites for different applications, playing an important role in promoting the socio-economic development of Amur Oblast and the Far Eastern Region.
Visiting the carrier rocket assembly and test complex, together with President Putin, Kim Jong Un was briefed on the detailed technical features of Soyuz-2, Angara and other type carrier rockets and their assembling and launching processes.
He also looked round the Soyuz-2 carrier rocket launching complex and the Angara carrier rocket launching complex under construction, being told about the state of their operation and construction, successes and experience gained by Russia in the field of space industry and the prospects for future development.
Highly appreciating the fact that the Vostochny Spaceport, successfully built under the strategic space development plan of President Putin, has achieved invaluable successes, he sincerely hoped that the noble spirit and traditions of strong Russia which explored the path to space would be successfully carried forward.
He expressed deep thanks to President Putin for personally organizing the visit to the important spaceport with sincerity and accompanying him during the visit.
Putin showed his private car to Kim Jong Un before having a warm talk.

Генеральный секретарь Трудовой партии Кореи, Председатель государственных дел Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын 13 сентября провел переговоры с президентом РФ Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.
Перед переговорами товарищ Ким Чен Ын и товарищ Путин сфотографировались на память на фоне государственных флагов двух стран – КНДР и РФ.
Проведены переговоры между Генеральным секретарем ТПК, Председателем государственных дел КНДР уважаемым товарищем Ким Чен Ыном и президентом РФ Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.
В переговорах приняли участие с нашей стороны министр иностранных дел КНДР Чвэ Сон Хи, маршал Корейской Народной Армии Пак Чон Чхон, министр обороны КНДР Кан Сун Нам, секретари ЦК ТПК О Су Ён и Пак Тхэ Сон, заместитель министра иностранных дел Им Чхон Ир.
Участвовали с российской стороны руководящие кадры и соответствующие руководящие работники, в том числе глава МИД Сергей Лавров, вице-премьер – глава Минпромторга Денис Мантуров, министр обороны Сергей Шойгу, вице-премьер Алексей Оверчук, вице-премьер – полпред президента на Дальнем Востоке Юрий Трутнев, вице-премьер Марат Хуснуллин, заместитель руководителя администрации президента – пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков, председатель российской стороны межправительственной комиссии КНДР и РФ по торгово-экономическому и научно-техническому сотрудничеству, министр природных ресурсов и экологии Александр Козлов, глава Минтранса Виталий Савельев, чрезвычайный и полномочный посол РФ в КНДР Александр Мацегора.
На переговорах президент Путин сказал, что горячо приветствует товарища Ким Чен Ына, который снова наносит визит в Россию в знаменательном году, когда отмечаются 75-летие основания КНДР и 75-летие установления дипломатических отношений между РФ и КНДР, и выразил радость от встречи с товарищем Ким Чен Ыном на космодроме Восточный.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын еще раз поблагодарил товарища Путина за то, что он пригласил делегацию КНДР в важное время и тепло принимает ее с самого начала визита. И сказал, что рад возможности более детально и точно увидеть настоящее и будущее России как космической державы на космодроме Восточный, которому уделяет глубокое внимание товарищ Путин.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын отметил, что отдача приоритета корейско-российским отношениям и неизменное развитие давних традиций дружбы являются последовательной позицией правительства нашей Республики, и выразил уверенность, что данный визит послужит знаменательным моментом, поднимающим отношения сотрудничества между двумя странами на новый уровень.
Высшие руководители двух стран обсудили вопрос по дальнейшему упрочению отношений дружбы, солидарности и взаимодействия, укреплению взаимного доверия путем углубления всестороннего обмена и сотрудничества в разных сферах, включая контакты на высоком уровне между двумя странами.
На переговорах проведен обширный и глубокий обмен мнениями по вопросам, представляющим взаимный интерес, и достигнуты договоренности по способствованию общими усилиями благосостоянию народов двух стран и дельнейшему расширению комплексных, конструктивных двусторонних отношений.
После переговоров в полном составе товарищ Ким Чен Ын и товарищ Путин провели переговоры тет-а-тет.
Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын высоко оценил, что отношения между двумя странами – КНДР и РФ плодотворно развиваются в соответствии со стремлениями и чаяниями народов двух стран на принципах дружбы, добрососедства и взаимного уважения.
Главы КНДР и РФ обменялись примечательными успехами, достигаемыми обеими странами во всех сферах политики, экономики, военного дела и культуры для достижения стратегических целей строительства сильных государств, опытом в конструктивном сотрудничестве и глубокими мнениями о направлениях дальнейшего развития для процветания двух государств и благосостояния народов обеих стран.
Также чистосердечно обсудили важные вопросы, встающие в дальнейшем тесном усилении тактико-стратегического сотрудничества между обеими странами, решительной поддержки и солидаризации на совместном фронте для срывания военных угроз и провокаций, произвола и своеволия империалистов, пытающихся нарушить самостоятельность, прогресс и мирную жизнь человечества, в защите объединенными силами суверенитета и интересов развития обеих стран, регионального и глобального мира и безопасности, международной справедливости, и пункты очередного сотрудничества, затем сошлись во мнении.

Генеральный секретарь Трудовой партии Кореи, Председатель государственных дел Корейской Народно-Демократической Республики уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын 13 сентября на космодроме Восточный в Амурской области Дальнего Востока имел историческую встречу с президентом Российской Федерации Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.
Традиционные отношения дружбы между КНДР и РФ, укрепленные через проверку истории из века в век, поднимаются и развиваются на более высоком уровне как непобедимые товарищеские отношения и стратегические отношения на вечные времена благодаря глубокой дружбе и особому братству между товарищем Ким Чен Ыном и товарищем Путиным.

Уважаемый товарищ Ким Чен Ын, обменявшись приветствиями с встречающими кадрами, в том числе с министром природных ресурсов и экологии России Александром Козловым, направился на место встречи с президентом РФ Владимиром Владимировичем Путиным.
Его сопровождали кадры партии, правительства и силовых ведомств, в том числе министр иностранных дел КНДР Чвэ Сон Хи, маршалы КНА Ли Бён Чхор и Пак Чон Чхон, министр обороны КНДР Кан Сун Нам, секретари ЦК ТПК О Су Ён и Пак Тхэ Сон, и свита.

Президент Путин горячо приветствовал товарища Ким Чен Ына, который снова наносит визит в РФ в знаменательный и важный в развитии российско-корейских отношений период.

Также, ознакомляясь с ходом строительства стартовых комплексов ракет-носителей «Союз-2» и «Ангара», слушал о положении их эксплуатации и строительства, достижениях и опыте РФ в сфере космической индустрии, ее перспективах дальнейшего развития.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын высоко оценил, что по стратегическому замыслу товарища Путина об освоении космоса безупречно построился космодром Восточный, который достигает ценных успехов, и искренне пожелал, чтобы блестяще наследовались благородный дух и традиции сильной России, открывшей путь к космосу.
Товарищ Ким Чен Ын выразил глубокую признательность за то, что товарищ Путин лично организовал искреннее посещение важного космодрома и сопровождал его.

El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, conversó el día 13 con el Presidente de la Federación Rusa, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
Momentos antes, los dos dignatarios tomaron una foto de recuerdo delante de las banderas nacionales de ambos países.
Comenzaron las conversaciones entre los máximos líderes de ambos países.
Participaron en la ocasión por la parte coreana la ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la RPDC, Choe Son Hui, el mariscal del Ejército Popular de Corea Pak Jong Chon, el ministro de Defensa Nacional de la RPDC, Kang Sun Nam, los secretarios del Comité Central del PTC, O Su Yong y Pak Thae Song, y el vicecanciller Im Chon Il.

Los máximos líderes discutieron el tema de consolidar los lazos de amistad, solidaridad y cooperación y fomentar la confianza mutua al profundizar el intercambio y cooperación multilaterales en varios dominios, incluidas las visitas de alto nivel entre ambos países.
Tuvo lugar un intercambio amplio y profundo de las opiniones sobre los problemas importantes de interés mutuo y se acordó fomentar el bienestar de los pueblos de ambos países y seguir ampliando las relaciones bilaterales de carácter integral y constructivo mediante los esfuerzos conjuntos.
Después de la cita plenaria, tuvieron lugar las conversaciones privadas entre el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un y el Presidente Putin.
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un evaluó altamente el desarrollo favorable de las relaciones Corea-Rusia en el principio de amistad, buena vecindad y respeto mutuo y según la aspiración y deseo de los pueblos de ambos países.
Ambos mandatarios intercambiaron las opiniones profundas sobre los éxitos notables y las experiencias de cooperación constructiva, que se obtienen en todas las esferas de la política, la economía, los asuntos militares y la cultura para alcanzar las metas estratégicas de construcción de un Estado poderoso, y el rumbo de desarrollo posterior por la prosperidad estatal y el bienestar de los habitantes de los dos países.

Encuentro histórico del estimado compañero Kim Jong Un con el Presidente ruso Putin en el Cosmódromo Vostochny
El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, Secretario General del Partido del Trabajo de Corea y Presidente de Asuntos Estatales de la República Popular Democrática de Corea, sostuvo el día 13 un encuentro histórico con el Presidente de la Federación Rusa, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, en el Cosmódromo Vostochny, situado en la región de Amur del Lejano Oriente.
La tradicional amistad entre la RPDC y la FR, consolidada de generación en generación y siglo tras siglo poniéndose a prueba de la historia, se desarrolla aun más como inquebrantables vínculos de compañeros de arma y los estratégicos de eterna duración, gracias a la amistad íntima y especial entre los dignatarios de ambos países.
El Cosmódromo Vostochny estuvo sumergido en un ambiente de bienvenida cordial al estimado compañero Kim Jong Un quien realiza una visita oficial y de amistad a la FR para ampliar y desarrollar de nuevo las relaciones de amistad y cooperación entre Corea y Rusia que ostentan su magnífica historia y tradición.
A las 13 de la hora local, llegó ahí el tren de uso exclusivo en que viajaba él.
Cuando él salió del tren, le recibió con máximo respeto la guardia de honor de las fuerzas terrestres, navales y aéreas de la FR.
Él intercambió saludos con el ministro de Recursos Naturales y Ecología, Alexandr Kozlov, y otros cuadros rusos de recepción y se dirigió al lugar de entrevista con el compañero Putin.
Le acompañaron la ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la RPDC, Choe Son Hui, los mariscales del Ejército Popular de Corea, Ri Pyong Chol y Pak Jong Chon, el ministro de Defensa Nacional de la RPDC, Kang Sun Nam, los secretarios del Comité Central del PTC, O Su Yong y Pak Thae Song, y otros cuadros del partido, el gobierno y el círculo militar y los miembros de la comitiva.
Flameaban las banderas nacionales de la RPDC y la FR ante el edificio del complejo de montaje y prueba del cohete transportador donde se realizará la cumbre bilateral.
Cuando llegó el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un, le acogió cordialmente el Presidente de la FR, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
Ambos dignatarios se encontraron con mucho placer intercambiando saludos cariñosos.
El Presidente Putin dio cordial bienvenida al estimado compañero Kim Jong Un por su nueva visita a la FR en un período significativo e importante para el desarrollo de lazos bilaterales.
Expresando agradecimiento al mandatario ruso que le cursó una invitación cordial y le agasaja aunque está muy ocupado de dirigir los asuntos estatales en general, el estimado compañero Kim Jong Un dijo que le complace la celebración de este encuentro en un ambiente muy especial y peculiar.

El estimado compañero Kim Jong Un recorrió con el Presidente Putin el complejo de montaje y prueba del cohete transportador escuchando explicaciones sobre las especificaciones técnicas de los cohetes transportadores como Soyuz-2 y Angara y el proceso de su montaje y lanzamiento.
Durante el recorrido por el campo de construcción de los complejos de lanzamiento de Soyuz-2 y Angara, escuchó sobre el estado de su operación y construcción, los éxitos y experiencias creados por Rusia en el sector de industria cósmica y las perspectivas de su desarrollo.
Apreciando mucho los éxitos valiosos que logra el Cosmódromo Vostochny, construido magníficamente según el proyecto estratégico del Presidente ruso sobre el desarrollo espacial, formuló votos sinceros por la continuación excelente del noble espíritu y tradición de la Rusia poderosa que ha explorado la vía de salida al cosmos.
Expresó profundo agradecimiento por el hecho de que el Presidente Putin haya organizado personalmente y acompañado con sinceridad esta visita a la importante base de lanzamiento espacial.
