Chinese Press Carries Exposé of Ulterior Motive Pursued by U.S. and West – They are Making “Victim” out of Villain
China’s Global Times recently carried a commentary on the remarks made by the U.S. Ambassador to Japan that accused China’s ban on import of seafood of Japanese origin as an economic threat to Japan. The article revealed that the U.S. and the West scheme to justify their acts of containment of China by disguising Japan, the offender as the victim.
The article went on as follows:
Regarding the discharge of nuclear-contaminated water, Japan is undoubtedly the offender and China is one of the victims.
It is a hard fact.
Nonetheless, the U.S. and the West are trying to disguise the offender as a victim, in an attempt to beg for the sympathy of the international community.
Obviously, the U.S. and the West are inclined to look down upon other nations, which is a typical expression of their supremacy.
There are simply too many recent examples to enumerate with regard to their interference in, oppression upon, threat to and even direct invasion of sovereign states.
Previously, Washington said with arrogance that it would deal with China from the position of power but later it changed its words into “not being daunted by the insult and threat from China.”
That is because the U.S. came to realize that suppression on China would receive no support from the international community and would never be realized either.
No sooner had the U.S. and the western countries today declared that they are against the “threat” from China than practical actions followed, jeopardizing the just interests of China; and once China counteracts with decisive measures, they are being tarnished by the U.S. and the West as “threats” and misused as a pretext to contain China.
All in all, changeable is the rhetoric of the U.S. and the West, and unchanged are their hegemonic theory and double standard.
In conclusion, the commentary underlined that the United States and the West would never be able to achieve the desired effect no matter what tricks or rhetoric they employ because the world people have already seen through their evil intent.

La prensa china revela la siniestra intención de EE.UU. y de los países occidentales que pretenden disfrazar a Japón, criminal nuclear, en “víctima”
Con respecto a que el embajador norteamericano en Japón cuestionó las medidas de China de la prohibición de la importación de los productos marítimos de Japón como un chan taje económico sobre Japón, hace poco, el periódico chino “Global Times” insertó un comentario en que revela que el propósito de EE.UU. y de los países occidentales que pretenden disfrazar al culpable Japón en víctima consiste en justificar su presión contra China.
El comentario reveló como sigue.
Japón es un claro culpable en el problema de la emisión de las aguas radioactivas y China es un miembro de las víctimas.
Esta es una clara verdad.
Sin embargo, EE.UU. y los países occidentales pretenden disfrazar al culpable en víctima y así hacer que gane la simpatía internacional.
A EE.UU. y occidente les gustan ciertamente despreciar a otros países y esto es una forma principal de la expresión de la hegemonía.
Recientemente, son incontables los ejemplos de sus intervenciones, presiones, chantajes e incluso invasiones directas contra los Estados soberanos.
Anteriormente, Washington había salido arrogantemente diciendo que tendrá relaciones con China “partiendo desde la posición de la verdadera fuerza”, pero más tarde cambió las palabras y dice que “no será deprimido por la ofensa y chantaje” de China.
Esto se debe a que ellos se dieron cuenta paulatinamente que la represión a China no podrá recibir el apoyo internacional ni tampoco podrá ser lograda en absoluto.
Actualmente, nada más que EE.UU. y los países occidentales dicen que se oponen a la “amenaza” de China, se siguen las acciones prácticas que perjudican los justos intereses de China y, si China asesta el contraataque, esto es difamado como un “chantaje” por EE.UU. y el Occidente y tomado como un pretexto para contener a China.
Lo que se cambia en general es la elocuencia de EE.UU. y del occidente y lo que no se cambian son la lógica hegemónica y el doble rasero.
Por último el comentario enfatizó que, por mucho que EE.UU. y el occidente usen la artimaña y la elocuencia, las gentes ya saben sus siniestras intenciones y por eso no obtendrán el efecto deseado.

Китайская пресса раскрыла намерение США и западных стран превратить главного ядерного преступника – Японию в «потерпевшего»
В связи с тем, что американский посол в Японии назвал меры Китая по ограничению импорта японских рыбопродуктов экономическим шантажом в отношении Японии, китайская газета «Хуаньцю шибао» недавно поместила комментарий, где разоблачили, что США и западные страны пытаются превратить Японию – вредителя в потерпевшего с целью оправдать свое сдерживание Китая.
Комментарий раскрыл нижеследующее.
В вопросе сброса ядерных стоков, Япония является бесспорным вредителем, а Китай – одним из потерпевших.
Это факт железный.
Но США и западные страны пытаются превратить вредителя в потерпевшего и вызвать международную симпатию.
США и Запад действительно любят презирать другие страны, что является основным видом выражения гегемонии.
Невозможно перечислить все примеры вмешательства, угнетения, шантажа и даже прямой агрессии, совершенных ими в отношении суверенных стран в последние годы.
Раньше Вашингтон вел себя нагло, что будет общаться с Китаем, «исходя из позиции силы», но потом изменил фразу и теперь говорит, что «не будет пришибаться перед оскорблением и шантажом» Китая.
Это потому что они постепенно поняли, что притеснение Китая не только не найдет отклика у международного сообщества, но и является совсем неосуществимым.
Сейчас, как только США и западные страны вымолвят слова, что они против китайской «угрозы», за ними сразу следуют практические действия, посягающие на законные интересы Китая, а если Китай наносит решительный ответный удар, то это служит предлогом для того, чтобы США и Запад очернили Китай как «шантаж» и сдержали ее.
В общем, меняется только красноречие США и Запада, а их гегемонистская логика и двойной стандарт остаются неизменным.
В заключение в комментарии подчеркнули, что США и Запад не добьются желательного эффекта, потому что люди уже отдают себе отчёт в их чёрном замысле, сколько бы они ни делали трюки или играли словами.

中国媒体暴露美西方把日本塑造成一个“受害者”的居心
前不久，美国驻日本大使挑衅称，中国对日本海产品的禁令是对日本的经济胁迫，中国新闻就此在《环球时报》刊登一篇社评，暴露美西方把日本塑造成一个“受害者”的目的是把自己对中国的遏制加以合理化。
内容如下：
在核污染水排海问题上，日本明明是加害方，中国则是受威胁者中的一员，这个逻辑关系是板上钉钉的。
但到了美西方的叙事中，加害者怎么就摇身一变，成了受害者并在国际上博同情。
美西方在各领域的块头都更大，只有它们欺负别人的份儿，它们也的确爱欺负别人，这已经成为美西方霸权的主要表现形式。
这些年来，美西方对别的主权国家干涉、霸凌、胁迫甚至直接侵略的例子不胜枚举。
华盛顿此前傲慢地表示，要从“实力地位出发”与中国打交道；后来又改口说，不会在中国的“欺凌和胁迫面前退缩”。
因为它们慢慢知道，打压中国在国际上不得人心、更无法得逞。
美西方现在只要一提反对中国“威胁”，跟着一定会有损害中国正当利益的实际动作，中国坚决进行反制，又会被美西方抹黑成“胁迫”，成为其下一轮遏华动作的借口。
总在变化的是美西方的话术，不变的是霸权逻辑，是双重标准。
最后社评强调，虽然美西方的花样很多，话语技巧也比较高超，但万变不离其宗，它们带着阴暗色彩的“宗”其实早已被人看穿，不会取得它们想要的效果。（完）
